研究了支承在挤压油膜阻尼器上的Jeffcott转子系统的转静件碰摩的弯扭耦合振动特性。建立了系统运动方程,分析了各参数对系统响应的影响。仿真计算结果表明碰摩刚度对系统响应的影响十分明显,增大碰摩刚度更容易使系统响应的周期解失稳;不平衡参数增大,导致系统响应的振动幅度增大,系统更容易出现碰摩现象,进而导致系统周期解失稳;随着扭转刚度的增大,扭转角度变化幅度与快慢均发生变化,在刚度较低时,扭转角变化幅度随时间变化较慢;随着扭转刚度的增大,扭转角幅度变化明显加快;当扭转刚度继续增大,扭转角的幅度变化反而变慢。研究发现,系统响应具有两条通向混沌的道路,即阵发性通向混沌的道路和拟周期通向混沌的道路。  相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinearly dynamic model for a spatial geared systemwith intersecting-axes, which consists of bevel gears, bearings, andshafts, is proposed based on a specific finite element theory. A newtype of spatial gear element which is consistent with the specific finiteelement theory is developed and completely describes all thedeformations that exist for the spatial motions of a pair of bevel gears,the time-variant meshing stiffness, and various types of gear errors inmanufacturing and assembly. The 3D motions of the spatial geared systemin axial, lateral, and torsional directions are coupled in the model. Theproposed approach has been coded into a software system and a dynamicanalysis for the spatial geared system is carried out. The nonlinearinfluences of axial, lateral and torsional stiffnesses of the shaft onthe vibration of the spatial geared system are especially investigated.The lateral stiffness changes the resonance peak frequencies of thespatial geared system and the torsional stiffness greatly affects thesize of the dynamic load and vibration amplitude.  相似文献

There are analytical methods for predicting the buckling loads of columns with the boundaries ideally fixed, i.e., simply supported or built-in, or partially fixed. Vibration-test results may furnish a practical method of measuring the fixity. In this investigation a beam, that may or may not be loaded as a column, is assumed to have a torsional spring at each end such that a zero torsional stiffness corresponds to a simply supported end and an infinite torsional stiffness corresponds to a built-in end. From a Rayleigh-Ritz analysis, the buckling load and the fundamental frequency of the beam are each computed as a function of the torsional stiffness. This procedure leads to a one-to-one nondimensional relationship between the buckling load and the natural frequency. From these calculations, it is seen that regardless of the degree of clamping of one end relative to the other end, all that is needed to predict the buckling load within a 15-percent range is a knowledge of the theoretical buckling load of the simply supported column; the theoretical fundamental frequency of the simply supported beam; and the experimental fundamental frequency. Experimental results are presented to support the theory.  相似文献

对包含不同类型裂纹(横裂纹、横-斜裂纹以及任意斜裂纹)的转子的耦合振动进行研究,以揭示裂纹转子在不同方向上刚度参数的变化规律及其交叉耦合机理,特别是由此引发的振动特征. 对于包含不同类型裂纹的转子轴段,采用六自由度Timoshenko梁单元模型对其进行单元建模,并基于应变能理论推导计算柔度参数和刚度矩阵. 在此基础上, 采用纽马克-$\beta$数值算法求解裂纹转子的运动方程,获得裂纹转子在单故障或多故障激励(不平衡激励、扭转激励或不平衡激励加扭转激励)作用下的耦合振动响应,进而分析耦合振动谱特征. 与横裂纹和横-斜裂纹相比,任意斜裂纹使转子刚度矩阵的交叉耦合效应更显著,导致转子发生更强烈的弯-扭耦合甚至是纵-弯-扭耦合振动.无论是在不平衡激励还是扭转激励作用下, 弯曲振动与扭转振动幅度都更大. 而且,包含不同类型裂纹的转子的耦合振动特征频率,例如旋转基频与二倍频、扭转激励频率及其边带成分的幅值,对裂纹面方向角具有不同的敏感性. 所得的这些研究结果,可以为转子裂纹的特征参数辨识与诊断提供理论依据.   相似文献

