以1330 nm波段的超辐射发光二极管为光源,利用可调谐光纤法珀滤波器为滤光元件,设计了一套光纤煤矿瓦斯传感系统,该系统采用了参考测量方法和差分吸收技术:一路参考光被引出用以消除光源波动的影响:扫描光纤法珀滤波器获得信号光波长和参考光波长,在实现差分吸收测量的同时,避免了不同滤光元件性能差异和中心波长漂移的影响,实验结果表明,所设计的光纤煤矿瓦斯传感系统的最低可探测甲烷浓度为0.15%.  相似文献

基于差分吸收法,研究了一种光纤瓦斯传感系统.采用双波长参考测量法,选取输出波长为1551nm的分布式反馈半导体激光器作为参考光源,输出波长为1 653nm的激光器作为甲烷气体的吸收峰处光源,通过改变甲烷气体吸收峰处激光器的输出波长,使其扫描到甲烷气体的吸收峰,通过比较吸收峰处和没有吸收峰处的光功率,测得甲烷气体浓度的分辨率达到0.038%.实验结果表明该系统的分辨率高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强,可用于对煤矿瓦斯气体的检测.  相似文献

对于干涉型光纤法布里-珀罗(FFP)传感系统,外界环境对解调干涉仪的扰动是其主要噪声源之一。在光纤布拉格光栅构成的FFP传感系统中,对比分析了采用参考传感器和参考光源两种抗噪方法。实验结果表明,对于单频和宽带干扰,两种方法均可提高信噪比到40dB。而且由于采用窄线宽光纤激光器作为参考光源的噪声水平较低,其差分探测结果具有更好的抗噪效果。  相似文献

研究制作了基于宽谱光源的光纤传感波长解调系统, 以多光纤光栅作为波长参考基准、采用可调谐光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)滤波器作为波长扫描器件。系统中采用三次多项式拟合的方法对滤波器锯齿波的扫描电压与透射波长关系曲线进行非线性拟合, 解决可调谐光纤F-P滤波器的电压—波长非线性关系对系统测量带来的较大误差问题, 实现波长的高精度解调。采用五光纤光栅做波长参考, 单根光纤光栅传感器的解调实验结果表明:待测光纤光栅布拉格波长短期测量分辨率为3.5 pm, 长期测量稳定性为7 pm。采用该系统对光纤非本征法布里-珀罗干涉型(EFPI)应变传感器的测试结果表明, 测量应变灵敏度为2.41 nm/με, 并且应变和波长之间存在良好的线性关系, 线性相关度达到0.99991。  相似文献

提出了一种基于混沌光纤激光器的准分布式布拉格光纤光栅传感系统,将波长可调谐的混沌光纤激光器作为传感光源,全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅作为传感元件。利用混沌光源具有delta函数的自相关特性,将混沌源的参考光信号与从全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅反射的光信号经光电探测器进行光电转换,结合相关法对参考光和反射光进行相关运算,根据相关峰的位置对传感器位置进行精确定位。利用混沌激光的可调谐性实现因应力作用而发生变化的全同弱反射光纤光栅的中心波长的解调,从而实现准分布式的传感网络。实验结果表明利用混沌激光可在单路光纤上复用全同弱反射光纤光栅实现传感,并有望实现密集型全同弱反射光纤光栅传感网络。  相似文献

根据比尔-朗伯定律, 设计了一种用于检测瓦斯气体浓度的新型光纤瓦斯传感系统。该系统利用光纤布拉格光栅优良的窄带滤波特性来产生差分吸收测量所需的窄谱光信号, 具有光路全光纤化、结构简单的特点。采用非球面光纤准直器构成光纤瓦斯传感探头, 提高了探头的光学稳定性, 进一步提高了测量灵敏度和测量稳定性。实验数据及结果表明, 系统具有良好的稳定性, 其测量灵敏度可达0.01%的体积分数, 测量范围大于5%的体积分数。  相似文献

从多光束干涉的基本原理出发,分析了光源光谱对光纤光布里-珀罗应变传感系统的影响。通过分析发现光源光谱的高斯分布会使光纤法布里-珀罗应变传感系统产生测量误差,并从理论上推导出了这种误差的计算公式;通过计算机仿真发现光源的影响使应变测量结果出现了连续周期性和跳变,并通过实验验证了这种变化规律。  相似文献

