采用液相浸渍法研究了蔗糖在中孔MCM-48表面的自发单层分散. 用X射线衍射(XRD)相定量分析法, 测定了蔗糖在MCM-48上的最大分散容量, 并用差热分析、N2吸附技术对制备的样品进行表征. 结果表明, 在蔗糖与MCM-48的质量比小于1.1时, 蔗糖在MCM-48表面能自发分散成单层. 当蔗糖/MCM-48 质量比为0.8时, MCM-48的比表面积由初始的998 m2·g-1降至114 m2·g-1, 孔径由原来的2.7 nm降至2.0 nm, 孔容由0.76 cm3·g-1降至0.11 cm3·g-1. 当蔗糖与MCM-48的质量比超过1.1时, MCM-48的比表面积迅速减小至10 m2·g-1以下. 这是因为蔗糖分子大小和MCM-48孔径相差不大, 导致蔗糖在MCM-48表面分散时出现孔道堵塞.  相似文献

以Co掺杂的介孔分子筛MCM-41为载体, 采用等体积浸渍法制备了系列5%ZnO/xCo-MCM-41催化剂, 并用于催化分子氧氧化异戊醇合成异戊醛的反应. 通过X射线衍射(XRD), 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR), 紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS), 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD), 氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和氮气吸附-脱附等手段对样品进行表征, 并考察了Co掺杂量对分子筛结构和催化性能的影响. 结果表明, 随着Co掺杂量的增大, 样品的比表面积和孔体积均减小, 而其平均孔径呈先增大后减小的趋势. 当Co掺杂量为0.05时, 5%ZnO/0.05Co-MCM-41仍保持了MCM-41高度有序的六方介孔结构, 具有高比表面积(989 m2/g)、较大孔径(2.88 nm)和孔体积(0.88 cm3/g), 引入的Co主要以孤立态钴离子[Single-site Co(Ⅱ)]形式存在于MCM-41骨架, MCM-41骨架中的Co可以有效提高ZnO微粒的分散度, 适度降低5%ZnO/MCM-41的表面酸性, 并大幅度提高5%ZnO/MCM-41的氧化还原性. 与5%ZnO/MCM-41相比, 5%ZnO/0.05Co-MCM-41可使异戊醛的选择性提高28.3%.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,硅酸钠为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,在水热条件下成功地合成出了MCM-41中孔硅酸盐材料。采用XRD、低温N2吸附脱附等测试手段对合成的MCM-41样品进行了表征。通过优化合成条件,合成出孔径3.2 nm、比表面904m2/g和孔壁厚约1.46 nm的MCM-41分子筛。催化活性测定采用微反应活性实验来评价其活性和选择性。  相似文献

采用水热法合成了介孔MCM-41和Co-MCM-41分子筛,并利用XRD、FT-IR、低温N2吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD等方法对合成的分子筛进行了表征。考察了晶化时间、晶化温度、陈化时间对合成介孔Co-MCM-41分子筛的影响,确定较适宜的合成条件为陈化时间1 h,晶化温度110 ℃,晶化时间2 d。XRD 和FT-IR表征结果说明,Co原子已经进入MCM-41的骨架。MCM-41和Co-MCM-41的平均孔径均为2.82 nm,BET比表面积分别为986.42和 637.69 m2/g,孔容分别为0.762 1和0.537 2 m3/g。NH3-TPD的表征结果表明,MCM-41和Co-MCM-41的酸性都较弱,但Co-MCM-41的酸性明显强于MCM-41。在此基础上,利用合成的MCM-41和Co-MCM-41吸附脱除氮含量为1 737.35 μg/g的模拟燃料中的喹啉。喹啉分子尺寸的模拟结果为0.711 6 nm × 0.500 2 nm,说明其可以很容易地进入MCM-41和Co-MCM-41的介孔孔道中。Co-MCM-41分子筛的氮脱除率明显高于MCM-41,这是由于其较强的酸性及与喹啉之间的化学吸附,而且,Co-MCM-41吸附脱氮具有较好的再生性能。  相似文献

MCM-41分子筛是具有单一孔径的长程有序介孔材料,由于孔壁是无定形结构,与微孔沸石晶体相比,水热稳定性较差,这使其在石油炼制和精细化工中的应用受到很大的限制.根据实验发现,如果将一些沸石的前驱结构单元体--即在形成完整的沸石结构前所形成的初级或次级结构单元引入介孔材料,使其转化为介孔孔壁,将会增加介孔材料的短程有序化程度,提高水热稳定性.  相似文献

