The present work concerns the crystallization of PET accelerated by addition of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymers (TLCP)based on two aromatic copolyesters: PHB/PET (60:40 ) and PHB/HDA/2,6-DNA /IPA ( 50:25 : 12.5 : 12.5 ). The investigation has been made by measurements of the cold-crystallization and melt-crystallization temperatures by DSC and of the changes of density and depolarizing light intensity during the isothermal process. In addition, the morphology of selectively etched surface of compressing pellets proved the presence of crystalline fibrillar structure, it can be supposed to have grown up from the micelle nucleus based on bundle of rigid TLCP chains.  相似文献

In this paper, the sequence structure of TPA/EG/PHB liquid crystalline copolyesters made from different synthetic methods has been studied by ~1H-NMR with the help of computer program of processing peaks. The results showed that the ether bonds were not observed in TPA./EG/PHB copolyesters and the synthetic process had a great effect on their sequence structure. Under certain conditions, the high,random TPA/EG/PHB copolyesters which were considered to have higher performances than PET/xPHB could be obtained.  相似文献

本文对不同组成的对苯二甲酸(TPA),对羟基苯甲酸(PHBA),联苯二酚(BP),间苯二甲酸(IPA)共聚酯采用热台偏光显微镜、电子显微镜、X-射线衍射、激光小角散射、差热等技术进行了研究.实验结果表明,在一定的组成范围内共聚酯熔体有很好的液晶性.重点讨论了分子组成、转变行为、液晶性的关系,并对液晶相的形态结构进行了表征.  相似文献

Blends of polyamide (Nylon 66) with two different kinds of liquid crystalline polyesters were studied in all the composition range. Homogeneous samples were obtained by coprccipitation from 2 wt%. solution of blends. The thermal properties, crystallinity and morphology of these blends were studied by using DSC, polarizing microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The phase transition and morphology of the blends are markedly-influenced by the composition of liquid crystalline polyesters. The mechanical behaviour of PHB/HNA-Nylon 66 blend was improved. although polyamidc (Nylon 66)with the liquid crystalline polyesters were incompatible, but a rather strong interaction between the polymers did exist.  相似文献

The morphology of a special blend system composed of liquid crystalline aromatic random copolyester (LCP) and semiflexible polyester PET over the whole composition range has been studied by means of polarized microscope, density measurement, DSC, FTIR and SEM. Based on the microscopic observation, it is found that under suitable mechanical mixing condition, LCP may be rather homogeneously dispersed in the PET matrix, with the middle composition range of the contents of LCP at 30--70 wt % the anisotropic and isotropic phase segregation appears, while with LCP contents over 80 wt% the blends exhibit wholly anisotropie. The DSC thermographs of the melt-pressed and quenched films show single T_(?), T_(cc) and T_m. T_(?) increases with increasing content of LCP and ap, proaches to the T_(?) of pure LCP. The experimental results indicate that the two components of this blend system are miscible, there exist some specific interactions between them.  相似文献

Several novel aromatic liquid crystalline copolyesters with regular sequence structure were prepared by melt Sehotten-Baumann polycondensation via complex monomer. Polarizing microscope with hot stage, thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction were used to investigate the structure and properties of the copolyesters. The effects of structural units, such as flexible spacer, noncolinear meta-linked phenylene unit, crankshaft unit, kink with flexible bridging unit and various substituted benzene rings on melting temperature of aromatic copolyesters were studied and discussed on the basis of crystalline structure of the polymers.  相似文献

The lamellar structure of a thermotropic aromatic polyester with flexible spacer has beenstudied by using transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the lamellar structure couldbe observed in the crystalline samples of this semirigid polymer crystallized from different states.The thickness of lamellae is around 10 nm, which is similar to that of the conventional polymersof flexible chain molecules. The molecular chains in the lamellae are oriented in the thicknessdirection as determined by electron diffraction. The possibility of molecular chains folding in the lamellae has been discussed.  相似文献

The properties and structures of thermotropical liquid crystalline copolyesters basedon p-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA), terephthalic acid (TPA) and bisphenol A (BPA) werestudied by DSC, WAXD, hot stage polarized microscopy and NMR. It was found that mostof the copolyesters were soluble in many common organic solvents. The copolyesters hadfow T_m/T_f values and a broad range of liquid crystal phase, making the polymers readilymelt-processable. The effects of annealing at different temperatures on the copolyestercontaining 33% PHBA were also discussed. It was noted that annealing at ca. 200℃(below Tc - n) could lead to the increasing of the crystallinity of the copolyester while themicrostructure and sequence structure had not changed. Annealing at ca.280℃ (nearTc - n) could bring a change of crystal and sequence structure and simultaneously madethe ndcrodomains be ordered more perfectly.  相似文献

With the help of differential scanning calorimetry, cone-plate and capillary rheometry andscanning electron microscopy, a research has been conducted on rheological behavior,crystallization and morphology of poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) blends containing athermotropic LCP. The blend has zero entrance pressure loss, although the LCP has rather largeone. The viscosity curve of the blend lies between those of the LCP and PBT. The crystallizationof PBT is not affected by the presence of the LCP together with no indication oftransesterification between the two ingredients. LCP spheres and ellipsoids with the size of 0. 5--1. 5 μm disperse in PBT matrix uniformly, which is related to the viscosity ratio of the twocomponents.  相似文献

