稀土Schiff碱配合物催化烷基异氰酸酯室温聚合   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用Schiff碱稀土配合物Ln(H2Salen)2Cl3·2C2H5OH与AI(i—Bu)3组成的催化体系催化烷基异氰酸酯室温聚合,详细考察了催化剂组成以及聚合条件等对烷基异氰酸酯聚合的影响,并研究了己基异氰酸酯的聚合动力学.以La、Nd、Sm和Gd四种稀土元素为代表,合成了相应的Schiff碱配合物,结果表明轻稀土体系比重稀土体系好,La的聚合活性最高.在-40℃-40℃很宽的聚合温度范围内,可以得到分子量分布窄(MWD=1.50~2.40)的高分子量聚异氰酸酯,20℃为最佳的聚合温度.己基异氰酸酯的最佳聚合条件为:[AI]/[La]=30(摩尔比),[n-HexNCO]/[La]=100,[n—HexNCO]=3.43mol/L,甲苯溶液中20℃聚合12h,聚合物收率74.0%,聚合物黏均分子量高达73.5×10^4,数均分子量40.2×10^4,MWD=1.79.聚合动力学研究表明己基异氰酸酯聚合反应对单体浓度和催化剂浓度都是一级关系,聚合反应活化能为43.64kJ/mol.  相似文献

以SiO2为载体,制备了负载的双核茂金属[(η5-C5H5)Zr Cl2]2[μ,μ-(SiMe2)2(η5-allyl C5H2)2]/MAO/SiO2催化剂,以己烷为溶剂进行了淤浆条件下乙烯聚合反应,研究了扩散因素、乙烯聚合压力和聚合温度对乙烯淤浆聚合动力学参数的影响,测定了聚合反应级数和表观活化能,采用动力学和相对分子质量法计算了负载催化剂的活性中心浓度,并对链增长速率常数等动力学参数进行了计算.结果表明,以负载双核茂金属催化剂催化乙烯淤浆聚合反应速率对单体浓度呈1.11级依赖,反应活化能Ea为72.47 kJ/mol,活性中心浓度C*为0.33 mol/mol,链增长速率常数Kp为1.06×106L.(mol.h)-1.  相似文献

近几年来,可溶性高分子C60衍生物的合成已取得明显的进展.Weis等[1]报道了以C60封端的聚苯乙烯大分子衍生物,Hawker等[2]合成出聚苯乙烯C60的共聚物.这些单取代的C60衍生物很好地保持了C60原有的性质,加工性能和机械性能均较好.唐本忠等[3]用紫外光照射聚碳酸酯和C60溶液或在AIBN存在的条件下加热以上溶液,得到可溶的聚碳酸酯C60衍生物,该法产率很高(可达99%),且简单易行.Patil等[5]也用类似的方法通过自由基聚合将C60接枝到聚烯烃的高分子链上.我们已报道了将C60接枝到聚烯烃上所得到的共聚物的性能[5,6],但C60高分子衍生物的用途尚不清楚.  相似文献

首次应用环烷酸钕-三异丁基铝络合催化体系在己烷-甲苯混合溶剂中,于室温下使苯乙炔直接聚合成膜获得成功。研究了成膜聚合反应特征及动力学行为。发现溶剂及聚合温度的选择是成膜的关键。成膜的临界条件为:[Nd]>1×10~(-5)mol/ml;[M]≥1×10~(-4)mol/ml;Al/Nd>1(摩尔比)。成膜聚合具有典型的链锁聚合反应特征,在适宜的聚合条件下,转化率可达96.5%。在不同溶剂和不同温度下聚合反应速率不同。聚苯乙炔膜可为黄色、橙色或红色,这与聚合时间、温度、单体浓度以及己烷/甲苯(体积比)有关。  相似文献

系统地研究了异丙氧基稀土催化D.L-两交酯(LA)开环聚合的规律.实验表明:在甲苯溶剂中,异丙氧基稀土对D.L-丙交酯聚合有较高的催化活性,可获得较高的分子量(Mη=4.0×104)不同稀土元素的活性次序如下:La>Nd>Dy>Y.异丙氧基稀土催化D·L-两支酯聚合的合适条件为:[LA]=1.95mol/l,[Ln(O-i-Pr)3]=6.5×10-3mol/l,甲苯,90℃,聚合反应速度与单体和催化剂浓度均成一级关系,聚合反应表现活化能为着67.7kJ/mol.  相似文献

甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)在2-乙基己酸钕[Nd(Oct)_3]和三异丁基铝[Al(i-Bu)_3]配合催化下的聚合反应结果表明。以正己烷和石油醚为溶剂的聚合转化率高于甲苯和四氢呋喃体系。4种不同配体的钕盐的聚合转化率差别不大。但是,以Nd(Oet)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3为催化剂时聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的分子量最高。聚合反应速度与单体浓度和催化剂浓度均成一次方关系。甲基丙烯酸丁酯的聚合反应活化能为47.40kJ/mol。  相似文献

以茂金属化合物[(CH3)2C(η-C5H3)(η-C9H6)]ZrCl2为主催化剂,甲基铝氧烷MAO为助催化剂催化乙烯聚合,对不同的反应条件下(如温度,铝锆摩尔比)聚合反应的动力学进行了研究,并根据此聚合反应体系的动力学特点及考虑到活性中心的再活化,在分析和研究以往的动力学模型的基础上,对烯烃均相聚合动力学反应作了一些假定,建立了动力学模型,用模型对实验数据进行了拟合,结果表明与实验数据相吻合,可以认为,在该聚合反应体系中,确实存在铝氧烷的再活化作用,根据模拟拟合得到了聚合反应的动力学参数。  相似文献

Truxillines are alkaloids produced by Erythroxylum species and are thought to be derived from the UV‐driven dimerization of cinnamoylcocaines. This study was conducted to determine the effects of ambient UV radiation on the production of truxillines in Erythroxylum novogranatense var. novogranatense. Field plants were grown under shelters covered with plastic filters that were transparent to UV radiation, filtered UV‐B, or both filtered UV‐B and UV‐A radiation. The treatments had no significant effect on plant biomass or specific leaf weight. Absorption values in the UV‐C and UV‐A region of acidified‐methanol leaf extracts were higher for plants exposed to UV radiation compared to the no UV radiation treatment. There was a trend in decreasing levels of trans‐cinnamoylcocaine and a statistically significant decrease in levels of cis‐cinnamoylcocaine in the leaves of plants exposed to UV radiation compared to the no UV radiation treatment. Truxilline levels increased in leaves from plants exposed to UV radiation compared to the no UV radiation treatment. Most significantly, the ratio of truxillines to total cinnamoylcocaines in the leaves was affected by UV, increasing with increased UV exposure. The results support the hypothesis that UV radiation is involved in the formation of truxillines from cinnamoylcocaines.  相似文献

Bamboo viscose, a new cellulose-based textile material was investigated for biomedical applications such as ultraviolet protective ability and antimicrobial activity. Untreated bamboo viscose fabric was found to afford poor protection against UV radiation and also possessed minimal antimicrobial properties. To enhance UV protection characteristics, fabrics were subjected to different treatments viz., dyeing; finishing with commercial UV absorbers; and one-bath dyeing and finishing with UV absorber. Treatment conditions were optimized with regard to the concentration of UV absorber and dye. Results obtained showed that the UPF values increase with increase in UV absorber and dye concentration. Subsequently, a single bath process to apply both antimicrobial and UV protective treatments to bamboo fabric was studied. Results showed that both treatments are compatible for application from a single bath. The effectiveness of the antimicrobial agent was not adversely affected by the presence of an UV absorber and the treated fabric also retained excellent UV protective properties.  相似文献

We have developed a UV monitor with polycrystalline (poly-) gallium nitride (GaN) UV sensors and evaluated its performance from the viewpoint of its effectiveness for use with photosensitive dermatosis patients. The poly-GaN UV sensor is sensitive to UV light from 280 to 410 nm even without optical filters. The UV monitor is a portable self-data-acquisition instrument with a minimum detection level (defined as average UV intensity over 290 to 400 nm) of 2 microW/cm2 and can store UV dose data for 128 days. It allows easy measurement of four orders of magnitude of ambient UV intensity and dose from indoor light to direct solar radiation in summer. Trial use of the UV monitor by five xeroderma pigmentosum patients started in June 2000 and was carried out for 1 year. It was demonstrated that the UV monitor was useful in improving their quality of life.  相似文献

