The title compound, [Co(C19H15N3O5S)(C12H8N2)]·5H2O, has a moderately distorted octahedral coordination environment composed of two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and one N and three O atoms of an N‐{[4‐(1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐yl)anilino]carbonylmethyl}iminodiacetate (ZL‐52−) ligand. The ring systems of the phenanthroline and ZL‐52− ligands are coplanar and the complexes pack in layers parallel to the ab plane with the rings of adjacent complexes facing one another. The layers stack along the c axis and are linked by hydrogen bonds involving the five water solvent molecules in the asymmetric unit and O atoms of the acetate groups of the ZL‐52− ligand. This is believed to be the first crystal structure of a complex of a 2‐(4‐aminophenyl)benzothiazole ligand. 相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have syn–anti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain. 相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(C4H10N2)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, the CdII atoms show distorted octahedral coordination. The two carboxylate groups of the dianionic 2‐nitroterephthalate ligand adopt monodentate and 1,2‐bridging modes. The piperazine molecule is in a chair conformation and lies on a crystallographic inversion centre. The CdII atoms are connected via three O atoms from two carboxylate groups and two N atoms from piperazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional macro‐ring layer structure. These layers are further aggregated to form a three‐dimensional structure via rich intra‐ and interlayer hydrogen‐bonding networks. This study illustrates that, by using the labile CdII salt and a combination of 2‐nitroterephthalate and piperazine as ligands, it is possible to generate interesting metal–organic frameworks with rich intra‐ and interlayer O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding networks. 相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure. 相似文献

In the title PbII coordination polymer, [Pb(C16H10O4)(C14H8N4)(C3H7NO)]n, each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by two chelating N atoms from one pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one dimethylformamide (DMF) O atom and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 4,4′‐ethylenedibenzoate (eedb) ligands. The eedb dianions bridge neighbouring PbII centres through four typical Pb—O bonds and one longer Pb—O interaction to form a two‐dimensional structure. The C atoms from the L and eedb ligands form C—H...O hydrogen bonds with the O atoms of eedb and DMF ligands, which further stabilize the structure. In the title compound, [Cu(C10H4O8)(C12H8N2)]n, the CuII cation has a four‐coordination environment completed by two N atoms from one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligand and two O atoms belonging to two dihydrogen benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate anions (H2TCB2−). There is a twofold axis passing through the CuII cation and the centre of the phen ligand. The [Cu(phen)]2+ moieties are bridged by H2TCB2− anions to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer with a zigzag chain structure along the c axis. A double‐chain structure is formed by hydrogen bonds between adjacent zigzag chains. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht− ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å. 相似文献

The CuII and NiII cations are located in square‐pyramidal and octahedral coordination environments, respectively. The complex molecules are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal−) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal− ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. A novel metal–organic framework, {[Zn2Cl4(C25H24N4O4)]·4C3H7NO}n, has been synthesized solvothermally by assembling the semi‐rigid tetrahedral ligand tetrakis[(pyridin‐4‐yl)oxymethyl]methane (tpom) and zinc nitrate in dimethylformamide (DMF). The crystal structure is noncentrosymmetric (P21c). Each ZnII cation has a tetrahedral coordination environment (C2 symmetry), which is formed by two chloride ligands and two pyridine N atoms from two tpom ligands. The tetrahedral tetradentate tpom linker has a quaternary C atom located on the crystallographic axis. This linker utilizes all the peripheral pyridine N atoms to connect four ZnII cations, thereby forming a wave‐like two‐dimensional sheet along the c axis. The two‐dimensional layer can be topologically simplified as a typical uninodal 4‐connected sql/Shubnikov net, which is represented by the Schläfli symbol {44,62}. In the title compounds, [Pd(C10H6O2)(C10H8N2)], (I), and [Pd(C10H6O2)(C18H12N2)], (II), each PdII atom has a similar distorted cis‐planar four‐coordination geometry involving two O atoms of the 2,3‐naphthalenediolate dianion and two N atoms of the 2,2′‐bipyridine or 2,2′‐biquinoline ligand. Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cd2(C7H4IO2)4(C12H10N2)(H2O)2]n, were obtained by the self‐assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (bpe) and 4‐iodobenzoic acid (4‐IBA). Each CdII atom is seven‐coordinated in a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination environment by four carboxylate O atoms from two different 4‐IBA ligands, two O atoms from two water molecules and one N atom from a bpe ligand. The CdII centres are bridged by the aqua molecules and bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional net. Topologically, taking the CdII atoms as nodes and the μ‐aqua and μ‐bpe ligands as linkers, the two‐dimensional structure can be simplified as a (6,3) network. 相似文献