In this study, the torsional vibration and stability problems of functionally graded (FG) orthotropic cylindrical shells in the elastic medium, using the Galerkin method was investigated. Pasternak model is used to describe the reaction of the elastic medium on the cylindrical shell. Mixed boundary conditions are considered. The material properties and density of the orthotropic cylindrical shell are assumed to vary exponentially in the thickness direction. The basic equations of the FG orthotropic cylindrical shell under the torsional load resting on the Pasternak-type elastic foundation are derived. The expressions for the critical torsional load and dimensionless torsional frequency parameter of the FG orthotropic cylindrical shell resting on elastic foundations are obtained. The effects of variations of shell parameters, the exponential factor characterizing the degree of material gradient, orthotropy, foundation stiffness and shear subgrade modulus of the foundation on the critical torsional load and dimensionless torsional frequency parameter are examined.  相似文献

研究了外激励下两端采用转动弹簧约束的铰支浅拱在发生1:1内共振时的非线性动力学行为。通过引入基本假定和无量纲化变量得到浅拱的动力学控制方程, 将阻尼项、外荷载项和非线性项去掉后,所得线性方程及对应边界条件即可确定考虑转动弹簧影响的频率和模态, 发现转动约束取不同刚度值时系统存在模态交叉与模态转向两种内共振形式。对动力方程进行Galerkin全离散, 并采用多尺度法对内共振进行了摄动分析, 得到了极坐标和直角坐标两种形式的平均方程, 其中平均方程系数与转动弹簧刚度一一对应。最低两阶模态之间1:1内共振的数值研究结果表明: 外激励能激发内共振模态的非线性相互作用, 参数处于某一范围时系统存在周期解、准周期解和混沌解窗口, 且通过(逆)倍周期分岔方式进入混沌。  相似文献

Motions of a suspension bridge immersed in turbulent wind flows, including both mean and stochastic, can under certain conditions lead to the degradation of the structure׳s torsional stiffness and ensuing aerodynamic torsional divergence (ATD). It is the incompressibility of the main cables that determines their effectiveness as supporting members be limited in a tension state, and dropping out of either one cable from a tension state could result in the vanish of the torsional stiffness contributed by the whole cable system. Although the physical conception is quite explicit, evaluation of the critical threshold of ATD of a suspension bridge, when experiencing stochastic aerodynamic responses, can be complicated by the deformations of the towers, the lateral oscillations of the deck and cables, and other high-order modes participating in the vibration. In view of this, a criterion based on the tracking of the length of the main cables is presented in this study. It is shown that, with the numerical example, the advent of ATD, the degradation of the system׳s stiffness, as well as some striking post-ATD behaviors, can be well explained with the proposed model by tracking the cable lengths.  相似文献

基于非局部应变梯度理论,考虑周围弹性介质的影响,研究纳米圆轴的扭转自由振动。首先通过Hamilton原理推导纳米圆轴扭转振动的控制方程及边界条件,接着采用微分求积法得到控制方程及三类边界条件的离散形式,最后由数值计算结果分析扭转振动特性。讨论了两个小尺度参数和弹性介质刚度的变化对振动频率的影响,并通过小尺度参数比对振动频率的影响分析两个尺度参数的耦合作用。研究结果表明,扭转自由振动频率随非局部参数增加而减小,随应变梯度尺度参数、弹性介质刚度增加而增大;当非局部参数大于应变梯度尺度参数时,小尺度效应体现为非局部效应,相反则体现为应变梯度效应。  相似文献

进给伺服系统的性能对数控机床的跟踪及定位精度、加工表面质量等有着重要的作用。针对某重型车床的横向进给系统,综合考虑了轴的扭转刚度、齿轮的啮合刚度、丝杠螺母副接触刚度和丝杠支承轴承的轴向刚度等因素,建立了等效单自由度力学模型,分析刚度因素对工作台输出行为的影响。通过仿真计算分析了中间传动链各个刚度环节对工作台综合刚度的贡献量,找出了传动链的刚度薄弱环节。现场实验测试了工作台不同进给位置下的临界爬行速度,得到了临界爬行速度与丝杠的轴向刚度的关系,理论分析与实验结果相吻合。所得结论为该重型车床横向进给系统的优化设计提供了理论支持。  相似文献

