The reaction of the nitrates M(NO3)3·6H2O (M = La, Pr) and (H3O)2PtCl6 led to yellow single crystals of [M(NO3)2(H2O)6]2[PtCl6]·2H2O (M = La, Pr) (monoclinic, P21/c, Z = 2, La/Pr: a = 697.4(3)/695.5(1), b = 1654.5(1)/1652.5(2), c = 1317.7(6)/1318.5(3) pm, β = 93.97°(7)/93.93°(2), Rall = 0.0169/0.0659) while the reaction of M(NO3)3·5H2O (M = Gd, Dy) and (H3O)2PtCl6 yielded yellow single crystals of [M(NO3)(H2O)7][PtCl6]·4H2O (monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 4, Gd/Dy: a = 838.72(3)/838.40(2), b = 2131.98(6)/2139.50(7), c = 1142.63(3)/1143.10(3) pm, β = 95.670(4)/95.698(3), Rall = 0.0475/0.0337). The crystal structures consist of octahedral [PtCl6]2? anions and complex [M(NO3)2(H2O)6]2+ and [M(NO3)(H2O)7]2+ cations, respectively. The thermal decomposition of both types of compounds leads via various steps to elemental platinum and the oxide chlorides MOCl (M = La, Pr, Gd, Dy).  相似文献

The title compound, bis[diaquabis(ethylenediamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)] hexacyanoiron(II) tetrahydrate, [Cu(C2H8N2)2(H2O)1.935]2[Fe(CN)6]·4H2O, was crystallized from an aqueous reaction mixture initially containing CuSO4, K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine (en) in a 3:2:6 molar ratio. Its structure is ionic and is built up of two crystallographically different cations, viz. [Cu(en)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Cu(en)2(H2O)1.87]2+, there being a deficiency of aqua ligands in the latter, [Fe(CN)6]4− anions and disordered solvent water molecules. All the metal atoms lie on centres of inversion. The Cu atom is octahedrally coordinated by two chelate‐bonded en molecules [mean Cu—N = 2.016 (2) Å] in the equatorial plane, and by axial aqua ligands, showing very long distances due to the Jahn–Teller effect [mean Cu—O = 2.611 (2) Å]. In one of the cations, significant underoccupation of the O‐atom site is observed, correlated with the appearance of a non‐coordinated water molecule. This is interpreted as the partial contribution of a hydrate isomer. The [Fe(CN)6]4− anions form quite regular octahedra, with a mean Fe—C distance of 1.913 (2) Å. The dominant intermolecular interactions are cation–anion O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and these interactions form layers parallel to (001).  相似文献

The Chloride Nitrate PrCl2(NO3) · 5 H2O with Cationic and Anionic Complexes according to [PrCl2(H2O)6][PrCl2(NO3)2(H2O)4] Green single crystals of PrCl2(NO3) · 5 H2O have been obtained from an aqueous solution of PrCl3 and Pr(NO3)3. The crystal structure [monoclinic, P2/c, Z = 4, a = 1228.8(3), b = 648.4(1), c = 1266.0(4) pm, β = 91.91(3)°] contains cationic and anionic Pr3+ complexes according to [PrCl2(H2O)6][PrCl2(NO3)2(H2O)4]. Both nitrate groups of the anionic complex act as bidentate chelating ligands. Hydrogen bonds are observed with water molecules as donors and chlorine as well as oxygen atoms as acceptors.  相似文献

The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

Supramolecular compounds of the compositions {[Cr2(OH)2(H2O)8](C42H42N28O14)2}-(NO3)4·18.75H2O (1) and {[Cr4(OH)6(H2O)12](C48H48N32O16)3(NO3)6·55H2O (2) were synthesized from aqueous solutions of chromium(III) nitrate and the macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[n]uril (C6n H6n N4n O2n , where n = 7 or 8, respectively). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the polynuclear chromium aqua complexes are disposed in cavities formed by the cucurbit[n]uril molecules and are linked to these molecules through hydrogen bonds between the hydroxo and aqua ligands of the polycations and the portal oxygen atoms of the macrocycles. Compound 1 is the first example of supramolecular compounds of cucurbit[7]uril with metal aqua complexes. The isolation of the supramolecular adduct with cucurbit[8]uril 2 in the single-crystalline state allows the determination of the structure of the tetranuclear chromium aqua complex having an adamantane-like structure, [Cr42-OH)6(H2O)12]6+, which has been previously unknown in the solid state.  相似文献

