The title compound, 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐5‐(prop‐1‐ynyl)pyrimidin‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C12H14N2O5, shows two conformations in the crystalline state: conformer 1 adopts a C2′‐endo (close to 2E; S‐type) sugar pucker and an anti nucleobase orientation [χ = −134.04 (19)°], while conformer 2 shows an S sugar pucker (twisted C2′‐endo–C3′‐exo), which is accompanied by a different anti base orientation [χ = −162.79 (17)°]. Both molecules show a +sc (gauche, gauche) conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond and a coplanar orientation of the propynyl group with respect to the pyrimidine ring. The extended structure is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network involving intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Only O atoms function as H‐atom acceptor sites.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: 4‐amino‐7‐(β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐7H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazine], C9H12N6O4, the torsion angle of the N‐glycosylic bond is high anti [χ = −83.2 (3)°]. The ribofuranose moiety adopts the C2′‐endo–C1′‐exo (2T1) sugar conformation (S‐type sugar pucker), with P = 152.4° and τm = 35.0°. The conformation at the C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche, gauche), with the torsion angle γ = 52.0 (3)°. The compound forms a three‐dimensional network that is stabilized by several hydrogen bonds (N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O).  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐3‐iodo‐5‐nitro‐1H‐indole], C13H13IN2O5, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation with a χ torsion angle of −114.9 (3)°. The furanose moiety shows a twisted C2′‐endo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 141.3° and τm = 40.3°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +ap (gauche, trans), with a γ torsion angle of 177.4 (2)°. The extended crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonding and I...O contacts, as well as by stacking interactions. The O atoms of the nitro group act as acceptors, forming bifurcated hydrogen bonds within the ac plane. Additionally, the iodo substituent forms an interplanar contact with an O atom of the nitro group, and another contact with the O atom of the 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar moiety within the ac plane is observed. These contacts can be considered as the structure‐determining factors for the molecular packing in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, C9H12N6O3, shows a syn‐glycosylic bond orientation [χ = 64.17 (16)°]. The 2′‐deoxyfuranosyl moiety exhibits an unusual C1′‐exo–O4′‐endo (1T0; S‐type) sugar pucker, with P = 111.5 (1)° and τm = 40.3 (1)°. The conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche), with γ = 64.4 (1)°. The two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is built from intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds. An intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond, with an amino N—H group as hydrogen‐bond donor and the ring and hydroxymethyl O atoms of the sugar moiety as acceptors, constrains the overall conformation of the nucleoside.  相似文献

Methyl β‐D‐mannopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D‐xylopyranoside, C12H22O10, (I), crystallizes as colorless needles from water, with two crystallographically independent molecules, (IA) and (IB), comprising the asymmetric unit. The internal glycosidic linkage conformation in molecule (IA) is characterized by a ϕ′ torsion angle (O5′Man—C1′Man—O1′Man—C4Xyl; Man is mannose and Xyl is xylose) of −88.38 (17)° and a ψ′ torsion angle (C1′Man—O1′Man—C4Xyl—C5Xyl) of −149.22 (15)°, whereas the corresponding torsion angles in molecule (IB) are −89.82 (17) and −159.98 (14)°, respectively. Ring atom numbering conforms to the convention in which C1 denotes the anomeric C atom, and C5 and C6 denote the hydroxymethyl (–CH2OH) C atom in the β‐Xylp and β‐Manp residues, respectively. By comparison, the internal glycosidic linkage in the major disorder component of the structurally related disaccharide, methyl β‐D‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D‐xylopyranoside), (II) [Zhang, Oliver & Serriani (2012). Acta Cryst. C 68 , o7–o11], is characterized by ϕ′ = −85.7 (6)° and ψ′ = −141.6 (8)°. Inter‐residue hydrogen bonding is observed between atoms O3Xyl and O5′Man in both (IA) and (IB) [O3Xyl...O5′Man internuclear distances = 2.7268 (16) and 2.6920 (17) Å, respectively], analogous to the inter‐residue hydrogen bond detected between atoms O3Xyl and O5′Gal in (II). Exocyclic hydroxymethyl group conformation in the β‐Manp residue of (IA) is gauche–gauche, whereas that in the β‐Manp residue of (IB) is gauche–trans.