2 =hv, is reexamined. A modified approach is then developed. This leads to a set of mutually coherent new relations with respect to which de Broglie's relationsp =h/ andW =mc
2 =hv appear as certain approximations. The mentioned set of new relations entails the prediction of specific effects which can be verified experimentally. If it is confirmed, this set of new relations might constitute the germ of a theory able to accomplish a veritable unification of relativity and microphysics. 相似文献

For the first time it is shown that the logic of quantum mechanics can be derived from classical physics. An orthomodular
lattice of propositions characteristic of quantum logic, is constructed for manifolds in Einstein’s theory of general relativity.
A particle is modelled by a topologically non-trivial 4-manifold with closed timelike curves—a 4-geon, rather than as an evolving
3-manifold. It is then possible for both the state preparationand measurement apparatus to constrain the results of experiments. It is shown that propositions about the results of measurements
can satisfy a non-distributive logic rather than the Boolean logic of classical systems. Reasonable assumptions about the

This subtle effect can be tested by measuring the frequency changes in the Zeeman splitting of moving atoms, the change of helicity of elementary particles, and the current induced in a moving coil. This paper is devoted to a study of some of the basic conditions which have to be satisfied by a hidden variable theory in
order that it can reproduce the quantum mechanical probabilities. Of course one such condition, which emerges from the important
theorem of Bell, is that a hidden variable theory has to be non-local. It is shown that a hidden variable theory is also incompatible
with the conventional interpretation of mixed states and the mixing operation in quantum theory. It is therefore concluded
that, apart from being non-local, a hidden variable theory would also necessarily violate the usual assumption of quantum
theory that the density operator provides an adequate characterization of any ensemble of systems, pure or mixed. 相似文献
