利用水热法合成了两种过渡金属配合物为模板剂的含水硼酸盐晶体Co(en)3[B4O5(OH)4]Cl·3H2O(1) 和 [Ni(en)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·2H2O (2),并通过元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱及热重分析对其进行了表征。化合物1晶体结构的主要特点是在所有组成Co(en)33+, [B4O5(OH)4]2–, Cl– 和 H2O之间通过O–H…O、O–H…Cl、N–H…Cl和N–H…O四种氢键连接形成网状超分子结构。化合物2晶体结构的特点是[B5O6(OH)4]–阴离子通过O–H…O氢键连接形成沿a方向有较大通道的三维超分子骨架,模板剂[Ni(en)3]2+阳离子和结晶水分子填充在通道中。  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of dipotassium di‐μ‐oxo‐bis[aqua(oxalato‐O1,O2)oxomolybdenum(III)] trihydrate, K2­[Mo2O4(C2O4)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, has been determined from X‐ray diffraction data. In the dimeric anion, which has approximate twofold symmetry, each Mo atom is in a distorted octahedral coordination, being bonded to one terminal oxo‐O atom, two bridging O atoms, two O atoms from the oxalato ligand and one from the water mol­ecule. Bond lengths trans to the multiple‐bonded terminal oxo ligand are larger than those in the cis position, confirming the trans influence as a generally valid rule.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

Treating [Cp*V(μ‐Cl)2]3 (Cp* = C5Me5) and [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)2MoMe2], respectively, with Me3SnF afforded the title compounds [Cp*V(μ‐F)2]4 ( 1 ) and [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)2MoF2] · THF ( 2 ). 1 has a tetrameric structure, in which four V atoms can be regarded as being arranged at the vertices of a distorted tetrahedron, with four long edges bridged by one F atom and each of the other two short edges bridged by two F atoms with a mean V–F bond length of 2.00 Å. A hydrolyzed product of 2 , [(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3N)6Mo43‐F)2Me2(μ‐O)4] ( 3 ) was characterized by elemental analyses and X‐ray single crystal study. The X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that 3 has a unique tetranuclear structure, containing two five and two six coordinated Mo atoms connecting each other by four μ‐O and two μ3‐F atoms. The geometries around the two Mo atoms can be described having distorted trigonal bipyramidal and distorted octahedral coordination spheres, respectively. The Mo–(μ‐O) bond lengths are 1.813 Å (average) for five coordinated Mo atoms and 2.030 Å (average) for those of six coordinated, respectively, indicating an additional π bonding between five coordinated Mo atoms and the μ‐O atoms. The Mo–(μ3‐F) distances range from 2.291 to 2.352 Å.  相似文献

Coordination Polymeric 1, 2‐Dithiooxalato and 1, 2‐Dithiosquarato Complexes. Syntheses and Structures of [BaCr2(bipy)2(1, 2‐dtox)4(H2O)2], [Ni(cyclam)(1, 2‐dtsq)]·2DMF, [Ni(cyclam)Mn(1, 2‐dtsq)2(H2O)2]·2H22, and [H3O][H5O2][Cu(cyclam)]3[Cu2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]2 1, 2‐Dithioxalate and 1, 2‐dithiosquarate ions have a pair of soft and hard donor centers and thus are suited for the formation of coordination polymeric complexes containing soft and hard metal ions. The structures of four compounds with building blocks containing these ligands are reported: In [BaCr2(bipy)2(1, 2‐dtox)4(H2O)2] Barium ions and pairs of Cr(bipy)(1, 2‐dtox)2 complexes form linear chains by the bisbidentate coordination of the dithiooxalate ligands towards Ba2+ and Cr3+. In [Ni(cyclam)(1, 2‐dtsq)]·2DMF short NÖH···O hydrogen bonds link the NiS2N4‐octahedra with C2v‐symmetry to an infinite chain. In [Ni(cyclam)Mn(1, 2‐dtsq)2(H2O)2]·2H2O the 1, 2‐dithiosquarato ligand shows a rare example of S‐coordination towards manganese(II). The sulfur atoms of cis‐MnO2S4‐polyedra are weakly coordinated towards the axial sites of square‐planar NiN4‐centers, thus forming a zig‐zag‐chain of Mn···Ni···Mn···Ni polyhedra. [H3O][H5O2][Cu (cyclam)]3[Cu2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]2 contains square planar [CuII(cyclam)]2+ ions and dinuclear [CuI2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]4— ions. Here each copper atom is trigonally planar coordinated by S‐donor atoms of the ligands. The Cu…Cu distance is 2.861(4)Å.  相似文献

