以咪唑并[1,2-b]哒嗪为原料,与N-碘代丁二酰亚胺在三氟乙酸/二氯甲烷中于室温进行碘代反应制得3-碘咪唑并[1,2-b]哒嗪(3);3与三甲基硅基乙炔在Pd(OAc)_2催化下经Sonogashira偶联反应制得3-三甲基硅基乙炔基咪唑并[1,2-b]哒嗪(4);4在碳酸钾作用下脱除三甲基硅基合成了3-炔基咪唑并[1,2-b]哒嗪,总收率61.2%,其结构经~1H NMR和HR-MS确证。  相似文献

考察了不同溶剂(如N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙腈、聚乙二醇、1-甲基-3-己基咪唑六氟磷酸盐)以及不同共催化剂(如十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、四丁基溴化铵、溴化锂)对苯甲醛酰胺羰化反应的影响.与使用高沸点的有机溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮相比,使用乙腈、聚乙二醇和1-甲基-3-己基咪唑六氟磷酸盐作溶剂,反应后处理过程大大简化,反应界面更加友好.聚乙二醇作溶剂首次应用于酰胺羰化反应.  相似文献

以环己酮和2-硫代乙内酰脲为起始原料,经Knoevenagel缩合反应制得5-亚环己基-2-硫代咪唑啉-4-酮(1),化合物1在乙醇钠/乙醇体系中与碘甲烷反应得到5-亚环己基-2-甲硫基咪唑啉-4-酮(2),化合物2再与相应的取代苯胺或苄胺在冰醋酸体系中回流制得目标化合物5-亚环己基-2-取代氨基咪唑啉酮3a~3r,它们的化学结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和X-ray单晶衍射确证.5-亚环己基-2-对氯苄氨基咪唑啉酮(3q):Mr=335.83,C16H18ClN3O CH4O,Monoclinic,P2(1)/n,ρ=1.264 g/cm3,F(000)=712,Z=4,a=0.59895(12)nm,b=1.2161(2)nm,c=2.4289(5)nm,β=94.03(3)°.初步生物活性测定结果表明:在50μg/mL浓度下,部分目标化合物均对供试菌种显现出一定的抑制活性,其中5-亚环己基-2-对氟苄氨基咪唑啉酮(3p)对油菜菌核的EC50为24.37μg/mL,3q对辣椒疫霉的EC50为28.68μg/mL.  相似文献

本文报告了利用磷试剂制备2-氧代-3-甲基-3-异丙基-3H-咪唑并[2,1-a]-1-氧代-异吲哚及其异构体3-氧代-2-甲基-2-异丙基-2H-咪唑并[2,1-a]-1-氧代-异吲哚和2-[4,5-二氢化-4-甲基-4-异丙基-5-氧代-1H-咪唑啉-2-基]-N,N-二烷基-苯甲酰胺的新方法。本文方法具有反应条件温和、反应时间较短和收率较高等特点。  相似文献

设计了多种合成路线制备芳香炔基树枝状化合物中间体1,3,5-三[(4’-乙炔基苯基)乙炔基]苯,通过一系列的合成路线和反应条件的对比,发现多官能团的端基炔化合物与芳基溴化合物之间发生多重Sonogashira反应时,常会生成不同取代程度的极性相似化合物,因而难以分离.采用多官能团的端基炔化合物与芳基碘化合物反应可以避免这种情况.最终确定以1,3,5-三溴苯和2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇为原料,制得中间产物1,3,5-三乙炔基苯;再以对碘苯胺和三甲基硅乙炔为原料,经重氮化化、卤代反应制得4-三甲基硅乙炔基碘苯;后者与1,3,5-三乙炔苯经Sonogashira反应、裂解去保护反应,制得化合物1,3,5-三[(4’-乙炔基苯基)乙炔基]苯.用1H NMR,13C NMR,元素分析等表征手段确认了中间体及最终产物的结构.  相似文献

