An unusual for Pd catalysts dehydration of α-alkyl and α, α′-dialkylbenzyl alcohols PhCR′R″OH (R′ = H, Me, Et, Bu; R″ = H, Me) occurs in the presence of the palladium(I) cluster [Pd4(CO)4(OAc)4] (1) in an inert atmosphere to form ethers PhCR′R″-O-CR′ R″ and water. The catalyst is an intermediate of cluster 1 reduction to Pd black, while neither the starting cluster 1, nor Pd black, which is the decomposition product, are active in the catalysis of this reaction.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Promoted by Samarium diiodide (SmI2), α,β‐unsaturated amides were formed from nitrogen anions (formed in situ by the reduction of nitro compounds) and α,β‐unsaturated esters. This reaction contrasts with the conjugate addition between amines and α,β‐unsaturated esters promoted by samarium triiodide (SmI3) and provides an alternative attractive way to obtain α,β‐unsaturated amides using SmI2.  相似文献

Semihydrogenation of α,β‐unsaturated ynoates and ‐ynones bearing a γ‐alkoxy group can be performed using triphenylphosphine and water. α,β‐Unsaturated ynoates were reduced to a mixture of cis and trans α,β‐unsaturated enoates, whereas, ynones were reduced to trans α,β‐unsaturated enones as the only products.  相似文献

Flumecinol and related compounds can, without derivatization, be separated into their enantiomers by gas chromatography on cyclodextrin phases; permethylated β-cyclodextrin dissolved in OV-1701 can be particularly recommended. Thermodynamic data describing the different intensities of interaction of the individual enantiomers with the stationary phases were determined. The values measured imply different separation mechanisms for the compounds investigated.  相似文献

The aim of this investigation was the preparative isolation of solanidine (aglycone of the two main potato glycoalkaloids: α‐chaconine and α‐solanine) from fresh Solanum tuberosum (cv. Pompadour) material by implementing a new preparation scheme using centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC). A setup for obtaining solanidine by hydrolysis of the glycoalkaloids found in the skin and sprouts of S. tuberosum was first developed. Then its isolation was carried out by the development of CPC conditions: the solvent system used for separation was ethyl acetate/butanol/water in the ratio 42.5:7.5:50 v/v/v, 0.6 g of crude extract were separated with a 8 mL/min flow rate of mobile phase while rotating at 2500 rpm. A run yielded 98 mg of solanidine (86.7 % recovery from the crude extract) in a one‐step separation. The purity of the isolated solanidine was over 98%. Thus, CPC has proven to be the method of choice to get solanidine of very high purity from S. tuberosum biomass in large quantities.  相似文献

Phenanthrene derivatives were prepared by reacting an α,α‐dicyanoolefin with different α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds resulting from Wittig reaction of ninhydrin and phosphanylidene or condensation of barbituric acid and an aldehyde. The easy procedure, mild and metal‐catalyst free, reaction conditions, good yields, and no need for chromatographic purifications are important features of this protocol. The structures of the product of type 3 and 5 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 1).  相似文献

A series of α-, β,β-, and α,β,β-deuterium-labelled acrylonitrile monomers were prepared and polymerized. Secondary deuterium isotope effects on the polymerization and on the pyrolysis reactions that precede carbon fiber formation were observed. When deuterium is in the α-position, the polymerization rate is greater and the molecular weight is higher. It is proposed that either the propagation rate constant or both that constant and the termination rate constant are increased on deuterium substitution. In differential scanning calorimetry, the polyacrylonitrile exotherm occurs at higher temperatures and is narrower when deuterium is substituted at the α-position. On the other hand, the thermal gravimetric analysis activation energy for weight loss of polymer at temperatures below the acrylic exotherm is lower when deuterium is in the α-position, relative to the α-hydrogen polymers. As there is no correlation between the weight loss energy of activation and the various exotherm parameters, the weight loss energy of activation and the various exotherm parameters, the weight loss and exotherm are considered to be independent events. Examination of the distribution of deuterium substituted ammonia species evolved during 100–240°C thermal treatment of the α-and β, β-deuterated polyacrylonitriles provides a clear indication that both the α- and β-positions are directly involved in hydrogen migration to nitrogen, but the mechanism of ammonia generation remains unclear. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