The title organic–inorganic hybrid compound, [Co(C10H8N2O2)2(H2O)2]2[Mo8O26]·2H2O, consists of [Co(bpdo)2(H2O)2]2+ (bpdo is 2,2‐bipyridine N,N′‐dioxide) and ξ‐[Mo8O26]4− groups in a 2:1 ratio, plus two water solvent molecules. The independent Co atom in the cation is coordinated by four O atoms from two bpdo ligands and two water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The counter‐anions, built up around a symmetry center, are linked by solvent water molecules through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate two‐dimensional layers, which are in turn linked by coordinated water molecules from the cationic units through further O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Bis(tetraphenylphosphonium)‐tris(μ‐hydroxo)hexaaquatriberylliumpentachloride, (Ph4P)2[Be3(μ‐OH)3(H2O)6]Cl5 ( 1 ), was surprisingly obtained by reaction of (Ph4P)N3 · n H2O with BeCl2 in dichloromethane suspension and subsequent crystallization from acetonitrile to give single crystals of composition 1· 5.25CH3CN. According to the crystal structure determination space group P , Z = 2, lattice dimensions at 100 K: a = 1354.8(2), b = 1708.7(2), c = 1753.2(2) pm, α = 114.28(1)°, β = 94.80(1)°, γ = 104.51(1)°, R1 = 0.0586] the [Be3(μ‐OH)3(H2O)6]3+ cations form six‐mem‐bered Be3O3 rings with boat conformation and distorted tetrahedrally coordinated beryllium atoms with the terminally coordinated H2O molecules. The structure ist characterized by a complicated three dimensional hydrogen‐bridging network including O–H ··· O, O–H ··· Cl, and O–H ··· NCCH3 contacts. DFT calculations result in nearly planar [Be3(OH)3] six‐membered ring conformations.  相似文献

水热合成并通过红外、热重、单晶X-射线衍射表征了一个新颖镍配位阳离子修饰的还原型钼磷酸盐,Ni[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2][Ni(H2O)2][Ni(H2O)(bipy)2]4·5H2O。单晶X-射线衍射研究表明,两个{Mo6P4}簇单元通过一个镍离子连接形成一个Ni[Mo6P4]2二聚结构单元,其进一步和其他的镍配位阳离子连接成钼磷酸盐一维链状结构。在H2O2存在下的液-固体系中,使用该化合物催化氧化苯甲醛的探针反应结果表明,该化合物具有较高的催化氧化活性。  相似文献

The compounds (NMe4)5[As2Mo8V4AsO40] · 3 H2O 2a , (NH4)21[H3Mo57V6(NO)6O183(H2O)18] · 65 H2O 3a , (NH2Me2)18(NH4)6[Mo57V6(NO)6O183(H2O)18] · 14 H2O 3b and (NH4)12[Mo36(NO)4O108(H2O)16] · 33 H2O 4a ( 3a and 4a were not correctly reported in the literature regarding to their composition, structures and the oxidation states of the metal centres) which contain large isolated anionic species, have been prepared (among them 3a, 3b , and 4a in rather high yield) and characterized by complete crystal structure analysis as well as IR/Raman, UV/VIS/NIR, ESR spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurements, redox titrations, bond valence sum calculations, elemental analyses and thermogravimetric studies. Perspectives for polyoxometalate chemistry referring to the synthesis of “extremely” large nanoscaled species are discussed, together with the occurrence of a large transferable {Mo17} building block in the compounds 3a, 3b and 4a which also exists in the corresponding iron compound Na3(NH4)12[H15Mo57Fe6(NO)6O183(H2O)18] · 76 H2O 7a .  相似文献

