In the isomorphous title compounds, [Cd2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2] and [Zn2(C8H4O4)2(C19H10ClFN4)2(H2O)2], the CdII centre is seven‐coordinated by two N atoms from one [2‐(2‐chloro‐6‐fluorophenyl)‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand, one water O atom and four carboxylate O atoms from two different benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdc) ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination, while the ZnII centre is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, one water O atom and three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,2‐bdc ligands in a distorted octahedral coordination. Each pair of adjacent metal centres is bridged by two 1,2‐bdc ligands to form a dimeric structure. In the dimer, each L ligand coordinates one metal centre. The dimer is centrosymmetric, with a crystallographic inversion centre midway between the two metal centres. The aromatic interactions lead the dimers to form a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Finally, O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds reinforce the two‐dimensional structures of the two compounds.  相似文献

The palladium(II) centre in the title compound, [PdCl2(C21H18N2OS)], is coordinated to the pyridyl N atom and to the thia­zolidinone S atom of the 5‐benzyl‐3‐phenyl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)­thia­zolidin‐4‐one ligand, resulting in a five‐membered chelate ring. Two cis‐chloro ligands complete the square‐planar coordination environment of the metal. Although the geometry at the Pd centre is essentially planar, the N—Pd—S bite angle of 85.20 (8)° causes deviations in the cis angles from the ideal value of 90°. Opposite enantiomers form one‐dimensional chains in the cell via a short S?O intermolecular interaction.  相似文献

The new asymmetric ligand 2‐{5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐3‐yl}phenol (HL) has been used to synthesize the novel discrete title binuclear metallocycle, [Cu2(C14H10N3O2S)2(C5H7O2)2] or Cu2L2(acac)2 (acac is acetylacetonate). Each CuII centre is five‐coordinate and adopts a square‐pyramidal geometry. Two ligands are connected by two CuII cations to form the dinuclear metallocycle, which lies across a crystallographic inversion centre. Discrete molecules are linked into a two‐dimensional structure through weak Cu...S, C—H...π and π–π interactions.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluoro­phenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitro­phenyl)­triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine mol­ecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐­fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The structure of the title di­methyl­tin(IV) complex, [2‐(5‐bromo‐2‐oxido­benzyl­idene­amino)­benzoato‐κ3O,N,O′]di­methyl­tin(IV), [Sn(CH3)2(C14H8BrNO3)], features centrosymmetric dimers disposed about a central Sn2O2 core. Each Sn centre has seven‐coordinate pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, taking into account two moderately long Sn—O contacts about an inversion centre [2.679 (4) and 2.981 (4) Å]. The title dicadmium compound, [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6](C7H6NO2)2(ClO4)2·2H2O, is located around an inversion centre. Each CdII centre is coordinated by three N atoms from three different 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands and three O atoms from three coordinating water molecules in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. In the dicadmium cation unit, one 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) molecule acts as a bidentate bridging ligand between two Cd metal ions, while the other four 4,4′‐bipy molecules act only as monodentate terminal ligands, resulting in a rare `H‐type' [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6] host unit. These host units are connected to each other viaπ–π stacking interactions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular grid network with large cavities. The 3‐aminobenzoate anions, perchlorate anions and water molecules are encapsulated in the cavities by numerous hydrogen‐bonding interactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a coordination compound based on both 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands together with discrete 3‐aminobenzoate anions.  相似文献

The hydro­thermal reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O, 4,4′‐bipyridyl and 2‐sulfo­benzoic acid produced the title compound, {[Cd2(C7H4O5S)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, which forms a two‐dimensional coordination polymer, the sheets of which are linked via hydrogen bonds. Two different types of Cd atoms are present, one lying on a twofold rotation axis and the other on a centre of inversion. Similarly, there are two types of bipyridyl ligand present, one lying across a twofold rotation axis and the other across a centre of inversion.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Mn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2] and [Zn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2], are isomorphous. In both compounds, the metal atom is located on an inversion center and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 5‐(pyrazin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐tetra­zolate anions in the basal plane and by two O atoms of water ligands in the apical positions to form a distorted octa­hedral geometry. Inter­molecular hydrogen‐bond inter­actions between the uncoordinated N atoms of the tetra­zolate anions and the H atoms of the water mol­ecules lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Copper(II) bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate) complexes with pyridin‐2‐one (pyon), 3‐hydroxypyridine (hpy) and 3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one (hpyon) were prepared and the solid‐state structures of (pyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(pyon‐κO )], (I), bis(pyridin‐3‐ol‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpy‐κO )2], (II), and bis(3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO2)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpyon‐κO )2], (III), were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The coordination of the metal centre is square pyramidal and displays a rare example of a mutual cis arrangement of the β‐diketonate ligands in (I) and a trans‐octahedral arrangement in (II) and (III). Complex (II) presents the first crystallographic evidence of κO‐monodentate hpy ligation to the transition metal enabling the pyridine N atom to participate in a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network through O—H…N interactions, forming a graph‐set motif R 22(7) through a C—H…O interaction. Complex (III) presents the first crystallographic evidence of monodentate coordination of the neutral hpyon ligand to a metal centre and a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is formed through N—H…O interactions facilitated by C—H…O interactions, forming the graph‐set motifs R 22(8) and R 22(7).  相似文献