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 5‐amino‐3‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)thiazolo[4,5‐d]pyrimidine‐2,7‐(3H,6H)‐dione], C10H12N4O5S, exhibits a syn glycosylic bond conformation, with a torsion angle χ of 61.0 (3)°. The furanose moiety adopts the N‐type sugar pucker (3T4), with P = 33.0 (5)° and τm = 15.1 (1)°. The conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +ap (trans), with the torsion angle γ = 176.71 (14)°. The title compound {systematic name: 4‐amino‐5‐cyclopropyl‐7‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐7H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidine}, C14H18N4O3, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation, with the torsion angle χ = −108.7 (2)°. The furanose group shows a twisted C1′‐exo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 120.0 (2)° and τm = 40.4 (1)°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is ‐ap (trans), with the torsion angle γ = −167.1 (2)°. The cyclopropyl substituent points away from the nucleobase (anti orientation). Within the three‐dimensional extended crystal structure, the individual molecules are stacked and arranged into layers, which are highly ordered and stabilized by hydrogen bonding. The O atom of the exocyclic 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar residue acts as an acceptor, forming a bifurcated hydrogen bond to the amino groups of two different neighbouring molecules. By this means, four neighbouring molecules form a rhomboidal arrangement of two bifurcated hydrogen bonds involving two amino groups and two O5′ atoms of the sugar residues.  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

Methyl β‐d ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐d ‐xylopyranoside, C12H22O10, (II), crystallizes as colorless needles from water with positional disorder in the xylopyranosyl (Xyl) ring and no water molecules in the unit cell. The internal glycosidic linkage conformation in (II) is characterized by a ϕ′ torsion angle (C2′Gal—C1′Gal—O1′Gal—C4Xyl) of 156.4 (5)° and a ψ′ torsion angle (C1′Gal—O1′Gal—C4Xyl—C3Xyl) of 94.0 (11)°, where the ring atom numbering conforms to the convention in which C1 denotes the anomeric C atom, and C5 and C6 denote the hydroxymethyl (–CH2OH) C atoms in the β‐Xyl and β‐Gal residues, respectively. By comparison, the internal linkage conformation in the crystal structure of the structurally related disaccharide, methyl β‐lactoside [methyl β‐d ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐d ‐glucopyranoside], (III) [Stenutz, Shang & Serianni (1999). Acta Cryst. C 55 , 1719–1721], is characterized by ϕ′ = 153.8 (2)° and ψ′ = 78.4 (2)°. A comparison of β‐(1→4)‐linked disaccharides shows considerable variability in both ϕ′ and ψ′, with the range in the latter (∼38°) greater than that in the former (∼28°). Inter‐residue hydrogen bonding is observed between atoms O3Xyl and O5′Gal in the crystal structure of (II), analogous to the inter‐residue hydrogen bond detected between atoms O3Glc and O5′Gal in (III). The exocyclic hydroxymethyl conformations in the Gal residues of (II) and (III) are identical (gauche–trans conformer).  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C20H17NO4S, (I), was determined in order to compare the solution and solid‐state conformations. The molecule was synthesized as a building block for incorporation into oligosaccharides comprised of conformationally restricted furanose residues. The furanose ring adopts an envelope conformation with the ring O atom displaced above the plane (an OE conformation). The pseudorotational phase angle (P) is 88.6° and the puckering amplitude (τm) is 31.5°. The C2—C1—S—C(Ph) torsion angle is ?163.2 (2)°, which places the aglycone in the exo‐anomeric effect preferred position. The C1—S—C14 bond angle is 99.02 (13)° and the plane of the cresyl moiety is oriented nearly parallel to the four in‐plane atoms of the furanose ring envelope. The orientation about the C4—C5 bond is gauchegauche [Bock & Duus (1994). J. Carbohydr. Chem. 13 , 513–543].  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐3‐propynyl‐1‐(β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine methanol solvate, C13H15N5O4·CH3OH, the torsion angle of the N‐glycosylic bond is between anti and high‐anti [χ = −101.8 (5)°]. The ribofuranose moiety adopts the C3′‐endo (3T2) sugar conformation (N‐type) and the conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is +sc (gauche, gauche). The propynyl group is out of the plane of the nucleobase and is bent. The compound forms a three‐dimensional network which is stabilized by several hydrogen bonds (O—H·O and O—H·N). The nucleobases are stacked head‐to‐tail. The methanol solvent molecule forms hydrogen bonds with both the nucleobase and the sugar moiety.  相似文献

