We present the state of construction of an electronic dictionary of French with broad lexical coverage. This dictionary system is composed of : a) a morphological dictionary of more than 70 000 entries which are used to access b) dictionaries of compound words (nouns and adverbs), and c) a lexicon-grammar where syntactic properties of verbs, adjectives and nouns have been systematically represented. The cryptology has been for a long time the fact of the army. The cryptography was considered not as a mean of communication but as a weapon. Nowadays, in France the cryptography can be used with a free access. The supply, the importation and the exportation of means and services of cryptology have been liberalized. The purpose of this article is to study the relations between liberty and security in the frame of the cryptology, for France. The process of liberalization can be explain by the deregulation in the telecommunication field for a small part, and by the emergence of the electronic trade for the biggest part. The security has not been forgotten. The cryptology is not a tool as the others. Some few restrictions of authorizations and declarations have been maintained. The non respect of these restrictions can generate sanctions not always used. The relation liberty/security appeared also in the electronic signature, adopted by the European Union in 1999 and in the European countries, especially in France. The electronic signature, by the way of the certification services need to use the cryptology, to be recognized and protected. The industrials have succeed, with the liberalization of the cryptology and their software, to build a famous system, not already finished: the security of the society information. 相似文献

Integrated service digital networks concepts are currently well established and a number of administrations or network operators are expecting to offer some isdn services soon on a commercial basis: most of these services currently under consideration are based on 64 kbit/s circuit switched bearer capabilities which are inherent to the integrated digital networks from which the isdns are emerging. However network evolution strategies are still under elaboration for the integration of packet switching capabilities. This paper focusses on the steps that, in the view of the French PTT Administration, are necessary to allow a smooth integration of packet switching features in the isdn while preserving a valuable coexistence with existing and well established public switched packet data networks, such as the Transpac network in France. Whilst the commercial opening of the circuit switched based isdn services is planned by 1988, following the Renan pilot, the PTT research center is carrying out the evaluation of the packet feature integration strategy in the isdn, with the Cérame experiment presented here after. Finally the Alcatel developments in relation to the support of isdn packet switched services are presented together with indications on systems impacts. 相似文献