提出了一种利用光纤超荧光光源的线性边带做边缘滤波器进行多点多参量实时测量的地震波信号解调系统.由于光源波长检测灵敏度对解调系统的灵敏度起决定作用,故对光源进行了优化设计,使得光源所用的线性段斜率得到了大幅度提高.所设计的解调系统以光源在吸收峰1530 nm 处的两段斜边将系统分为两个部分,各部分对应4个通道.通过对其中两个通道进行地震检波模拟测量,传感解调系统的两部分静态波长灵敏度分别为887.5 mV/nm和-971.7 mV/nm,应变分辨力分别达到了0.95με和0.86με关键词: 光纤光学 地震检波解调 边沿滤波器 光纤光源  相似文献

提出了一种大幅度提高外腔式法布里珀罗干涉传感器干涉信号强度的方法 ,利用掺铒光纤放大自发辐射产生的光源代替一般宽带光源 ,同时由于掺铒光纤的放大作用可以放大干涉信号 ,将光纤法布里珀罗传感器的信号强度提高了 4个数量级 ,因而利用该方法可获得很强的信号和较高的信噪比。介绍了基于光放大的外腔式法布里珀罗干涉传感系统的结构、测量原理及实验。实验结果表明该传感器的应变精度为± 10 με,可满足实际应用的要求。该传感系统在大幅度提高传感器信号强度的同时并未提高系统的成本 ,因此有着较高的性价比和实用价值。  相似文献

将乙炔(C2H2)气体的吸收光谱作为标准波长参考,对可调谐光纤法布里-珀罗滤波器进行波长实时定标,使解调系统的测量精度提高到1 pm.根据可调谐光纤法布里-珀罗滤波器谐振波长的周期性,提出了大波长范围的波长定标方法,从而可以在1525~1615 nm的范围内对可调谐光纤法布里-珀罗进行精确定标,实现了高精度大波长范围的信号探测.相比于传统的以光纤光栅作为波长参考的定标方法,该方法的测量精度、测量范围、系统运行可靠性都大为改善.  相似文献

We fabricate a low noise erbium-doped fiber ring laser that can be continuously tuned over 102 nm by insertion of the fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter (FFP-TF) in the ring cavity with a novel cavity structure and the optimal gain medium length. As an application of this fiber ring laser, we performed the absorption spectroscopy of acetylene (13C2H2) and hydrogen cyanide (H13C14N) and measure the absorption spectra of more than 50 transition lines of these gases with an excellent signal to noise ratio (SNR). The pressure broadening coefficients of four acetylene transition lines are obtained using this fiber ring laser and an external cavity laser diode.  相似文献

A fiber optic ultrasonic sensor based on Fizeau interferometer has been developed and demonstrated. A helium–neon laser light source with wavelength 0.6328 μm is used in our experiment. A special feature is its Fizeau configuration, which enables one to eliminate much undesirable noise by combining both the reference arm and the sensing arm within the same length of fiber. The dynamic response model of photo-elastic effect of ultrasonic wave and optical fiber is established. The fiber optic ultrasonic sensor experimental results are obtained and compared with the convenient PZT transducer.  相似文献

<正>We develop a high-speed tunable,quasi-continuous-wave laser source for frequency domain(FD) optical coherence tomography(OCT).The laser resonance is realized within a unidirectional all-fiber ring cavity consisting of a fiber coupler,two fiber isolators,a semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA),and a fiber FabryPerot tunable filter(FFP-TF) for frequency tuning.Light output from the coupler is further amplified and spectral shaped by a booster SOA terminated at both ends with two isolators.The developed laser source provides up to 8000 sweeps per second over a full-width wavelength tuning range of 120 nm at center wavelength of 1320 nm with an average power of 9 mW,yielding an axial resolution of 13.6μm in air and a maximum sensitivity of about 112 dB for OCT imaging.The instantaneous linewidth is about 0.08 nm,enabling OCT imaging over an axial range of 3.4 mm in air.For optimization consideration based on this custom-built swept laser,experimental study on imaging quality relevant parameters of the swept laser with sine and ramp driving waveforms to the FFP-TF is conducted,and investigation of the swept laser on the cavity length is done.Implementing the laser source in our established swept source based OCT(SS-OCT) system,real-time structural imaging of biological tissue is demonstrated.  相似文献

