[Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The Cu2+ coordinated with two TO molecule through its 2-nitrogen atom and four water molecules and showed an octahedral configuration.  相似文献

FeIIFeIII2F8(H2O)2 and MnFe2F8(H2O)2, grown by hydrothermal synthesis (P ? 200 MPa, T = 450 or 380°C), crystallize in the monoclinic system with cell dimensions (Å): a = 7.609(5), b = 7.514(6), c = 7.453(4), β = 118.21(3)°; and a = 7.589(6), b = 7.503(8), c = 7.449(5), β = 118.06(3)°, and space group C2m, Z = 2. The structure is related to that of WO3 · 13H2O. It is described in terms of perovskite type layers of Fe3+ octahedra separated by Fe2+ or Mn2+ octahedra, or in terms of shifted hexagonal bronze type layers. Both compounds present a weak ferromagnetism below TN (157 and 156 K, respectively). Mössbauer spectroscopy points to an “idle spin” behavior for FeIIFeIII2F8(H2O)2: only Fe3+ spins order at TN, while the Fe2+ spins remain paramagnetic between 157 and 35 K. Below 35 K, the hyperfine magnetic field at the Fe2+ nuclei is very weak: Hhf = 47 kOe at T = 4.2 K. For MnFe2F8(H2O)2, Mn2+ spin disorder is expected at 4.2 K. This “idle spin” behavior is due to magnetic frustration.  相似文献

Compound [Ni(hmt)2(SCN)2(H2O)2][Ni(SCN)2(H2O)4](H2O)2 (hmt=hexamethylenetetramine) was pre-pared and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction. The two neutral units [Ni(hmt)2(SCN)2(H2O)2] and [Ni(SCN)2(H2O)4] are joined together through hydrogen bonds N…H-O, O…H-O and S…H-O. In the solid state, the compound has three-dimensional network structure. The determination of its variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities (5~300K) shows that the magnetic behavior obeys the Curie-Weiss law over the whole temperature ranges.  相似文献

利用微波技术合成了配合物[Gd2(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6(H2O)5, 进行了化学成分分析、红外表征和热重分析. 应用X衍射仪测定其晶体结构, 该晶体为一维链结构, 属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 晶胞参数: a=1.1569(17) nm, b=1.4138(2) nm, c=1.5642(2) nm, α=96.910(2)°, β=102.735(2)°, γ=105.512(2)°, V=2.3606(6) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.144 g•cm-3. 采用精密溶解-反应量热计, 通过设计热化学循环, 计算出了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为 -(7960.73±3.23) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

合成了以5-氨基四唑为配体的镉配合物[Cd(ATZ)~4(H~2O)~2](PA)~2·2H~2O,并对其进行了晶体结构测定。测定结果表明,该配合物分子具有中心对称性,每个Cd^2^+分别与2个水分子中的氧原子和4个5-氨基四唑(ATZ)分子中的4-位氮原子配位,形成六配位畸变八面体结构;在配合物分子间存在大量氢键,增加了整个晶体结构的稳定性。通过DSC和TG-DTG分析,提出了标题化合物的热分解机理。  相似文献

The coordination compound of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O was prepared by using the aqueous solution of carbohydrazide, lead nitrate and sodium styphnate. The molecular structure of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O(C 7H 13 N 7O 12 Pb, Mr=594.43) was determined by using a single crystal diffraction analysis .The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was studied by TGDTG, DSC and IR techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P2 1/n.The unit cell parameters are as follows: a=0.64700(10)nm, b=1.6074(3)nm, c=1.4883(3)nm,β=97.42(2)°,V=1.5349(5)nm3, Z=2, DC=2.572g•cm -3 ,μ(Mo, Kα)=11.080cm -1 , F(000)=1128. R=0.0422, Rw=0.0735. The binuclear lead coordination compound is bridged by two carbohydrazide molecules. The molecule has a symmetrical center. TNR 2- ,CHZ and H 2O coordinate with the central ions simultaneously.  相似文献

Using biprotonated dabco (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) or pipz (piperazine) as counter cations, mixed-ligand fluoromanganates(III) with dimeric anions could be prepared from hydrofluoric acid solutions. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction on single crystals: dabcoH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (1), space group P21, Z = 2, a = 6.944(1), b = 14.689(3), c = 7.307(1) Å, β = 93.75(3)°, R1 = 0.0240; pipzH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (2), space group , Z = 2, a = 6.977(1), b = 8.760(2), c = 12.584(3) Å, α = 83.79(3), β = 74.25(3), γ = 71.20(3)°, R1 = 0.0451; (dabcoH2)2[Mn2F8(H2PO4)2] (3), space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 9.3447(4), b = 12.5208(4), c = 9.7591(6) Å, β = 94.392(8)°, R1 = 0.0280. All three compounds show dimeric anions formed by [MnF5O] octahedra (O from oxo ligands) sharing a common edge, with strongly asymmetric double fluorine bridges. In contrast to analogous dimeric anions of Al or Fe(III), the oxo ligands (H2O (1,2) or phosphate (3)) are in equatorial trans-positions within the bridging plane. The strong pseudo-Jahn-Teller effect of octahedral Mn(III) complexes is documented in a huge elongation of an octahedral axis, namely that including the long bridging Mn-F bond and the Mn-O bond. In spite of different charge of the anion in the fluoride phosphate, the octahedral geometry is almost the same as in the aqua-fluoro compounds. The strong distortion is reflected also in the ligand field spectra.  相似文献

