The title dinuclear complex, (aqua‐1κO)tetrakis(μ‐2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoato‐1:2κ2O:O′)bis(2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoato)‐1κO;2κO‐(ethanol‐2κO)bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ2N,N′;2κ2N,N′‐dilanthanum(III), [La2(C15H11O2)6(C12H8N2)2(C2H5OH)(H2O)], contains two similar LaIII centres with distorted [LaO6N2] bicapped triganol–prismatic coordination polyhedra formed by six phenylcinnamate (PCA or 2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoate) ligands, two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands, a coordinating ethanol molecule and a coordinating water molecule. The two metal centres are bridged by four μ‐PCA ligands, with the remaining two PCA ligands coordinated in a monodentate fashion. The noncoordinated carboxylate O atoms on the terminal PCA ligands form O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the coordinated solvent molecules. Each La centre is also coordinated by a bidentate phen ligand. The PCA ligands all adopt synsyn orientations, with the two phenyl rings presenting dihedral angles of about 70°. The compound displays photochromic behaviour both in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献

In the title compound, [La2(C8H4O4)2(C6H4NO2)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent La centres, both nine‐coordinated in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom. The La centres are linked by the carboxylate groups of isonicotinate (IN) and benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (BDC2−) ligands to form La–carboxylate chains, which are further expanded into a three‐dimensional framework with nanometre‐sized channels by La—N bonds. In the construction of the resultant architecture, in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom, while the BDC ligands link to four different cations each, displaying penta‐ and heptadentate chelating–bridging modes, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(C14H8N2O5)(C10H8N2)]·3H2O}n, the CoII cation is five‐coordinated with a slightly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, and the 5‐isonicotinamidoisophthalate ligands link CoII atoms into a layered structure. These two‐dimensional arrays are further pillared by rod‐like 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands to give a three‐dimensional framework with pcu (primitive cubic) topology. The magnetic and adsorption properties of the title compound are also discussed.  相似文献

The title novel heterometallic 3d–4f coordination polymer, {[CuEr2(C5HN2O4)2(C2O4)(H2O)6]·3H2O}n, has a three‐dimensional metal–organic framework composed of two types of metal atoms (one CuII and two ErIII) and two types of bridging anionic ligands [3,5‐dicarboxylatopyrazolate(3−) (ptc3−) and oxalate]. The CuII atom is four‐coordinated in a square geometry. The ErIII atoms are both eight‐coordinated, but the geometries at the two atoms appear different, viz. triangular dodecahedral and bicapped trigonal prismatic. One of the oxalate anions is located on a twofold axis and the other lies about an inversion centre. Both oxalate anions act as bis‐bidentate ligands bridging the latter type of Er atoms in parallel zigzag chains. The pdc3− anions act as quinquedentate ligands not only chelating the CuII and the triangular dodecahedral ErIII centres in a bis‐bidentate bridging mode, but also connecting to ErIII centres of both types in a monodentate bridging mode. Thus, a three‐dimensional metal–organic framework is generated, and hydrogen bonds link the metal–organic framework with the uncoordinated water molecules. This study describes the first example of a three‐dimensional 3d–4f coordination polymer based on pyrazole‐3,5‐dicarboxylate and oxalate, and therefore demonstrates further the usefulness of pyrazoledicarboxylate as a versatile multidentate ligand for constructing heterometallic 3d–4f coordination polymers with interesting architectures.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H4O4)]n, consists of one ZnII cation and one benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate dianion (BDC2−) as the building unit. The ZnII cation is four‐coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from four dianionic BDC2− ligands in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The ZnII cations are linked by the BDC2− ligands to generate a structure featuring two‐dimensional zinc–carboxylate layers containing left‐ and right‐handed helical chains. The two‐dimensional layers are stacked along the a direction. The thermal stability of the title compound has been studied.  相似文献