1,2-Diphenyl-1,2-dimethyldisilanylene-bridged bis-cyclopentadienyl complex[η~5,η~5-C_5H_4PhMeSiSiMePh-C_5H_4]Fe_2(CO)_2(μ-CO)_2(1)was synthesized by a modified procedure,from which the trans-isomer 1b that was pre-viously difficult to obtain has been isolated for the first time.More interestingly,two new regio-isomers[η~5,η~5C_5H_4SiMe(SiMePh_2)C_5H_4]Fe_2(CO)_2(μ-CO)_2(2)and [η~5,η~5-C_5H_4Me_2SiSiPh_2C_5H_4]Fe_2(CO)_2(μ-CO)_2(3)were occa-sionally obtained during above process,the novel structures of which opened up new options for further study ofthis type of Si—Si bond-containing transition metal complexes.The molecular structure of 2 has been determinedby the X-ray diffraction method.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(OH)2(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2][Cu(C10H9NO5S)2]·6H2O, is comprised of a copper‐centred complex cation and a copper‐centred complex anion; the cation lies about an inversion centre and in the anion the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre. In the doubly charged bridged dicopper cation, each Cu centre has distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. In the square‐planar dianion, two sulfonate ligands are trans coordinated to the Cu atom via a deprotonated hydroxyl O atom and an imine N atom, forming two six‐membered chelate rings. The structure is stabilized by an extensive hydrogen‐bond system and aromatic‐ring stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Co(C8H7NO2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2}n, is the first d‐metal ion complex involving bidentate bridging of a β‐dialdehyde group. The Co2+ ion is situated on an inversion centre and adopts an octahedral coordination with four equatorial aldehyde O atoms [Co—O = 2.0910 (14) and 2.1083 (14) Å] and two axial aqua ligands [Co—O = 2.0631 (13) Å]. The title compound has a two‐dimensional square‐grid framework structure supported by propane‐1,3‐dionate O:O′‐bridges between the metal ions. The organic ligand itself possesses a zwitterionic structure, involving conjugated anionic propane‐1,3‐dionate and cationic pyridinium fragments. Hydrogen bonding between coordinated water molecules, the pyridinium NH group and the nitrate anions [O...O = 2.749 (2) and 2.766 (3) Å, and N...O = 2.864 (3) Å] is essential for the crystal packing.  相似文献

