In the monomeric title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)]·1.5H2O, the CuII cation is bound in a square‐pyramidal coordination to a tridentate oxydiacetate (ODA) ligand, a monodentate pyridine‐3‐carboxamide (p3ca) ligand and one aqua ligand, where the two organic ligands form the basal plane and the water O atom occupies the unique apical site. The ODA ligand presents a slight out‐of‐plane puckering in its central ether O atom, while the p3ca ligand is essentially planar. The availability of efficient donors and acceptors for hydrogen bonding results in the formation of strongly linked hydrogen‐bonded bilayers parallel to (101), with an interplanar distance of 3.18 (1) Å and a stacking separation between the bilayers of 3.10 (1) Å, both of them governed by extended π–π interactions. The disordered nature of the solvent water molecules around inversion centres is discussed. The monoaqua compound is compared with the octahedral diaqua analogue, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)2], reported recently [Perec & Baggio (2009). Acta Cryst. C 65 , m296–m298].  相似文献

The title compound, cis‐[Pt(CH3COO)2(C2H6S)2], crystallizes in the P21/c space group with a pseudo‐square‐planar coordination geometry. The complex forms centrosymmetric dimeric packing units, with C—H...O—Pt interactions and a short Pt...Pt distance [3.5868 (2) Å]. The coordination mode of the acetate ligands is monodentate and they are oriented almost perpendicular to the coordination plane. Cambridge Structural Database [Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] data show a preferred staggered conformation with respect to the coordination plane for Me2S in complexes with PtII.  相似文献

The title two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded coordination compounds, [Cu(C8H5O4)2(C4H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C4H6N2)2]·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The molecule of complex (I) lies across an inversion centre, and the Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole (4‐MeIM) molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐carboxybenzoate (HBDC) anions in a square‐planar geometry. Adjacent molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional sheet with (4,4) topology. In the asymmetric part of the unit cell of (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules, in which each Cu2+ ion is also coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐MeIM molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐methylbenzoate (3‐MeBC) anions in a square‐planar coordination. Two neutral complex molecules are held together via N—H...O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds to generate a dimeric pair, which is further linked via discrete water molecules into a two‐dimensional network with the Schläfli symbol (43)2(46,66,83). In both compounds, as well as the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, π–π interactions also stabilize the crystal stacking.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title dimeric complex, bis{μ‐2,2′‐[hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐1:2κ4O,N:N′,O′}dicopper(II),[Cu2(C20H22N2O2)2], has been investigated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, and also by FT–IR spectroscopy. Different synthetic and crystallization procedures gave crystals which were quite different in appearance, and it was initially thought that these were different polymorphic forms. Subsequent structure determination showed, in fact, serendipitous preparation of crystals in the P41 space group by one method and in space group P43 by the other. In these enantiomorphic structures, the Cu atoms have a distorted flattened tetrahedral coordination, with Cu—N and Cu—O distances in the ranges 1.954 (4)–1.983 (4) and 1.887 (4)–1.903 (4) Å, respectively.  相似文献

Yellow needle‐shaped crystals of the title compound, {[Ag(C30H22N4)][Ag(NO3)2]}n, were obtained by the reaction of AgNO3 and 9,10‐bis(benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)anthracene (L) in a 2:1 ratio. The asymmetric unit consists of two AgI cations, one half L ligand and one nitrate anion. One AgI cation occupies a crystallographic inversion centre and links two N‐atom donors of two distinct L ligands to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer. The second AgI cation lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is coordinated by two O‐atom donors of two nitrate anions to form an [Ag(NO3)2] counter‐ion. The polymeric chains are linked into a supramolecular framework via weak Ag...O [3.124 (5) Å] and Ag...π (2.982 Å) interactions (π is the centroid of an outer anthracene benzene ring). The π interactions contain two short Ag...C contacts [2.727 (6) and 2.765 (6) Å], which can be considered to define Ag–η2‐anthracene bonding interactions. In comparison with a previously reported binuclear AgI complex [Du, Hu, Zhang, Zeng & Bu (2008). CrystEngComm, 10 , 1866–1874], this new one‐dimensional coordination polymer was obtained by changing the metal–ligand ratio during the synthesis.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu(C6H7N)2{Ag(CN)2}2]n, is made up of neutral zigzag chains of [–NC–Ag–CN–Cu(4‐Mepy)2{Ag(CN)2}–NC–Ag–CN–] (4‐Mepy is 4‐methylpyridine). Neighbouring chains are linked by weak argentophilic interactions, with Ag?Ag distances of 3.2322 (12) Å. The Cu atom, which lies on a twofold rotation axis, is pentacoordinated by one monodentate Ag(CN)2? anion [Cu—N 1.985 (3) Å], the atoms of which lie on the same rotation axis, and by bridging dicyanoargentate anions [2 × Cu—N 2.0827 (19) Å], with Ag atoms on inversion centres. The coordination polyhedron is completed by two 4‐Mepy molecules [2 × Cu—N 2.038 (2) Å], which occupy the axial positions of a distorted trigonal bipyramid.  相似文献

