Ordered mesoporous Fe(3)O(4) with crystalline walls (inverse spinel structure) has been synthesized for the first time, representing to the best of our knowledge, the first synthesis of a reduced mesoporous iron oxide. Synthesis was achieved by reducing ordered mesoporous alpha-Fe(2)O(3) (corundum structure) to Fe(3)O(4) spinel then to gamma-Fe(2)O(3) by oxidation, while preserving the ordered mesostructure and crystalline walls throughout. Such solid/solid transformations demonstrate the stability of the mesostructure to structural phase transitions from the hexagonal close packed oxide subarray of alpha-Fe(2)O(3) (corundum structure) to the cubic close packed subarray of Fe(3)O(4) spinel and gamma-Fe(2)O(3). Preliminary magnetic measurements reveal that the spins in both Fe(3)O(4) and gamma-Fe(2)O(3) are frozen at 295 K, despite the wall thickness (7 nm) being less than the lower limit for such freezing in corresponding nanoparticles (>8 nm).  相似文献

Magnetic Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous silica (MS) composites were synthesized by generating Fe(3)O(4) nanoparticles in the mesoporous silica matrix using the sol-gel method in nitrogen atmosphere. The mesoporous silica hosts include SBA-15 particles owning highly ordered p6mm mesostructure, siliceous mesostructured cellular foams (MCFs), and fiber-like mesoporous silica (FMS) with unique pore structures. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N(2) adsorption/desorption results show that Fe(3)O(4) functionalized MCFs and FMS possess suitable mesoporous structure for the adsorption of both small-molecular drug and large biomolecules. The biocompatibility tests on L929 fibroblast cells using MTT assay reveal low cytotoxicity of these systems. These Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous silica composites show sustained release properties for aspirin in vitro. The release of the aspirin molecules from the pores of the Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous silica composites is basically a diffusive process. Fe(3)O(4)@MCFs and Fe(3)O(4)@FMS owning larger pore size are good candidates for the adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA). These magnetic composites can be potential vectors for drug delivery and bioadsorption.  相似文献

Branched MnOOH nanorods with diameters in the range of 50-150 nm and lengths of up to tens of micrometers were prepared by using potassium permanganate (KMnO(4)) and PEG 400 (PEG=polyethylene glycol) as starting materials through a simple hydrothermal process at 160 °C. After annealing at 300 °C under a N(2) atmosphere for 5 h, MnOOH nanorods became gradually dehydrated and transformed into mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods with a slight size-shrinking. The as-obtained mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods had an average surface area of 32.88 m(2) g(-1) and a mean pore size of 3.7 nm. Through tuning the experimental parameters, such as the annealing atmosphere and temperature, β-MnO(2), Mn(2)O(3), Mn(3)O(4), MnO, and Mn(5)O(8) were selectively produced. Among these structures, mesoporous Mn(3)O(4) nanorods were efficient for the catalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) in the presence of H(2)O(2) at 80 °C.  相似文献

以Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O和AgNO_3为原料,采用水热法制备了介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Al_2O_3NPs)和银掺杂介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Ag/Al_2O_3NPs),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、能量分散X射线衍射(EDX)和低温N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物进行了表征,通过最低抑菌浓度和抑菌圈实验研究了材料的抗菌性能.XRD分析表明在介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中Al_2O_3是唯一结晶相,Ag掺杂后,介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs晶格常数和半高峰宽增大,晶面间距[(111),(400)和(440)面]减小.FE-SEM形貌分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs颗粒直径减小而孔径增大.EDX和XRF分析表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比为1.5,与Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比相同.综合XRD和XRF分析结果认为,Ag进入介孔Al_2O_3晶格间隙形成间隙固溶体.低温N2吸附-脱附分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs比表面积、孔体积和孔径增大.曝气抗菌实验结果表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs的抗菌机理是活性氧和金属银的协同作用.介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)具有明显的抗菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为80μg/m L,抑菌圈直径分别为26 mm和24 mm.  相似文献

The conversion reactions associated with mesoporous and nanowire Co(3)O(4) when used as negative electrodes in rechargeable lithium batteries have been investigated. Initially, Li is intercalated into Co(3)O(4) up to x approximately 1.5 Li in Li(x)Co(3)O(4). Thereafter, both materials form a nanocomposite of Co particles imbedded in Li(2)O, which on subsequent charge forms CoO. The capacities on cycling increase on initial cycles to values exceeding the theoretical value for Co(3)O(4) + 8 Li(+) + 8e(-) --> 4 Li(2)O + 3 Co, 890 mAhg(-1), and this is interpreted as due to charge storage in a polymer layer that forms on the high surface area of nanowire and mesoporous Co(3)O(4). After 15 cycles, the capacity decreases drastically for the nanowires due to formation of grains that are separated one from another by a thick polymer layer, leading to electrical isolation. In contrast, the mesoporous Co(3)O(4) losses its mesoporosity and forms a morphology similar to bulk Co(3)O(4) (Co particles imbedded in Li(2)O matrix) with which it exhibits a similar capacity on cycling. In contrast to mesoporous lithium intercalation compounds, which show superior capacity at high rates compared to bulk materials, mesoporosity does not seem to improve the capacity of conversion reactions on extended cycling. If, however, mesoporosity could be retained during the conversion reaction, then higher capacities could be obtained in such systems.  相似文献

