A new method is developed for the determination of perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in sewage sludge samples. The analytes in sewage sludge samples are extracted by methanol and formic acid, cleaned by C18 solid-phase extraction, then separated, identified and quantitated by liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC–QTOF-MS). A C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm) with gradient elution of MeOH–H2O (60:40) containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate and MeOH–H2O (80:20) is used for the chromatographic separation. [M−K] ions at m/z 498.93 for PFOS and [M−COOH] ion at m/z 368.97 for PFOA are selected for QTOF-MS in the negative electrospray ionization mode. The detection limits for PFOS and PFOA in sewage sludge samples are 0.5 and 0.8 ng/g, respectively. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 85–114 and 71–98% for PFOS and PFOA, respectively. The proposed method is successfully applied to the analysis of PFOS and PFOA in 16 sewage sludge samples from China. PFOS and PFOA are detected in most sewage sludge samples and the concentrations of PFOS and PFOA are up to 5383 and 4780 ng/g (oven dry weight), respectively.  相似文献

The oxidation of Cp2MCl2 (M= Mo, W) with perfluortriazinium tetrafluoroborate, [(FCN)3F]+[BF4], in the presence of a flouride ion acceptor (BF3 or PF5) in SO2 solution yielded the cationic metallocene complexes [Cp2MCl 2]2+[BF4] or [Cp2MCl2] 2+[BF4][PF6] (M = Mo, W), respectively. In these reactions, for the first time the perfluortriazinium cation has proved to be easy to handle and a useful oxidizer in organometallic chemistry. The oxidizer strength of three fluorotriazinium cations, [(XCN)3F]+ (X = F, Cl, H), has been computed ab initio (HF/6 − 31 + G) and calibrated on literature data which were obtained by local density functional calculations. At 25°C, I = 1.0 M (CF3SO3Li++CF3SO3H), [H+] = 0.034–0.274 M and λ = 453 nm, the rate equation for the oxidation of Ti(H2O), 63+ by bromine was found to be: −d/[Br2]T/dt=kK/[Br2][TiIII]/[H+]+K+kK/[Br3][TiIII]/[H++K, where k = 9.2 × 10−3 M −1 s −1 and K = 4.5 × 10−3 M. At [H+] = 1.0 M, [Br] = 0.05–0.4 M, the apparent second-order rate constant decreases as [Br] increases.

The pH-dependence of the oxidation of TiIII-edta by bromine is interpreted in terms of the change in identity of the TiIII-edta species as the pH of the reaction medium changes. The second-order rate constants were fitted using a non-linear least-square computer program with (1/k0edta)2 weighting into an equation of the form: k0edta =k1+k2K1[H+]−1+k3K1K2[H+]−2/1+K1[H+[H+−1+K1K2[H+]−2, with K1 and K2 fixed as earlier determined at 9.55 × 10−3 and 2.29 × 10−9 M, respectively, for the oxidation of bromine. k1=k2=(3.1±0.32)×103M−1s−1 k3=(2.3±0.45)×106N−1s−1.

It is proposed that these electron transfer reactions proceed by univalent changes with the production of Br2.− as a transient intermediate. An outer-sphere mechanism is proposed for these reactions. The homonuclear exchange rate for TiIII-edta+TiIV-edta is estimated at 32 M−1 s−1.  相似文献

Reactions of [C6F5Xe]+ [AsF6] in acetonitrile with halide anions X show different results depending on X. If X = I, Br or Cl, then C6F5X is obtained. If X = F, then C6F5H and C6F5---C6F5 are produced, and if X = HF2, then C6F6, C6F5H and C6F5---C6F5 are formed.  相似文献

The photochemical reaction of azide derivatives induced by ultraviolet (UV) laser in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI) is reported. A novel synthesized class of azide aromatic derivatives, spin-labeled photoaffinity non-nucleoside adenosine triphosphate (ATP) analogs which are useful probes in study of muscle contraction mechanism, is used in this investigation. In the negative ion MALDI spectra of these ATP analogs, “fingerprint” peaks corresponding to [M − 10 − 1], [M − 12 − 1], [M − 16 − 1], [M − 26 − 1], [M − 28 − 1], [M − 41 − 1], and [M − 42 − 1] were observed with relative intensities depending on the MALDI matrix. Only the [M − 16 − 1] is present in the similar mass spectra of the analog in which the azido group is replaced by a hydrogen. A model is suggested for the photochemical reactions of azide derivatives under UV laser irradiation. The photoreaction fingerprint information is diagnostically useful in characterization of azido compounds, especially for spin-labeled photoaffinity non-nucleoside ATP analogs.  相似文献