The short carbonyl bond in the title compound, [Cu2(C7H4NO3S)4(C3H4N2)4] [Liu, Huang, Li & Lin (1991). Acta Cryst. C 47 , 41–43], is an artifact of disorder in the isothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide part of the 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one entity. In the present redetermination, all bond dimensions in the centrosymmetric dinuclear molecule are normal. The five‐coordinate Cu atom shows trigonal–bipyramidal coordination. Hydrogen bonds from the imidazole donor ligand link adjacent molecules into a two‐dimensional layer structure.  相似文献

Orange crystals of bis(acetonitrile‐κN)bis[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethanamine‐κ2P,P′]iron(II) tetrabromidoferrate(II), [Fe(CH3CN)2(C26H25NP2)2][FeBr4], (I), and red crystals of bis(acetonitrile‐κN)bis[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethanamine‐κ2P,P′]iron(II) μ‐oxido‐bis[tribromidoferrate(III)], [Fe(CH3CN)2(C26H25NP2)2][Fe2Br6O], (II), were obtained from the same solution after prolonged exposure to atmospheric oxygen, resulting in partial oxidation of the [FeBr4]2− anion to the [Br3FeOFeBr3]2− anion. The asymmetric unit of (I) consists of three independent cations, one on a general position and two on inversion centres, with two anions, required to balance the charge, located on general positions. The asymmetric unit of (II) consists of two independent cations and two anions, all on special positions. The geometric parameters within the coordination environments of the cations do not differ significantly, with the major differences being in the orientation of the phenyl rings on the bidentate phosphane ligand. The ethyl substituent in the cation of (II) and the Br atoms in the anions of (II) are disordered. The P—Fe—P bite angles represent the smallest angles reported to date for octahedral FeII complexes containing bidentate phosphine ligands with MeCN in the axial positions, ranging from 70.82 (3) to 70.98 (4)°. The average Fe—Br bond distances of 2.46 (2) and 2.36 (2) Å in the [FeBr4]2− and [Br3FeOFeBr3]2− anions, respectively, illustrate the differences in the Fe oxidation states.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(BMTT)2], where BMTT is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyltetrazol‐5‐yl)triazenide (C4H6N11), presents a molecular complex with tridentate ligands. The tridentate mode of the ligand is realised through the central N atom of the triazene group and two N atoms of the two tetrazole rings. The [Ni(BMTT)2] molecule is the meridional isomer, with crystallographic symmetry in space group P42/n. The nickel centre has a distorted octahedral environment, with two axial Ni—N bonds of 2.041 (2) Å and four equatorial Ni—N bonds of 2.0739 (14) Å. The molecules are linked together by van der Waals interactions only.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

The CuII complex bis[hydroxybis(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanesulfonato‐κ3N,O,N′]copper(II) hexahydrate, [Cu(C11H9N2O4S)2]·6H2O, (I), crystallizes in the space group P, compared with P21/c for the anhydrous CoII analogue bis[hydroxybis(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanesulfonato‐κ3N,O,N′]cobalt(II), [Co(C11H9N2O4S)2], (II). However, both molecules sit on a crystallographic inversion centre and are thus very similar in appearance. Jahn–Teller elongation of the Cu—O bonds [2.347 (3) Å in (I) and 2.064 (2) Å in (II)] influences the S—O bond lengths, which are all around 1.455 (3) Å in (I) and 1.436 (2)–1.473 (2) Å in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C12H8F2N3)2(C5H5N)2], the Cd atom lies on a crystallographic twofold axis in space group Iba2. The coordination geometry about the CdII ion corresponds to a rhombically distorted octahedron, with two deprotonated 1,3‐bis(2‐fluorophenyl)triazenide ions, viz. FC6H4NNNC6H4F, acting as bidentate ligands (four‐electron donors). Two neutral pyridine (py) molecules complete the coordination sphere in positions cis with respect to one another. The triazenide ligand is not planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.204 Å), the dihedral angle between the phenyl rings of the terminal 2‐fluorophenyl substituents being 24.6 (1)°. The triazenide and pyridine Cd—N distances are 2.3757 (18)/2.3800 (19) and 2.3461 (19) Å, respectively. Intermolecular C—H⋯F interactions generate sheets of molecules in the (010) plane.  相似文献

