The title lignin model compound, C16H18O6, resides on a twofold axis parallel with the b axis, with the mid‐point of the internal C—C(−x + 1, y, −z + ) bond located on the twofold axis. The exo angles between the methoxy groups and the benzene rings deviate significantly from the expected value of 120° [125.15 (7) and 114.27 (6)°]. A 12‐coordinated 3‐modal three‐dimensional net with a new topology was identified on the synthon level. A comparison of the flexibility of related o,o′‐disubstituted biphenyl derivatives and biphenyl is presented, with the angles between the ring planes in substituted biphenyls found to be in the range 40–70°.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C19H20O2S, corresponds to a chiral sulfinyldienol with two stereogenic centres, viz. the C atom susbtituted by the hydroxy group and the sulfinyl S atom. The molecule displays a V‐shape in the solid state. The dihedral angle defined by the least‐squares planes of the aromatic rings is 72.9 (1)°. The packing pattern exhibits the following intermolecular hydrogen bonds: one O—H⋯O [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, O⋯O = 2.785 (4) Å and O—H⋯O = 166°] and two C—H⋯O [H⋯O = 2.58 and 2.60 Å, C⋯O = 3.527 (5) and 3.347 (5) Å, and C—H⋯O = 164 and 134°]. These define a chain along b.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

Synthesis of a novel class of fused heterotetracyclic compounds, 8H‐1‐thia‐8‐aza‐dibenzo[e,h]azulenes ( VII ), is described. Starting N‐benzoyl‐protected 5H‐dibenzo[b,f]azepine ( XI , PG = Bz) was oxidized to 5‐benzoyl‐10,11‐epoxy‐10,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenzo[b,f]azepine ( 2 ), which subsequently rearranged in Lewis acid‐induced epoxide ring opening to give 5‐benzoyl‐5,11‐dihydro‐10H‐dibenzo[b,f]azepin‐10‐one ( 3 ). Vilsmeier reaction of 3 provided β‐chlorovinyl aldehyde 4 that readily cyclized with ethyl 2‐mercaptoacetate to form dibenzazepino[4,5]‐fused thiophene structure 5 . Further transformation of substituent at C‐2 position of 5 and N‐deprotection led to final aminoalkoxy derivatives 9 . All compounds with tetracyclic skeleton were tested in vitro for their anti‐inflammatory activity. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).  相似文献