EHMO/CO (crystal orbital) quantum chemical methods were used to calculate the two-dimensional (2D) energy band structures of highly oriented trans-polyacetylene (PA) undoped and doped with [FeCl4]. The band gaps (Eg) of undoped PA in directions parallel and perpendicular to the oriented direction were 1.195 and 3.040 eV, respectively, and that of doped PA with [FeCl4] were 0.0223 and 0.0504 eV, respectively. Based on the calculational results, the changes in conductive properties from undoped PA to [FeCl4] doped PA could be interpreted. The conductivity anisotropy ratio σ/σ decreased when PA was doped by [FeCl4], because the PA chain and the dopant showed a strong interchain coupling. The theoretical results for undoped and doped PA were in good agreement with the experiment.  相似文献

New ester salts [R3NH]+[F5SC(SO2F)C(O)OR′] where RH, CH3CH2 and R′CH3,(CH3)2CH have been prepared from corresponding esters and amines. The sodiumsalt Na[F5SC(SO2F)C(O)OCH(CH3)2] was used to prepare the following -substitutedderivatives: SF5CX(SO2F)C(O)OCH(CH3)2, XBr, Cl. The rate coefficients for the reactions of C2H and C2D with O2 have been measured in the temperature range 295 K T 700 K. Both reactions show a slightly negative temperature dependence in this temperature range, with kC2H+O2 = (3.15 ± 0.04) × 10−11 (T/295 K)−(0.16 ± 0.02) cm3 molecule−1 s−1. The kinetic isotope effect is kC2H/kC2D = 1.04 ± 0.03 and is constant with temperature to within experimental error. The temperature dependence and the C2H + O2 kinetic isotope effect are consistent with a capture-limited metathesis reaction, and suggest that formation of the initial HCCOO adduct is rate-limiting.  相似文献

The anion [Fe4S3(NO)7] undergoes slow exchange with labelled nitrite [15NO2] to yield a product [Fe4S3(14NO)(15NO)6] in which complete isotopic exchange has occurred at the basal Fe(NO)2 groups, but with no exchange at the apical Fe(NO) group. The neutral Fe4S4(NO)4 reacts rapidly with [15NO2 to give fully exchanged [Fe4S3(15NO)7], and it is proposed that the conversion proceeds by fragmentation, followed by complete isotopic exchange and rapid reassembly. The binuclear anion [Fe2S2(NO)4]2− also yields, with [15NO2]2− in CD2Cl2 solution, the fully exchanged [Fe4S3(15NO)7], and a mechanism involving successive fragmentation, exchange and reassembly steps is proposed; however in aqueous solution, a clean exchange reaction occurs to give [Fe2S2(15NO)4]2−. Neutral binuclear esters Fe2(SR)2(NO)4 (R = Me, Et, or Ph) with [14NO2] yield the mononuclear paramagnetic [Fe(14NO)2(14NO2)2], and with [15NO2] the analogous [Fe(15NO)2(15NO2)2].  相似文献

Sulfonated poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile) (PSAN–SO3H) membranes were obtained by sulfonation of the original styrene–acrylonitrile copolymer, in different molar ratios, and characterized by vibrational spectroscopy (FTIR), thermal analyses (TGA and DSC) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The thermal stability of the sulfonated polymers exhibited a dependence on the sulfonation degree and reached 261 °C for samples up to 1:4 (sulfonating agent to styrene unit). FTIR spectra showed the covalent incorporation of sulfonic groups at the styrene units, confirming the PSAN–SO3H formation. Vibrational spectra also indicated the presence of hydronium ions and dissociated sulfonic groups, indicating the existence of mobile protons for ion conduction. DSC analyses evidenced two glass transition temperatures (Tg), one associated with an ion-water domain and other with the chain backbone glass transition. The maximum conductivity of PSAN–SO3H membranes at ambient temperature was about 10−3 Ω−1 cm−1, achieving 10−2 Ω−1 cm−1 at 80 °C. The conductivity dependency on the temperature was found to be linear, similarly to other sulfonic acid polymers described on the literature, and the water uptake reaches 45.7% of the polymer mass, against 18.9% of the original copolymer.  相似文献

