In this paper we report regioselective tandem metal-catalyzed aminations on dihaloquinolines (2-chloro-3-iodoquinoline and 2,3-dibromoquinoline) with amino(benzo)(di)azines. Eight new heterocyclic scaffolds of the dipyridoimidazole type could be synthesized. By controlling the reaction temperature selective C-2 intermolecular Pd-catalyzed amination on 2,3-dibromoquinoline with amino(benzo)(di)azines can be achieved.  相似文献

Novel dipyrido[1,2-a;3′,4′-d]imidazoles 7a-d, dipyrido[1,2-a;4′,3′-d]imidazoles 8a,c and pyrido[1′,2′;1,2]imidazo[4,5-d]pyridazine derivatives 9a-d were synthesized by two pathways: thermal electrocyclic reaction of 3-alkenylimidazopyridine-2-oximes 10 and direct condensation of ethyl glycinate (or hydrazine) with 2,3-dicarbonylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines 11.  相似文献

3-Alkynylquinoxaline-2-carbonitriles have been synthesized from 3-chloroquinoxaline-2-carbonitrile via the Sonogashira reaction. Treatment of 3-alkynylquinoxaline-2-carbonitriles with an alkylamine or ammonia has been shown to produce stable enamines, e.g., (Z)-3-(2-aryl-2-aminovinyl)quinoxaline-2-carbonitriles. Their base-induced cyclization gave the previously unknown pyrido[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1(2H)-imines or pyrido[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1-amines. 3-Alkynylquinoxaline-2-carbonitriles were directly transformed into pyrido[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1(2H)-imines by heating with an alkylamine and K2CO3 in DMF. The ionization constants, and absorption and fluorescent properties of the resulted pyrido[3,4-b]quinoxalin-1(2H)-imines were measured.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of various N-tethered alkenyl aldehydes with some cyclic and acyclic amino acids have been studied. Some key sulfonamides having strategically positioned aldehyde and olefinic tether have been synthesized and effectively subjected to intramolecular azomethine ylide cycloaddition reaction resulting in a series of pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrrole and its N-1-C-2 derivatives, and a series of novel heterotricyclic compounds, perhydrothiazolo[3′,4′-2,3]pyrrolo[4,5-c]pyrroles, in good yields. The intramolecular cycloaddition reaction was found to be highly stereoselective to form only cis-fused cycloadducts in all cases.  相似文献

Three novel pyrido-fused tris-heterocycles have been prepared based on a Suzuki coupling and subsequent cyclisation approach. Pyrido[4,3-e]pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridazine (3b, 77%) and pyrido[4,3-e]furano[2,3-c]pyridazine (5b, 76%) were obtained by intramolecular diazocoupling. Successful diazocoupling of furan (5b) is thus reported for the first time by NOBF4 generation of the diazonium intermediate. N-TIPS-pyrido[3,4-b]pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrrole (TIPS-4b) was synthesised by thermal cyclisation of pyridyl nitrene in considerably higher yield (71%) than previously experienced from similar cyclisations, due to TIPS-activation.  相似文献

Three unique propeller-shaped helicenyl amines compounds: N,N-diphenyl-N-naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl-amine (1), N-phenyl-N,N-di(naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl)amine (2), and N,N,N-tri(naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl)amine (3) were efficiently synthesized by Wittig reaction and oxidative photocyclization. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and molecular configuration optimization (DFT-B3LYP/6-31+G(d)) of 3 reveal that the steric hindrance from the moiety of trithia[5]helicene effectively forces the nitrogen atom and the three bonded carbon atoms to coplanar and the interplanar angles of the facing terminal thiophene ring and benzene ring becoming larger when the helical arm increased from 1 to 3. Electrochemical properties and UV–vis absorption behaviors of 1, 2, 3 were primarily determined by the moiety of trithia[5]helicene.  相似文献

An efficient and novel approach to the synthesis of substituted pyrido[2,3-b]indolizine-10-carbonitriles was developed. These structures are practically unavailable through previously described methods. The cascade transformation involves the reaction of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with a stable dimer prepared from 1-(cyanomethyl)pyridinium chloride. The reaction was performed under reflux conditions in ethanol/water and in the presence of sodium acetate. This procedure represents a eco-friendly regioselective approach to the pyrido[2,3-b]indolizine core structure.  相似文献

A new aspect concerning chromone chemistry leading to the one-pot synthesis of functionalized novel ABCD-fused chromenopyrazolopyridines has been described. The synthesis involves a multicomponent reaction of chromone-3-benzoylhydrazones with isocyanides and acetylenedicarboxylates, whereupon novel complex tetracyclic benzopyrone derivatives containing three stereogenic centres were formed. The structure elucidation of the products was accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Full assignment of all 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts has been unambiguously achieved. The reaction mechanism is also discussed. In addition, eight chromenopyrazolopyridine derivatives were tested for possible biological activity (antioxidant and lipid peroxidation inhibition).  相似文献

Three new α,α′-diimine ligands were synthesized based on condensation of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione with 1,2-phenylenediamine derivatives using different approaches. All compounds were fully characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, UV-visible, and MS spectroscopies. We report the first example of a dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]quinoxalino[2,3-b]quinoxaline, which exhibits a strong absorption at 430 nm and an interesting electrochemical behavior. These new molecules may have biological potential and are of synthetic and technological importance.  相似文献

The synthesis of the title compound (4), starting from commercial 3-bromo-4-methylthiophene, is described. The single crystal packing mode of 4, as well as the absorption and photoluminescence properties in solution and in the solid state are reported and analyzed in relation to those of the isomeric 3,5-dimethyl-dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]thiophene-4,4-dioxide (7). The different reactivities of 4 and 7 towards bromination are analyzed in the light of the results of ab initio B3LYP/6-31G calculations on both compounds.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole 1 with hydrazonoyl halides 2 led to formation of pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives 7. Similar reaction of 1 with halides 3 afforded 5-amino-4-(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyrazole derivatives 11 or 1-amino-2-arylpyrazolo[3,4:4′,3′]pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazol-4-one 14 depending on the reaction conditions. The mechanisms of the studied reactions are discussed.  相似文献

New synthetic pathways have been elaborated to 1-methyl-1H-pyridazino[3,4-b]indoles starting from halopyridazin-3(2H)-ones. Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of chloro, iodo, dichloro, and dibromo substituted pyridazin-3(2H)-ones with 2-pivaloylaminophenylboronic acid followed by hydrolysis of the amide and subsequent ring closure via condensation gave fused indoles. The tandem iminium cyclization and Smiles rearrangement of pyridinyloxyacetaldehyde 1 and a primary amine generated a novel pyrido[2,3-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine scaffold. TFA was discovered to be an efficient catalyst in the reactions with aromatic amines, whereas TiCl4 was found to be superior in the case of aliphatic amines. This methodology proved to be efficient in the preparation of a library of diversified pyrido[2,3-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine derivatives.  相似文献

A novel approach to one-pot synthesis of dihydrofuro[3′,4′:5,6]pyrido[2,3-c]pyrazole and indeno[2′,1′:5,6]pyrido[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives have been investigated using organocatalysts that are recyclable. This new protocol has the advantages of environmental friendliness, higher yield, low cost, as well as convenient operation. The catalytic efficiency of various small organocatalysts such as l-proline, trans-4-hydroxy-l-proline, l-thiaproline, cinchonidine, (+)-cinchonine, and dl-2-phenylglycine has also been studied.  相似文献