The first part of the paper deals with an extension of the classical Rivlin's solution of the torsion problem of a neo-Hookean pipe. The second part concerns a study of the passive torsional deformation processes in a fibre-reinforced cylindrical dummy of the beating heart. Especially, the dependence of the torsional and volumetric stiffness of the cylindrical pipe on different geometric and material parameters is discussed through a set of numerical simulations.  相似文献

Analysed in this paper is the torsional damage of concrete beam with softening behaviour. Change in the local stiffness and dissipated strain energy density are determined as the torsional load or rotation is increased. The idealized stress-strain curve is bilinear with a positive and negative slope. Use is made of the equations of elasticity for torsion and isoparameric mapping with finite difference. Numerical results are obtained for the pure torsion of a rectangular beam and combined torsion/compression of an I-beam. Determined are the critical torques which tend to agree well with the test data.  相似文献

Summary Details are given of tests carried out to measure the dynamic torsional stiffness (or modulus) or bitumen and bituminous mixes at various amplitudes of applied strain.The results show that there is a decrease in stiffness with increasing strain amplitude but the rate of decrease diminishes with increasing amplitude until a minimum value is reached, after which the stiffness remains constant with further increase in amplitude. The magnitude of the strain amplitude at which the stiffness becomes a minimum increases with decreasing stiffness (i. e., dependent on temperature and aggregate content). These measurements indicate the non-linearity of the material under certain conditions.  相似文献

为了计算任意复杂非圆截面梁横截面扭转中心的位置,用节线法将其约束受扭后所有横截面面外变形的形状用一族包含节线未知函数的曲面表示,建立梁约束受扭时的控制方程后,再用常微分方程求解器分别求出单纯扭矩与横向载荷单独作用时节线未知函数的数值解,最后用刚度等效原理导出复杂截面梁横截面扭转中心的位置。算例计算结果表明:该方法是合理的、有效的,是计算任意复杂非圆截面梁横截面扭转中心位置的可靠方法。  相似文献

采用积分变换和Muki的方法求解了层状地基中单桩的扭转振动问题.在分析过程中,首先对基本控制方程进行Hankel变换,建立了单层地基的初参数解答和刚度矩阵,得到层状地基的递推矩阵;然后利用递推矩阵、边界条件和桩-土变形协调条件建立了层状地基中单桩扭转振动问题的基本积分方程并进行数值求解.文末数值算例给出了退化的层状地基中刚性单桩的扭转变形,其结果与已有经典解答吻合良好.同时,并研究了两层地基中单桩的扭转动力响应,分析了桩-土参数对动力响应的影响,所得结论对工程实践和桩基扭转波检测有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Determination of a spectral (i.e. frequency dependent) finite element of a helix is the focus of this communication. The helix is treated as straight, linear elastic element, exhibiting coupling of axial with torsional responses. We derive explicit forms of all the coefficients of the stiffness matrix and plot their dependencies on the frequency and the parameter describing the said coupling. In general, the growth of that parameter leads to a progressively denser occurrence of the resonances of both axial and torsional motions.  相似文献

折纸是一门古老艺术,其本质是将平面材料沿着事先设计好的折痕进行折叠,进而形成一个复杂的三维结构.柔性折纸结构是实现三维结构轻量化的重要途径.因此,解析折纸结构几何特性和力学性质十分必要.本文以MSC(Magic Spiral Cube)为研究对象,通过实际折痕和虚拟折痕的方法,建立了该结构的几何模型,确定了实现完全展开和完全折叠对刚性面和可变形面的设计条件,在虚拟折痕上引入了扭转刚度,证明了该扭转刚度与柔性面变形的等效性,从而得到了MSC 折纸结构的弹性势能,得到了使结构变形的力与位移本构.通过力学特性分析,发现了MSC折纸结构具有双稳态特性,这种特性是由面内变形诱发的,与虚拟折痕刚度与弹性折痕刚度的比值有直接的关系.最后,我们对MSC折纸结构进行设计和制备,通过实验,验证了理论 模型的准确性.本文的研究结果不仅进一步加深了我们对于MSC折纸结构力学特性的认识,同时也为其工程应用提供理论基础.  相似文献