The oxidation of Cp2NbCl2 with pure WF6 in SO2 solution yielded the cationic metallocene species [Cp2NbCl2]+[WF6] essentially in quantitative yield. The same reaction carried out in the presence of either equimolar amounts or a two-fold excess of HCN led to the preparation of the new niobocenium salt [Cp2NbCl2]4+[WF6]2− which was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound represents the first example of a structurally characterized metallocene-WF6 complex, and crystallizes in the tetragonal system: space group, P41212(No. 92), a = 11.083(8) Å, c = 48.285 (9) Å; Z = 8; R = 0.0759, RW = 0.0841. ab]Die Oxidation von Cp2NbCl2 mit reinem WF6 führt in SO2-Lösung zur Synthese von [Cp2NbCl2 ]+[WF6] in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute. Die analoge Reaktion führt unter Anwesenheit der äquimolaren Menge oder eines zweifachen Überschusses an HCN zur Ausbildung des Niobocenium-Komplexsalzes [Cp2NbCl2]4+ [WF6]2[WCl6]2−, von dem eine Röntgenstrukturanalyse angefertigt wurde. A series of symmetrical phthalate, isophthalate, and terephthalate ester molecular anions were reacted with oxygen in the collision cell of a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer to produce characteristic [M − R] fragments that can be used to identify these compounds. The [M − R]/M−· intensity ratios decreased for homologous esters in the following order: phthalates > isophthalates terephthalates. Based on the [M − R] ion intensities for different alkyl substituents, on 18O2 labeling experiments, and on the reactivity of bis(t-butylcyclohexyl)phthalates, it was concluded that M − R anions are generated through an SN2 nucleophilic displacement at the alpha carbon of the saturated alkyl substituent. For the phenyl ester, the reaction proceeds through attack at the carbonyl carbon.  相似文献

The tetrathiomolybdate ion [MoS4]2− reacts in DMF solution with Roussin esters Fe2(SR)2(NO)4 (R = Me, Et, n-Pr, i-Pr, n-Bu,t-Bu, n-C5H11) to yield the paramagnetic iron nitrosyls [Fe(NO)2(SR)2] (1), [Fe(NO)2(S2MoS2] (2) and [Fe(NO)(S2MOS2)2] (3). The new complexes (2) and (3) have been characterized by EPR spectroscopy and the assignment to them of constitutions based respectively upon tetrahedral and square pyramidal iron is supported by EHMO calculations. Fe2(SPh)2(NO)4 with [MoS4]2− yields only [Fe(NO)2(SPh)2], and preformed (3) reacts with PhS to give firstly EPR-silent species, and then [Fe(NO)2(SPh)2]. The mononitrosyl (3) can also be formed by reaction of [MoS4]2− with [Fe4S3(NO)7], Fe4S4(NO)4, or Fe2I2(NO)4.  相似文献

Based on the chemiluminescence (CL) phenomena of folic acid in peroxomonosulfate-cobalt(II) system, a rapid and sensitive CL method was developed for determination of folic acid in pharmaceutical preparations and its urinary metabolism processes. Under the optimum conditions, the relative CL intensity was linear over the concentration ranging from 10−9 to 8 × 10−7 mol L−1 (R2 = 0.9991) with a detection limit as low as 6 × 10−10 mol L−1 (S/N = 3) and relative standard deviation was 2.63% for 2 × 10−8 mol L−1 folic acid (n = 11). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of folic acid in tablets and human urine. The blank CL emission was yielded owing to the formation of singlet oxygen molecular pair from the quenching experiment of 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, and pterine-6-carboxylic acid might be the degradation intermediate in this system and it also acts an energy acceptor and sensitizes the chemiluminescence based on the studies of the CL and fluorescence spectra.  相似文献

A highly selective method for the preconcentration and the determination of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds (NHCs) by solid phase extraction–room temperature phosphorimetry (SPE–RTP) was described. The β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) coated filter paper was synthesized and used as the SPE membrane and the substrate for the measurement of RTP emission of NHCs in water samples. The RTP characteristics of NHCs on the coated filter paper were studied. The conditions for the measurement of RTP intensities of NPAHs were discussed and optimized in detail. Several experimental parameters related to the preconcentration of NHCs on the coated filter paper were also examined. The experimental results showed that the β-CD coated filter paper could selectively extract NHCs containing three benzene rings with a high enrichment efficiency. The limit of detections of carbazole, 7,8-benzoquinoline and phenanthridine were found to be 9.1 × 10−14, 8.3 × 10−13 and 7.8 × 10−13 mol mL−1, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of NHCs in water samples. The recoveries of carbazole, 7,8-benzoquinoline and phenanthridine in water samples was in the range of 86.1–109.3%.  相似文献

