基于多重成像原理,在本文中提出一种光学并行图像逻辑处理系统。对输入图案用两个正像和两个补偿进行编码。通过光调制器控制,可以实现逻辑操作的实时可编程。而且,该系统可以通过控制一组四个偏振片的状态实现独立的双输出逻辑通道,每一个输出通道各有十六种逻辑功能。文中也给出了实验结果。  相似文献

<正>We demonstrate the subsurface imaging of an articular cartilage using Fourier-domain common-path optical coherence tomography.The bare fiber probe integrated with a hypodermic needle provides the rigidness required to perform lateral scanning with less microscale bending.By submerging both the probe and the specimen into saline solution,we not only reduce the beam divergence,but also increase the signal-to-noise ratio compared with the measurement in free space.Our system can differentiate the characteristic cartilage zones and identity various micro-structured defects in an ex vivo chicken knee cartilage,thus demonstrating that it could be used to conduct early arthritis diagnosis and intraoperative endo-microscopy.  相似文献

A study of the effects of spatially and partially coherent illumination on the noise performance of an optical processor is presented here. Noise arising from defects in the object plane and the Fourier plane are considered separately. Two important types of noise are analyzed in detail: (a) amplitude noise and (b) ramdom phase noise. The results illustrate that the effects of the object phase noise can be reduced when the requirements on spatial coherence are relaxed. Also, the noise at the Fourier plane can be effectively eliminated when a spatially incoherent light source is employed.  相似文献

We describe an artifact removal setup swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT) system that enables high-speed full-range imaging. We implement a piezoelectric fiber stretcher to generate a periodic phase shift between successive A-scans, thus introducing a transverse modulation. The depth ambiguity is then resolved by performing a Fourier filtering in the transverse direction before processing the data in the axial direction. The dc artifact is also removed. The key factor is that the piezoelectric fiber stretcher can be used to generate discrete phase shifts with a high repetition rate. The proposed experimental setup is a much improved version of the previously reported B-M mode scanning for spectral-domain OCT in that it does not generate additional artifacts. It is a simple and low-cost solution for artifact removal that can easily be applied.  相似文献

基于全息光学理论分析了全息光学元件的高斯成像性质,包括光焦度、成像位置、衍射效率以及作为光纤光谱仪光栅元件的可行性,并以全息光栅的成像理论以及光谱仪工作原理为基础,设计了光谱仪器光学系统的各个参数,通过Zemax软件的仿真、像质评价及优化,得出最终的参数和模拟结果。所使用的全息光栅记录波长为575 nm,记录光束之间的夹角为10,一束为平面波,一束为球面波,焦距40 mm,使用+1级衍射光,光栅孔径为10 mm。光谱仪的工作波长范围为400 nm~800 nm,体积140 mm*30 mm*40 mm,谱面展宽29.1 mm。通过在光学平台上搭建光路,利用已研发完成的电路系统及光谱仪软件,针对汞灯光谱进行了试验,光谱分辨率优于8 nm,测量得到的汞灯光谱与标准汞灯光谱一致,表明了所设计的基于全息元件的光纤光谱仪光学系统是可行的。  相似文献

We report a scalable linear optical scheme for generating entangled states of multiple ququarts in which the individual single-ququart state is prepared with the biphoton polarization state of frequency-nondegenerate spontaneous parametric down-conversion. The output state is calculated with the full consideration of the higher order effect (double-pair events) of spontaneous parametric down-conversion. Scalability to multiple-ququart entanglement is demonstrated with examples: linear optical entanglement of three and four individual biphoton ququarts.  相似文献

A novel integrated reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexer (ROADM) structure is proposed and demonstrated experimentally. The ROADM employs an interface substrate that enables the integration of a fiber-lens collimator array and an Opto-VLSI processor to realise a 4-f imaging system through optical beam steering. Phase hologram optimization of the Opto-VLSI processor is investigated, for maximizing the number of wavelength channels while keeping adequate insertion loss and crosstalk levels. Experimental results are shown, which demonstrate a broadband operation and the principle of the ROADM with crosstalk of less than −30.5 dB and insertion loss of less than 6 dB for the drop and through operation modes.  相似文献

We have demonstrated that spatial gain modulation in a segmented semiconductor optical amplifier can be converted to a temporal signal. A four-segment amplifier was used to generate digital return-to-zero patterns at 40 Gbits/s , and this technique should be readily scalable to more than 100 Gbits/s .  相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a visible light communication (VLC) scheme based on space-division multiple access (SDMA) optical beamforming to accommodate multiple user devices in the VLC based on optical beamforming. SDMA optical bealnforming is a technique which separates light-emitting diode light spa- tially and focuses each part on different target devices simultaneously. We show the experimental results of the VLC signal amplitudes, the optical power densities, and the bit-error rate performance as a function of transmission distance before and after the SDMA optical beamforming. The results show that the VLC signal amplitudes and optical power densities are improved by 8-2 and 3.8- 5 dB, respectively, with the help of SDMA optical beamforming.  相似文献

Alternative optical filtered phase elements (OFPEs) in a rotationally symmetrically optical system are designed based on the general theory of the phase-retrieval. The OFPEs can implement simultaneously the filtering and focusing functions of optical waves at the preassigned wavelengths. The design procedure corresponds to solving an inverse source problem in optics. The designed OFPEs have aperiodic surface-relief depth distributions. Numerical results demonstrate that the constructed OFPEs can achieve the predetermined goal well. The performances of the designed OFPEs are appraised in detail, for instance, the line-width of the transmissive peaks, the spot size of the focusing point on the focal plane, and the effect of phase quantized level of the OFPEs, etc. It is expected that the presented OFPEs may diversify the optical filtering devices to meet various applications in micro-optics.  相似文献