Reactions of a freshly prepared Zn(OH)2‐2x(CO3)x · yH2O precipitate, phenanthroline with azelaic and sebacic acid in CH3OH/H2O afforded [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] · 3H2O ( 2 ), respectively. They were structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction methods. Compound 1 consists of complex molecules [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] in which the Zn atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different monodentate hydrogen azelaato groups. Intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···π interactions and the intermolecular C(aryl)‐H···O and O‐H···O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the supramolecular assembly of the [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] complexes. Compound 2 is built up from crystal H2O molecules and the centrosymmetric binuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] complex, in which two [Zn(phen)(H2O)]2+ moieties are bridged by two sebacato ligands. Through the intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···O hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions, the binuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched. One μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(L1)(μ‐C6H5CO2)] ( 1 )(H3L1 = 1,3‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)), and two μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu4(L1)2(μ‐C8H10O4)(DMF)2]·H2O ( 2 ) and [Cu4(L2)2(μ‐C5H6O4]·2H2O·2CH3CN ( 3 ) (H3L2 = 1,3‐bis(5‐bromo‐salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)) have been prepared and characterized. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the structure of complex 1 is dimeric with two adjacent copper(II) atoms bridged by μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato ligands where the Cu···Cu distances and Cu‐O(alkoxo)‐Cu angles are 3.5 11 Å and 132.8°, respectively. Complexes 2 and 3 consist of a μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear Cu(II) complex with mean Cu‐Cu distances and Cu‐O‐Cu angles of 3.092 Å and 104.2° for 2 and 3.486 Å and 129.9° for 3 , respectively. Magnetic measurements reveal that 1 is strong antiferromagnetically coupled with 2J =‐210 cm?1 while 2 and 3 exhibit ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 126 cm?1 and 82 cm?1 (averaged), respectively. The 2J values of 1–3 are correlated to dihedral angles and the Cu‐O‐Cu angles. Dependence of the pH at 25 °C on the reaction rate of oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol (3,5‐DTBC) to the corresponding quinone (3,5‐DTBQ) catalyzed by 1–3 was studied. Complexes 1–3 exhibit catecholase‐like active at above pH 8 and 25 °C for oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol.  相似文献

The arsenomolybdates [H2As2Mo6O26(H2O)] · (H2biyb)2 · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [H3As2Mo6O26] · (H3pt)2 ( 2 ) [biyb = 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, pt = 4′‐(3′′‐pyridyl)‐2,3′:6′3′′‐terpyridine] were synthesized via hydrothermal method. The structures of the compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and TG analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit two isomeric forms of [HxAs2Mo6O26](6–x)–. The structure of 1 is constructed from the B‐type [H2As2Mo6O26(H2O)]4– polyanions and free biyb ligands via weak interactions to form 3D supramolecular framework with a {3 · 4 · 53 · 6}{3 · 43 · 52}{3 · 5 · 6}2{3 · 52}2 topology structure. In compound 2 , the A‐type [H3As2Mo6O26]3– clusters are surrounded by pt ligands through hydrogen bond interactions forming 3D supramolecular framework with a {43 · 63}2{46 · 66 · 83} topology structure. The electrochemical behaviors, electrocatalytic and photocatalytic activities of 1 and 2 are detected.  相似文献

The blue copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2][Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2] · 10 H2O, which was prepared by reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, CuCl2 · 2 H2O and Na2CO3 in the presence of succinic acid in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 13.0, crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with cell dimensions: a = 9.515(1) Å, b = 12.039(1) Å, c = 12.412(2) Å, α = 70.16(1)°, β = 85.45(1)°, γ = 81.85(1)°, V = 1323.2(2) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure consists of dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2]2+ complex cations, dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2]2– complex anions and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. In both the centrosymmetric dinuclear cation and anion, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three O atoms of two μ‐OH groups and respectively one H2O molecule or one CO32– anion to complete distorted [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids with the H2O molecule or the CO32– anion at the apical position (equatorial d(Cu–O) = 1.939–1.961 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.026–2.051 Å and axial d(Cu–O) = 2.194, 2.252 Å). Two adjacent [CuN2O3] square pyramids are condensed via two μ‐OH groups. Through the interionic hydrogen bonds, the dinuclear cations and anions are linked into 1D chains with parallel phen ligands on both sides. Interdigitation of phen ligands of neighboring 1D chains generated 2D layers, between which the hydrogen bonded water molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

The new organotin(IV) squarates and croconates [SnMe2(H2O)2]C4O4 ( 1 ), [SnMe3]2C4O4 ( 2 ), and [SnMe3(H2O)]2C5O5 ( 3 ), were prepared by salt metathesis from the appropriate sodium salts, and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. While 1 and 2 are coordination polymers with bridging C4O42– anions, compound 3 exists as a monomer in the solid state. In the hydrated compounds 1 and 3 , the molecules are interconnected by various types of O–H ··· O bridges between non‐coordinated carbonyl oxygen atoms and water ligands, resulting in a supramolecular layer ( 1 , 2 ) or network structure ( 3 ), respectively.  相似文献

