Radiative rates for the b→a, b→X, and a→X transitions in NCl have been determined in solid argon. The rates - corrected for the refractive index - are 520, 260, and 0.27 s−1. The b→X and a→X rates are in good agreement with calculated rates, whereas the b→a rate is enhanced by five orders of magnitude in the matrix.  相似文献

A substitutional study of the layered, trinuclear metal cluster system, Ta3–xNbxTeI7 (0 ≤ x ≤ 3), has been performed. Synthetic, crystallographic, and spectroscopic results are presented for starting compositions corresponding to the x values: 1, 1.5, and 2. For the entire composition range studied, Ta(Nb) could readily substitute into the Nb(Ta)3TeI7 structure, but with changes in the observed stacking arrangements of the layers as x varies. For tantalum‐rich (x ≤ 1.8) phases, the structure conformed to the Nb3SeI7 structure type, also adopted by Ta3TeI7 and one polytype of Nb3TeI7. Niobium‐rich (i. e. x ≥ 1.7) phases were observed to adopt two structure types according to X‐ray powder diffraction, but crystals could only be obtained for the Nb3SBr7 structure type, which is a second modification of Nb3TeI7. Extended Hückel calculations are used to discuss the distribution of metal clusters in this system.  相似文献

Cleavage reactions of the dinuclear [{Ni(′S2C ′)}2] · DMF (′S2C ′ 2– = 1,3‐imidazolidinyl‐N,N′‐bis(2‐benzenethiolate)(2–)) with HNPiPr3 or HNSPh2 yielded the mononuclear complexes [Ni(NHPiPr3)(′S2C ′)] ( 1 ) and [Ni(NHSPh2)(′S2C ′)] ( 2 ) which have been completely characterized. The nickel‐carbene‐dithiolate [Ni(′S2C ′)] moiety is one of the very rare complex fragments that are able to coordinate both HNPR3 or HNSR2. IR spectra and X‐ray structure determinations show that 1 and 2 exhibit intramolecular N–H…S(thiolate) hydrogen bonds. Geometric parameters and NMR spectroscopic data of 1 and 2 are compatible with N–X single bonds and ylidic structures of the HNPiPr3 and HNSPh2 ligands. Comparison of Ni–N distances in diamagnetic and paramagnetic [Ni(NHSPh2)] complexes was rendered possible through the X‐ray structure determination of the homoleptic [Ni(NHSPh2)6]Cl2 ( 3 ) which formed as minor by‐product in the synthesis of 2 .  相似文献

We report the synthesis of a modified 8mer RNA sequence, (C‐C‐C‐C‐A‐C‐C‐(2′‐thio)A)‐RNA 5′‐(dihydrogen phosphate) ( 9 ) containing a 3′‐terminal 2′‐thioadenosine (Schemes 2 and 3), and its spontaneous and site‐specific aminoacylation with the weakly activated amino acid thioester H Phe SPh ( 12 ). This reaction, designed in analogy to the ‘native chemical ligation’ of oligopeptides, occurs efficiently in buffered aqueous solutions and under a wide range of conditions (Table). At pH values between 5.0 and 7.4, two products, the 3′‐O‐monoacylated and the 3′‐O,2′‐S‐diacylated RNA sequences 10 and 11 are formed fast and quantitatively (Scheme 4). At pH 7.4 and 37°, the 3′‐O‐monoacylated product 10 is formed as major product in situ by selective hydrolysis of the O,S‐diacylated precursor 11 . Additionally, the preparation and isolation of the relevant 3′‐O‐monoacylated product 10 was optimized at pH 5. The here presented concept could be employed for a straightforward aminoacylation of analogously modified tRNAs.  相似文献