由于环境温度的作用,光学器件在应用环境中的热变形对光学仪器的整体性能产生重要影响,利用有限元分析系统对光学器件进行热变形分析,为器件设计提供科学依据和有效支持。提出基于Ansys的热变形仿真分析方法。该方法包括问题分析、Ansys热变形仿真和数据分析3个步骤,并对每一步内容作了详细阐述和说明。以某光学仪器的关键器件为分析对象,用该方法进行了热变形仿真,应用Matlab软件进行结果数据分析,得到了器件反射镜面在40℃和-10℃环境温度影响下产生的平行差分别为7.62412″和8.56317″。所得结果与实验结果基本一致,证实了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

To meet the application need for agile precision beam steering, a novel liquid crystal prism device with a simple structure, convenient control, low cost and applicable performance is presented, and analysed theoretically and experimentally. The relationships between the optical path and the thickness of the liquid crystal cell under different voltages are investigated quantitatively by using a theoretical model. Analysis results show that the optical path profile of the liquid crystal prism has a quasi-linear slope and the standard deviation of the linear slope is less than 16 nm. The slope ratio can be changed by a voltage, which achieves the programmable beam steering and control. Practical liquid crystal prism devices are fabricated. Their deflection angles and wavefront profiles with different voltages are experimentally tested. The results are in good agreement with the simulated results. The results imply that the agile beam steering in a scope of 100 μrad with a micro-rad resolution is substantiated in the device. The two-dimensional beam steering is also achieved by cascading two liquid crystal prism devices.  相似文献

We report a new yet simple method to achieve full-range complex Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) for in vivo imaging. The method utilizes a scanner that is dedicated for lateral scanning in the system to introduce a constant carrier frequency into the OCT spectral interferograms during the scanning. This is achieved by simply offsetting the sampling beam spot away from the pivot point of the scanning mirror. We demonstrate the method experimentally for in vivo full-range imaging of the anterior segment of a human eye. The method is free from complex conjugate mirror image and self-cross-correlation image artifacts.  相似文献

Fiber Bragg grating-based, 511 chip, 500 Gchip/s encoders-decoders are experimentally demonstrated by the reconstruction equivalent-chirp (REC) method. Encoding-decoding efficiency close to the theoretical value is achieved. Without any real phase shifts, the encoders-decoders are fabricated by use of the traditional setup. Highly precise phase control requires only submicrometer precision. The encoding-decoding performance can be further improved by REC-based correction.  相似文献

Two robust systems for vibration measurements are presented. Both systems are based on low-cost laser diodes. The stability of the optical systems is achieved by implementing the optical system as a holographic optical element (HOE) while using a common-path interferometer concept for the measurement scheme. The former system facilitates real-time simultaneous tracking of vibrations about two axes perpendicular to the optical axis. The latter system is an electronic speckle interferometer working in a differential mode providing whole-field information on the angular deformation about one axis between two states of the object. It will be argued that these concepts will provide compact, self-aligning systems for industrial use due to the inherent possibility of mass fabrication.  相似文献

为了提高非球面光学元件的检测精度及效率,缩短调整环节的时间,分析了非球面干涉检测过程中被检非球面镜的调整误差对检测结果波前信息的影响,提出利用波前等高线图走势准确判断调整方向的调整方法。建立调整方向与被检镜失调量之间的关系,并利用光学设计软件Zemax仿真模拟检测光路,结合二次非球面镜的光学公差分析判断调整量的大小。基于该调整方法,利用Zygo激光干涉仪对口径为50 mm的双曲面进行检测,最终检测结果是RMS为0.014 ,实验表明该方法简单、可行。  相似文献

光学元件轴向间距测量对精密光学系统的定位和装调具有重要意义.针对现有色散共焦测量系统中色散物镜结构复杂、色散范围小的问题,提出基于偏振衍射色散共焦的光学元件轴向间距测量方法,将传统折射共焦镜头几百毫米的轴向尺寸和复杂的装调需求简化为数毫米的单片镜,简化了系统结构.透镜间距和厚度测量实验表明,间距测量误差为10μm.  相似文献

The results of optical study and quantum-chemical simulation of a conjugated organic system, 2-cyclooctylamino-5-nitropyridine (COANP)-fullerene, performed to determine its potential for application as a limiter of visible and near-IR laser radiation and as a material for diffraction elements in systems for reversible recording of optical information, are presented. Complexation between a COANP molecule and fullerene is considered as one of the main mechanisms responsible for the corresponding properties of this system. For the first time, nonlinear optical characteristics of COANP-C60 and COANP-C70 systems are comparatively studied and the intermolecular interaction between a COANP molecule and fullerene is analyzed on the quantum-chemical level.  相似文献

Multiple reference optical coherence tomography(MR-OCT) is a recently developed, low-cost and compact time-domain OCT solution for primary care and consumer level applications. A combination of a voice coil actuator and a partial mirror(PM) extends the scan range for imaging depths of approximately 1 mm in biological samples. Our previous research on MR-OCT is based only on intensity information obtained from the depth-resolved interference signal. In this Letter, we extract the phase information from the MR-OCT signal and, hence, provide an additional contrast modality. The phase sensitivity of the system is measured to be approximately 0.2 and 1.5 rad for the first and twelfth orders of reflection when using a mirror as the sample.This Letter describes first results of phase-sensitive data measured on a phantom obtained with MR-OCT. Data from a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) is used to demonstrate the feasibility of MR-OCT for in vivo phase-sensitive imaging.  相似文献
