The novel title organic salt, 4C5H7N2+·C24H8O84−·8H2O, was obtained from the reaction of perylene‐3,4,9,10‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4ptca) with 4‐aminopyridine (4‐ap). The asymmetric unit contains half a perylene‐3,4,9,10‐tetracarboxylate (ptca4−) anion with twofold symmetry, two 4‐aminopyridinium (4‐Hap+) cations and four water molecules. Strong N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect each ptca4− anion with four 4‐Hap+ cations to form a one‐dimensional linear chain along the [010] direction, decorated by additional 4‐Hap+ cations attached by weak N—H...O hydrogen bonds to the ptca4− anions. Intermolecular O—H...O interactions of water molecules with ptca4− and 4‐Hap+ ions complete the three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network. From the viewpoint of topology, each ptca4− anion acts as a 16‐connected node by hydrogen bonding to six 4‐Hap+ cations and ten water molecules to yield a highly connected hydrogen‐bonding framework. π–π interactions between 4‐Hap+ cations, and between 4‐Hap+ cations and ptca4− anions, further stabilize the three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H10N22+·2C2HO4, consists of one half of a 4,4′‐bipyridinium cation, which has inversion symmetry, and a hydrogen oxalate anion, in which an intramolecular hydrogen bond exists. The cations and anions are connected by O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a two‐dimensional network, whereas π–π stacking interactions involving the 4,4′‐bipyridinium cations lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. An unusual deca‐atomic ring is formed between two hydrogen oxalate anions, which are linked side‐to‐side via O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

In bis(2‐carboxypyridinium) hexafluorosilicate, 2C6H6NO2+·SiF62−, (I), and bis(2‐carboxyquinolinium) hexafluorosilicate dihydrate, 2C10H8NO2+·SiF62−·2H2O, (II), the Si atoms of the anions reside on crystallographic centres of inversion. Primary inter‐ion interactions in (I) occur via strong N—H...F and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, generating corrugated layers incorporating [SiF6]2− anions as four‐connected net nodes and organic cations as simple links in between. In (II), a set of strong N—H...F, O—H...O and O—H...F hydrogen bonds, involving water molecules, gives a three‐dimensional heterocoordinated rutile‐like framework that integrates [SiF6]2− anions as six‐connected and water molecules as three‐connected nodes. The carboxyl groups of the cation are hydrogen bonded to the water molecule [O...O = 2.5533 (13) Å], while the N—H group supports direct bonding to the anion [N...F = 2.7061 (12) Å].  相似文献

The structures of two hydrated salts of 4‐aminophenylarsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid), namely ammonium 4‐aminophenylarsonate monohydrate, NH4+·C6H7AsNO3·H2O, (I), and the one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[[(4‐aminophenylarsonato‐κO)diaquasodium]‐μ‐aqua], [Na(C6H7AsNO3)(H2O)3]n, (II), have been determined. In the structure of the ammonium salt, (I), the ammonium cations, arsonate anions and water molecules interact through inter‐species N—H...O and arsonate and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds, giving the common two‐dimensional layers lying parallel to (010). These layers are extended into three dimensions through bridging hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the para‐amine group acting both as a donor and an acceptor. In the structure of the sodium salt, (II), the Na+ cation is coordinated by five O‐atom donors, one from a single monodentate arsonate ligand, two from monodentate water molecules and two from bridging water molecules, giving a very distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment. The water bridges generate one‐dimensional chains extending along c and extensive interchain O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions link these chains, giving an overall three‐dimensional structure. The two structures reported here are the first reported examples of salts of p‐arsanilic acid.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the optically resolved title salt, C8H12N+·C4H5O4S, contains a 1‐phenylethanaminium monocation and a thiomalate (3‐carboxy‐2‐sulfanylpropanoate) monoanion. The absolute configurations of the cation and the anion are determined to be S and R, respectively. In the crystal, cation–anion N—H...O hydrogen bonds, together with anion–anion O—H...O and S—H...O hydrogen bonds, construct a two‐dimensional supramolecular sheet parallel to the ab plane. The two‐dimensional sheet is linked with the upper and lower sheets through C—H...π interactions to stack along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, C9H13N4O3+·NO3, is the first structurally characterized Schiff base derived from semicarbazide and pyridoxal. Unusually for an unsubstituted semicarbazone, the compound adopts a syn conformation, in which the carbonyl O atom is in a cis disposition relative to the azomethine N atom. This arrangement is supported by a pair of hydrogen bonds between the organic cation and the nitrate anion. The cation is essentially planar, with only a hydroxymethyl O atom deviating significantly from the mean plane of the remaining atoms (r.m.s. deviation of the remaining non‐H atoms = 0.01 Å). The molecules are linked into flat layers by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the hydroxymethyl group as a donor interconnect the layers into a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

