Lately, the sup-t-norm composition of fuzzy relations has been used instead of the well-known max–min. Thus, there is a need for methods of studying and solving sup-t-norm fuzzy relation equations (t is any t-norm). In this paper, the solution existence problem is first studied and solvability criteria for composite fuzzy relation equations of any t-norm are given. Then, a methodology for solving fuzzy relation equations based on sup-t composition, where t is an Archimedean t-norm, is proposed. This resolution method is simpler and faster than those proposed for covering all the continuous t-norms. The result is important, since, as is shown in the paper, the only continuous t-norm that is not Archimedean is the “minimum”.  相似文献

This paper investigates the aggregation of multiple fuzzy preference relations into a collective fuzzy preference relation in fuzzy group decision analysis and proposes an optimization based aggregation approach to assess the relative importance weights of the multiple fuzzy preference relations. The proposed approach that is analytical in nature assesses the weights by minimizing the sum of squared distances between any two weighted fuzzy preference relations. Relevant theorems are offered in support of the proposed approach. Multiplicative preference relations are also incorporated into the approach using an appropriate transformation technique. An eigenvector method is introduced to derive the priorities from the collective fuzzy preference relation. The proposed aggregation approach is tested using two numerical examples. A third example involving broadband internet service selection is offered to illustrate that the proposed aggregation approach provides a simple, effective and practical way of aggregating multiple fuzzy preference relations in real-life situations.  相似文献

During the last decades, a large amount of multi-valued transition systems, whose transitions or states are labeled with specific weights, have been proposed to analyze quantitative behaviors of reactive systems. To set up a unified framework to model and analyze systems with quantitative information, in this paper, we present an extension of doubly labeled transition systems in the framework of residuated lattices, which we will refer to as lattice-valued doubly labeled transition systems (LDLTSs). Our model can be specialized to fuzzy automata over complete residuated lattices, fuzzy transition systems, and multi-valued Kripke structures. In contrast to the traditional yes/no approach to similarity, we then introduce lattice-valued similarity between LDLTSs to measure the degree of closeness of two systems, which is a value from a residuated lattice. Further, we explore the properties of robustness and compositionality of the lattice-valued similarity. Finally, we extend the Hennessy–Milner logic to the residuate lattice-valued setting and show that the obtained logic is adequate and expressive with lattice-valued similarity.  相似文献

By solving systems of fuzzy relation equations, qualitative process models can be obtained. To give more information on the solving procedure and to help constructing models, solvability criteria for-systems of fuzzy relation equations are necessary. In this article such criteria will be developed. Both methods are considered. In addition to some ideas on general , the is evaluated in detail. Criteria of practical use will be developed. These criteria will limit the variety of premise intersections to guarantee solvability. Nevertheless, they will still allow to model the significant behaviour of the processes.  相似文献

In this paper reciprocal relations over n alternatives are defined, and their efficacy as a model of the group decision process is investigated. Several measures of individual preference and group consensus are defined and analyzed, and are used to generate associated measures of distance to consensus. Various decision oriented goals are identified, and we characterize these goals geometrically as subsets of a convex subset of a hyperplane in Rn. A fuzzy ordering for fuzzy sets on is presented by a fuzzy relation on which is induced by closed convex cones. The suitability of the fuzzy order is discussed using the axioms A1–A7 in (Fuzzy Sets and Systems 118 (2001) 375). For fuzzy sets on which are incomparable with respect to the fuzzy order, a method to evaluate the degree of satisfaction regarding the fuzzy order is presented by using a subsethood degree. Approximation by discrete cases is discussed for numerical calculation on the degree of the fuzzy order. Numerical examples are also given to illustrate our idea.  相似文献

A structure for representing inexact information in the form of a relational database is presented. The structure differs from ordinary relational databases in two important respects: Components of tuples need not be single values and a similarity relation is required for each domain set of the database. Two critical properties possessed by ordinary relational databases are proven to exist in the fuzzy relational structure. These properties are (1) no two tuples have identical interpretations, and (2) each relational operation has a unique result.  相似文献

The paper proposes an optimization environment for decomposing fuzzy relations. Two basic categories of approaches are developed: (i) based on direct gradient-oriented optimization methods, and (ii) exploiting the ideas of fuzzy neurocomputation. These two approaches are carefully analyzed and contrasted making use of illustrative numerical material. Some immediate applications to pattern classification and fuzzy interpolation are studied in detail. The study includes also some generalizations of the generic decomposition problem.  相似文献

Weighted aggregation of fuzzy preference relations on the set of alternatives by several criteria in decision-making problems is considered. Pairwise comparisons with respect to importance of the criteria are given in fuzzy preference relation as well. The aggregation procedure uses the composition between each two relations of the alternatives. The membership function of the newly constructed fuzzy preference relation includes t-norms and t-conorms to take into account the relation between the criteria importance. Properties of the composition and new relation, giving a possibility to make a consistent choice or to rank the alternatives, are proved. This paper suggests a new method to approximate a fuzzy interval u by a sequence of differentiable fuzzy intervals. This new approximation method involves the construction of differentiable fuzzy intervals using the sup-min convolution of fuzzy sets. The purpose of this study is not only to build a group decision making structure model of risk in software development but also to propose two algorithms to tackle the rate of aggregative risk in a fuzzy environment by fuzzy sets theory during any phase of the life cycle. While evaluating the rate of aggregative risk, one may adjust or improve the weights or grades of the factors until she/he can accept it. In this paper, we determine by means of fuzzy implication operators, two classes of difference operations for fuzzy sets and two classes of symmetric difference operations for fuzzy sets which preserve properties of the classical difference operation for crisp sets and the classical symmetric difference operation for crisp sets respectively. The obtained operations allow us to construct as in [B. De Baets, H. De Meyer, Transitivity-preserving fuzzification schemes for cardinality-based similarity measures, European Journal of Operational Research 160 (2005) 726–740], cardinality-based similarity measures which are reflexive, symmetric and transitive fuzzy relations and, to propose two classes of distances (metrics) which are fuzzy versions of the well-known distance of cardinality of the symmetric difference of crisp sets.  相似文献
