挠性转子系统碰摩故障传播特性的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了柔性联接的双跨度挠性转子发生碰摩时系统的响应征兆;将振动信号的快速付立叶变换(FFT)幅值谱阵列和轴心轨迹设置为特征参量,对不同截面和2个相互垂直方位的碰摩特征进行了对比.结果表明:碰摩故障在转子间具有传播能力,靠近碰摩部位的响应强度最大;碰摩的典型特征表现为FFT谱中1X分量幅值增大,并出现2X、3X、4X谐波分量;轴心轨迹形状显示出碰摩作用点的截面方位信息;最典型征兆表现为碰摩响应的1X分量所对应的频率坐标降低,其降低幅度与碰摩的程度相关.  相似文献

建立了一类非线性转子-机匣系统的碰摩模型.应用数值分析的方法对其进行研究,得到了不同参数变化下系统响应随转速变化的分岔图,分析了系统参数变化对分岔过程的影响,并作出了在相应参数状态和特定转速下的Poincare截面图,揭示系统参数变化对非线性碰摩转子-机匣系统分岔特性的影响.  相似文献

碰摩裂纹转子轴承系统的周期运动稳定性及实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据碰摩裂纹耦合故障转子轴承系统的非线性动力学方程,利用求解非线性非自治系统周期解的延拓打靶法,研究了系统周期运动的稳定性。研究发现,小偏心量下系统周期运动发生Hopf分岔,大偏心量下系统周期运动发生倍周期分岔,偏心量的加大使周期解的稳定性明显降低;系统碰摩间隙变小,碰摩影响了油膜涡动的形成,使失稳转速有所提高;裂纹深度的加大降低了系统周期运动的稳定性。本文的研究为转子轴承系统的安全稳定运行提供了理论参考。  相似文献

研究了支承在挤压油膜阻尼器上的Jeffcott转子系统的转静件碰摩的弯扭耦合振动特性。建立了系统运动方程,分析了各参数对系统响应的影响。仿真计算结果表明碰摩刚度对系统响应的影响十分明显,增大碰摩刚度更容易使系统响应的周期解失稳;不平衡参数增大,导致系统响应的振动幅度增大,系统更容易出现碰摩现象,进而导致系统周期解失稳;随着扭转刚度的增大,扭转角度变化幅度与快慢均发生变化,在刚度较低时,扭转角变化幅度随时间变化较慢;随着扭转刚度的增大,扭转角幅度变化明显加快;当扭转刚度继续增大,扭转角的幅度变化反而变慢。研究发现,系统响应具有两条通向混沌的道路,即阵发性通向混沌的道路和拟周期通向混沌的道路。  相似文献

在不考虑自重的转子系统全局碰摩动力响应特性的解析分析基础上,应用数值分析方法,研究了考虑自重的转子系统的全局碰摩动力响应特性。通过大量的数值计算得到了不同参数平面内、不同碰摩响应的稳定区域图。研究表明重力引起的静变形与偏心距之比是决定转子的碰摩响应的变化大小的重要参数,比值越大,转子碰摩响应较不考虑自重的转子碰摩响应的变化越大,会出现多种复杂的响应和共存现象。本研究有助于认清系统参数相互作用对出现不同碰摩响应序列的影响。  相似文献

旋转机械中非线性“转子-轴承-基础”系统的轴心轨迹包含着反映其运行状态的丰富信息,但由于系统碰摩等故障测试信号中的背景信号、噪声信号干扰严重、使轴心轨迹非常杂乱,难以从中得到有用信息。本文将构造的非线性小波包变换用于提纯轴心轨迹,剔除干扰,提取故障特征,取得了好的效果,这对转子系统动静件碰摩等故障进行早期准确的诊断具有重要意义。  相似文献

研究叶片与转子-轴承系统的耦合非线性振动,建立了一个带叶片的双盘转子-轴承系统的非线性动力学模型,其中包含一个弹性转轴、两个滑动轴承、两个刚性圆盘和两组弹性叶片.为了分析叶片的惯性影响,将其简化为单摆模型.采用4阶Runge-Kutta法进行了数值模拟,并利用分岔图、三维谱图、轴心轨迹和Poincaré映射图等方法分析了系统的非线性动力学特性.研究发现,随着转速的变化,系统响应演化出了倍周期运动、概周期运动、混沌运动和倍周期分岔等典型的非线性动力学行为.在与忽略了叶片振动的转子系统对比后发现,叶片振动使转子发生混沌运动的转速区域增大.在某些参数条件下,采用不同的叶片刚度,叶片振动可能引起转子系统产生混沌运动.  相似文献