Mixtures of 4‐carboxypyridinium perchlorate or 4‐carboxypyridinium tetrafluoroborate and 18‐crown‐6 (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane) in ethanol and water solution yielded the title supramolecular salts, C6H6NO2+·ClO4·C12H24O6·2H2O and C6H6NO2+·BF4·C12H24O6·2H2O. Based on their similar crystal symmetries, unit cells and supramolecular assemblies, the salts are essentially isostructural. The asymmetric unit in each structure includes one protonated isonicotinic acid cation and one crown ether molecule, which together give a [(C6H6NO2)(18‐crown‐6)]+ supramolecular cation. N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the protonated N atoms and a single O atom of each crown ether result in the 4‐carboxypyridinium cations `perching' on the 18‐crown‐6 molecules. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the supramolecular cation and both water molecules form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain that propagates along the crystallographic c direction. O—H...O or O—H...F hydrogen bonds between one of the water molecules and the anions fix the anion positions as pendant upon this chain, without further increasing the dimensionality of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title salt formed between 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoroterephthalic acid (H2tfbdc) and imidazolium (ImH), C3H5N2+·C8HF4O4, contains one Htfbdc anion and one ImH2+ cation, joined by a classical N—H...O hydrogen bond. The acid and base subunits are further linked by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into infinite two‐dimensional layers with R56(32) hydrogen‐bond motifs. The resulting (4,4) network layers interpenetrate to produce an interlocked three‐dimensional structure. The final three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture is further stabilized by the linkages of two C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ni(C9H4O6)(C14H14N4)]·0.41H2O}n, exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular framework. The NiII cation is six‐coordinated in a distorted triangular prism defined by two N atoms from two 1,3‐bis(imidazol‐l‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligands and four O atoms from two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (HBTC) dianions. The bix molecules and HBTC dianions both act as bidentate ligands, linking the NiII cations to form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. A two‐dimensional wave‐like net is constructed by O—H...O hydrogen bonds linking adjacent chains. Partially occupied solvent water molecules fill the cavities and link these layers to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The title compound was also characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[diaqua(sulfato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)(H2O)2]n, (I), was synthesized by slow evaporation under vacuum of a saturated aqueous equimolar mixture of copper(II) sulfate and glycine. On heating the same blue crystal of this complex to 435 K in an oven, its aspect changed to a very pale blue and crystal structure analysis indicated that it had transformed into the two‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[(μ2‐glycine‐κ2O:O′)(μ4‐sulfato‐κ4O:O′:O′′:O′′)copper(II)], [Cu(SO4)(C2H5NO2)]n, (II). In (I), the CuII cation has a pentacoordinate square‐pyramidal coordination environment. It is coordinated by two water molecules and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups in the basal plane, and by a sulfate O atom in the apical position. In complex (II), the CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment. It is coordinated by four sulfate O atoms, one of which bridges two CuII cations, and two O atoms of bridging glycine carboxylate groups. In the crystal structure of (I), the one‐dimensional polymers, extending along [001], are linked via N—H...O, O—H...O and bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structure of (II), the two‐dimensional networks are linked via bifurcated N—H...O,O hydrogen bonds involving the sulfate O atoms, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In the crystal structures of both compounds, there are C—H...O hydrogen bonds present, which reinforce the three‐dimensional frameworks.  相似文献