The PbII cation in the title compound, [Pb2(C14H4N2O8)]n, is seven‐coordinated by one N atom and six O atoms from four 4,4′‐bipyridine‐2,2′,6,6′‐tetracarboxylate (BPTCA4−) ligands. The geometric centre of the BPTCA4− anion lies on an inversion centre. Each pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate moiety of the BPTCA4− ligand links four PbII cations via its pyridyl N atom and two carboxylate groups to form two‐dimensional sheets. The centrosymmetric BPTCA4− ligand then acts as a linker between the sheets, which results in a three‐dimensional metal–organic framework.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C13H14N2)](C10H6O6S2)0.5·2H2O}n, (I), features a three‐dimensional supramolecular sandwich architecture that consists of two‐dimensional cationic layers composed of polymeric chains of silver(I) ions and 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane (bpp) ligands, linked by Ag...Ag and π–π interactions, alternating with anionic layers in which uncoordinated naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (nds2−) anions and solvent water molecules form a hydrogen‐bonded network. The asymmetric unit consists of one AgI cation linearly coordinated by N atoms from two bpp ligands, one bpp ligand, one half of an nds2− anion lying on a centre of inversion and two solvent water molecules. The two‐dimensional {[Ag(bpp)]+}n cationic and {[(nds)·2H2O]2−}n anionic layers are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through long secondary coordination Ag...O interactions between the sulfonate O atoms and AgI centres and through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Zn4(C8H4O4)3(OH)2(C12H6N2O2)2]·2H2O}n, has been prepared hydrothermally by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) and 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione (pdon) in H2O. In the crystal structure, a tetranuclear Zn4(OH)2 fragment is located on a crystallographic inversion centre which relates two subunits, each containing a [ZnN2O4] octahedron and a [ZnO4] tetrahedron bridged by a μ3‐OH group. The pdon ligand chelates to zinc through its two N atoms to form part of the [ZnN2O4] octahedron. The two crystallographically independent bdc2− ligands are fully deprotonated and adopt μ3‐κOO′:κO′′ and μ4‐κOO′:κO′′:κO′′′ coordination modes, bridging three or four ZnII cations, respectively, from two Zn4(OH)2 units. The Zn4(OH)2 fragment connects six neighbouring tetranuclear units through four μ3‐bdc2− and two μ4‐bdc2− ligands, forming a three‐dimensional framework with uninodal 6‐connected α‐Po topology, in which the tetranuclear Zn4(OH)2 units are considered as 6‐connected nodes and the bdc2− ligands act as linkers. The uncoordinated water molecules are located on opposite sides of the Zn4(OH)2 unit and are connected to it through hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving hydroxide and carboxylate groups. The structure is further stabilized by extensive π–π interactions between the pdon and μ4‐bdc2− ligands.  相似文献

In the title polymer, [Pb(C9H4O6)]n, the asymmetric unit contains a monomer of a PbII cation with a doubly deprotonated 3‐carboxybenzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate dianion (1,2,3‐Hbtc2−). Each PbII centre is seven‐coordinated by seven O atoms of bridging carboxy/carboxylate groups from five 1,2,3‐Hbtc2− ligands, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The PbII cations are bridged by 1,2,3‐Hbtc2− anions, yielding two‐dimensional chiral layers. The layers are stacked above each other to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via a combination of C—H...O interactions. The thermogravimetric and optical properties are also reported.  相似文献

Photocatalysis is a green technology for the treatment of all kinds of contaminants and has advantages over other treatment methods. Recently, much effort has been devoted to developing new photocatalytic materials based on metal–organic frameworks for use in the degradation of many kinds of organic contaminants. With the aim of searching for more effective photocatalysts, the title three‐dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd2(C8H4O4)2(C18H16N2O2)]n, was prepared. The asymmetric unit contains one CdII cation, one benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate anion (denoted L2−) and half of a centrosymmetric 1,4‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethoxy)benzene ligand (denoted bpmb). Each CdII centre is five‐coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from two L2− ligands and by one N atom from a bpmb ligand, forming a disordered pentagonal pyramidal coordination geometry. The CdII centres are interlinked by L2− ligands to form a one‐dimensional [Cd2L2]n chain. Adjacent chains are further connected by bpmb linkers, giving rise to a two‐dimensional network, and these networks are pillared by bpmb to afford a three‐dimensional framework with a 33.42.63.71.81 topology. Each grid in the framework has large channels which are filled mainly by the two other equivalent frameworks to form a threefold interpenetrating net. The compound exhibits relatively good photocatalytic activity towards the degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution under UV irradiation.  相似文献