以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和乙二醇为原料,通过熔融酯交换反应合成中间体(Ⅰ):双(对一羟基苯甲酸)乙二醇酯.用溶液缩合法合成了三种不同嵌段长度的液晶嵌段共聚酯(P247、P277、P274)作为液晶聚合物与热塑性聚合物的“增容剂”.FTIR,H NMR分析表明,嵌段共聚酯的结构和组成与分子设计基本相符;偏光显微镜证实,嵌段共聚酯在一定温度范围内为热致性向列型液晶,在较低温度为均相,在较高温度为两相结构.  相似文献

合成了一种端基含有活性基团的热致性液晶聚合物 (LCPU) ,用其改性环氧树脂CYD 12 8 4 ,4′ 二氨基二苯砜 (DDS)固化体系 ,对改性体系的冲击性能、拉伸性能、弯曲性能、弹性模量、断裂伸长率、玻璃化转变温度Tg、热失重温度TG与LCPU含量的关系进行了探讨 ,对不同种类液晶化合物改性CYD 12 8 DDS体系效果进行了比较 ,用扫描电镜 (SEM)研究了材料断面的形态结构 .结果表明 ,LCPU的加入可以使固化物的力学性能和热稳定性提高 ,改性后材料断裂面的形态逐渐呈现韧性断裂特征  相似文献

固态后缩聚方法合成高分子量的含磷热致性液晶共聚酯   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了获得较高分子量的具有高阻燃性的热致性液晶高分子,通过固态聚合方法合成了一种基于对羟基苯甲酸、对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和含磷菲环取代二酚的高热稳定性、较低相转变温度和宽的液晶相转变温度范围的含磷液晶共聚酯(BDQTEP),并对该含磷液晶共聚酯预聚物(pre-BDQTE)在不同固态聚合条件下获得的聚合物热性能和液晶性进行了研究.对其固态反应速率控制进行了初步的探讨,当反应温度为235℃时,固态聚合反应较为理想.在聚合的初始阶段,共聚酯特性黏数[η]、黏流温度Tf和羧基浓度[COOH]均随聚合时间而明显变化,但在6 h后变化较小,几乎不变.通过固态后缩聚,将熔融聚合获得的特性黏数[η]=0.44 dL/g的含磷液晶共聚酯BDQTE的特性黏数提高了近两倍.  相似文献

采用漫反射红外光谱法(DRIFT)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了2种不同特性黏数的尼龙6与3种液晶聚合物(Vectra A950、Vectra B950和Rodrun LC5000)之间的酯-酰胺交换反应.DRIFT测试证实了尼龙6与LC5000之间存在化学反应.DSC分析表明,酯-酰胺交换反应使体系中尼龙6的熔点下降、结晶度降低.增加反应时间和增大共混体系中液晶聚合物的含量有利于酯-酰胺交换反应的发生.与Vectra A950和Vectra B950相比,分子链柔性较强的Rodrun LC5000与尼龙6之间的化学反应更容易进行.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察表明,随着共混时间的延长,分散相形貌由球状粒子发展为短棒状纤维,乃至最终形成直径更细的微纤结构.  相似文献

本文首次研究了五种新合成的液晶冠醚LB膜的成膜特性。实验发现,其中的单臂胆甾型液晶冠醚在气-液界面易形成稳定的单分子膜,但不易累积形成LB膜;芳香酯类的单臂液晶冠醚膜的稳定性与链的长短有关;而双臂芳香酯型二氮杂18-冠-6易形成稳定的膜,且具有特殊的相变性质。膜的特性与物质的化学结构有关,借助CPK分子模型,对成膜后分子构型进行了估算,理论计算与实验一致。对纯组分以及单臂液晶冠醚与硬脂酸的混合膜结构,用表面压-面积曲线以及小角X衍射等进行了表征,并对其中的双臂液晶冠醚作了离子识别功能研究。  相似文献

层状共连续PA6/SEBS体系的结晶取向及其低膨胀化机理研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了注射成型尼龙6/苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PA6/SEBS)体系中微结构形态,SEBS含量,PA6结晶取向对线膨胀系数(CLTE)的影响.研究表明,当SEBS含量超过20wt%,PA6/SEBS注射成型体系形成层状共连续结构时,可以明显地降低流动方向的热膨胀系数.TEM和WAXD分析表明,该层状共连续结构中不仅SEBS微层取向,而且大多数PA6片晶垂直于SEBS微层生长,其中晶胞b轴(PA6分子链)倾向于沿流动方向取向.程序升温WAXD研究表明,PA6/SEBS(60/40)体系中各晶轴的线膨胀系数差别很大,其中晶胞b轴为-5.8×10-5K-1.具有负膨胀系数的晶胞b轴沿着流动方向取向可能是除层状共连续结构效应以外导致材料低膨胀化的第二种驱动力.  相似文献