Crystals of the {[Sr4(H2O)12(NO3)4](C36H36N24O12)}(NO3)4·3H2O and {[Sr2(H2O)12][Sr(H2O)3(NO3)2]2(C48H48N32O16)}(NO3)4·8H2O were prepared by slow concentration of aqueous solutions containing strontium nitrate and macrocyclic cavitands, viz., cucurbit[6]uril and cucurbit[8]uril ([C6H6N4O2] n , n = 6 and 8), respectively. According to the results of X-ray diffraction analysis, the crystal structures of these supramolecular compounds are built from polymeric chains, which consist of the alternating cucurbit[n]uril molecules and Sr2+ cations linked through the bridging aqua ligands and nitrate anions. The supramolecular compound of cucurbit[8]uril provides the first example of compounds in which this macrocycle is bound to metal aqua complexes.  相似文献

The scandium(III) cations in the structures of pentaaqua(biuret‐κ2O,O′)scandium(III) trichloride monohydrate, [Sc(C2H5N3O2)(H2O)5]Cl3·H2O, (I), and tetrakis(biuret‐κ2O,O′)scandium(III) trinitrate, [Sc(C2H5N3O2)4](NO3)3, (II), are found to adopt very different coordinations with the same biuret ligand. The roles of hydrogen bonding and the counter‐ion in the establishment of the structures are described. In (I), the Sc3+ cation adopts a fairly regular pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry arising from one O,O′‐bidentate biuret molecule and five water molecules. A dense network of N—H...Cl, O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds help to establish the packing, resulting in dimeric associations of two cations and two water molecules. In (II), the Sc3+ cation (site symmetry 2) adopts a slightly squashed square‐antiprismatic geometry arising from four O,O′‐bidentate biuret molecules. A network of N—H...O hydrogen bonds help to establish the packing, which features [010] chains of cations. One of the nitrate ions is disordered about an inversion centre. Both structures form three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond networks.  相似文献

The Crystal Structures of [Cu2Cl2(AA · H+)2](NO3)2 and [AA · H+]Picr? (AA · H+ = Allylammonium; Picr? = Picrat) By an alternating current electro synthesis the crystal-line π-complex [Cu2Cl2(AA · H+)2](NO3)2 has been obtained from CuCl2 · 2H2O, allylamine (AA), and HNO3 in ethanolic solution. X-ray structure analysis revealed that the compound crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P21/a, a = 7.229(3), b = 7.824(3), c = 26.098(6) Å, γ = 94.46(5)°, Z = 4, R = 0.025 for 2 023 reflections. The crystal structure is built up of CunCln chains which are connected by π-bonding bidentate AA · H+ …? ON(O)O …? H+ · AA units. For comparision with the above complex the structure of [AA · H+]Picr? (Picr? = picrate anion) is also reported.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of Octacyanomolybdates(IV). IV Dodecahedral [Mo(CN)8] Coordination of the Cyano‐Bridged Cobalt and Nickel Ammin Complexes MII2(NH3)8[Mo(CN)8] · 1.5 H2O (MII = Co, Ni) and Ni2(NH3)9[Mo(CN)8] · 2 H2O At single crystals of the hydrated cyano complexes Co2(NH3)8[Mo(CN)8] · 1.5 H2O (a = 910.0(4), b = 1671(2), c = 1501(1) pm, β = 93.76(6)°) and Ni2(NH3)8[Mo(CN)8] · 1.5 H2O (a = 899.9(9), b = 1654.7(4), c = 1488(1) pm, β = 94.01°), isostructurally crystallizing in space group P21/c, Z = 4, and of trigonal Ni2(NH3)9[Mo(CN)8] · 2 H2O (a = 955.1(1), c = 2326.7(7) pm, P31, Z = 3), X‐ray structure determinations were performed at 168 resp. 153 K. The [Mo(CN)8]4– groups of the three compounds, prepared at about 275 K and easily decomposing, show but slightly distorted dodecahedral coordination (mean distances Mo–C: 216.3, 215.4 and 216.1 pm). Within the monoclinic complexes the anions twodimensionally form cyano bridges to the ammin cations [M(NH3)4]2+ and are connected with the resulting [MN6] octahedra (Co–N: 215.1 pm, Ni–N: 209.8 pm) into strongly puckered layers. The trigonal complex exhibits a chain structure, as one [Ni(NH3)5]2+ cation is only bound as terminal octahedron (Ni–N: 212.0 pm). Details and the influence of hydrogen bridges are discussed.  相似文献