The title compound, [CuNa(C4H3O7S)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]n, consists of one CuII cation, one NaI cation, one 2‐sulfonatobutanedioate trianion (SSC3−), one 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bpy) ligand and three coordinated water molecules as the building unit. The coordination of the CuII cation is composed of two pyridyl N atoms, one water O atom and two carboxylate O atoms in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry with an axial elongation. The NaI cation is six‐coordinated by three water molecules and three carboxylate O atoms from three SSC3− ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two SSC3− ligands link two CuII cations to form a Cu2(SSC)2(bpy)2 macrocyclic unit lying across an inversion centre, which is further linked by NaI cations via Na—O bonds to give a one‐dimensional chain. Interchain hydrogen bonds link these chains to form a two‐dimensional layer, which is further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through π–π stacking interactions. The thermal stability of the title compound has also been investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[[diaqua‐1κ2O‐tetrakis(μ3‐pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato)‐2:1:2′κ10N,O2:O2′,O3:O3′;2:1:2′κ8O3:O3′:N,O2‐diiron(III)strontium(II)] dihydrate], {[Fe2Sr(C7H3O4)4(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, which has triclinic (P) symmetry, was prepared by the reaction of pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid, SrCl2·6H2O and Fe(OAc)2(OH) (OAc is acetate) in the presence of imidazole in water at 363 K. In the crystal structure, the pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylate (pydc2−) ligand exhibits μ3‐η1111 and μ3‐η11111 coordination modes, bridging two FeIII cations and one SrII cation. The SrII cation, which is located on an inversion centre, is eight‐coordinated by six O atoms of four pydc2− ligands and two water molecules. The coordination geometry of the SrII cation can be best described as distorted dodecahedral. The FeIII cation is six‐coordinated by O and N atoms of four pydc2− ligands in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Each FeIII cation bridges two neighbouring FeIII cations to form a one‐dimensional [Fe2(pydc)4]n chain. The chains are connected by SrII cations to form a three‐dimensional framework. The topology type of this framework is tfj . The structure displays O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title compound, [Nd2(C5H6O4)2(C8H4O4)(H2O)4]·17H2O, obtained via hydrothermal reaction of Nd2O3 with glutaric acid and terephthalic acid, assembles as a three‐dimensional open framework with ten‐coordinate Nd–O polyhedra. The asymmetric part of the unit cell contains half a glutarate anion, a quarter of a terephthalate dianion, half an NdIII cation, one coordinated water molecule and 4.25 solvent water molecules. Each [NdO10] coordination polyhedron is comprised of six O atoms originating from four glutarate anions, two others from a terephthalate carboxylate group, which coordinates in a bidentate fashion, and two from water molecules. The Nd—O distances range from 2.4184 (18) to 2.7463 (18) Å. The coordination polyhedra are interconnected by the glutarate anions, extending as a two‐dimensional layer throughout the bc plane. Individual two‐dimensional layers are interlinked via terephthalate anions along the a axis. This arrangement results in rectangular‐shaped cavities with interstices of approximately 3.5 × 6 × 6.5 Å (approximately 140 Å3), which are occupied by water molecules. The NdIII cations, terephthalate anions, glutarate anions and one of the interstitial water molecules are located on special crystallographic positions. The Nd–terephthalate–Nd units are located across twofold rotation axes parallel to [100], with the NdIII cations located directly on these axes. In addition, the terephthalate anion is bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane perpendicular to that axis, thus creating an inversion centre in the middle of the aromatic ring. The glutarate ligand is bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane perpendicular to (001). One of the solvent water molecules lies on a site of 2/m symmetry, and the symmetry‐imposed disorder of its H atoms extends to the H atoms of the other four solvent water molecules, which are disordered over two equally occupied and mutually exclusive sets of positions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit in the structure of the title compound, [K2(C9H4O9S)(H2O)2]n, consists of two eight‐coordinated KI cations, one 2,4‐dicarboxy‐5‐sulfonatobenzoate dianion (H2SBTC2−), one bridging water molecule and one terminal coordinated water molecule. One KI cation is coordinated by three carboxylate O atoms and three sulfonate O atoms from four H2SBTC2− ligands and by two bridging water molecules. The second KI cation is coordinated by four sulfonate O atoms and three carboxylate O atoms from five H2SBTC2− ligands and by one terminal coordinated water molecule. The KI cations are linked by sulfonate groups to give a one‐dimensional inorganic chain with cage‐like K4(SO3)2 repeat units. These one‐dimensional chains are bridged by one of the carboxylic acid groups of the H2SBTC2− ligand to form a two‐dimensional layer, and these layers are further linked by the remaining carboxylate groups and the benzene rings of the H2SBTC2− ligands to generate a three‐dimensional framework. The compound displays a photoluminescent emission at 460 nm upon excitation at 358 nm. In addition, the thermal stability of the title compound has been studied.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {[Tm(C8H3O7S)(H2O)5]·1.5C10H8N2·0.5H2O}n, is built up from two [Tm(SIP)(H2O)5] molecules (SIP3− is 5‐sulfonatobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate), three 4,4′‐bipyridyl (bpy) molecules and one solvent water molecule. One of the bpy molecules and the solvent water molecule are located on an inversion centre and a twofold rotation axis, respectively. The TmIII ion coordination is composed of four carboxylate O atoms from two trianionic SIP3− ligands and five coordinated water molecules. The Tm3+ ions are linked by the SIP3− ligands to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The chains are linked by interchain O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure. The bpy molecules are not involved in coordination but are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds to form two‐dimensional layers. The two‐dimensional layers are further bridged by the bpy molecules as pillars and the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds, giving a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the parallel aromatic rings, arranged in an offset fashion with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.566 (1) Å, are observed in the crystal packing.  相似文献

