The Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs) were modified with 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol and the relevant Co complex (Fe3O4@Phendiol@Co) synthesized as a nano‐magnetic heterogeneous catalyst to be used for the N ‐formylation of various amines at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. Also, in order to find the better concept of the catalyst role, the N ‐formylation reaction was carried out by the use of ultrasound irradiation in the absence of the Co nano‐catalyst and the results were compared. The catalyst characterized by different methods such as the elemental analysis (CHN), ICP, FT‐IR, XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM, TG‐DTA, VSM and XPS. In addition, the antioxidant and the antibacterial activities of the Fe3O4@Phendiol@Co nano‐catalyst and its Phendiol ligand were in vitro screened by 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging and disc diffusion methods. Results showed that they possess strong antioxidant activity (IC50; 0.182 ± 0.006 mg/ml) and good antibacterial potential in comparison to standards.  相似文献

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles functionalized with 5,10‐dihydropyrido[2,3‐b]quinoxaline‐7,8‐diol were synthesized as was their complex with copper as a novel nanomagnetic iron oxide catalyst via a simple and green method, and characterized using various techniques. The capability of the catalyst was evaluated in the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of different tetrazoles, which showed very good results. Mild reaction conditions, good reusability and simple magnetic work‐up make this methodology interesting for the efficient synthesis of tetrazoles.  相似文献

Eggshell is a hazardous waste by European Union regulations, so that discarded thousands of tons per year. To convert waste (eggshell) to wealth (catalyst), nano‐magnetic eggshell was prepared based on the nano‐Fe3O4, and then the eggshell was converted to Ca(HSO4)2 with organic acid, namely, chlorosulfonic acid. Based on the back titration, 5.18 mmol SO4H group was loaded per gram of the nano‐structure. Using this method eggshell was converted to cheap, green and environment‐friendly solid acid catalyst. The prepared catalyst (nano‐ Fe3O4@Ca(HSO4)2) was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The activity of eggshell waste‐derived catalysts was successfully evaluated in the synthesis of value‐added products, namely indazolo[1,2‐b]‐phthalazinetrione derivatives as a benchmark multicomponent reaction. In addition, design of experiments shows that increase in amount of catalyst (and temperature), boost the reaction yield, especially with steeper slope at higher temperature.  相似文献

A green, novel and extremely efficient nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized by the immobilization of Ni as a transition metal on Fe3O4 nanoparticles coated with tryptophan. This nanostructured material was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and X‐ray diffraction. The prepared nanocatalyst was applied for the oxidation of sulfides, oxidative coupling of thiols and synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles. The use of non‐toxic, green and inexpensive materials, easy separation of magnetic nanoparticles from a reaction mixture using a magnetic field, efficient and one‐pot synthesis, and high yields of products are the most important advantages of this nanocatalyst.  相似文献

A strategy has been developed for the synthesis, characterization and catalysis of magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd core‐shell structure supported catalyst. The P(GMA‐EGDMA) polymer layer was coated on the surface of hollow magnetic Fe3O4 microspheres through the effect of KH570. The core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA) modified by ‐NH2 could be grafted with HPG. Then, the hyperbranched glycidyl (HPG) with terminal ‐OH were modified by ‐COOH and adsorbed Pd nanoparticles. The hyperbranched polymer layer not only protected the Fe3O4 magnetic core from acid–base substrate corrosion, but also provided a number of functional groups as binding sites for Pd nanoparticles. The prepared catalyst was characterized by UV–vis, TEM, SEM, FTIR, TGA, ICP‐OES, BET, XRD, DLS and VSM. The catalytic tests showed that the magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd catalyst had excellent catalytic performance and retained 86% catalytic efficiency after 8 consecutive cycles.  相似文献

Syntheses, and electrochemical properties of two novel complexes, [Cu(phendio)(L ‐Phe)(H2O)](ClO4) ·H2O (1) and [Ni(phendio)(Gly)(H2O)](ClO4)·H2O (2) (where phendio = 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione, L ‐Phe = L ‐phenylalanine, Gly = glycine), are reported. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction results of (1) suggest that this complex structure belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system. The electrochemical properties of free phendio and these complexes in phosphate buffer solutions in a pH range between 2 and 9 have been investigated using cyclic voltammetry. The redox potential of these compounds is strongly dependent on the proton concentration in the range of ? 0.3–0.4 V vs SCE (saturated calomel reference electrode). Phendiol reacts by the reduction of the quinone species to the semiquinone anion followed by reduction to the fully reduced dianion. At pH lower than 4 and higher than 4, reduction of phendio proceeds via 2e?/3H+ and 2e?/2H+ processes. For complexes (1) and (2), being modulated by the coordinated amino acid, the reduction of the phendio ligand proceeds via 2e?/2H+ and 2e?/H+ processes, respectively. Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were functionalized by aminopropylsilane and reacted with aromatic aldehyde, and Fe3O4‐Si‐[CH2]3‐N=CH‐Aryl and Fe3O4‐Si‐(CH2)3‐NH‐CH2‐Aryl MNPs were prepared as novel magnetic nanocatalysts. Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM) were used to identify the MNPs. The catalytic activity of the MNPs was evaluated in the one‐pot synthesis of some novel poly‐substituted pyridine derivatives.  相似文献