本文基于线性碰摩力模型,分析了转定子存在偏心时柔性JEFFCOTT转子的碰摩响应。通过数值仿真,揭示了转子碰摩响应与系统参数之间的定性关系,指出较小的定子刚度、较大的系统阻尼有利于抑制转子的混沌振动。  相似文献

对考虑定子质量和碰撞面刚度的四自由度转子/定子模型的全局响应特性进行了研究。首先,通过解析方法确定了无碰摩响应的边界,然后,求解了同频全周碰摩解并进行了稳定性分析得到了同频全周碰摩响应的区域。在此基础上,利用非线性动力学分析的数值方法,确定了准周期局部碰摩与反向涡动失稳的边界,由此得出了参数平面内的不同碰摩响应的稳定区域图。进而研究了定子与转子质量比和碰撞面刚度对碰摩全局响应特性的影响,得到了不同碰摩响应共存及随系统参数变化的典型全局响应分岔图。  相似文献

转子与定子碰摩的动力学行为及其与系统参数关系对旋转机械设计和安全运行至关重要. 转子/定子碰摩系统是一类多参数控制的高维非光滑强非线性系统, 其动力学行为非常复杂. 本文主要从动力学与控制的角度对过去半个世纪有关转子与定子碰摩的研究成果进行归纳和总结, 其目的在于帮助读者尽可能全面系统地了解该问题的研究现状, 提炼尚待解决的问题, 以求推动转子与定子碰摩研究的进一步深入, 并为解决实际问题提供帮助. 本文将首先从碰摩局部模型和碰摩系统模型两个方面对已有的转子/定子碰摩系统的建模进行了简单的划分和归类. 其次, 以典型碰摩非线性响应为主线, 分别介绍了有关同频碰摩响应、谐波周期碰摩响应、准周期局部碰摩响应、干摩擦自激反向全周涡动响应、碰摩的全局响应行为以及碰摩响应的分岔与混沌方面的研究成果. 接下来讨论了在主被动抑制碰摩振动方面取得的结果. 最后, 给出结论并提出有待进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

Considering the axial and radial loads, a math- ematical model of angular contact ball bearing is deduced with Hertz contact theory. With the coupling effects of lateral, torsional and axial vibrations taken into account, a lumped-parameter nonlinear dynamic model of helical gearrotor-bearing system (HGRBS) is established to obtain the transmission system dynamic response to the changes of dif- ferent parameters. The vibration differential equations of the drive system are derived through the Lagrange equation, which considers the kinetic and potential energies, the dis- sipative function and the internal/external excitation. Based on the Runge-Kutta numerical method, the dynamics of the HGRBS is investigated, which describes vibration properties of HGRBS more comprehensively. The results show that the vibration amplitudes have obvious fluctuation, and the frequency multiplication and random frequency components become increasingly obvious with changing rotational speed and eccentricity at gear and bearing positions. Axial vibration of the HGRBS also has some fluctuations. The bearing has self-variable stiffness frequency, which should be avoided in engineering design. In addition, the bearing clearance needs little attention due to its slightly discernible effect on vibration response. It is suggested that a careful examination should be made in modelling the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a helical gear-rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

面向航空发动机整机振动, 建立了航空发动机转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型. 该模型具有如下特点: (1)考虑转子、滚动轴承及机匣之间的耦合作用; (2)考虑了实际航空发动机的弹性支承及挤压油膜阻尼效应; (3)将转子考虑为等截面自由欧拉梁模型, 运用模态截断法进行分析; (4)考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力以及变柔性VC(Varyingcompliance)振动; (5)考虑了转子与机匣之间的碰摩故障. 运用数值积分方法研究了航空发动机的整机振动规律, 包括: 滚动轴承VC振动分析、弹性支承刚度对耦合系统临界转速的影响、转轴模态截断阶数NM对系统响应的影响分析、挤压油膜阻尼器参数对系统响应的影响分析、突加不平衡的瞬态响应分析以及转静碰摩故障特性分析等.   相似文献