以有序介孔碳(OMC)为载体,采用共沉淀法制备了OMC/NiCo2O4复合物.用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱和透射电镜(TEM)研究其结构与形貌,发现NiCo2O4纳米颗粒均匀地负载在有序介孔碳上.循环伏安和恒流充放电测试表明,NiCo2O4质量分数为40%时,在1A·g-1的电流密度下,复合物电极的比电容可以达到577.0F·g-1,电流密度为8A·g-1时,比电容可以达到470.8F·g-1,并具有良好的循环稳定性.在2A·g-1的电流密度下,经过2000次循环后,比电容还可达到508.4F·g-1,电容保持率为92.7%.  相似文献

The 1/2V2O5-H2C2O4/H3PO4/NH4OH system was investigated using hydrothermal techniques. Four new phases, (NH4)VOPO(4).1.5H2O (1), (NH4)0.5VOPO(4).1.5H2O (2), (NH4)2[VO(H2O)3]2[VO(H2O)][VO(PO4)2]2.3H2O (3), and (NH4)2[VO(HPO4)]2(C2O4).H2O (4), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Compounds 1 and 2 have layered structures closely related to VOPO(4).2H2O and A0.5VOPO4.yH2O (A = mono- or divalent metals), whereas 3 has a 3D open-framework structure. Compound 4 has a layered structure and contains both oxalate and phosphate anions coordinated to vanadium cations. 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出介孔氧化铈(meso-CeO2)及其负载的氧化钴(Co3O4/meso-CeO2)催化剂,并将其应用于富氢气体中CO的优先氧化反应.通过N2物理吸附及X射线衍射表征考察了meso-CeO2和Co3O4/meso-CeO2的结构性质.活性评价结果表明,在高空速下,Co3O4/meso-CeO2催化剂上的CO优先氧化性能很好,但水和CO2对CO的氧化有一定的负作用.Co3O4/meso-CeO2催化剂的CO完全氧化温度窗口远大于沉淀法制备CeO2负载的氧化钴催化剂.  相似文献

Alpha-Fe(2)O(3) has been synthesized with an ordered mesoporous structure and crystalline walls that exhibit a near-single crystal-like order. The unique magnetic behavior of the material, distinct from bulk nanoparticles of alpha-Fe(2)O(3) or mesoporous Fe(2)O(3) with disordered walls, has been established. Magnetic susceptibility, M?ssbauer, and neutron diffraction data show that the material possesses the same long-range magnetic order as bulk alpha-Fe(2)O(3), despite the wall thickness being less than the 8 nm limit below which magnetic ordering breaks down in nanoparticulate alpha-Fe(2)O(3), yet the Morin transition of bulk alpha-Fe(2)O(3) is absent. It is also shown by TEM, PXRD, and EXAFS that alpha-Fe(2)O(3) with the same ordered mesoporous structure but disordered walls contains small crystalline domains. M?ssbauer and magnetic susceptibility data demonstrate that this material exhibits no long-range magnetic order but superparamagnetic behavior.  相似文献

A mesoporous Co(3)O(4) core/mesoporous silica shell composite with a variable shell thickness of 10-35 nm was fabricated by depositing silica on Co(3)O(4) superlatticed particles. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area of the composite with a shell thickness of ca. 2.0 nm was 238.6 m(2)/g, which varied with the shell thickness, and the most frequent pore size of the shell was ca. 2.0 nm. After the shell was eroded with hydrofluoric acid, mesoporous Co(3)O(4) particles with a pore size of ca. 8.7 nm could be obtained, whose BET surface area was 86.4 m(2)/g. It is proposed that in the formation of the composite the electropositive cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) micelles were first adsorbed on the electronegative Co(3)O(4) particle surface, which directed the formation of the mesoporous silica on the Co(3)O(4) particle surface. Electrochemical measurements showed that the core/shell composites exhibited a higher discharge capacity compared with that of the bare Co(3)O(4) particles.  相似文献