以介孔分子筛SBA-15为模板剂,分别采用蔗糖、糠醇和酚醛树脂作为碳源制备介孔碳分子筛.用TGA、XRD、N2吸附-脱附和TEM对制备的样品进行了表征和比较.结果表明,三种碳源制备的介孔碳分子筛的结构有序性明显不同.用蔗糖为碳源能够得到结构高度有序的介孔碳分子筛,其比表面积和孔容最大,分别为1 422 m2·g和1.15 cm3·g;用糠醇为碳源制备的样品次之;用普通酚醛树脂为碳源制备的样品其结构有序性最差.  相似文献

Pore-expanded MCM-41 (PE-MCM-41) silica exhibits a unique combination of high specific surface area (ca. 1000 m(2)/g), pore size (up to 25 nm) and pore volume (up to 3.5 cm(3)/g). As such, this material is highly suitable for the adsorption of large biomolecules. The current study focused primarily on the application of PE-MCM-41 material as suitable host for urease (nickel-based large metalloenzyme) in controlled hydrolysis of urea. Urease adsorbed on PE-MCM-41, regular MCM-41 and silica gel (SGA) were used as catalysts for urea hydrolysis reaction. Adsorption studies of urease on these materials from aqueous solution at pH 7.2 revealed that the adsorption capacity of PE-MCM-41 (102 mg/g) is significantly higher than that of MCM-41 (56 mg/g) and SGA (21 mg/g). The equilibrium adsorption data were well fitted using the Langmuir-Freundlich model. Furthermore, the kinetic study revealed that the uptake of urease follow the pseudo-first order kinetics. The in vitro urea hydrolysis reaction on pristine urease and different urease-loaded catalysts showed that the rate of hydrolysis reaction is significantly slower on U/PE-MCM-41 compared to that of bulk urease and urease on MCM-41 and SGA. This technique could be an alternative means to the use of urease inhibitors to control the ammonia release from urea fertilizer.  相似文献

以蔗糖为炭源和硅酸钠为硅源,采用原位共聚法制备了炭/氧化硅复合体,除去氧化硅得到介孔炭材料.采用N2吸附-脱附、透射电子显微镜和红外光谱对不同炭化温度获得的样品进行表征.结果表明,随着炭化温度升高,所得的介孔炭比表面积和孔容均下降,650℃ ~ 950℃的炭化温度下获得的样品BET比表面积在586m2/g ~728 m2/g之间,孔容在0.549cm3/g~0.696cm3/g之间,孔径分布5-15nm之间.经红外光谱检测所得的介孔炭样品均含有氢和氧的功能团.  相似文献

The factors that influence the hydrothermal synthesis of MCM-41 were investigated, and it was found that compared with those from high H2O/SiO2 systems(designated MCM-41-A), the products from low H2O/SiO2 systems(designated MCM-41-B) exhibited a less-defined X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) pattern with a broader main reflection peak at a lower 2θ diffraction angle. MCM-41-B possesses a smaller surface area but a larger pore size than MCM-41-A. New routes including direct thermal treatment, room-temperature crystallization and microwave heating were developed for the formation of MCM-41, and the properties of the products prepared from these new routes were compared with those of the MCM-41 hydrothermally synthesized. The pore sizes of MCM-41 materials are uniformly distributed with an effective pore diameter that falls into the range of 2-4 nm, where as the products from wet-gel thermal treatment possess two kinds of mesopores:the well-defined smaller pores distributed at 3 nm and the larger one within 8-20 nm. The MAS NMR spectroscopy revealed that after calcination to remove the organic template in Al-containing MCM-41, a small part of the tetrahedrally-coordinated framework aluminum atoms became octahedrally-coordinated and a considerable amount of Si-OH species were generated.  相似文献

In this work, with a zeolite-type metal-organic framework as both a precursor and a template and furfuryl alcohol as a second precursor, nanoporous carbon material has been prepared with an unexpectedly high surface area (3405 m(2)/g, BET method) and considerable hydrogen storage capacity (2.77 wt % at 77 K and 1 atm) as well as good electrochemical properties as an electrode material for electric double layer capacitors. The pore structure and surface area of the resultant carbon materials can be tuned simply by changing the calcination temperature.  相似文献

以介孔氧化硅材料MCM-41为模板,硝酸锰为锰源,通过浸渍、450℃焙烧4 h得到Mn-MCM-41,用NaOH溶液溶解除去氧化硅模板得到锰氧化物,采用XRD,HRTEM和N2吸附-脱附等测试技术对产物进行了表征.结果表明,所得产物是纯相的β-MnO2纳米纤维,直径小于3 nm.纳米纤维之间有序排列组成类似MCM-41模板的介孔结构,其比表面积达到136.5 m2/g.将所制备的β-MnO2纳米纤维用于催化过氧化氢氧化分解质量浓度为60 mg/L的亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟染料废水,经100 min反应后,亚甲基蓝水溶液脱色率达到97.59%.所制备的催化剂对降解处理高浓度亚甲基蓝溶液,具有降解脱色率高和反应速度快等优点.  相似文献