The dynamics of a modified Jeffcott rotor is studied, including rotor torsional deformation and rotor-stator contact. Conditions are studied under which the rotor undergoes either forward synchronous whirling or self-excited backward whirling motions with continuous stator contact. For forward whirling, the effect on the response is investigated for two commonly used rotor-stator friction models, namely, the simple Coulomb friction and a generalized Coulomb law with cubic dependence on the relative slip velocity. For cases with and without the rotor torsional degree of freedom, analytical estimates and numerical bifurcation analyses are used to map out regions in the space of drive speed and a friction parameter, where rotor-stator contact exists. The nature of the bifurcations in which stability is lost are highlighted. For forward synchronous whirling fold, Hopf, lift-off, and period-doubling bifurcations are encountered. Additionally, for backward whirling, regions of transitions from pure sticking to stick-slip oscillations are numerically delineated.  相似文献

Electromagnetic and mechanical forces are main reasons resulting in vibrations in hydraulic generating set. The non-symmetric air-gap between the rotor and stator creates an attraction force called unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP). The UMP can produce large oscillations which will be dangerous to the machines. In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a rotor-bearing system with rub-impact for hydraulic generating set under the UMP are studied. The rubbing model is established based on the classic impact theory. Through the numerical calculation, the excitation current, mass eccentricity, stiffness of shaft and radial stiffness of stator are used as control parameters to investigate their effect on the system, by means of bifurcation diagrams, Poincaré maps, trajectories and frequency spectrums. Various nonlinear phenomena including periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic motions are observed. The results reveal that the UMP has significant influence in the response of the rotor system that the continuous increase in the excitation current induces the alternation of quasi-periodic and chaotic motions, the co-occurrence of oil whip and rub in a wide excitation range aggravates the vibration and leads to the instability of the system. In addition, the large eccentricity and radial stiffness of stator, as well as the small stiffness of shaft may lead to the occurrence of full annular rubbing while increasing the stiffness of the shaft can play an important role of suppressing the chaotic motion, reducing the vibration and improving stability of the system.  相似文献

A model of a rigid rotor system under axial thrust with rotor-to-stator is developed based on the classic impact theory and is analyzed by the Lagrangian dynamics. The rubbing condition is modeled using the elastic impact-contact idealization, which consists of normal and tangential forces at the rotor-to-stator contact point. Mass eccentricity and rotating speed are used as control parameters to simulate the response of rotor system. The motions of periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic are found in the rotor system response. Mass eccentricity plays an important role in creating chaotic phenomena.  相似文献

The axially moving beams on simple supports with torsion springs are studied. The general modal functions of the axially moving beam with constant speed have been obtained from the supporting conditions. The contribution of the spring stiffness to the natural frequencies has been numerically investigated. Transverse stability is also studied for axially moving beams on simple supports with torsion springs. The method of multiple scales is applied to the partialdifferential equation governing the transverse parametric vibration. The stability boundary is derived from the solvability condition. Instability occurs if the axial speed fluctuation frequency is close to the sum of any two natural frequencies or is two fold natural frequency of the unperturbed system. It can be concluded that the spring stiffness makes both the natural frequencies and the instability regions smaller in the axial speed fluctuation frequency-amplitude plane for given mean axial speed and bending stiffness of the beam.  相似文献

两尺度耦合的Duffing系统存在复杂振动, 此类振动具有振幅大、频率高的特点, 对系统的危害不容忽视. 研究了线性动力吸振器对低频参数激励下Duffing系统的振动控制问题, 通过对比耦合动力吸振器前后系统的时间历程图、相图, 发现加入动力吸振器后系统会由单一振动模式转变为混合振动模式(簇发振动), 振动幅值明显减小, 尤其对高频振动部分抑制明显. 利用快慢分析法, 当参数激励为慢变过程时得到相应的自治系统, 并发现自治系统稳定性与分岔行为对非自治系统振动响应具有明显调节作用. 研究结果表明, 虽然耦合动力吸振器前后自治系统均发生叉形分岔, 但是加入吸振器后自治系统稳定性发生变化, 稳定中心变为渐进稳定的焦点, 稳定平衡线对非自治系统轨线的吸引力增强, 使得响应振动幅值减小; 另外轨线在不同吸引子之间的跳跃次数减少, 也是导致响应振动幅值减小的另一个原因. 通过对参数激励的相关参数减振效果分析, 发现加入的动力吸振器在较大的振动幅值和频率范围内都能起到抑制系统振动的作用. 为两尺度系统耦合线性动力吸振器减振研究提供了理论依据.   相似文献