In this paper, a green and facile protocol was described which was efficient for synthesis of benzimidazoles using nano‐Fe3O4 catalyst with continuous bubbling of air as the oxidant in PEG‐400/H2O aqueous system at room temperature. This protocol afforded the target products in good to excellent yields and the catalytic system could be recycled and reused without significant loss of catalytic activity. A novel method is reported for the synthesis of benzoxanthenone and 3‐pyranylindole derivatives via one‐pot three‐component reactions using a newly synthesized HAp‐encapsulated γ‐Fe2O3‐supported dual acidic heterogeneous catalyst, as a reusable and highly efficient nanocatalyst. In this protocol the use of the nanocatalyst provided a green, useful and rapid method to generate products in short reaction times (4–20 min) and in excellent yields (87–96%). The paramagnetic nature of the catalyst provided a simple, trouble‐free and facile approach for the separation of the catalyst by applying an external magnet, and it could be used in eight cycles without significant loss in catalytic efficiency.  相似文献

In this study, dendrimer‐encapsulated Cu(Π) nanoparticles immobilized on superparamagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via a multistep‐synthesis. Then, the synthesized composite was fully characterized by various techniques such as fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), UV‐vis spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and vibration sample magnetometer (VSM). From the information gained by FE‐SEM and TEM studies it can be inferred that the particles are mostly spherical in shape and have an average size of 50 nm. Also, the amount of Cu is determined to be 0.51 mmol/g in the catalyst by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analyzer. This magnetic nano‐compound has been successfully applied as a highly efficient, magnetically recoverable and stable catalyst for N‐arylation of nitrogen heterocycles with aryl halides (I, Br) and arylboronic acids without using external ligands or additives. The catalyst was also employed in a one‐pot, three‐component reaction for the efficient and green synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles using various aldehydes, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium azide in water. The magnetic catalyst can be easily separated by an external magnet bar and is recycled seven times without significant loss of its activity.  相似文献

Nanocellulose (NC) materials have some unique properties, which make them attractive as organic or inorganic supports for catalytic applications. Nanocatalysts with diameters of less than 100 nm are difficult to separate from the reaction mixture, therefore, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were used as catalysts to overcome this problem. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 as a green, bio‐based, eco‐friendly, and recyclable catalyst was synthesized and characterized using fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray fluorescence (XRF), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 was employed for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐perimidine derivatives via a reaction of 1,8‐diaminonaphthalene with various aldehydes at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. The present procedure offers several advantages including a short reaction time, excellent yields, easy separation of catalyst, and environmental friendliness.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple route for palladium (Pd) nanoparticles attached to the surface of hollow magnetic Fe3O4/P (GMA‐DVB)‐polyethyleneimine (PEI) microspheres was established. Due to the large amount of imidogen groups and tertiary amine groups presenting in the PEI, Pd2+ ions could be anchored to the support by complexation with a polyfunctional organic ligand. Thereafter, a magnetic Pd catalyst having a high loading amount and good dispersibility was obtained by reducing Pd2+ ions. Afterwards, the prepared catalyst was characterized by TEM, SEM, FTIR, XRD, TGA, VSM, and UV–vis in detail. Ultimately, their catalytic activity was evaluated using the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP). Research showed that the Fe3O4/P (GMA‐DVB)‐PEI/Pd catalyst possessed high catalytic performances for the reduction of 4‐NP with a conversion rate of 98.43% within 540 s. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused at least for nine successive cycles.  相似文献