The title binuclear complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C8H21N5O2)(NO)]·2H2O or [CuFe(nelin)(CN)5(NO)]·2H2O (nelin is 5‐methyl‐5‐nitro‐3,7‐di­aza­nonane‐1,9‐di­amine) consists of discrete binuclear mixed‐metal species, with a Cu centre linked to an Fe centre through a cyano bridge, and two water mol­ecules of crystallization. The reaction of 2‐cyanopyridine with N‐phenylthiosemicarbazide afforded 2‐[amino(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]‐N‐phenylhydrazine‐1‐carbothioamide (Ham4ph) and crystals of 4‐phenyl‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐2,4‐dihydro‐3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione (pyph3NS, 1 , C13H10N4S). Crystals of methyl 2‐{[4‐phenyl‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl]sulfanyl}acetate (phpy2NS, 2 , C16H14N4O2S), derived from 1 , were obtained by the reaction of Ham4ph with chloroacetic acid, followed by the acid‐catalyzed esterification of the carboxylic acid with methyl alcohol. Crystals of bis(methanol‐κO)bis(methyl 2‐{[4‐phenyl‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl‐κ2N1,N5]sulfanyl}acetato)zinc(II)/cadmium(II) hexabromidocadmate(II), [Zn0.76Cd0.24(C16H14N4O2S)2(CH3OH)2][Cd2Br6] or [Zn0.76Cd0.24(phpy2NS)2(MeOH)2][Cd2Br6], 3 , and dichlorido(methyl 2‐{[4‐phenyl‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl‐κ2N1,N5]sulfanyl}acetato)mercury(II), [HgCl2(C16H14N4O2S)] or [Hg(phpy2NS)Cl2], 4 , were synthesized using ligand 2 and CdBr2 or HgCl2, respectively. The molecular and supramolecular structures of the compounds were studied by X‐ray diffractometry. The asymmetric unit of 3 is formed from CdBr3 and M(phpy2NS)(MeOH) units, where the metal centre M has a 76% occupancy of ZnII and 24% of CdII. The M2+ centre of the cation, located on a crystallographic inversion centre, is hexacoordinated and appears as a slightly distorted octahedral [MN4O2]2+ cation. The Cd centre of the anion is coordinated by two terminal bromide ligands and two bridging bromide ligands that generate [Cd2Br6]2? cadmium–bromide clusters. These clusters display crystallographic inversion symmetry forming two edge‐shared tetrahedra and serve as agents that direct the structure in the formation of supramolecular assemblies. In mononuclear complex 4 , the coordination geometry around the Hg2+ ion is distorted tetrahedral and comprises two chloride ligands and two N‐atom donors from the phpy2NS ligand, viz. one pyridine N atom and the other from triazole. In the crystal packing, all four compounds exhibit weak intermolecular interactions, which facilitate the formation of three‐dimensional architectures. Along with the noncovalent interactions, the structural diversity in the complexes can be attributed to the metal centre and to the coordination geometry, as well as to its ionic or neutral character.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu8(C15H10N3O3S)4Cl4(C3H7NO)2]·2C3H7NO, consisting of eight CuII cations, four trianionic 1‐(2‐oxidobenzoyl)‐2‐(2‐oxo‐2‐phenylethanethioyl)hydrazine‐1,2‐diide ligands, four chloride ligands and two coordinated and two solvent dimethylformamide molecules, crystallizes with the octanuclear molecule located on an inversion centre. The pyrazine ligand also lies about an inversion centre and links adjacent Cu atoms into a chain running along the b axis; perchlorate anions occupy the space between the chains, and the chains use the coordinated water mol­ecules to link to the anions, resulting in a hydrogen‐bonded ribbon structure. In the title supramolecular complex, [Ag2Cl2(C4H5N3)(C18H15P)2]n, a one‐dimensional chain is formed by dimeric {Ag2Cl2(PPh3)2} units bridged by 2‐amino­pyrimidine moieties. The Ag atoms are four‐coordinate, with an AgCl2NP core. A crystallographic inversion centre is located in the centre of the Ag2Cl2 chelate ring, while the crystallographic twofold axis bisects the 2‐amino­pyrimidine ligand.  相似文献

Owing to increasing interest in the use of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) based on imidazolidinium ions as ligands in the design of highly efficient transition‐metal‐based homogeneous catalysts, the characterizations of the 1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐3‐(2,4,6‐trimethylbenzyl)imidazolidin‐3‐ium iodide salt, [Fe(C5H5)(C19H24N2)]I, (I), and the palladium complex trans‐bis(3‐benzyl‐1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)diiodidopalladium(II), [Fe2Pd(C5H5)2(C16H17N2)2I2], (II), are reported. Compound (I) has two iodide anions and two imidazolidinium cations within the asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). The two cations have distinctly different conformations, with the ferrocene groups orientated exo and endo with respect to the N‐heterocyclic carbene. Weak C—H donor hydrogen bonds to both the iodide anions and the π system of the mesitylene group combine to form two‐dimensional layers perpendicular to the crystallographic c direction. Only one of the formally charged imidazolidinium rings forms a near‐linear hydrogen bond with an iodide anion. Complex (II) shows square‐planar coordination around the PdII metal, which is located on an inversion centre (Z′ = 0.5). The ferrocene and benzyl substituents are in a transanti arrangement. The Pd—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands and the metal atom is 2.036 (7) Å. A survey of related structures shows that the lengthening of the N—C bonds and the closure of the N—C—N angle seen here on metal complexation is typical of similar NHCs and their complexes.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title coordination polymer, [Gd2(C7H4O5S)2(C2O4)(H2O)6]n or [Gd(2‐SB)(ox)0.5(H2O)3]2n (2‐SB is 2‐sulfonatobenzoate and ox is oxalate), (I), consists of one GdIII ion, one 2‐SB anion, three coordinated water molecules and one half of an ox ligand. The ox ligand is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. The GdIII centre shows a distorted tricapped trigonal–prismatic coordination formed by nine O atoms from two 2‐SB anions, one ox ligand and three coordinated water molecules. The carboxylate and sulfonate groups of the 2‐SB anions adopt μ2‐η12 and μ1‐η001 coordination modes to link two GdIII ions, generating a centrosymmetric binuclear [Gd2(2‐SB)2(H2O)6]2− subunit. The ox ligand acts as a bridge, linking the binuclear [Gd2(2‐SB)2(H2O)6]2− subunits into a one‐dimensional chain structure parallel to the b axis. Furthermore, extensive O—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the chains into a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献