β-Amino-α-phenyl-α-ferrocenylethanol, FcC(OH)(Ph)CH2NH2 was prepared by the reduction of cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ether of benzoylferrocene with lithium aluminum hydride. This new compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure was also confirmed by a single crystal X-ray study. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic P21/c space group with unit cell dimensions: a = 12.5906(17), b = 5.9636(8), c = 19.8320(3) Å, β = 102.047(2), V = 1456.3(3) Å3, Z = 4. The structure exhibits intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen bonding of the type N—H⋅ < eqid1 > ⋅O and O—H⋅ < eqid2 > ⋅N, respectively. The pattern of the inter-molecular hydrogen bonding interaction contains a 10-atom ring with two donors and two acceptors, showing a dimeric crystal packing.  相似文献

A Ph3P‐catalyzed cyclization of α‐halogeno ketones 2 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) 3 produced halogenated α,β‐unsaturated γ‐butyrolactone derivatives 4 in good yields (Scheme 1, Table). The presence of electron‐withdrawing groups such as halogen atoms at the α‐position of the ketones was necessary in this reaction. Cyclization of α‐chloro ketones resulted in higher yields than that of the corresponding α‐bromo ketones. Dihalogeno ketones similarly afforded the expected γ‐butyrolactone derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

Irradiation of α-iodo ketone in hexane under a nitrogen atmosphere with a high-pressure mercury lamp (λ>300nm) at room temperature afforded the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ketones in good yield. A new diterpenoid, 12β,13α‐dihydroxytriptonide, was obtained from the transformed culture of triptonide by Catharanthus roseus cell suspension cultures. Recently, a novel enzymatic method was developed for determination of homocysteine. This method utilizes the electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensor along with methionine α,γ‐lyase to accomplish the fast, accurate, sensitive and selective measurements. As a continuation of this work, another enzyme, homocysteine α,γ‐lyase, was used and the parallel experiments of using both enzymes were carried out against the effect of pH, sensitivity, linearity, and interferences, in an intended comparison between these two enzymes. The excellent linearity of amperometric currents against homocysteine concentrations, high sensitivities and low detection limits for both enzymes reconfirmed that the electrochemical method is superior over other analytical means. The high enzymatic activity of methionine α,γ‐lyase surpassing homocysteine α,γ‐lyase endowed the former higher sensitivity, lower detection limit and faster response than the latter, suggesting methionine α,γ‐lyase a better candidate for homocysteine measurement by electrochemical method. The differences between these two enzymes on the trends of response time and sensitivity at different pH environments, reactivity toward several forms of homocysteine as well as on the interference from several agents were also addressed and discussed.  相似文献

The previously described chiral 2‐acyloxathianes 5 (Scheme I) are used in two different enantioselective syntheses of γ‐butyrolactones. In one synthesis, Grignard addition, cleavage and reduction to carbinols RR'C(OH)CH2OH is followed by tosylation, malonate homologation, lactonization, and removal of the carbomethoxy group to give optically active γ‐lactones. A modification of this synthesis (Scheme I) leads to optically active α‐methylene‐γ‐lactones. In the second synthesis, reaction of a bromomagnesium enolate with ketones 5 leads to β‐hydroxyesters, which, by appropriate sequences of reduction and cleavage (Scheme II) are converted to optically active α‐ or β‐hydroxy‐γ‐lactones.  相似文献

Aryl α,α-difluoroalkyl ketones were synthesized from the reaction of ethyl α,α-difluoroacylate with aryl lithium at ?78°C or from the coupling of aryl iododifluoromethyl ketone with 1-alkene in the presence of tetcrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0). A new safe and convenient transformation has been developed. In the presence of cesium formate in dry MeOH solution, α-haloketones underwent direct conversion reaction to afford α-hydroxyketone in excellent yields. Furthermore, this methodology can be extended and applied in 2-chloro-N-(1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)acetamide, 2-chloro-N-(2,6-dimethylphen-yl)acetamide, 1-(bromomethylsulfonyl)benzene, and N-(bromomethyl)phthalimide to give the corresponding products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献