The 1:1 proton‐transfer compound of the potent substituted amphetamine hallucinogen (R)‐2‐amino‐1‐(8‐bromobenzo[1,2‐b;5,4‐b′]difuran‐4‐yl)propane (common trivial name `bromodragonfly') with 3,5‐dinitrosalicylic acid, namely 1‐(8‐bromobenzo[1,2‐b;5,4‐b′]difuran‐4‐yl)propan‐2‐aminium 2‐carboxy‐4,6‐dinitrophenolate, C13H13BrNO2+·C7H3N2O7, forms hydrogen‐bonded cation–anion chain substructures comprising undulating head‐to‐tail anion chains formed through C(8) carboxyl–nitro O—H...O associations and incorporating the aminium groups of the cations. The intrachain cation–anion hydrogen‐bonding associations feature proximal cyclic R33(8) interactions involving both an N+—H...Ophenolate and the carboxyl–nitro O—H...O associations and aromatic π–π ring interactions [minimum ring centroid separation = 3.566 (2) Å]. A lateral hydrogen‐bonding interaction between the third aminium H atom and a carboxyl O‐atom acceptor links the chain substructures, giving a two‐dimensional sheet structure. This determination represents the first of any form of this compound and is in the (R) absolute configuration. The atypical crystal stability is attributed both to the hydrogen‐bonded chain substructures provided by the anions, which accommodate the aminium proton‐donor groups of the cations and give crosslinking, and to the presence of the cation–anion aromatic ring π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, 2C14H13N2+·S2O82−·2H2O, is a protonated amine salt which is formed from two rather uncommon ionic species, namely a peroxodisulfate (pds2−) anion, which lies across a crystallographic inversion centre, and a 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthrolin‐1‐ium (Hdmph+) cation lying in a general position. Each pds2− anion binds to two water molecules through strong water–peroxo O—H...O interactions, giving rise to an unprecedented planar network of hydrogen‐bonded macrocycles which run parallel to (100). The atoms of the large R88(30) rings are provided by four water molecules bridging in fully extended form (...H—O—H...) and four pds2− anions alternately acting as long (...O—S—O—O—S—O...) and short (...O—S—O...) bridges. The Hdmph+ cations, in turn, bind to these units through hydrogen bonds involving their protonated N atoms. In addition, the crystal structure also contains π–π and aromatic–peroxo C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound [systematic name: 4‐amino‐2‐oxo‐2,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐1‐ium 1‐hydroxy‐2‐(1H,3H‐imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)ethylidenediphosphonate trihydrate], C4H6N3O+·C5H9N2O7P2·3H2O, contains one cytosinium cation, one zoledronate anion and three water molecules. The zoledronate anion has a zwitterionic character, in which each phosphonate group is singly deprotonated and an imidazole N atom is protonated. Furthermore, proton transfer takes place from one of the phosphonic acid groups of the zoledronate anion to one of the N atoms of the cytosinium cation. The cytosinium cation forms a C(6) chain, while the zoledronate anion forms a rectangular‐shaped centrosymmetric dimer through N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The cations and anions are held together by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a one‐dimensional polymeric tape. The three water molecules play a crucial role in hydrogen bonding, resulting in a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network.  相似文献

The title racemic heterometallic dinuclear compound, [MnSn(C2H2O2S)3(H2O)5], (I), contains one main group SnIV metal centre and one transition metal MnII centre, and, by design, links the MnII centre to the building unit of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− complex anion (L is the 2‐sulfidoacetate dianion). In this cluster, the SnIV centre of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit is coordinated by three O atoms and three S atoms from three L ligands to form an [SnO3S3] octahedral coordination environment. The MnII centre is in an [MnO6] octahedral coordination environment, with five O atoms from five water molecules and the sixth from the μ2L ligand of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit. Between adjacent dinuclear molecules, there are many hydrogen‐bond interactions of O—H...O, O—H...S, C—H...O and C—H...S types. Of these, eight pairs of O—H...O hydrogen bonds fuse all the dinuclear molecules into two‐dimensional supramolecular sheets along the bc plane. Adjacent supramolecular sheets are further connected through O—H...S hydrogen bonds to give a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The structures of two ammonium salts of 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid (5‐sulfosalicylic acid, 5‐SSA) have been determined at 200 K. In the 1:1 hydrated salt, ammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, NH4+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (I), the 5‐SSA monoanions give two types of head‐to‐tail laterally linked cyclic hydrogen‐bonding associations, both with graph‐set R44(20). The first involves both