The overall conformation of the title compound, C13H24O10, is described by the glycosidic torsion angles ?H (H1g—C1g—O2r—C2r) and ψH (C1g—O2r—C2r—H2r), which have values of 13.6 and 16.1°, respectively. The former is significantly different from the value predicted by consideration of the exo‐anomeric effect (?H~ 60°) and from that in solution (?H~ 50°), as determined previously by NMR spectroscopy. An intramolecular O3r—H?O2g hydrogen bond may help to stabilize the conformation in the solid state. The orientation of the hydroxymethyl group of the glucose residue is gauchegauche, with a torsion angle ω (O5g—C5g—C6g—O6g) of ?70.4 (4)°. Both pyranose rings are in their expected chair conformations, i.e.4C1 for d ‐glucose and 1C4 for l ‐rhamnose.  相似文献

Methyl α‐lactoside, C13H24O11, (I), is described by glycosidic torsion angles ϕ (O5gal—C1gal—O1gal—C4glc) and ψ (C1gal—O1gal—C4glc—C5glc), which have values of −93.52 (13) and −144.83 (11)°, respectively, where the ring atom numbering conforms to the convention in which C1 is the anomeric C atom and C6 is the exocyclic hydroxymethyl (–CH2OH) C atom in both residues. The linkage geometry is similar to that observed in methyl β‐lactoside methanol solvate, (II), in which ϕ is −88.4 (4)° and ψ is −161.3 (4)°. As in (II), an intermolecular O3glc—H⋯O5gal hydrogen bond is observed in (I). The hydroxymethyl group conformation in both residues is gauchetrans, with torsion angles ωgal (O5gal—C5gal—C6gal—O6gal) and ωglc (O5glc—C5glc—C6glc—O6glc) of 69.15 (13) and 72.55 (14)°, respectively. The latter torsion angle differs substantially from that found for (II) [−54.6 (2)°; gauchegauche]. Cocrystallization of methanol, which is hydrogen bonded to O6glc in the crystal structure of (II), presumably affects the hydroxymethyl conformation in the Glc residue in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐eythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐3‐vinyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine monohydrate, C12H15N5O3·H2O, the conformation of the glycosyl bond is anti. The furanose moiety is in an S conformation with an unsymmetrical twist, and the conformation at the exocyclic C—C(OH) bond is +sc (gauche, gauche). The vinyl side chain is bent out of the heterocyclic ring plane by 147.5 (5)°. The three‐dimensional packing is stabilized by O—H·O, O—H·N and N—H·O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C10H12FN5O4·H2O, shows an anti glycosyl orientation [χ = −123.1 (2)°]. The 2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoroarabinofuranosyl moiety exhibits a major C2′‐endo sugar puckering (S‐type, C2′‐endo–C1′‐exo, 2T1), with P = 156.9 (2)° and τm = 36.8 (1)°, while in solution a predominantly N conformation of the sugar moiety is observed. The conformation around the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is −sc (trans, gauche), with γ = −78.3 (2)°. Both nucleoside and solvent molecules participate in the formation of a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding pattern via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds; the N atoms of the heterocyclic moiety and the F substituent do not take part in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 4‐amino‐5‐fluoro‐7‐(β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐7H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidine], C11H13FN4O4, exhibits an anti glycosylic bond conformation, with a χ torsion angle of −124.7 (3)°. The furanose moiety shows a twisted C2′‐endo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 169.8 (3)° and τm = 38.7 (2)°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche, gauche), with a γ torsion angle of 59.3 (3)°. The nucleobases are stacked head‐to‐head. The extended crystal structure is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network involving O—H...O, O—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure of the title nucleoside demonstrates that the C—C bonds nearest the F atom of the pyrrole system are significantly shortened by the electronegative halogen atom.  相似文献