The synthesis of poly(vinyl ether)s or polyvinylcarbazole under the conditions of constricted geometry can be achieved by means of cationic host-guest polymerisation of the corresponding monomers in the pores of MCM-41 (pore diameter 3.6 nm), MCM-48 (pore diameter 2.4 nm) and in nanoporous glasses (Gelsil with a pore diameter of 5 nm) with bis(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl chloride (BMCC) or triphenylmethyl chloride as the internal surface initiator. The reaction products are new polymer/ MCM-41, polymer/MCM-48 etc., host-guest hybrid materials. The molecular mass of the enclosed polymer and the degree of loading of the host compounds can be adjusted within certain limits. The molecular dynamics were investigated by using broad-band dielectric spectroscopy. Under the conditions of constricted geometry, molecular fluctuation is observed as well as a secondary beta-relaxation, which is hardly affected (in comparison with the free melt) and which corresponds to the relaxation between structural substates (dynamic glass transition). This process is several orders of magnitude faster in its relaxation rate than in the free melt and thus follows a confinement effect. This is already well known in lower molecular weight systems with constricted geometry.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,硝酸铈为铈源,采用水热法合成了杂原子介孔分子筛Ce-MCM-41。XRD和FT-IR表征结果表明,当加入的Ce/Si物质的量比小于0.04时合成了规整有序的介孔结构,并将Ce原子引入到MCM-41骨架中。N2吸附-脱附测试获得MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41(Ce/Si物质的量比为0.04)的平均孔径分别为2.82和2.46 nm,孔容分别为0.762 1和 0.689 4 m3/g,BET比表面积分别为986.42和756.8 m2/g。NH3-TPD表征结果表明,Ce-MCM-41的酸性要明显强于MCM-41,但两种分子筛的酸性均较弱。利用合成的MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41吸附脱除甲硫醚浓度为58 μg(甲硫醚)/g的甲硫醚/氮气混合气中的甲硫醚。甲硫醚分子尺寸的模拟结果为0.464 8 nm,可以很容易地进入分子筛的介孔孔道中。由于Ce-MCM-41分子筛具有较多的酸量,其硫吸附容量7.52 mg(S)/g明显高于MCM-41的4.57 mg(S)/g。MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41都具有较好的再生性能,再生3次后硫吸附容量仍可恢复到初始容量的80%,分别为3.52和 5.86 mg(S)/g。  相似文献

Ce-containing MCM-41 materials were prepared via a direct, nonhydrothermal method at room temperature from tetra-ethoxysilane, n-hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, ammonia solution, and cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate precursors. Composite materials containing the nominated ratios of 5 and 10% (w/w) CeO2/MCM-41 were targeted. The obtained materials were investigated by TGA, DSC, FTIR, diffuse reflectance UV-vis, XRD, N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms, and SEM. Results indicated the insertion of cerium ions in tetrahedral environment in the framework of MCM-41. BET surface area amounting to 824 and 726 m2/g; total pore volume amounting to 0.427 and 0.515 cm3/g; and narrow pore size distribution maximizing at 22.5 and 23.7 A, respectively were obtained for the 5 and 10% CeO2/MCM-41 calcined composites. SEM showed a spherical type morphology for the composites which is rather similar to their blank MCM-41, and no clear ceria aggregates were observed on the external surfaces of composites spherical particles. Thus, the adopted method allows the persistence of MCM-41 texture with cerium inserts in the framework of MCM-41 and/or forms finely divided ceria nanoparticles on the wall of MCM-41 materials. Moreover, stabilization of any formed ceria nanoparticles was attributed to the short nonintersecting porous nature of MCM-41 matrix, which hinders their aggregation upon calcinations.  相似文献

The variation of surface properties of SiMCM-41 and AlMCM-41 nanoporous materials as function of synthesis time was examined. The main properties studied were: surface area, pore diameter, pore volume, mesoporous parameter, and wall thickness. Siliceous MCM-41 molecular sieves were synthesized starting from hydrogels with the following molar compositions: 4.58SiO2:0.435Na2O:1 CTMABr:200 H2O for SiMCM-41, and 4.58SiO2:0.485 Na2O:1 CTMABr:0.038 Al2O3:200 H2O, for AlMCM-41. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) was used as the structural template. The crystallographic parameters were obtained from XRD data and by nitrogen adsorption using the BET and BJH methods. The results obtained showed a significant variation of the surface properties of the MCM-41 materials as a function of the synthesis time reaching silica wall thickness of ca. 2 nm on the fourth day.  相似文献