carboxylic acid O—H...Owater and water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds at one end, and ammonium N—H...Osulfonate and N—H...Ocarboxy hydrogen bonds at the other. The second association is centrosymmetric, with end linkages through water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds. These conjoined units form stacks down c and are extended into a three‐dimensional framework structure through N—H...O and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds to sulfonate O‐atom acceptors. Anhydrous triammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate 3‐carboxylato‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, 3NH4+·C7H4O6S2−·C7H5O6S, (II), is unusual, having both dianionic 5‐SSA2− and monoanionic 5‐SSA species. These are linked by a carboxylic acid O—H...O hydrogen bond and, together with the three ammonium cations (two on general sites and the third comprising two independent half‐cations lying on crystallographic twofold rotation axes), give a pseudo‐centrosymmetric asymmetric unit. Cation–anion hydrogen bonding within this layered unit involves a cyclic R33(8) association which, together with extensive peripheral N—H...O hydrogen bonding involving both sulfonate and carboxy/carboxylate acceptors, gives a three‐dimensional framework structure. This work further demonstrates the utility of the 5‐SSA monoanion for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded crystalline materials, and provides the structure of a dianionic 5‐SSA2− species of which there are only a few examples in the crystallographic literature.  相似文献

A novel copper–niobium oxyfluoride, {[Cu2(C10H7N2O)2][NbOF4]}n, has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, EDS, IR, XPS and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structural unit consists of one C2‐symmetric [NbOF4] anion and one centrosymmetric coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation (obpy is 2,2′‐bipyridin‐6‐olate). In the [NbOF4] anion, each NbV metal centre is five‐coordinated by four F atoms and one O atom in the first coordination shell, forming a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. These square pyramids are then further connected to each other via trans O atoms [Nb—O = 2.187 (3) Å], forming an infinite linear {[NbOF4]}n polyanion. In the coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation, the oxidation state of each Cu site is disordered, which is confirmed by the XPS results. The disordered Cu sites are coordinated by two N atoms and one O atom from two different obpy ligands. The [NbOF4] and [Cu2(obpy)2]+ units are assembled via weak C—H...F hydrogen bonds, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.610 (2) Å] may further stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C13H14N2)](C10H6O6S2)0.5·2H2O}n, (I), features a three‐dimensional supramolecular sandwich architecture that consists of two‐dimensional cationic layers composed of polymeric chains of silver(I) ions and 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane (bpp) ligands, linked by Ag...Ag and π–π interactions, alternating with anionic layers in which uncoordinated naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (nds2−) anions and solvent water molecules form a hydrogen‐bonded network. The asymmetric unit consists of one AgI cation linearly coordinated by N atoms from two bpp ligands, one bpp ligand, one half of an nds2− anion lying on a centre of inversion and two solvent water molecules. The two‐dimensional {[Ag(bpp)]+}n cationic and {[(nds)·2H2O]2−}n anionic layers are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through long secondary coordination Ag...O interactions between the sulfonate O atoms and AgI centres and through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In xanthinium nitrate hydrate [systematic name: 2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐9H‐purin‐7‐ium nitrate monohydrate], C5H5N4O2+·NO3·H2O, (I), and xanthinium hydrogen sulfate hydrate [systematic name: 2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐9H‐purin‐7‐ium hydrogen sulfate monohydrate], C5H5N4O2+·HSO4·H2O, (II), the xanthine molecules are protonated at the imine N atom with the transfer of an H atom from the inorganic acid. The asymmetric unit of (I) contains a xanthinium cation, a nitrate anion and one water molecule, while that of (II) contains two crystallographically independent xanthinium cations, two hydrogen sulfate anions and two water molecules. A pseudo‐quadruple hydrogen‐bonding motif is formed between the xanthinium cations and the water molecules via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds in both structures, and leads to the formation of one‐dimensional polymeric tapes. These cation–water tapes are further connected by the respective anions and aggregate into two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded sheets in (I) and three‐dimensional arrangements in (II).  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献