Apoptosis involves a highly organized and programmed series of events aimed at maintaining genomic stability by eliminating defective host cells. The purpose of this study was to determine the threshold doses and environmental UV‐A and UV‐B exposure times necessary to produce apoptosis and necrosis in the normal cells of a human fibroblast cell line. Enviromental UV‐A and UV‐B doses were measured over a 6 year period with a four‐channel UV radiometer. The fibroblasts were irradiated once using an Oriel UV Solar Simulator with six doses of environmentally‐based UV. Doses corresponded to 0,11,19,23 and 45 min of average environmental UV‐A and UV‐B radiation at solar noon in Puerto Rico. The Annexin‐V binding method was used to differentiate between normal fibroblasts and apoptotic or necrotic fibroblasts. The threshold dose from apoptosis to necrosis was found between 24–28 kJ/m2, which corresponded to 19 and 23 min of environmental UV‐A and UV‐B exposure. This study provides the first data that specify the environmental threshold doses of UV‐A and UV‐B at which human fibroblasts undergo apoptosis and necrosis. These results may provide valuable dose‐response thresholds for apoptosis and necrosis for future mechanistic studies and baseline data for skin cancer prevention programs.  相似文献

We constructed a novel microwave–UV light sterilization system and investigated its sterilization effect. This sterilization system can emit UV light by irradiation of microwave without other power. When irradiating UV light with and/or without microwave on aqueous DMPO solution, active oxygen species such as hydroxyl radical or superoxide were generated in the solution. The amount of active oxygen species generated by irradiation of microwave and UV light was larger than that by irradiation of UV light alone. This would be due to the promotion of emission of UV light photons by microwave and UV light irradiation. Moreover, microwave–UV light sterilization was highly effective to sterilize microorganisms. The generation of active oxygen species would play an important role in sterilization of the sterilization system.  相似文献

采用邻二氮啡-Fe(Ⅱ)(橙红色)分光光度法间接测定了Fenton、UV/Fenton、UV/草酸铁/H2O2、UV/TiO24种体系中在不同条件下·OH的表观生成率,初步探讨了体系中各影响因子的作用机制.结果分析表明:对于Fenton体系、UV/Fenton、UV/草酸铁/H2O2而言,其最佳反应条件为pH=4.0、m(H2O2)/m(Fe)=1/25、铁离子的质量浓度以25 mg/L左右为宜;TiO2光催化体系催化产生的·OH尽管受环境pH的影响相对较小,但在同等条件下·OH的表观生成率最低;4种体系中以UV/草酸铁/H2O2体系中·OH表观生成率最高,而且以线性的规律递增.  相似文献