在微波辐射下,以酸性离子液体甲基咪唑丙磺酸-三氟乙酸为催化剂,利用一锅法由乙酰香豆素、氨基硫脲和α-溴代芳乙酮三组分反应合成了系列3-{1-[2-(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)亚肼基]乙基}香豆素,反应时间短,操作简便,收率高(85%~95%),催化剂可回收循环使用,对环境友好.  相似文献

以1-磺丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐离子液体(b)为反应介质,7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA,2)为原料,与4-甲基-5-甲酰基噻唑经缩合反应制得(6R,7R)-7-氨基-3-[2-(4-甲基-5-噻唑)乙烯基]-8-氧代-5-硫-1-氮杂双环[4.2.0]辛-2-烯-2-羧酸(7-ATCA,1),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和IR表征。考察了离子液体及其用量,原料摩尔比r[n(4-甲基-5-甲酰基噻唑)∶n(2)],反应温度和反应时间对1收率的影响。在最佳反应条件[b为反应介质,b用量为20 m L,r=1.3,于65℃反应5 h]下,1收率可达90%以上。  相似文献

本文研究了羰基钼(钨)与双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)甲酮和双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)甲烷以及双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)乙烯的反应,获得了6个双齿螯合的双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)甲酮,双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)甲烷和双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)乙烯四羰基金属衍生物,以及1个单齿配位的双(1-甲基咪唑-2-基)乙烯五羰基钨化合物。它们的结构通过红外,核磁以及X-射线单晶衍射分析得到确证。所有这些新化合物的电化学测试表明,它们只存在一个不可逆的氧化过程。  相似文献

羟甲基或碘甲基取代的3,4-亚乙基二氧噻吩(EDOT)衍生物与含氰乙基或羧酸基的四硫代富瓦烯(TTF)衍生物通过酯化或醚化反应可生成EDOT-TTF类型的化合物.在此过程中发现,由3,4-二羟基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(1)与环氧溴丙烷经醚化反应生成的关环产物是一个由3,4-二氧-羟甲基乙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(2)与3,4-二氧-2’-羟基亚丙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(2’)组成的混合物,两者很难用常规手段分离.由(2+2’)衍生的2,5-二羧酸甲酯-3,4-二氧-碘代甲基亚乙基噻吩(3)和3,4-二氧-碘代亚丙基噻吩-2,5-二羧酸甲酯(3’)以及3,4-二氧-羟甲基亚乙基噻吩(4)与3,4-二氧-2’-羟基亚丙基噻吩(4’)与2-氰乙基硫-3-甲基硫-6,7-二(正己基硫)-四硫代富瓦烯(TTF-1)或2-羧甲基硫-3-甲基硫-6,7-二(正己基硫)-四硫代富瓦烯(TTF-3)进行醚化或酯化反应表现出了高度的选择性,只有3能与TTF-1反应生成结构单一的EDOT-TTF 1.同样只有4能与TTF-3反应生成结构单一的EDOT-TTF 2.  相似文献

In an effort to discover lead compounds that may be of importance as potent antifungal agents, a series of novel 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium carboxylate ionic liquids were efficiently synthesized through a solvent-free ultrasound-assisted quaternization reaction of 1-methylimidazole and alkyl bromides RBr (R = hexyl, octyl) followed by an anion exchange process with selected carboxylate anions (cinnamate, salicylate, crotonate, and oxalate). Quantitative yields obtained were in the range of 86–94%. Structure characterization was done using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectroscopic techniques. All the synthesized compounds showed in vitro antifungal activity against the fungus Candida albicans with the minimum inhibitory concentrations found to be less than or equal to 1%. Preliminary cytotoxicity assays (trypan blue exclusion and MTT) were performed on all ionic liquids and findings revealed higher lymphocyte viability in 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium carboxylate ionic liquids than in 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium counterparts. No extensive toxicity effect was observed with the carboxylate anion variation. Among the tested compounds, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium crotonate and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium oxalate exhibited the lowest cytotoxicity in the trypan blue exclusion and MTT assays, respectively. Together, our results highlight the potential of carboxylate-based ionic liquids in the development of next-generation antifungal drugs.  相似文献