The new compound was prepared by the reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O,1,10-phenanthroline (phen)and picric acid (HPA)(ratio 1∶3∶2) in methanol-aqueous solution refluxing for 4 hours. The crystals used for X-ray analysis was obtained by slow evaporation of the solution at room temperature. The crystal compound is in triclinic with space group with a=1.1363(4)nm,b=1.2593(2)nm,c=1.3972(4)nm,α=93.97(2)?,β=100.84(3)?,γ=106.29(2)?,Z=2,V=1.8690(9)nm3,Dc=1.715g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=0.677mm-1,F(000)=972,R=0.0907,wR=0.2240. In the complex, the Cd(Ⅱ) cation is octahedrally coordinated to two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands and two water molecules in cis disposition. As outer sphere, picrate anions are combined with inner by hydrogen bond and static electricity interaction.  相似文献

The title complex of nickel (II) with 3,5-dimethylbenzoic acid, m-methylbenzoic acid and 1,10- phenanthroline was synthesized and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=1.198 5(2) nm, b=1.315 3(2) nm, c=1.531 8(3) nm, α=92.602(3)°, β=103.292(3)°, γ=114.849(3)°, V=2.104 7(6) nm3, Dc=1.361 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=902, final GooF=1.071, R1=0.067 2, wR2=0.155 5. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms of two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms of one 3,5-dimethyl benzoic acid molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The complex [Re2(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (I) was synthesized and investigated by conductometric, potentiometric, electronic and vibration spectroscopic methods. Thermal behavior of the title compound was studied and its molecular structure was determined from X-ray diffraction data. In the dimeric neutral complex, the bridging pairs of the hydrophosphate and dihydrophosphate groups close four five-membered Re-O-P-O-Re chelate rings. The O atom of water molecule occupies the axial position in the metal coordination polyhedron. The Re-Re distance 2.2168(8) ? corresponds to quadruple bond. Original Russian Text ? A.V. A new coordination compound [Ni(CHZ)3]SO4·3H2O (CHZ=carbohydrazide) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belonged to the triclinic system, space group with a=0.85237(1) nm, b=0.90964(1) nm, c=1.22559(2) nm, β=96.731(2)°, V=0.8849(2) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.798 g·cm−3. In the asymmetric unit, three carbohydrazide (CHZ) bidentate ligands were coordinated with a Ni(II) cation by carbonyl O atoms and terminal N atoms of the hydrazine groups to form three planar chelate rings which were vertical to one another. Ni(II) cations, CHZ ligand molecules, sulfate anions, and lattice water molecules were jointed to a complicated three-dimensional network structure through coordination bonds, electrostatic forces and extensive hydrogen bonds. Natural bond orbital (NBO) atomic charges of CHZ were obtained from the density functional theory (DFT) method at the B3LYP/6-311+G** level to interpret the reason why the coordination sites in carbohydrazide molecule were the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group and terminal N atoms of the hydrazine group. The thermal decomposition mechanism was tested through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analyses, and Fourier transform infrared spectra. The kinetic parameters of the two exothermic processes of the title compound were studied applying the Kissinger's and Ozawa-Doyle's methods. The results indicated that the title complex possessed high energy and good thermal stability.  相似文献

A cobalt phosphonate (H3O)6·[Co4(H2O)4(HPMIDA)2(PMIDA)2)]·2H2O, 1, has been synthesized from a mild solvothermal reaction of Co(II) ion with N-(phosphonomethyl)iminodiacetic acid (H4PMIDA). Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with cell parameters of , , , α=93.06(3)°, β=99.66(3)°, γ=90.34(3)° and Z=1. Compound 1 shows a novel tetra-nuclear molecular structure. In the crystal lattice, molecules of 1 hydrogen bond to each other to form two-dimensional (2D) layers, which are further linked together by the co-crystallized H2O molecules and H3O+ counter ions through hydrogen bonding to form the 3D supramolecular network. Thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectrum, magnetic susceptibility and luminescent spectra are given.  相似文献