The crystal structures of MgAl2–xGaxO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2) spinel solid solutions (x = 0.00, 0.38, 0.76, 0.96, 1.52, 2.00) were refined using 27Al MAS NMR measurements and single crystal X‐ray diffraction technique. Site preferences of cations were investigated. The inversion parameter (i) of MgAl2O4 (i = 0.206) is slightly larger than given in previous studies. It is considered that the difference of inversion parameter is caused by not only the difference of heat treatment time but also some influence of melting with a flux. The distribution of Ga3+ is little affected by a change of the temperature from 1473 K to 973 K. The degree of order‐disorder of Mg2+ or Al3+ between the fourfold‐ and sixfold‐coordinated sites is almost constant against Ga3+ content (x) in the solid solution. A compositional variable of the Ga/(Mg + Ga) ratio in the sixfold‐coordinated site has a constant value through the whole compositional range: the ratio is not influenced by the occupancy of Al3+. The occupancy of Al3+ is independent of the occupancy of Ga3+, though it depends on the occupancy of Mg2+ according to thermal history. The local bond lengths were estimated from the refined data of solid solutions. The local bond length between specific cation and oxygen corresponds with that expected from the effective ionic radii except local Al–O bond length in the fourfold‐coordinated site and local Mg–O bond length in the sixfold‐coordinated site. The local Al–O bond length in the fourfold‐coordinated site (1.92 Å) is about 0.15 Å longer than the expected bond length. This difference is induced by a difference in site symmetry of the fourfold‐coordinated site. The nature that Al3+ in spinel structure occupies mainly the sixfold‐coordinated site arises from the character of Al3+ itself. The local Mg–O bond length in the sixfold‐coordinated site (2.03 Å) is about 0.07 Å shorter than the expected one. Difference Fourier synthesis for MgGa2O4 shows a residual electron density peak of about 0.17 e/Å3 in height on the center of (Ga0.59 Mg0.41)–O bond. This peak indicates the covalent bonding nature of Ga–O bond on the sixfold‐coordinated site in the spinel structure.  相似文献

Several 3‐Ω‐amino monosubstituted hydantoins have been obtained in the reaction of isocyanate of glycine ethyl ester with the appropriate aliphatic or aromatic diamine. It was found, that the 3‐(aminoaryl) monosubstituted hydantoins may be diazotized and their diazonium salts may be coupled and hydrolysed without changes in the hydantoin ring.  相似文献

In the reaction of ethyl isothiocyanatoacetate with diamines, followed by cyclization of the intermediate product, 3‐monosubstituted thiohydantoins have been obtained. It was found that the reaction course depends on the purity of the isothiocyanate used and also, in the case of dialkylaminoamines, the self‐cyclization occurs. Besides the dialkylamino derivatives of 3‐monosubstituted 2‐thiohydantoins also new monoalkylamino, amino and heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized. The aryldiazonium derivative of 3‐monosubstituted 2‐thiohydantoin yielded both respective phenol derivative after hydrolysis and the product of coupling with 2‐naphthol.  相似文献

Diphosphabenzenes. VII. Reactions of 1,1,3,3‐Tetrakis(dimethylamino)‐1 λ5, 3 λ5‐diphosphete with 5‐Cyano‐1‐pentine and 2‐(Cyanomethyl)‐1‐methylpyrrol 5‐Cyano‐1‐pentine reacts with the equimolar amount of the λ5‐diphosphete 1 to give the λ5‐diphosphinine (λ5‐diphosphabenzene) ( 3 ), while reaction with the double equimolar amount of 1 yields the λ5‐diphosphinine ( 4 ). The acyclic compount 6 is the main product of the reaction between 1 and 2‐(cyanomethyl)‐1‐methylpyrrol, 5 . Melting points of 4 · CH3CN and 6 , and mass, nmr and ir spectra of 3 , 4 , and 6 are reported. The crystal structure of 4 · CH3CN shows an open‐chain ylidic CPCP‐sequence, which is linked to a λ5‐diphosphinine via an ethylene bridge. The X‐ray structure analysis of 6 confirms the existence as an acyclic conjugated double ylid.  相似文献

The title compound, C36H16O6, (I), was obtained as a new and unexpected oxidation product of 1,2′‐biindene‐1′,3,3′(2H)‐trione. The molecules of (I) exhibit approximate, but noncrystallographic, twofold rotation symmetry and the central ring of the fused pentacyclic portion is distinctly puckered, with a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and screw‐boat. Six independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a three‐dimensional framework structure of considerable complexity. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structure of (I) and those of several simpler analogues, which show wide variation in their patterns of supramolecular aggregation.  相似文献

