A facile, efficient and environment-friendly protocol for the synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes has been developed by one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol with aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of P2O5 or InCl3 as catalysts under solvent-free conditions. The present approach offers the advantages of clean reaction, simple methodology, short reaction time, high yield, easy purification, and economic availability of the catalyst.  相似文献

Only supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) as a reactant and a solvent, and catalytic amount of base (DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene), DBN (1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene), Dabco® (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane), and triethylamine) afforded 1H-quinazoline-2,4-diones in good to excellent yields from 2-aminobenzonitriles. 6,7-Dimethoxy-1H-quinazoline-2,4-dione, which is a key intermediate of medicines (Prazosin, Bunazosin, and Doxazosin) was synthesized successfully in a 97% yield, using 0.1 equiv of DBU under scCO2 (10 MPa) at 80 °C.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-carbaldehydes with coumarin-4-acetic acids under the Perkin conditions follows an interesting pathway that involves aldol reaction and subsequent intramolecular lactonization to afford 2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene skeleton. In contrast to chromone-3-carbaldehydes, the same reaction with chromone-2-carbaldehydes yielded only the aldol condensation product. The reaction was performed under thermal and microwave conditions. The reactivity of 2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromenes in water, alcohol and acetic acid was described.  相似文献

Acetyl (Ia) and pivaloyl (Ib) triesters of the 1N,3N,5N-trihydroxy-1,3,5-triazin-2,4,6[1H,3H,5H]-trione (I) were synthesised. The spectrophotometric and potentiometric investigation of I revealed a weak acidic properties of triprotonic acid (pKa1=5.23, pKa2=6.32, and pKa3=7.93). The MS and TGA analyses of I indicated on hydroxyisocyanate as possible degradation product. The chelating ability of I with Fe(III)-ion was preliminary explored. IR measurements of aqueous solutions of I in the presence of Fe(III) ion showed the possible chelating ability of all hydroxamic moieties. The chemical structures and properties of investigated compounds were derived from the results of IR, 1H and 13C NMR, UV and MS spectrometric data, as well as thermogravimetric and potentiometric analysis.  相似文献

The lithiation of 1H,3H-benzo[de]isochromene (6) with lithium and a catalytic amount of 4,4′-di-tert-butylbiphenyl (DTBB, 5% molar) in THF at −50 °C gives dianionic intermediate 7, which by reaction with different electrophiles {H2O, D2O, tBuCHO, PhCHO, Me2CO, (CH3CH2)2CO, [CH3(CH2)4]2CO, (CH2)5CO, (CH2)7CO, (−)-menthone} at the same temperature followed by hydrolysis leads to functionalised alcohols 8. If after addition of a carbonyl compound as the first electrophile [tBuCHO, (CH2)5CO, (−)-menthone], the resulting dialcoholate 9 is allowed to react at 0 °C, a second lithiation takes place to give intermediate 10 which by reaction with a second electrophile [H2O, tBuCHO, (CH2)5CO, CO2], yields, after hydrolysis, 1,8-difunctionalised naphthalenes 11. Cyclization under acidic conditions of diols 8e-i gives oxygen-containing eight-membered heterocycles, which are homologous to the starting material 6.  相似文献

A simple and convenient synthetic approach to access of 3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one derivatives by the reaction of (Z)-3-(2-oxo-2-ethylidene)indolin-2-one derivatives 1 with functionalized TosMICs under basic conditions has been reported. The desired products were obtained in good to excellent yields (82–94%). The easy accessibility of the starting materials, simple and mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, and good to excellent chemical yields make this methodology highly efficient.  相似文献

Sixteen 5-unsubstituted-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones have been synthesized by microwave-assisted Biginelli reactions in a short and concise manner employing ZnI2 as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions. All products were identified by IR, NMR, elemental analysis and HRMS. The advantages of this novel protocol include the excellent yield, operational simplicity, short time and the avoidance of the use of organic solvents and expensive catalysts.  相似文献

The one-pot substituent-directed regioselective synthesis of 1,7-diaryl-2-methyl-4H,5H-pyrano[3,4-c]pyran-4,5-diones 3 as the major and 3,4-diaryl-2-methyl-6-methylsulfanylbenzonitriles 4 as the minor products has been delineated through ring transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones 1 with aryl acetones 2. Under similar reaction conditions, 6-aryl-4-sec-amino-2H-pyran-2-ones 5 led, regioselectively, to 3,4-diaryl-2-methyl-6-sec-aminobenzonitriles 6.  相似文献

A series of dibenzo-18-crown-6 lariat ethers containing two C7H15 (11), (CH2)2C6F13 (14), (CH2)2C8F17 (15), NHC7H15 (18) and NHCH2C6F13 (19) sidearms were prepared and the single crystal X-ray structure of cis-4,4′-di(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)-dibenzo-18-crown-6 (15a) is reported. The “light fluorous” dibenzo-18-crown-6 ether (14) has emerged as a stable and robust PTC catalyst, which can be recycled efficiently by fluorous solid-phase extraction, and gives better PTC catalytic activity compared to the parent, non-fluorinated PTC catalyst, dibenzo-18-crown-6, and the alkylated derivative (11) in aliphatic and aromatic nucleophilic substitutions.  相似文献