Synthesis, structure, spectroscopy and thermal properties of complex [Co(NCS)2(hmt)2(H2O)2][Co(NCS)2(H2O)4] (H2O) (I), assembled by hexamethylenetetramine and octahedral Co(II) metal ions, are reported. Crystal data for I: Fw 387.34, a=9.020(8), b=12.887(9), c=7.95(1) Å, =96.73(4), β=115.36(5), γ=94.16(4)°, V=820(1) Å3, Z=2, space group=P−1, T=173 K, λ(Mo-K)=0.71070 Å, ρcalc=1.718567 g cm−3, μ=17.44 cm−1, R=0.088, Rw=0.148. An interesting two-dimensional network is assembled via hydrogen bonds through coordinated and free water molecules. The d–d transition energy levels of Co(II) ion are determined by UV–vis spectroscopy and calculated by ligand field theory. The calculated results agree well with experiment ones.  相似文献

ZnO, 丙二酸及4,4'-bipy按物质的量之比1∶3∶0.3溶于H2O和DMF混合溶剂中(体积比4∶1), 形成的无色溶液在50 ℃反应 3 d, 得到了标题化合物{[Zn2(mal)2(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2]•2(H2O)0.25} (mal=丙二酸根), 对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线衍射表征, 测定了晶体结构. 该聚合物属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, a=0.71215(16) nm, b=1.8685(4) nm, c=0.73890(17) nm, β=91.486(5)°, V=0.9829(4) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.811 g/cm3, Mr=268.03, F(000)=542, μ=25.02 cm-1. 最终偏离因子R1=0.0499, wR2=0.1374. 该化合物中Zn原子和三个丙二酸根中的4个O原子、一个水分子和4,4'-bipy的一个N原子配位, 形成的ZnNO5八面体通过4,4'-bipy和丙二酸根桥联, 组成一种新颖的三维多孔结构, 其孔道中充填游离水分子. 此外还研究了该聚合物的热性质.  相似文献

Compounds with the general formula Catx[Sc(H2O)z(SO4)y] · nH2O (Cat = NH4, H2Bipy (Bipy is 4,4′-bipyridine), and HEdp (Edp is ethylenedipyridine) are synthesized and identified by elemental analysis and IR spectral data. The X-ray diffraction analysis of (H2Bipy)[Sc(H2O)(SO4)2]2 · 2H2O shows that in the structure of this compound, the chains of ScO6 octahedra and SO4 tetrahedra are united to form ribbons due to the tridentate coordination of the sulfate ion. A novel one-dimensional chain complex [Zn(dafo)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 was synthesized. It has been characterized by IR, UV, TGA, Elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group. The Crystallographic data are: a= 0.702 7(14) nm, b= 0.828 95(17) nm, c= 10.225(2) nm, α = 95.02(3)°, β = 91.45(3)°, γ = 99.85(3)°. The crystal structure data indicate that the Zn(Ⅱ) ion was coordinated with the four nitrogen atoms of two dafo and two oxygen atoms of two coordination water molecules, respectively. The complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Crystals of the rhenium cluster complex (H3O)4[(C2H5)4N]6[Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]3[Re4Se4(CN)12]4 are obtained in an acidic (HCl) aqueous solution by the reaction of cluster salt K4[Re4Se4(CN)12]·6H2O with ThCl4 and (C2H5)4NCl. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the title compound is ionic and crystallizes in the cubic crystal system (a = 22.7322(3) ?, V = 11746.93(27) ?3, Z = 2, I4 3m space group, R = 0.0350). It contains [Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]2+ cations with two thorium atoms bonded to each other through the bridging oxygen atom forming an angle of 180° in the structure.  相似文献

在pH=7.5的水溶液中, Na2WO4•2H2O, NaAsO2, CoCl2•6H2O与对氨基吡啶反应, 得到了一种新的夹心型杂多钨酸盐Na6(C5H7N2){[Na(H2O)2]3Co(H2O)5[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}•27H2O单晶, 用X射线单晶衍射法及元素分析确定了其结构, 晶体属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 其晶胞参数为: a=1.3276(8) nm, b=1.7581(10) nm, c=2.4381(14) nm, α=70.954(9)°, β=86.663(9)°, γ=72.885(9)°, V=5.136(5) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.0608, wR2=0.0848 [I>2σ(I)]. 在{[Na(H2O)2]3Co(H2O)5[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}7-阴离子中, 一个Co2+与聚阴离子{[Na(H2O)2]3[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}9的一个端基氧共价连接, Co2+呈现出5和6两种配位数, 质子化的氨基吡啶正离子作为抗衡离子存在于晶体之中. 对标题化合物进行了IR, UV-Vis, TG-DSC表征. 对该化合物、Na2WO4•2H2O及CoCl2•6H2O催化H2O2氧化乙醛的活性进行了比较研究, 该化合物的催化活性远优于简单化合物Na2WO4•2H2O和CoCl2•6H2O.  相似文献