The title compound, C12H8N2O6S2, (I), is a positional isomer of S‐(2‐nitrophenyl) 2‐nitrobenzenethiosulfonate [Glidewell, Low & Wardell (2000). Acta Cryst. B 56 , 893–905], (II). The most obvious difference between the two isomers is the rotation of the nitro groups with respect to the planes of the adjacent aryl rings. In (I), the nitro groups are only slightly rotated out of the plane of the adjacent aryl ring [2.4 (6) and 6.7 (7)°], while in (II) the nitro groups are rotated by between 37 and 52°, in every case associated with S—S—C—C torsion angles close to 90°. Other important differences between the isomers are the C—S—S(O2)—C torsion angle [78.39 (2)° for (I) and 69.8 (3)° for (II) (mean)] and the dihedral angles between the aromatic rings [12.3 (3)° for (I) and 28.6 (3)° for (II) (mean)]. There are two types of C—H...O hydrogen bond in the structure [C...O = 3.262 (7) Å and C—H...O = 144°; C...O = 3.447 (7) Å and C—H...O = 166°] and these link the molecules into a two‐dimensional framework. The hydrogen‐bond‐acceptor properties differ between the two isomers.  相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydrochloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzothiophene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo[b]thiophene system. The benzo[b]thiophene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations.  相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐D‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐4‐nitro‐1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridine], C12H13N3O5, forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the pyridine N atom as acceptor and the 5′‐hydroxy group of the sugar residue as donor. Consequently, the N‐glycosylic bond exhibits a syn conformation, with a χ torsion angle of 61.6 (2)°, and the pentofuranosyl residue adopts a C2′‐endo envelope conformation (2E, S‐type), with P = 162.1 (1)° and τm = 36.2 (1)°. The orientation of the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche, gauche), with a torsion angle γ = 49.1 (2)°. The title nucleoside forms an ordered and stacked three‐dimensional network. The pyrrole ring of one layer faces the pyridine ring of an adjacent layer. Additionally, intermolecular O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, viz. C24H14F2N2O2, (I), and C25H17FN2O2, (II), respectively, have been determined in order to unravel the role of an ordered F atom in generating stable supramolecular assemblies. On changing the substitution from fluorine to a methyl group, C—H⋯F interactions are replaced by C—H⋯π interactions, revealing the importance of such weak interactions when present alongside N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The dihedral angle between the planes of the 4‐fluorophenyl ring and the pyridine ring is 26.8 (1)° in (I), while that between the planes of the 4‐methylphenyl and pyridine rings is 29.5 (1)° in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, C15H16NO+·C24H20B, the pyridinium ring of the cation makes a dihedral angle of 4.3 (2)° with the benzene ring. Each is rotated in the same direction with respect to the central C—CH=CH—C linkage, by 10.0 (2) and 7.8 (2)°, respectively. The anions have a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. The most interesting feature of the structure is that the anions form a honeycomb‐like hexagonal structure down the b axis through C—H...π interactions. The hexagon is constructed from six BPh4 anions. The cations interact in a head‐to‐tail fashion along [010], forming chains, and pack antiparallel inside the above honeycomb‐like structure through C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C20H18O2, consists of a dimeric arrangement of benzofuran molecules around an inversion centre, linked via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are also C—H⋯π ring interactions. All these interactions result in the formation of infinite chains parallel to the [100] axis. The cyclobutane ring is puckered, with a dihedral angle of 29.03 (13)° between the two three‐atom planes.  相似文献

Crystals of hexa‐tert‐butyldisilane, C24H54Si2, undergo a reversible phase transition at 179 (2) K. The space group changes from Ibca (high temperature) to Pbca (low temperature), but the lattice constants a, b and c do not change significantly during the phase transition. The crystallographic twofold axis of the molecule in the high‐temperature phase is replaced by a noncrystallographic twofold axis in the low‐temperature phase. The angle between the two axes is 2.36 (4)°. The centre of the molecule undergoes a translation of 0.123 (1) Å during the phase transition, but the conformation angles of the molecule remain unchanged. Between the two tri‐tert‐butylsilyl subunits there are six short repulsive intramolecular C—H...H—C contacts, with H...H distances between 2.02 and 2.04 Å, resulting in a significant lengthening of the Si—Si and Si—C bonds. The Si—Si bond length is 2.6863 (5) Å and the Si—C bond lengths are between 1.9860 (14) and 1.9933 (14) Å. Torsion angles about the Si—Si and Si—C bonds deviate by approximately 15° from the values expected for staggered conformations due to intramolecular steric H...H repulsions. A new polymorph is reported for the crystal structure of 1,1,2,2‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2‐diphenyldisilane, C28H46Si2. It has two independent molecules with rather similar conformations. The Si—Si bond lengths are 2.4869 (8) and 2.4944 (8) Å. The C—Si—Si—C torsion angles deviate by between −3.4 (1) and −18.5 (1)° from the values expected for a staggered conformation. These deviations result from steric interactions. Four Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are almost staggered, while the other four Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are intermediate between a staggered and an eclipsed conformation. The latter Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are about 0.019 (2) Å longer than the staggered Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds.  相似文献