A mixture of a UV absorber (Tinuvin 234 or Tinuvin 329) and a UV stabilizer (Tinuvin 770) was analyzed using matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI‐MS) without any matrix. Fragmentation patterns of the UV absorbers and stabilizer were also investigated. The mass spectra showed the [M+H]+ ions and some fragment ions. Tinuvin 234, Tinuvin 329, and Tinuvin 770 generated three (m/z 119, 370, 432), one (m/z 252), and two (m/z 124 and 140) fragment ions, repectively. These fragment ions can be used to identify the chemical structures of the UV absorbers and stabilizer. Since the UV absorber performed a role as the matrix, the ion abundance of the UV stabilizer was enhanced by mixing with the UV absorber. When organic materials extracted from polypropylene (PP) containing the UV absorber and stabilizer were directly analyzed using MALDI‐MS without any matrix, the protonated molecule of the UV stabilizer was detected in abundance but the product ions of the UV absorber were not observed. When 2,5‐dihydroxybenzoic acid was used as a matrix, the protonated molecule of the UV absorber was observed. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Many photoimmunological studies have used UV radiation sources that emit nonsolar UV spectral energy and UV doses based on nonimmunological endpoints, e.g. erythema and skin edema. Interpretation of these data has led to misunderstanding when extrapolated to hypothetical effects in humans exposed to solar UV. The purpose of this study was to: (1) establish UV dose response relationships for murine skin edema and immunosuppression, and (2) determine how different UV spectra affect these relationships. Back skin and ear minimum edema doses (MEdD) for Kodacel-filtered FS20 sunlamp UV (290–400nm) were greater than two-fold higher than those for unfiltered FS20 sunlamp UV (250–400nm). Xenon arc solar simulator UV (295–400nm) MEdD were > 10-fold higher than those for unfiltered sunlamp UV. Back skin and ear MEdD differed two- to five-fold between C3H/ HeN, SWR/J and HRA/Skh-1 mice. The minimum immunosuppression doses (MISD) in C3H mice showed similar UV source spectrum dependence. The solar simulator UV MISD was 5.4- and 1.5-fold higher than for unfiltered and Kodacel-filtered sunlamp UV MISD, respectively. Furthermore, MISD were from 3- to 50-fold higher than the MEdD for the three UV sources. The UV bioeffectiveness spectra indicated that UVC energy (250–290nm) contributed 12% and 18%, respectively, of the total skin edema and immunosuppression UV energy. These data demonstrate the variability in UV sensitivity among mouse strains, the significant differences between murine MEdD and MISD and how these differences are influenced by nonsolar regions (below 295 nm) of the UV spectrum.  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the tolerance of a melanized wild‐type strain of Aspergillus niger (CON1) and its light‐colored mutant (MUT1) to UV–C light and the concomitantly generated ozone. Treatments were segregated into four groups based on whether UV irradiation was used and the presence or absence of ozone: (?UV, ?O3), (?UV, +O3), (+UV, ?O3) and (+UV, +O3). The survival of CON1 and MUT1 conidia under +UV decreased as the exposure time increased, with CON1 showing greater resistance to UV irradiation than MUT1. Ozone induced CON1 conidium inactivation only under conditions of UV radiation exposure. While, the inactivation effect of ozone on MUT1 was always detectable regardless of the presence of UV irradiation. Furthermore, the CON1 conidial suspension showed lower UV light transmission than MUT1 when examined at the same concentration. Compared with the pigment in MUT1, the melanin in CON1 exhibited more potent radical‐scavenging activity and stronger UV absorbance. These results suggested that melanin protected A. niger against UV disinfection via UV screening and free radical scavenging. The process by which UV–C disinfection induces a continual decrease in conidial survival suggests that UV irradiation and ozone exert a synergistic fungicidal effect on A. niger prior to reaching a plateau.  相似文献

A 1 week UV‐exposure measurement and outdoor‐activity pattern survey was conducted for elementary school children for four seasons at five sites in Japan, i.e. Sapporo (43°05′N, altitude 40 m), Tsukuba (36°05′N, 20 m), Tokyo (35°40′N, 45 m), Miyazaki (31°60′N, 40 m) and Naha (26°10′N, 5 m), and UV exposure was measured directly and estimated using outdoor‐activity records. The study site with largest UV exposure was Miyazaki, a southern rural area. Comparing the results for boys and girls, UV exposure was larger in boys. UV exposure was large in spring and summer and small in winter. The total amount of UV exposure in spring and summer contributed 57.7–73.4% of total exposure for the year. As a whole, 8.1% and 1.8% of the schoolchildren were exposed to more than 1 minimum erythemal dose (MED) and 2 MED of solar UV in a day, respectively. The estimated yearly UV exposure ranged from 49 207 J/m2 in Miyazaki to 31 520 J/m2 in Tsukuba. The actual UV exposure correlated to potential UV exposure, estimated using outdoor‐activity records and ambient UV irradiance, but the ratio differed by season and site. The yearly average of percent UV exposure to ambient UV on a horizontal plane ranged from 9.9% in Tokyo to 4.0% in Naha. In the questionnaire survey on outdoor‐activity pattern, a short question “How long did you spend time outdoors between 0900 and 1500 h?” gives the best estimates of UV exposure.  相似文献
