Two new phenylpropanoids, tagalphenylpropanoidins A-B (1–2), together with a known analogue, 2,3,6-trimethoxy-5-(1-propenyl)phenol (3), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the Chinese mangrove Ceriops tagal. The structures of these compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS, as well as the comparison with data in the literature. Compound 3 was discovered from this plant for the first time. Cytotoxicities of the three compounds against MCF-7 and HL-60 cancer cell lines were also evaluated.  相似文献

Two novel casbane diterpenes 1-hydroxy-(2E,6Z,12E)-casba-2,6,12-triene-4,5-dione (1) and 6E,12E-casba-1,3,6,12-tetraen-1,4-epoxy-5-one (2) were isolated from the ethanol extract of the stems of Croton argyrophyllus. Structural characterization including the relative stereochemistry of all compounds was established on the basis of spectroscopic methods, mainly 1D and 2D NMR, and HRESIMS.  相似文献

From the stem and bark of the mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus, a new friedelane-type triterpene named 27-oic-3-oxo-28-friedelanoic acid (1) together with eight known triterpenoids involving five friedelane-type derivatives was isolated. The structure of 1 was determined by extensive 2D NMR (DQF-COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) data analyses. All the compounds were obtained from mangrove plants for the first time.  相似文献

The new diterpene methoxy-ent-8(14)-pimarenely-15-one (1) and three known metabolites: ent-8(14)-pimarene-15R,16-diol (2), stigmasterol (3) and beta-sitosterol (4), were isolated from the roots of the mangrove plant Ceriops tagal. Their structures and relative stereochemistry were elucidated by means of extensive NMR, IR and MS analysis. Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 exhibited significant antifouling activities against cyprid larvae of the barnacle Balanus albicostatus Pilsbry, with EC(50) values of 0.32 +/- 0.01, 0.04 +/- 0.00,4.05 +/- 0.15 and 18.47 +/- 0.40 microg/cm(2), respectively, whereas their toxicities towards cyprids were very low, with LC(50 )values all above 10 microg/cm(2).  相似文献

Two new eudesmane derivatives, 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-(6-cinnamoyl)-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ) were discovered from Merremia yunnanensis. The structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data including HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR. It should be noted that this is the first report about structure elucidation and NMR assignment of compounds from Myunnanensis.  相似文献

The complete 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectral assignments of two new alkaloids isolated from chestnut honey and structurally related to kynurenic acid have been made using 1‐D and 2‐D NMR techniques, including COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments. Abstract

Chemical examination of Chinese mangrove Ceriops tagal endophytic Cytospora sp., yielded a new biscyclic sesquiterpene seiricardine D (1), and eight known metabolites, xylariterpenoid A (2a), xylariterpenoid B (2b) and regiolone (3) 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (4), (22E, 24R)5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3ß-ol (5), (22E, 24R)5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,9(11), 22-trien-3 ß-ol (6), ß-sitosterol (7) and stigmast-4-en-3-one (8). These structures were unambiguously elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric analyses. The antimicrobial activities of compounds 1–8 and their effects on a panel of plant and human pathogens were evaluated.  相似文献

The structure elucidations and complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments are reported for two new xanthone derivatives: 1,7‐dihydroxy‐2‐methoxy‐3‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐enyl)‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one (1) and 1‐hydroxy‐4,7‐dimethoxy‐6‐(3‐oxobutyl)‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one (2). Both of these secondary metabolites were isolated from the fermentation medium of a mangrove endophytic fungus (No. ZH19). High‐resolution electron impact mass spectrometry (HREIMS), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) absorption spectrometry, and NMR experiments including gCOSY, gHMQC, and gHMBC were used for the determination of the structures and NMR spectral assignments. Preliminary pharmacological test showed that compounds (1) and (2) inhibited KB cells with IC50 values of 20 and 35 µmol/ml, and KBV200 cells with IC50 values of 30 and 41 µmol/ml, respectively. Two new sesquiterpene lactone xylosides, derivatives of the guaianolides 9alpha-hydroxyleucodin and 9alpha-hydroxy-11,13-dehydroleucodin, were isolated from roots of Lactuca triangulata. Their structures were established on the basis of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra, 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, COSY, NOESY) techniques and comparison with the literature data. Two unprecedented dimeric diterpenoids, with a 2,3-dihydrofuran ring fusing an abietane and a 4,5-seco-abietane diterpene, were isolated from Cunninghamia lanceolata. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic measurements, and their absolute configurations were determined by quantum chemical TDDFT ECD calculations, chemical transformations, and Mosher's method. The Mosher method carried out with MPA and MTPA esters of the sterically hindered sec-hydroxyl group gave contradictory results, while MPA afforded the correct absolute configuration.  相似文献

[structure: see text] Two new diterpenes, lagaspholones A (1) and B (2), have been isolated from the methanolic extract of Euphorbia lagascae, along with the known compounds (+)-dehydrovomifoliol, scopoletin, dehydrodiconiferyl diacetate, 3-indolcarbaldehyde, and 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 2 contain the rare jatropholane-type skeleton, characterized by a 5:6:7:3 fused ring system. A possible biosynthetic pathway for lagaspholones is proposed.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of dichloromethane (DCM) extract from the stems of Paragonia pyramidata var. pyramidata L. Rich. (Bur.) resulted in the isolation and characterization of two new triterpenoids 3β,19β-dihydroxylup-12, 20(29)-diene-28-oic acid (1) and 3β,19β-dihydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (2), three known triterpenoids lupeol (3), spinosic acid A (4) and oleanolic acid (5), together with four known steroids (20R)-22E-24-ethylcholesta-4,22-dien-3-one (6), (20R)-24-ethylcholest-4-en-3-one (7), stigmasterol (8) and β-sitosterol (9). HREIMS, GC-MS and NMR experiments including HSQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY were used for the determination of the structures and NMR spectral assignments.