Molybdenum and Tungsten Complexes with MNS Sequences. Crystal Structures of [MoCl3(N3S2)(1,4‐dioxane)2] and [Mo2Cl2(μ‐NSN)2(μ‐O)(NCMe3)(OCMe3)2]2 The cyclo‐thiazeno complexes [Cl3MNSNSN]2 of molybdenum and tungsten react with 1,4‐dioxane in dichloromethane suspension to give the binuclear donor‐acceptor complexes [μ‐(1,4‐dioxane){MCl3(N3S2)}2] which are characterized by IR spectroscopy. With excess 1,4‐dioxane the molybdenum compound forms the complex [MoCl3(N3S2)(1,4‐dioxane)2] in which, according to the crystal structure determination, one of the dioxane molecules coordinates at the molybdenum atom, the other one at one of the sulfur atoms of the cyclo‐thiazeno ring. The μ‐(NSN2–) complex [Mo2Cl2(μ‐NSN)2(μ‐O)(NCMe3)(OCMe3)2]2 has been obtained by the reaction of [MoN(OCMe3)3] with trithiazyle chloride in carbontetrachloride solution. According to the crystal structure determination this compound forms centrosymmetric dimeric molecules via two of the nitrogen atoms of two of the μ‐(NSN) groups to give a Mo2N2 fourmembered ring. [MoCl3(N3S2)(1,4‐dioxane)2]: Space group P21/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at –70 °C: a = 1522.9(2); b = 990.3(1); c = 1161.7(1) pm; β = 106.31(1)°, R1 = 0.0317. [Mo2Cl2(μ‐NSN)2(μ‐O)(NCMe3)(OCMe3)2]2 · 4 CCl4: Space group P21/c, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –83 °C: a = 1216.7(1); b = 2193.1(2); c = 1321.8(1) pm; β = 98.23(1)°; R1 = 0.0507.  相似文献

The calcium salts Ca2P2O6 · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Ca(H2O)3(H2P2O6)] · 0.5(C12H24O6) · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca and compound 2 in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The crystal structure of compound 1 consists of chains of edge‐sharing [CaO7] polyhedra linked by hypodiphosphate(IV) anions to form a three‐dimensional network. The crystal structure of compound 2 consists of alternated layers of crown ether and water molecules and respective ionic units. Within the layers of ionic units the Ca2+ cations are octahedrally coordinated by three monodentate dihydrogenhypodiphosphate(IV) anions and three water molecules. The IR/Raman spectra of the title compounds were recorded and interpreted, especially with respect to the [P2O6]4– and [H2P2O6]2– groups. The phase purity of 2 was verified by powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献

A new cyano‐bridged binuclear 4f‐3d complex Sm(DMSO)4‐(H2O)3Cr(CN)6 was synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a=0.9367(2) nm, b = 1.3917(3) nm, c = 1.1212(2) run, β = 99.88(3)° and Z = 2. In this binuclear complex, Sm atom is eight coordinated and linked to the Cr atom by a cyano bridge. The molecules packs to form 3D structure due to the hydrogen bonds among them. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]Cr(CN)6·3H2O (18‐C‐6 represents 18‐crown‐6‐ether) that was synthesized as a byproduct in the preparation of a Gd—Cr complex is also structurally characterized. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P‐l with a = 1.0496(7) nm, b= 1.1567(14) nm, c = 1.3530(13) nm, a = 94.15(9)°, β = 96.04(8)°, γ = 95.25(9)° and Z = l. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]‐Cr(CN)6·3H2O consists of ionic [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ and [Cr(CN)6]3‐ pairs, of which the [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ ion is a trinuclear duster connected by water, and K atoms are eight coordinated by eight oxygen atoms of one 18‐C‐6 and two water molecules.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water mol­ecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water mol­ecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

New Coordination Motives at Cyclothiazeno Complexes of Molybdenum and Tungsten. Crystal Structures of [{Mo(N3S2)(Cl)(OtBu)2}{Mo(O)(N3S2)(OtBu)}]2 and [W(N3S2)2(LiCl){N≡W(NPPh3)3}2] The metalla cyclothiazeno complexes (Cyclo-1λ6-metalla-3,5-dithia-2,4,6-triazino complexes) [{Mo(N3S2)(Cl) · (OtBu)2}{Mo(O)(N3S2)(OtBu)}]2 ( 1 ) and [W(N3S2)2(LiCl) · {N≡W(NPPh3)3}2] ( 2 ) are formed from [MoCl3(N3S2)]2 and LiOtBu in toluene, and from [WCl3(N3S2)]2 and LiNPPh3 in THF, respectively. The complexes form moisture sensitive, black ( 1 ) or brown ( 2 ) crystals, which we characterized by crystal structure analyses. 1 · Toluene: Space group P 1, Z = 1, lattice dimensions at –83 °C: a = 934.2(1), b = 964.4(1), c = 1700.3(1) pm; α = 83.54(1)°, β = 78.35(1)°, γ = 71.56(1)°, R1 = 0.0339. 2 · 1.625 Toluene · 0.75 THF: Space group P 1, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 1313.8(1), b = 2896.8(2), c = 3384.9(3) pm; α = 82.42(1)°, β = 88.71(1)°, γ = 77.28(1)°, R1 = 0.0603.  相似文献