This study presents the coordination modes and crystal organization of a calcium–potassium coordination polymer, poly[hexaaquabis(μ4‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ4O1:O1′:O1′′:O4)bis(μ3‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ2O1:O1′)calcium(II)dipotassium(I)], [CaK2(C7H5O5S)4(H2O)6]n, displaying a novel two‐dimensional framework. The potassium ion is seven‐coordinated by four sulfonate and one carboxyl O atom located on five different acid ligands, two of which are unique, and by two symmetry‐independent water O atoms. A pair of close potassium ions share two inversion‐related sulfonate O‐atom sites to form a dimeric K2O12 unit, which is extended into a one‐dimensional array along the a‐axis direction. The six‐coordinate Ca2+ ion occupies a special position () at (0, , ) and is surrounded by four sulfonate O atoms from two inversion‐related pairs of unique acid monoanions and by two O atoms from aqua ligands. The compound displays a layered structure, with K2O12 and CaO6 polyhedra in the layers and aromatic linkers between the layers. The three‐dimensional scaffold is open, with nano‐sized channels along the c axis.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Zn2(C14H8N2O4)2(C12H10N2)]n, the asymmetric unit contains one ZnII cation, two halves of 2,2′‐(diazene‐1,2‐diyl)dibenzoate anions (denoted L2−) and half of a 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene ligand (denoted bpe). The three ligands lie across crystallographic inversion centres. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by three O atoms of bridging carboxylate groups from three L2− ligands and by one N atom from a bpe ligand, forming a tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two ZnII atoms are bridged by two carboxylate groups of L2− ligands, generating a [Zn2(CO2)2] ring. Each loop serves as a fourfold node, which links its four equivalent nodes via the sharing of four L2− ligands to form a two‐dimensional [Zn2L4]n net. These nets are separated by bpe ligands acting as spacers, producing a three‐dimensional framework with a 4664 topology. Powder X‐ray diffraction and solid‐state photoluminescence were also measured.  相似文献

In the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, [Mn(1,4‐BDOA)(4,4‐bipy)(H2O)2]n [1,4‐BDOA2− is the p‐phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion (C10H8O6) and 4,4‐bipy is 4,4‐bipyridine (C10H8N2)], each MnII atom displays octahedral coordination by two O atoms of the 1,4‐BDOA2− groups, two N atoms of the 4,4‐bipy ligands and two solvent water molecules. The MnII atom, 4,4‐bipy ligand and 1,4‐BDOA2− group occupy different inversion centres. Adjacent MnII atoms are bridged by 1,4‐BDOA2− groups and 4,4‐bipy ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network with Mn⋯Mn separations of 11.592 (2) and 11.699 (2) Å. Hydrogen bonds from a water O—H group link the layers in the third dimension.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C5H8N3)0.5(H2O)]n, each CdII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment surrounded by three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐nitroisophthalate (5‐NIP2−) ligands, two N atoms from two distinct 1,6‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)hexane (bth) ligands and one water molecule. The CdII centres are bridged by the bth ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a honeycomb‐like two‐dimensional layer structure; the layers are further connected by the bridging 5‐NIP2− ligands with a κ21‐μ2 coordination mode to generate the final three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, taking the the CdII atoms and the bth ligands as different four‐connected nodes and the 5‐NIP2− ligands as linkers, the three‐dimensional structure can be simplified to a rare `mesh of trees' (mot) net with the Schäfli symbol (66)(64.82)2.  相似文献