A new, efficient, and environmentally benign protocol for the one-pot, four-component synthesis of 2,2-dimethyl-13-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indazolo[2,1-b]phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-trione by condensation of phthalic anhydride, hydrazinium hydroxide, aromatic aldehydes, and dimedone catalyzed by Ce(SO4)2·4H2O as an ecofriendly catalyst with high catalytic activity and reusability at 125 °C under solvent-free conditions is reported. The reaction proceeds to completion within 5-10 min in 71-95% yield. To the best of our knowledge, this new procedure provides the first example of an efficient synthetic method for 2H-indazolo[2,1-b]phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-trione via a four-component reaction.  相似文献

A novel palladium-catalyzed Ullmann protocol is described for the synthesis of 6,7-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[c,e]azepines and biaryls. In the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and KOAc, intramolecular or intermolecular Ullmann coupling of aryl halides proceeds efficiently under ligand-free and aerobic conditions to afford the corresponding 6,7-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[c,e]azepines and biaryls in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

Although 1-ethynyl-2-allenylbenzenes readily undergo Myers-Saito or Schmittel cyclization under mild conditions, cyclocarbonylation of these moieties to 1H-cyclopenta[a]inden-2-ones proceeds smoothly using suitable molybdenum carbonyl reagents, with Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)3 being the most efficient. The superelectrophilic activation of N-aryl amides of 3-arylpropynoic acids by Bronsted superacids (CF3SO3H, HSO3F) or strong Lewis acids AlX3 (X=Cl, Br) results in the formation of 4-aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in quantitative yields. The vinyl triflates or vinyl chlorides may be formed as additional reaction products. The investigated amides in reactions with benzene give 4,4-diaryl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-ones under the superelectrophilic activation. 4-Aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in POCl3 are converted into 4-aryl 2-chloroquinolines. 4-Fluorophenyl-4-phenyl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-one give N-formylation products in a yield of 79% under the Vilsmeier–Haack reaction conditions.  相似文献

A new, one-pot and three-component synthesis of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, 4H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, and 4H-pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrimidines is described. The reactive 1:1 zwitterionic intermediate, formed by the addition of isocyanides to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, was trapped by N-(2-heteroaryl)amides to yield a ketenimine intermediate, which was cyclized and then rearranged under the reaction conditions to afford the title compounds under mild reaction conditions in good yields. Single-crystal X-ray analysis conclusively confirms the structure of the obtained bridgehead bicyclic 6-6 heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

Synthesis of 6,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrrole-8(6H),10(9H)-diones 7a-g was accomplished by ring opening and ring closure sequences of 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8,10(9H)-dione derivatives induced by several amines. Furthermore, alternative synthetic methodology for compounds 7a-e was also accomplished by single-step reaction of 2-chlorotropone with 6-aminouracil derivatives under mild conditions. X-ray crystal analysis of 7a was carried out to clarify the structural characteristics. The properties of 7a-e were studied by the UV-vis spectra and reduction potentials (−1.24 to −1.39 V vs Ag/AgNO3). Novel photo-induced oxidation reaction of 7a-d toward some amines under aerobic conditions was carried out to give the corresponding imines in more than 100% yield [based on compounds 7a-d], suggesting the oxidation reaction occurs in an autorecycling process.  相似文献

An efficient, inexpensive and environmentally friendly synthesis of novel 3-amino-2-benzoyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-5,10-dione and 3-amino-2-benzoyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyridazine-5,8-dione derivatives has been developed via one-pot three-component reaction of phthalhydrazide or maleic hydrazide, aldehydes and arylacetonitrile in the presence of catalytic amount of InCl3 as a Lewis acid catalyst under solvent-free conditions. 1,2-Dihydropyridine-5,6-dicarboxylates were efficiently constructed through a cascade reaction of primary amine, 2-butynedioate and propargylic alcohol in the presence of Lewis acid under mild conditions. As exceptional, 1H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5,7(2H,6H)-diones were approached when the primary amine was methylamine. Possible mechanism for the formation of 1,2-dihydropyridine skeleton is proposed. The process involves 1,3,4-pentatrien-1-amine as a key intermediate that formed in situ by trapping allenic carbocations with enamines.  相似文献

The reductive coupling of 1,3-dimethyhydantoin with benzophenones by TiCl4-Zn in THF gave 4-diarylmethyl-1H-imidazol-2(3H)-ones as four-electron reduced one-to-one coupled products and their dimers as two-to-two coupled products predominantly by controlling the reaction conditions. The reductive coupling of 5-alkyl-1,3-dimethyhydantoins with benzophenones produced 5-alkyl-4-diarylmethyl-1H-imidazol-2(3H)-ones as the sole products irrespective to the reaction conditions. On the other hand, the reductive coupling of 1,3-dimethyhydantoin with cyclic benzophenones selectively 4-arylhydroxymethyl-1H-imidazol-2(3H)-ones as two-electron reduced one-to-one coupled products and they were further reduced to 4-diarylmethyl-1H-imidazol-2(3H)-ones.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the synthesis of 3-alkyl-8-arylamino-1H-imidazo[4,5-g]quinazolin-2(3H)-thiones and 3-alkyl-8-arylamino-1H-imidazo[4,5-g]quinazolin-2(3H)-ones on solid phase has been developed.