Synthesis and Molecular Structure of [{Cp′(μ‐η1 : η5‐C5H3Me)Mo(μ‐AlRH)}2] (Cp′ = C5H4Me, R = iBu, Et) [Cp′2MoH2] reacts with HAlR2 to give [{Cp′(μ‐η1 : η5‐C5H3Me)Mo(μ‐AlRH)}2] (Cp′ = C5H4Me, R = iBu ( 1 ), Et ( 2 )). Carbonate Hydrates of the Heavy Alkali Metals: Preparation and Structure of Rb2CO3 · 1.5 H2O und Cs2CO3 · 3 H2O Rb2CO3 · 1.5 H2O and Cs2CO3 · 3 H2O were prepared from aqueous solution and by means of the reaction of dialkylcarbonates with RbOH and CsOH resp. in hydrous alcoholes. Based on four‐circle diffractometer data, the crystal structures were determined (Rb2CO3 · 1.5 H2O: C2/c (no. 15), Z = 8, a = 1237.7(2) pm, b = 1385.94(7) pm, c = 747.7(4) pm, β = 120.133(8)°, VEZ = 1109.3(6) · 106 pm3; Cs2CO3 · 3 H2O: P2/c (no. 13), Z = 2, a = 654.5(2) pm, b = 679.06(6) pm, c = 886.4(2) pm, β = 90.708(14)°, VEZ = 393.9(2) · 106 pm3). Rb2CO3 · 1.5 H2O is isostructural with K2CO3 · 1.5 H2O. In case of Cs2CO3 · 3 H2O no comparable structure is known. Both structures show [(CO32–)(H2O)]‐chains, being connected via additional H2O forming columns (Rb2CO3 · 1.5 H2O) and layers (Cs2CO3 · 3 H2O), respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of thionyl chloride with the semicarbazone 2 gave 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dihydroxynaphtho‐[1,2‐d][1,2,3]thiadiazole ( 3 ) instead of 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]thiadiazole ( 4 ). Selenium dioxide oxidation of compound 2 gave 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]selenadiazole ( 5 ). Oxidation of compound 5 with 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐1,4‐benzoquinone afforded 6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]selenadiazole ( 6 ).  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The three component condensation reactions involving 2‐methylbenzothiazole or 2,5‐dimethylbenzothiazole, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate, and 2,6‐dimethyl phenol or 2,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenol constitute a novel and one‐pot synthesis of tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2‐a ]‐2‐methylbenzothiazoles‐3‐spiro‐1‐cyclohexa‐2,5‐dien‐4‐one‐4,5‐dicarboxylate derivatives in good yields. The reactions proceeded at room temperature without using any catalyst. This method is very useful to functionalize benzothiazole derivatives in a one‐pot operation.  相似文献

New Representatives of the Er6[Si11N20]O Structure Type. High‐Temperature Synthesis and Single‐Crystal Structure Refinement of Ln(6+x/3)[Si(11–y)AlyN(20+x–y)]O(1–x+y) with Ln = Nd, Er, Yb, Dy and 0 ≤ x ≤ 3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 3 According to the general formula Ln(6+x/3)[Si(11–y)AlyN(20+x–y)]O(1–x+y) (0 ≤ x ≤ 3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 3) four nitridosilicates, namely Er6[Si11N20]O, Yb6.081[Si11N20.234]O0.757, Dy0.33Sm6[Si11N20]N, and Nd7[Si8Al3N20]O were synthesized in a radiofrequency furnace at temperatures between 1300 and 1650 °C. The homeotypic crystal structures of all four compounds were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The nitridosilicates are trigonal with the following lattice constants: Er6[Si11N20]O: a = 978.8(4) pm, c = 1058.8(3) pm; Yb6.081[Si11N20.243]O0.757: a = 974.9(1) pm, c = 1055.7(2) pm; Dy0.33Sm6[Si11N20]N: a = 989.8(1) pm, c = 1078.7(1) pm; Nd7[Si8Al3N20]O: a = 1004.25(9) pm, c = 1095.03(12) pm. The crystal structures were solved and refined in the space group P31c with Z = 2. The compounds contain three‐dimensional networks built up by corner sharing SiN4 and AlN4 tetrahedra, respectively. The Ln3+ and the “isolated” O2– ions are situated in the voids of the structures. According to Ln(6+x/3)[Si(11–y)AlyN(20+x–y)]O(1–x+y) an extension of the Er6[Si11N20]O structure type has been found.  相似文献

N‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl imidate type 1 reacts with thiourea, carbon disulfide, cyanamide, and hydrazide to give, respectively, [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐thione 2 , [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐thiadiazin‐2‐thione 3 , [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐amine 4 , and [1,2‐a] benzimidazol‐2‐yl amidrazone 5 with good yields. The title compound, C58H64S8, has been prepared by Pd‐catalysed direct C—H arylation of tetrathienonaphthalene (TTN) with 5‐hexyl‐2‐iodothiophene and recrystallized by slow evaporation from dichloromethane. The crystal structure shows a completely planar geometry of the TTN core, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group P21/c. The structure consists of slipped π‐stacks and the interfacial distance between the mean planes of the TTN cores is 3.456 (5) Å, which is slightly larger than that of the comparable derivative of tetrathienoanthracene (TTA) with 2‐hexylthiophene groups. The packing in the two structures is greatly influenced by both the aromatic core of the structure and the alkyl side chains.  相似文献