The rate constants, k1 and k2 for the reactions of C2F5OC(O)H and n-C3F7OC(O)H with OH radicals were measured using an FT-IR technique at 253–328 K. k1 and k2 were determined as (9.24 ± 1.33) × 10−13 exp[−(1230 ± 40)/T] and (1.41 ± 0.26) × 10−12 exp[−(1260 ± 50)/T] cm3 molecule−1 s−1. The random errors reported are ±2 σ, and potential systematic errors of 10% could add to the k1 and k2. The atmospheric lifetimes of C2F5OC(O)H and n-C3F7OC(O)H with respect to reaction with OH radicals were estimated at 3.6 and 2.6 years, respectively.  相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate for the first time that 4-methyl-5-nitrocatechol (4M5NC) and 2,4,5-trihydroxytoluene (2,4,5-THT), two compounds obtained from the 2,4-DNT biodegradation are recognized by polyphenol oxidase as substrates. An amperometric biosensor is described for detecting these compounds and for evaluating the efficiency of the 2,4-DNT conversion into 4M5NC in the presence of bacteria able to produce the 2,4-DNT-biotransformation. The biosensor format involves the immobilization of polyphenol oxidase into a composite matrix made of glassy carbon microspheres and mineral oil. The biosensor demonstrated to be highly sensitive for the quantification of 4M5NC and 2,4,5-THT. The analytical parameters for 4M5NC are the following: sensitivity of (7.5 ± 0.1) × 105 nAM−1, linear range between 1.0 × 10−5 and 8.4 × 10−5 M, and detection limit of 4.7 × 10−6 M. The sensitivity for the determination of 2,4,5-THT is (6.2 ± 0.6) × 106 nAM−1, with a linear range between 1.0 × 10−6 and 5.8 × 10−6 M, and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10−7. Under the experimental conditions, it was possible to selectively quantify 4M5NC even in the presence of a large excess of 2,4-DNT. The suitability of the biosensor for detecting the efficiency of 2,4-DNT biotransformation into 4M5NC is demonstrated and compared with HPLC-spectrophotometric detection, with very good correlation. This biosensor holds great promise for decentralized environmental testing of 2,4-DNT.  相似文献

Electrochemical studies of famotidine were carried out using voltammetric techniques: cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep and square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The dependence of the current on pH, buffer concentration, nature of the buffer, and scan rate was investigated. The best results for the determination of famotidine were obtained in MOPS buffer solution at pH 6.7. This electroanalytical procedure enabled to determine famotidine in the concentration range 1 × 10−9–4 × 10−8 mol L−1 by linear sweep adsorptive stripping voltammetry (LS AdSV) and 5 × 10−10–6 × 10−8 mol L−1 by square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SW AdSV). Repeatability, precision and accuracy of the developed methods were checked. The detection and quantification limits were found to be 1.8 × 10−10 and 6.2 × 10−10 mol L−1 for LS AdSV and 4.9 × 10−11 and 1.6 × 10−10 mol L−1 for SW AdSV, respectively. The method was applied for the determination of famotidine in urine.  相似文献

Positive ion mobility spectra of different organophosphorus pesticides such as malathion (s-(1,2-dicarb-ethoxyethyl) o,o-dimethyl dithiophosphate), ethion (o,o,o′,o′-tetraethyl s,s′-methylene bis(phosphorodithioate)) and dichlorovos (2,2-dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate) have been studied in air at ambient pressure using ion mobility spectrometry method with 63Ni ionization source. The limits of quantification (LOQs) were 1.0 × 10−9, 1.0 × 10−9 and 5.0 × 10−9 g for malathion, ethion and dichlorovos, respectively. The working range of these compounds was about three orders of magnitude and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of repeatability at the 5 μg ml−1 level were all below 15%. Furthermore, in this study, the influences of IMS cell temperature on the ion mobility spectra of these compounds were investigated.  相似文献

The investigation of europium(III) sulphate hydrate and samarium(III) sulphate hydrate was performed by thermal analysis (TG-DTG) and simultaneous infrared evolved gas analysis-Fourier transformed infrared (EGA-FTIR) spectroscopy. The TG, DTG and DTA curves were recorded at the 25–1400 °C in the dynamic air atmosphere by TG/DTA analyser. The infrared evolved gas analysis was obtained on the FTIR spectrometer. Eu2(SO4)3·nH2O (n = 3.97) and Sm2(SO4)3·nH2O (n = 8.11) were analysed, the dehydration and decomposition steps were investigated and the water content was calculated. The formation of different oxysulphates was studied.

The trace rare earth elements in Eu and Sm sulphates were determined by ICP-MS. The concentration of trace Eu, Sm, La, Gd, Y and Ce ranged from 3.9 × 10−6 to 1.5 × 10−4% (m/m).  相似文献