使用L-半胱氨酸作为连接剂, 利用硼氢化钠原位还原预先吸附在介孔氧化亚铜表面的氯金酸根离子,得到了Au/Cu2O异质结构. 应用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱和N2物理吸附等手段对催化剂进行表征, 并以λ>400 nm的可见光作为光源, 评价了该催化剂光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的活性. 实验结果表明, 直径为4 nm的金颗粒完好地负载在介孔氧化亚铜的表面, 并且介孔氧化亚铜的细微结构与孔径均未发生变化. 研究表明, 以乙醇作为反应溶剂有效抑制了AuCl4-与Cu2O之间的氧化还原反应, 从而有利于氧化亚铜介孔结构的保持及金颗粒的原位还原. 光催化降解亚甲基蓝的结果表明, Au/Cu2O异质结构的光催化活性比纯氧化亚铜光催化活性有明显提高. 推测其光催化性能提高的主要原因如下: 一方面, 金颗粒良好的导电性有利于氧化亚铜表面电子的快速转移, 实现电子-空穴分离; 另一方面, 金颗粒可能存在的表面等离子共振现象加速了光生电子的产生.  相似文献

以介孔硅作为模板合成有序的介孔Co3O4, 在6 mol/L KOH电解液里进行电化学性能的测试. 结果表明具有有序介孔结构的Co3O4, 其比容量可以达到250 F/g, 大约为在550 ℃下直接煅烧Co(NO3)•6H2O所得的Co3O4容量的4倍. 其外该材料还表现出良好的倍率特性, 这一现象可归因于有序的介孔结构增大了有效的反应表面积, 同时有利于离子在其中传递.  相似文献

采用十二胺为模板剂、氨水做沉淀剂成功制备了介孔α-Fe2O3,通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、N2吸附/脱附技术对样品晶相、形貌和比表面积进行了表征.根据介孔α-Fe2O3悬浮液的酸碱滴定数据,使用FITEQL软件,采用双电层恒电容模型计算得出了介孔α-Fe2O3的表面酸碱反应平衡常数.在此基础上研究了Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+在介孔氧化铁表面的吸附行为,使用WinSGW软件模拟得出了相应的表面配合反应平衡常数并讨论了其吸附机理.  相似文献

A magnetic nanoparticle conjugated mesoporous nanocatalyst (Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15) with a high surface area has been synthesized by chemical conjugation of magnetite (Fe(3)O(4)) nanoparticles with functionalized mesoporous SBA-15. Functionalized mesoporous SBA-15 containing surface carboxyl and amino groups was synthesized via the thiol-ene click reaction of cysteine hydrochloride and vinyl functionalized SBA-15. The catalytic activity of the robust, safe and magnetically recoverable Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15 nanocatalyst was evaluated in the Biginelli reaction under mild conditions for the synthesis of a diverse range of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones. The separation and reuse of the Fe(3)O(4)@mesoporous SBA-15 nanocatalyst were simple, effective and economical.  相似文献

Superparamagnetic microspheres with an Fe3O4@SiO2 core and a perpendicularly aligned mesoporous SiO2 shell were synthesized through a surfactant-templating sol-gel approach. The microspheres possess high magnetization (53.3 emu/g), high surface area (365 m2/g), large pore volume (0.29 cm3/g), and uniform mesopore (2.3 nm). By using the unique core-shell microspheres with accessible large pores and excellent magnetic property, a fast removal of microcystins with high efficiency (>95%) can be achieved.  相似文献

The Raman and infrared spectra of solid K2(12)C2O4 x H2O are reported together with, for the first time, the corresponding Raman and infrared spectra of solid K2(13)C2O4 x H2O. Raman spectra of aqueous solutions of both isotopomers are also reported. In the solid state the oxalate anion is planar with D2h symmetry in this salt, whereas in aqueous solution the Raman spectra of the anion are best interpreted on the basis of D2d symmetry. The Raman spectra of solid (NH4)2(12)C2O4 x H2O and (NH4)2(13)C2O4 x H2O, in which the oxalate anion is twisted from planarity by 28 degrees about the CC bond, have also been recorded. Several reassignments have been made. The harmonic force field for the oxalate anion in the D2h, D2 and D2d geometries has been determined in part, and approximate values of key valence force constants determined. All the observed band wavenumbers and 12C/13C isotopic shifts are well reproduced by the force fields. The potential energy distribution of the totally symmetric normal modes of planar oxalate indicates that each mode consists of extensively mixed symmetry corrdinates and that the labels previously used for the bands seen here at 475 and 879 cm(-1) would better be described as v(CC) and deltaS(CO2), respectively, putting them in the same wavenumber order as v(NN) and deltaS(NO2) for the isoelectronic and isostructural molecule N2O4. The stretching force constants of N2O4 and planar C2O4(2-) are established to be in the order f(NN) < f(CC) and f(NO) > f(CO), consistent with the known relative bond lengths.  相似文献