A dye-sensitized solar cell fabricated using the room temperature molten salt, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide, iodine and a low molecular weight gelator as a quasisolid-state electrolyte showed a 5.0% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency under AM 1.5 irradiation, and high-temperature stability.  相似文献

Raman spectra of the ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4mim][PF6]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C6mim]Cl), and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C6mim][PF6]), and binary mixtures thereof, have been assigned using ab initio MP2 calculations. The previously reported anti and gauche forms of the [C4mim]+ cation have been observed, and this study reveals this to be a general feature of the long-chain 1-alkyl derivatives. Analysis of mixtures of [C6mim]Cl and [C6mim][PF6] has provided information on the nature of the hydrogen bonding between the imidazolium headgroup and the anions, and the invariance of the essentially 50:50 mixture of the predominant conformers informs on the nature of glass formation in these systems.  相似文献

Critical micelle concentration (CMC) of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), an anionic surfactant, has been investigated in aqueous solutions of a variety of room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs): 1,3-dimethylimidazolium iodide (Me2IM-I, 2), 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BMIM-Cl, 3), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (HxMIM-Cl, 4), 1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium chloride (MOIM-Cl), 5, and 1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (MOIM-BF4, 6). The CMC of SDS is shown to correlate with the nature of the alkyl groups in the RTILs; SDS showed appreciably higher CMCs in presence of ionic liquids 2 and 3, whereas in the presence of ionic liquids 4, 5, and 6 much smaller CMCs were observed. The nature of the gigenions, Cl- or BF4-, has no noticeable effect on the observed CMC values.  相似文献

The density, viscosity and conductivity of ionic liquids (ILs), 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([omim][BF4]), 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([omim][Cl]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([hmim] BF4]), 1-hexyl- 3-methylimidazolium chloride ([hmim][Cl]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([hmim][PF6]), and the [omim][BF4] + [omim][Cl], [hmim][BF4] + [hmim][Cl], and [hmim][PF6] + [hmim][Cl] binary mixtures were studied at dif- ferent temperatures. It was demonstrated that the densities of both the neat ILs and their mixtures varied linearly with temper- ature. The density sensitivity of a binary mixture is between those of the two components. The excess molar volumes (VE) of [hmim][BF4] + [hmim][Cl] and [hmim][PF6] + [hmim][Cl] mixtures are positive in the whole composition range. For [omim][BF4] + [omim][Cl], the VE is also positive in the [omim][Cl]-rich region, but is negative in the [omim][BF4]-rich re- gion. The viscosity or conductivity of a mixture is in the intermediate of those of the two neat ILs. For all the neat ILs and the binary mixtures studied, the order of conductivity is opposite to that of the viscosity. The Vogel-Tammann-Fulcher (VTF) equations can be used to fit the viscosity and conductivity of all the neat ILs and the binary mixtures. The neat ILs and their mixtures obey the Fractional Walden Rule very well, and the values of the Walden slopes are all smaller than unit, indicating obvious ion associations in the neat ILs and the binary mixtures.  相似文献

在(298.15 ±0.01) K下用转动弹热量计测定了离子液体硫酸乙酯-1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑(EMIES)及合成它的原料1-甲基咪唑的恒容燃烧热,通过计算得到它们的标准燃烧焓 分别为(-2671±2) 和(-286.3±0.5) kJ·mol-1;标准生成焓 分别为(-3060±3) kJ·mol-1和(-2145±4) kJ·mol-1.结合文献上硫酸二乙酯的标准生成焓数据,得到了合成离子液体EMIES的反应热(-102.3±1.0) kJ·mol-1,与合成实验中观察到的强烈放热现象是一致的.根据离子液体EMIES的热容数据,计算了不同温度下EMIES的标准生成焓.  相似文献

The computational methodology for updating existing values of Abraham model ion-specific equation coefficients is illustrated using published experimental solubility and partition coefficient for solutes dissolved in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate. The updated Abraham model ion-specific equation coefficients that are reported for the trifluoroacetate anion are based on 51 experimental values.  相似文献