The title compounds, C22H22N4 and C24H26N4O2 [alternative names: 2,6‐dibenzyl‐2,3,6,7‐tetrahydro‐1H,5H‐dipyrrolo[3,4‐b; 3′,4′‐e]pyrazine and 2,6‐bis(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐2,3,6,7‐tetrahydro‐1H,5H‐dipyrolo[3,4‐b;3′,4′‐e]pyrazine], two 1,2,3,5,6,7‐hexahydro‐2,4,6,8‐tetraaza‐s‐indacene derivatives, are both centrosymmetric and have similar S‐shaped structures. In the former, there are two independent molecules (A and B), both of which possess Ci symmetry. These two molecules are arranged such that the benzene ring substituent of molecule B is directed towards the plane of the benzene ring substituent of molecule A, with a dihedral angle of 55.4 (2)° between their planes. The shortest C—H⋯C distance is, however, only 3.21 (1) Å. In both compounds, the benzene ring substituents are almost perpendicular to the plane of the central pyrazine ring, and the pyrrolidine rings have perfect envelope conformations. In the crystal structures of both compounds, the molecules pack in a herring‐bone arrangement.  相似文献

In the title potential O,N,N′,O′‐tetradentate Schiff base ligand {systematic name: 2,2′‐[pentane‐1,5‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol}, C19H22N2O2, the mutual orientation of the three planar fragments determines the conformation of the molecule. The dihedral angles between the planes of the two salicylidene groups and the plane of the central extended pentane chain are 78.4 (2) and 62.0 (3)°, and the angle between the terminal ring planes is 55.4 (1)°. Strong intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds close almost‐planar six‐membered rings, and the O—H bonds are elongated as a result of hydrogen‐bond formation.  相似文献

The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

The pyrimidine ring of the title compound, C11H16N2O5S·H2O, is planar to within 0.026 (1) Å and makes an angle of 77.73 (8)° with the mean plane of the thiosugar ring. In terms of standard nucleoside nomenclature, this ring has a C1′‐exo,C2′‐endo conformation. The O5′—C5′—C4′—C3′ torsion angle is ?167.4 (2)° and the glycosidic S4′—C1′—N1—C2 torsion angle is ?101.8 (2)° (anti).  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The title keto acid, C20H26O4, forms carboxyl‐to‐ketone hydrogen‐bonding catemers [O?O = 2.653 (5) Å and O—H?O = 172 (5)°], linking translationally related molecules via the A‐ring ketone. The two molecules in the cell form two parallel counter‐directional chains, screw‐related in b. A total of four intermolecular C—H?O=C close contacts was found, involving both ketone functions.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C6H8N3O2+·NO3? and C5H6N3O2+·CH3SO3?, respectively, the cations are almost planar; the twist of the nitramino group about the C—N and N—N bonds does not exceed 10°. The deviations from coplanarity are accounted for by intermolecular N—H?O interactions. The coplanarity of the NHNO2 group and the phenyl ring leads to the deformation of the nitramino group. The C—N—N angle and one C—C—N angle at the junction of the phenyl ring and the nitramino group are increased from 120° by ca 6°, whereas the other junction C—C—N angle is decreased by ca 5°. Within the nitro group, the O—N—O angle is increased by ca 5° and one O—N—N angle is decreased by ca 5°, whereas the other O—N—N angle remains almost unchanged. The cations are connected to the anions by relatively strong N—H?O hydrogen bonds [shortest H?O separations 1.77 (2)–1.81 (3) Å] and much weaker C—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O separations 2.30 (2)–2.63 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In the title compound, C8H12N+·C8HN4O2, the anion and cation lie on a crystallographic mirror plane and form planar ribbons via N—H⋯O [N⋯O = 2.933 (4) Å, H⋯O = 2.01 Å and N—H⋯O = 170°] and N—H⋯N [N⋯N = 3.016 (5) Å, H⋯N = 2.15 Å and N—H⋯N = 169°] hydrogen bonds. The ribbons are further linked via weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. In adjacent planes, anions lie opposite cations; π–π interactions (separation a/2 = 3.520 Å) exist between the anions and the cations, and stacks are formed, running along the a axis. The cations are disordered over two interpenetrating sites, with occupancies of 0.833 (5) and 0.167 (5).  相似文献