Five coordination compounds of bismuth, lanthanum and praseodymium nitrate with the oxygen‐coordinating chelate ligand (iPrO)2(O)PCH2P(O)(OiPr)2 (L) are reported: [Bi(NO3)3(L)2] ( 1 ), [La(NO3)3(L)2] ( 2 ), [Pr(NO3)3(L)2] ( 3 ), [La(NO3)3(L)(H2O)] ( 4 ) and [Pr(NO3)3(L)(H2O)] ( 5 ). The compounds were characterized by means of single crystal X‐ray crystallography, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy in solution, solid‐state 31P NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, DTA‐TG measurements ( 1 , 2 and 4 ), conductometry and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS). In addition, DFT calculations for model compounds of 1 and 2 support our experimental work. In the solid state mononuclear coordination compounds were observed for 1 — 3 , whereas compounds 4 and 5 gave one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded polymers via water‐nitrate coordination. Despite of the similar ionic radii of bismuth(III), lanthanum(III) and praseodymium(III) for a given coordination number the bismuth and lanthanide compounds 1 — 3 are not isostructural. The bismuth compound 1 shows a 9‐coordinate bismuth atom whereas lanthanum(III) and praseodymium(III) atoms are 10‐coordinate in the lanthanide complexes 2 — 5 . The general LnO10 coordination motif in compounds 2 — 5 is best described as a distorted bi‐capped square antiprism. The BiO9 polyhedron might be deduced from the LnO10 polyhedron by replacing one oxygen ligand with a stereochemically active lone pair. The one‐to‐one complexes 4 and 5 dissociate in solution to give the corresponding one‐to‐two complexes 2 and 3 , respectively, and solvated Ln(NO3)3. In contrast to the lanthanides, the one‐to‐two bismuth complex 1 is less stable in CH3CN solution and partially dissociates to give solvated Bi(NO3)3 and (iPrO)2(O)PCH2P(O)(OiPr)2.  相似文献

Their crystal and molecular structures were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal 1 belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=1.6431(7) nm, b=2.4323(10) nm, c= 1.2646(5) nm, β=126. 237(5), Z=4, V=4.076(3) nm3, Dc=1.757 Mg/m3, μ=4.598 mm?1, F(000)=2156, R= 0.0211, wR=0.0369. The structure shows a distorted square antiprism configuration with eight‐coordination for the central Bi atom. The one‐dimensional chain structure was formed by H‐bonding interaction between hydroxyl group of N, N‐di(2‐hydroxylethyl)aminodithiocarboxylate ligands and crystal water. The crystal 2 belongs to monoclinic system with space group p2(1)/c, a= 1.1149(4) nm, b=2.1274(8) nrn, c=2.2107(8) nm, β=98.325(8)°, 2=4, V=5. 188(3) nm3, Dc=1.920 Mg/m3, μ=7.315 mm?1, F(000)=2944, R=0.0565, wR=0.0772. The structure shows a distorted square antiprism configuration with eight‐coordination for the central Bi atoms. The two‐dimensional network structure was formed by H‐bonding interaction between adjacent molecules.  相似文献

Characterization of Distortional Isomers of the Anions Pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) and of Tetracyano-aqua-oxo-molybdate(IV) in the Solid State. Crystal Structures of [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O (green), [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue), and [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2) (CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) Preparation of a series of salts containing the new pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) anion is described: Cs2H[MoO(CN)5] (blue), [(CH3)4N]2H[MoO(CN)5] · 2 H2O (blue) and [Cr(en)3] [MoO(CN)5] · 4 H2O (green). The green [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O crystallizes triclinic in the space group P1 . The molybdenum(IV) center is in an pseudo-octahedral environment of a terminal oxo-group (d(Mo?O); 1.705(4) Å), a CN? group in the trans-position (d(Mo? C): 2.373(6) Å), and four equatorial CN? groups (averaged d(Mo? C): 2.178 (Å). The blue and green salts exhibit v(Mo?O) stretching frequencies at 948 cm?1 and 920 cm?1, respectively. Blue and green salts containing the [MoO(OH2)(CN)4]2? anion and [(C6H5)4P]+ or [(C6H5)4As]+ cations have been prepared and characterized by single crystal crystallography. [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) and [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue) crystallize monoclinic in the space group C—P21/n. They are considered to be distortional isomers of the complex anion: the green species has a Mo?O bond distance of 1.72(2) Å whereas for the blue species d(Mo?O) = 1.60(2) Å is found; the corresponding v(Mo?O) frequencies are at 920 cm?1 and 980 cm?1.  相似文献

The crystal structure of distrontium octacyanotungstate decahydrate, Sr2[W(CN)8] · 10H2O, was solved using X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The tungsten atom lies on a two fold axis. Eight cyanide anions create tetragonal antiprismatic coordination sphere of tungsten atom. The two edge‐sharing tetragonal antiprisms of [Sr(NC)3(OH2)5], create a dimer, [Sr2(CN)6(H2O)6(μ‐H2O)2], which lies on the inversion center. One symmetry independent water molecule is located in a void of 40 Å3. Vibrational (FT‐IR and FT‐Raman spectroscopic) behavior of main structural units is discussed. It was spectroscopically confirmed that the geometry of [W(CN)8]4– anion is slightly distorted from that corresponding to “free” anion. The number of observed bands is significantly lower than that expected for C2 point group.  相似文献