报道了一个光纤型1300 nm波段的傅里叶域锁模(Fourier domain mode locking, FDML)扫频激光光源, 用于扫频光学相干层析成像技术 (optical coherence tomography, OCT) 成像. 本实验扫频激光光源采用包含增益介质、调谐滤波器和延迟线组成的长腔激光谐振腔以及光功率增强单元. FDML扫频激光光源具有快速和高度稳定运转模式, 相位稳定性好. 基于法布里-珀罗调谐滤波器(fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter, FFP-TF)的FDML扫频激光光源扫频范围为130 nm, 半高全宽为70 nm, 输出平均功率是11 mW. 与基于FFP-TF的短腔的扫频光源做了对比研究, FDML扫频光源速度从短腔的8 kHz提高到了48.12 kHz, 对应生物组织OCT成像轴向分辨率为7.8 μm, 比短腔的减小了1.9 μm. 关键词: 光学相干层析技术 扫频激光光源 傅里叶域锁模 法布里-珀罗调谐滤波器  相似文献

研究一种基于光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪结构的全光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪(fiber fourier transform spectrometer, FFTS)。设计了光程调制范围可达2 cm的压电陶瓷光纤相位调制器,代替传统傅里叶变换光谱仪中的动镜产生光程扫描。实验中采用1 310 nm DFB激光器作为参考光源,对测试光干涉图进行等光程间隔采样,以消除压电陶瓷非线性光程调制产生的误差。通过对测试光干涉图做傅里叶逆变换得到测试光光谱图。利用该FFTS系统测量了ASE宽带光源的光谱,并将测量结果和光栅光谱仪测量结果进行了对比,结果表明两者所测ASE光谱线型一致。最后,利用光纤光栅作为样品,对FFTS系统的光谱分辨率进行了检测,光谱分辨率达到了0.78 cm-1。  相似文献

We demonstrated a fiber sensing system using the method of wavelength locking of two identical fibers Bragg gratings (FBG) to interrogate the wavelength shift by directly measuring the intensity of the reflection from the sensing Bragg grating. The light source of the fiber sensing system is an EDFA fiber ring laser pumped by a 980 nm laser diode and a narrow bandwidth fiber Bragg grating for the filter of the ring laser resonator. The wavelength shift is converted to the intensity deviation of the reflection from the sensing FBG under strain variation, and is able to achieve real-time sensing of the dynamic strain sensing in civil engineering. The characteristics and key factors to maintain stability of the dynamic strain sensing system are discussed.  相似文献

可调谐激光器在光纤传感和光纤通信中有着广泛的应用,引起了人们的广泛重视。设计并搭建了基于FFP-TF2滤波器的可调谐激光器系统。通过FPGA设计的基于DDS (direct digital frequency synthesis)函数信号发生器与模拟放大电路结合产生的驱动电压,调节FFP-TF2腔长的变化,进而改变激光器的输出波长。该系统可以实现对FFP-TF2单点电压和扫描电压的驱动,从而激光器可以输出单波长激光和多波长扫描激光,在激光器输出波长1 532 nm~1 568 nm范围内,可以调节单波长输出,也可以调节多波长扫描范围,且两种模式可以切换使用。实验结果表明,激光器输出3 dB线宽基本保持在0.01 nm左右,激光器输出中心波长与驱动电压线性拟合度为99.934%,灵敏度为3.915 nm/V,而FFP-TF2输出中心波长与驱动电压线性拟合度为99.986%,灵敏度为4.021 nm/V,激光器输出中心波长相对FFP-TF2的误差为2.6%,说明该激光器系统输出波长具有线宽窄、稳定性好、灵活性高等优点。  相似文献

A new high-birefringence (Hi-Bi) fiber torsion sensor demodulated by a Hi-Bi fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed in this study. The twisted Hi-Bi fiber sensor characteristics are analyzed using the Jones matrix. The intensity ratio from two reflected Bragg wavelengths is associated with the twist angle of the measured Hi-Bi fiber. It is found that the twist angle resolution is estimated at around 0.3° under ±0.1 dB readout from an optical spectrum analyzer if the polarization state of the light source is stable. The advantages of this new torsion sensor are: (1) insensitivity to intensity variations from the light source, (2) insensitivity to the torsion gauge length, and (3) absolute measurement in the twist angle. However, the polarization state of light in the proposed method needs to be controlled, and any birefringence change in the twisted Hi-Bi fiber needs to be prevented.  相似文献

A fiber sensor with a simple structure for measuring the environment temperature is presented. The sensor uses only a diode laser as light source, three couplers, two photodetectors and two sensing fiber ends with protective cladding. One of the sensing fiber ends is covered by solidified epoxy resin with a metal cover. The measurement principle is based on relative Fresnel reflective intensity. Various ambient temperatures are measured in the setup. The measured data is fitted to linear equation very well with the value of R2 of 0.9982. Applying the relative technique, the errors resulted from fluctuation of light source and other influences of environment are effectively eliminated, and the stability for long time measurement can be improved.  相似文献