The title compound, [Pd2(C4H13N3)2(C14H16N2)](NO3)4, comprises discrete tetracationic dumbbell‐type dinuclear complex molecules and noncoordinating nitrate anions. Two Pd(dien)2+ moieties (dien is diethylenetriamine) are joined by the rigid linear exo‐bidentate bridging 2,2′,6,6′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to form the dinuclear complex, which lies across a centre of inversion in the space group P21/n, so that the rings in the 2,2′,6,6′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bipyridine bridging ligand are parallel. In the crystal, the primary and secondary amino groups of the dien ligand act as hydrogen‐bond donors towards the nitrate anions to form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C6H4NO2)(C2H3O2)(C3H4N2)(H2O)]·0.87H2O, has a square‐pyramidal‐coordinated CuII centre (the imidazole is trans to the picolinate N atom, the acetate is trans to the picolinate –CO2 group and the aqua ligand is in a Jahn–Teller‐elongated apical position) and has two symmetry‐independent molecules in the unit cell (Z′ = 2), which are connected through complementary imidazole–picolinate N—H...O hydrogen bonding. The two partially occupied solvent water molecules are each disordered over two positions. The disordered solvent water molecules, together with pseudosymmetry elements, support the notion that a crystal structure with multiple identical chemical formula units in the structural asymmetric unit (Z′ > 1) can represent a crystal `on the way', that is, a kinetic intermediate form which has not yet reached its thermodynamic minimum. Neighbouring molecules form π–π stacks between their imidazole and picolinate N‐heterocycles, with centroid–centroid distances in the range 3.582 (2)–3.764 (2) Å.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [NiCu(CN)4(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n or [{Cu(H2O)2}(μ‐C10H8N2)(μ‐CN)2{Ni(CN)2}]n, was shown to be a metal–organic cyanide‐bridged framework, composed essentially of –Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu– chains (4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine) linked by [Ni(CN)4]2− anions. Both metal atoms sit on special positions; the CuII atom occupies an inversion center, while the NiII atom of the cyanometallate sits on a twofold axis. The 4,4′‐bpy ligand is also situated about a center of symmetry, located at the center of the bridging C—C bond. The scientific impact of this structure lies in the unique manner in which the framework is built up. The arrangement of the –Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu– chains, which are mutually perpendicular and non‐intersecting, creates large channels running parallel to the c axis. Within these channels, the [Ni(CN)4]2− anions coordinate to successive CuII atoms, forming zigzag –Cu—N[triple‐bond]C—Ni—C[triple‐bond]N—Cu– chains. In this manner, a three‐dimensional framework structure is constructed. To the authors' knowledge, this arrangement has not been observed in any of the many copper(II)–4,4′‐bipyridine framework complexes synthesized to date. The coordination environment of the CuII atom is completed by two water molecules. The framework is further strengthened by O—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the water molecules and the symmetry‐equivalent nonbridging cyanide N atoms.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compounds, tris(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) bis(2,4,5‐tricarboxybenzoate) monohydrate, [Fe(C12H8N2)3](C10H5O8)2·H2O, (I), and tris(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) 2,5‐dicarboxybenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate–benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid–water (1/1/2), [Fe(C10H8N2)3](C10H4O8)·C10H6O8·2H2O, (II), were obtained during an attempt to synthesize a mixed‐ligand complex of FeII with an N‐containing ligand and benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid via a solvothermal reaction. In both mononuclear complexes, each FeII metal ion is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral manner by six N atoms from three chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline or 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands. In compound (I), the FeII atom lies on a twofold axis in the space group C2/c, whereas (II) crystallizes in the space group P21/n. In both compounds, the uncoordinated carboxylate anions and water molecules are linked by typical O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond networks which surround the cations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7H4FO2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CoII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R32(6), R22(12) and R22(16) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H...F, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献