Light‐yellow single crystals of the mixed‐valent mercury‐rich basic nitrate Hg8O4(OH)(NO3)5 were obtained as a by‐product at 85 °C from a melt consisting of stoichiometric amounts of (HgI2)(NO3)2·2H2O and HgII(OH)(NO3). The title compound, represented by the more detailed formula HgI2(NO3)2·HgII(OH)(NO3)·HgII(NO3)2·4HgIIO, exhibits a new structure type (monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 4, a = 6.7708(7), b = 11.6692(11), c = 24.492(2) Å, β = 96.851(2)°, 2920 structure factors, 178 parameters, R1[F2 > 2σ(F2)] = 0.0316) and is made up of almost linear [O‐HgII‐O] and [O‐HgI‐HgI‐O] building blocks with typical HgII‐O distances around 2.06Å and a HgI‐O distance of 2.13Å. The Hg22+ dumbbell exhibits a characteristic Hg‐Hg distance of 2.5079(7) Å. The different types of mercury‐oxygen units form a complex three‐dimensional network exhibiting large cavities which are occupied by the nitrate groups. The NO3? anions show only weak interactions between the nitrate oxygen atoms and the mercury atoms which are at distances > 2.6Å from one another. One of the three crystallographically independent nitrate groups is disordered.  相似文献

The crystal structure contains (monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 4, a = 1214.5(2), b = 854.4(1), c = 1225.7(2) pm, β = 117.75(1)°, Rall = 0.0331) the Au3+ ion in coordination of four monodentate NO3 ligands. The [Au(NO3)4] units are linked by H5O2+‐ions. Significant hydrogen bonding is observed in the crystal structure between the H5O2+ ions and the H2O molecules. The thermal analysis reveals a five step decomposition leading to elemental gold.  相似文献

The new octadecanuclear Cu‐Ln complex, [Cu12Nd6(OH)24(betaine)16(NO3)3(H2O)10](NO3)[PF6]14·5H2O, was synthesized, which crystallizes in triclinic P1¯ space group, a = 18.649(6)Å, b = 20.363(7)Å, c = 19.865(7)Å, α = 116.61(2)°, β = 91.99(2)°, γ = 117.93(2)°, V = 5666(3)Å3. Its crystal structure features a [Cu12Nd6(OH)24(betaine)16(NO3)3(H2O)10]15+ core of pseudocubic Oh symmetry, with the six Nd ions positioned at the vertices of a regular octahedron and the twelve Cu ions located at the midpoints of the twelve octahedral edges. The Cu‐Nd metal framework may be viewed as a cuboctahedron, which is interconnected by twenty‐four μ3‐OH bridges that are each linked to one Nd ion and two Cu ions. In the centre of metal polyhedron, there is an encapsulated NO3 anion that exhibits a multi‐ coordinating mode.  相似文献

Diaquadinitratouranyl(VI) monohydrate is monoclinic (space group P21/c), in contrast to its triclinic polymorph. The main building block of the structure is the finite non‐centrosymmetric [UO2(NO3)2(H2O)2] cluster, which is a uranyl hexagonal bipyramid that shares two non‐opposite equatorial edges with the nitrate triangles, such that the two water molecules are at neighbouring equatorial vertices. There is an interstitial water site in the structure, which is located between adjacent [UO2(NO3)2(H2O)2] clusters.  相似文献

The structure of the manganese complex consists of repeated alternating [Mn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cations and non‐coordinated saccharinate anions. The water molecule, bound to manganese as part of a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, is hydrogen bonded to an O atom of the SO2 group in the saccharinate counter‐ion. In contrast, the cobalt complex has one pseudo‐octahedral [Co(bipy)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cation, with the cobalt‐bound water molecule hydrogen bonded to the N atom of the accompanying free saccharinate anion.  相似文献

A new cyano‐bridged binuclear 4f‐3d complex Sm(DMSO)4‐(H2O)3Cr(CN)6 was synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a=0.9367(2) nm, b = 1.3917(3) nm, c = 1.1212(2) run, β = 99.88(3)° and Z = 2. In this binuclear complex, Sm atom is eight coordinated and linked to the Cr atom by a cyano bridge. The molecules packs to form 3D structure due to the hydrogen bonds among them. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]Cr(CN)6·3H2O (18‐C‐6 represents 18‐crown‐6‐ether) that was synthesized as a byproduct in the preparation of a Gd—Cr complex is also structurally characterized. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P‐l with a = 1.0496(7) nm, b= 1.1567(14) nm, c = 1.3530(13) nm, a = 94.15(9)°, β = 96.04(8)°, γ = 95.25(9)° and Z = l. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]‐Cr(CN)6·3H2O consists of ionic [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ and [Cr(CN)6]3‐ pairs, of which the [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ ion is a trinuclear duster connected by water, and K atoms are eight coordinated by eight oxygen atoms of one 18‐C‐6 and two water molecules.  相似文献