l ‐Proline has been successfully anchored on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles and characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. These nanoparticles as a chiral catalyst have been employed to promote the direct asymmetric Mannich reaction. The corresponding products are obtained in high yields with high level of diastereoselectivity (up to 99:1 dr) in the presence of Fe3O4– l ‐proline. Also this heterogeneous catalyst can be recovered easily and reused many times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This new catalyst was characterized using X‐ray diffraction, energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometry. The performance of the catalyst was investigated in the asymmetric Kinugasa reaction and confirmed to be efficient in the synthesis of β‐lactam derivatives under mild conditions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Zn4(C8H4O4)3(OH)2(C12H6N2O2)2]·2H2O}n, has been prepared hydrothermally by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) and 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione (pdon) in H2O. In the crystal structure, a tetranuclear Zn4(OH)2 fragment is located on a crystallographic inversion centre which relates two subunits, each containing a [ZnN2O4] octahedron and a [ZnO4] tetrahedron bridged by a μ3‐OH group. The pdon ligand chelates to zinc through its two N atoms to form part of the [ZnN2O4] octahedron. The two crystallographically independent bdc2− ligands are fully deprotonated and adopt μ3‐κOO′:κO′′ and μ4‐κOO′:κO′′:κO′′′ coordination modes, bridging three or four ZnII cations, respectively, from two Zn4(OH)2 units. The Zn4(OH)2 fragment connects six neighbouring tetranuclear units through four μ3‐bdc2− and two μ4‐bdc2− ligands, forming a three‐dimensional framework with uninodal 6‐connected α‐Po topology, in which the tetranuclear Zn4(OH)2 units are considered as 6‐connected nodes and the bdc2− ligands act as linkers. The uncoordinated water molecules are located on opposite sides of the Zn4(OH)2 unit and are connected to it through hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving hydroxide and carboxylate groups. The structure is further stabilized by extensive π–π interactions between the pdon and μ4‐bdc2− ligands.  相似文献

This paper reports the green and in situ preparation of Fe3O4@SiO2‐Ag magnetic nanocatalyst synthesized using safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) flower extract without the addition of any stabilizers or surfactants. The catalytic performance of the resulting nanocatalyst was examined for the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP), methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) in an environment‐friendly medium at room temperature. The main factors such as pH, temperature and amount of catalyst influencing the nanocatalyst performance were studied. The apparent rate constants for 4‐NP, MO and MB reduction were calculated, being 0.756 min?1, 0.064 s?1 and 0.09 s?1, respectively. The catalyst was recovered using an external magnet and reused several times with negligible loss of catalytic activity. The as‐synthesized nanoparticles were characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, UV–visible, Fourier transform infrared and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopies, dynamic light scattering and vibrating sample magnetometry.  相似文献

The preparation of Ni@Pd core–shell nanoparticles immobilized on yolk–shell Fe3O4@polyaniline composites is reported. Fe3O4 nanoclusters were first synthesized through the solvothermal method and then the SiO2 shell was coated on the Fe3O4 surface via a sol–gel process. To prepare Fe3O4@SiO2@polyaniline composites, polyvinylpyrrolidone was first grafted on to the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 composites and subsequently polymerization of aniline was carried out via an ultrasound‐assisted in situ surface polymerization method. Selective etching of the middle SiO2 layer was then accomplished to obtain the yolk–shell Fe3O4@polyaniline composites. The approach uses polyaniline (PANI) conductive polymer as a template for the synthesis of Ni@Pd core–shell nanoparticles. The catalytic activity of the synthesized yolk–shell Fe3O4@PANI/Ni@Pd composite was investigated in the reduction of o‐nitroaniline to benzenediamine by NaBH4, which exhibited conversion of 99% in 3 min with a very low content of the catalyst. Transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, TGA, X‐ray diffraction, UV–visible, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray energy dispersion spectroscopy and FT‐IR were employed to characterize the synthesized nanocatalyst. Cefexime is a useful antibiotic that can be prescribed to treat bacterial infections. Nanoparticles have been widely marketed as a universal solution among scientists. Many studies have been performed to modify nanoparticles to make them functional as extraction and pre‐concentration agents and drug carriers. Temperature‐sensitive polymers belong to a group of substances that undergo a major change in their physical features in response to temperature. Recently developed polymers can be used in many different areas, including modification of nanoparticles. In order to modify this nanoparticle, grafting copolymerization of Fe3O4 nanoparticles was performed using poly (N‐vinylcaprolactam) and 3‐allyloxy‐1,2‐propanediol. The optimum conditions for pre‐concentration of cefexime were studied. Under these optimum conditions, extraction recovery of biological samples in the range of 71–89% was obtained. The limit of detection and precision of proposed method were 4.5 × 10−4 μg mL−1 and <4.11% (relative standard deviation), respectively. Based on the results from analysis of cefexime, in biological samples using the proposed method, the ability of this method to extract and pre‐concentrate cefexime was confirmed. Also, satisfactory results from an in vitro study on drug release in simulated intestine media were obtained.  相似文献
