Unmixing kinetics in a binary polymer mixture of polyethersulphones with poly (ethylene oxide) by spinodal decomposition has been investigated with time-resolved light scattering and microscope methods. Small fixed aggregates of a poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polybutadiene diblock copolymer(PEO-b-PB)in THFsolution were obtained by adding a selective solvent for PB blocks,followed by cross-linking the PB shells.Themorphologies of the nanostructured particles with a cross-linked shell were investigated by atomic force microscopy andtransmission electron microscopy.The average behaviors of the PEO crystallization and melting confined within thenanostructured particles were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry experiments.For the deeply cross-linkedsample(SCL-1),the crystallization of the PEO blocks was fully confined.The individual nanoparticles only crystallized atvery low crystallization temperatures(T_cs),wherein the homogenous primary nucleation determined the overallcrystallization rate.For the lightly cross-linked sample(SCL-2),the confinement effect was T_c dependent.At T_c(?)42℃,thecrystallization and melting behaviors of SCL-2 were similar to those of the pure PEO-b-PB diblock copolymer.At T_c>42℃,SCL-2 could form PEO lamellae thicker than those of the pure PEO-b-PB crystallized at the same T_c. 相似文献

用偏光显微镜(PLM)、扭辫(TBA)、IR及WAXD对PEO/PBHE共混体系结晶形态进行了研究。结果表明,PEO含量在50%以上的共混体系,几乎完全被PEO球晶充满,非晶态PBHE作为微区分散在大球晶之间或球晶之中。PEO含量为40%和30%的照片上呈现树枝晶。PEO含量为20%以下时照片中不再看到结晶出现,PEO与PBHE形成单一非晶相。PEO/PBHE共混体系的组分之间存在着氢键相互作用,这种作用强于PBHE分子间的氢键作用。共混体系的结晶度及T_g随PBHE组分含量的增加,前者减小后者增加并符合FOX方程揭示的规律。PEO与PBHE具有很好的相容性。 相似文献

溶剂诱导结晶的结构形态与热结晶的有很大差别.本文应用偏光显微镜,小角激光光散射,电子扫描显微镜,进一步研究了形态及其形成,证明球形堆砌状结构仅在表层形成.在断面能观察到三层的结构形态和溶剂扩散前沿,并据此测定了溶剂扩散动力学,表明符合Fick方程,溶剂在表层和内部扩散过程不同,是表里形态结构各异的原因. 相似文献

The crystallization process of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)and PEO/poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) blends has been characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectra in conjunction with Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) measurements. Thecrystallinity of PEO varies consistently with PEO content in PEO/PVAc blends and the PEO/PMMAblends containing 50 wt% or less PMMA. For the PEO/PMMA blends containing 60 wt% ormore PMMA, the crystallinity of PEO decreases more than PEO content but develops with crystal-lization time. These results can be explained in terms of difference between the crystallization tem-perature (T_c) and glass transition temperature (T_g) of the blends as a function of content of amorphouscomponent. 相似文献

用偏光显微镜(PLM)、DSC、IR和WAXD等测试方法对聚环氧乙烷(PEO)/聚乙基唑啉(PEOx)共混体系结晶行为及相容性进行了研究.结果表明,PEO含量在30%以上的共混体系中,几乎完全被球晶充满,非晶态PEOx作为微区分散在大球晶之间或之中;含量为20%的共混体系照片上呈树枝状晶;含量低于10%时则看不到结晶出现,体系形成单一的非晶相.对任何组成的共混物,均只出现单一的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),而且符合Fox方程揭示的规律;随PEOx组分含量的增加,共混体系的结晶度减小,熔点下降,并利用平衡熔点方程计算出PEO与PEOx的相互作用能密度.非晶PEO与PEOx热力学相容,其相容性是由于这两种分子间存在着特殊相互作用.PEOx的加入不会改变PEO的晶胞参数. 相似文献

采用熔融共混方法制备了聚乳酸与聚氧化乙烯的共混物.细致研究了重均分子量分别为2 kDa、10kDa1、00 kDa和600 kDa的聚氧化乙烯对聚乳酸的改性效果,并使用DSC、DMA及旋转流变仪等分析了共混物的相容性、热行为、力学性能和流变行为.结果表明,在聚氧化乙烯的组分含量不超过20 wt%的前提下,共混体系保持为完全相容体系,当聚氧化乙烯的分子量超过10 kDa时,其对聚乳酸的增塑效果,不随分子量增加而降低;增加聚氧化乙烯的分子量,可以提高材料的弹性模量和熔体强度. 相似文献

用共溶液沉淀法制备了聚 (L 丙交酯 ) 聚 (DL 丙交酯 )共混物 (PLLA PDLLA) ,然后用成纤模压法压制成3 2mm的棒材 .用差示扫描量热法研究了共混物的结晶性能和相溶性 .结果表明 ,PLLA组分在共溶液沉淀过程中可生成结晶 ,共混物中PDLLA含量直到 30 %时 ,PLLA组分的结晶熔融温度和结晶度与纯PLLA相同 ,但PDLLA含量为 5 0 %时 ,PLLA组分的结晶熔融温度和结晶度明显下降 .由于加工成型条件的不一致性 ,共混物棒材中的PLLA组分的结晶熔融温度和结晶度呈较大的分散性 .共混物从熔体降温 ,在其后的升温DSC扫描中出现分别相应于PDLLA和PLLA的玻璃化转变 ,表明PDLLA与未结晶的PLLA形成的非晶相是不相溶的 相似文献

Surface morphology and composition of solution-cast films of poly(methyl methacrylate)-g-poly(ethylene oxide)(PMMA-g-PEO) were investigated by using XPS, DSC, SEM and contact angle measurement. The microphase separatedstructure of the copolymers was studied by TEM. Generally, for the same graft copolymer, the surface content of PEO orhydrophilicity can be as follows: Surface treated with petroleum ether or cyclohexane>surface untreated with solvent>surface treated with water or ethyl alcohol. Graft copolymer having longer PEO side chains and higher PEO content shows aseparated PEO phase with even a certain degree of crystallinity on the surface. PEO crystallinity was destroyed by water orethyl alcohol treatment, however, surface treatment with petroleum ether or cyclohexane favors the growth of PEO crystal.TEM shows that graft copolymers with longer PEO side chains (M_n of PEO, 3200) may readily undergo microphase separation and the shape and size of domains depend on the copolymer's composition. 相似文献
