Atropos phosphoramidites with the D2-symmetric biphenyl backbone were diastereoselectively prepared with ease from achiral tetrahydroxy biphenyls. This type of ligands is proved to be highly efficient in the Cu-catalyzed conjugate additions of diethylzinc to α,β-unsaturated ketones and nitroalkenes. The unique D2-symmetric backbone endows the ligands with an excellent chiral environment.  相似文献

Enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to a series of aromatic aldehydes is developed using new chiral C2-symmetric ligand (S)-2,2′-(1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diylbis(oxy))bis(methylene)bis(4-nitrophenol) (S)-2b. The catalytic system employing 10 mol % of (S)-2b and 120 mol % of Ti(OiPr)4 was found to promote the addition of diethylzinc to a wide range of aromatic aldehydes with electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents, giving up to 89% ee and up to 95% yield of the corresponding secondary alcohol under mild conditions.  相似文献

A concise enantioselective total synthesis of (2S,3′R,7′Z)-N-(3′-hydroxy-7′-tetradecenoyl)-homoserine lactone is described. Key feature of this protocol is a catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation and a prophenol-zinc-catalyzed diazo addition to imine reaction as genesis of chirality. Moreover, flexibility is built in the synthesis to generate enantioenriched analogs using catalytic amount of enantioenriched C2-symmetric ligands.  相似文献

The synthesis of enantiomerically pure C2-symmetric dipyridylmethane ligands and related N,N′-dioxides is reported. A procedure for the synthesis of a few new enantiomerically pure C2-symmetric pyridine N-oxides and the preparation of four pyridine N-oxides with oxygen and nitrogen atoms as further coordinating elements in the heterocycle framework is described. All compounds were prepared from naturally occurring monoterpenes. These new compounds were assessed as organocatalysts in two different reactions, namely the allylation of aldehydes with allyltrichlorosilane that afforded homoallylic alcohols in good yields and up to 85% ee and the stilbene oxide opening by the addition of tetrachlorosilane that gave chlorohydrin in quantitative yield and up to 70% ee.  相似文献

B(C6F5)3 as a catalyst and polymethylhydrosiloxane as a hydride source have been employed for the reductive dehydroxylation of Baylis-Hillman adducts wherein the hydride adds in an SN2′ manner onto the unactivated allyl alcohol moiety with concomitant elimination of the hydroxy group along with double bond migration. The products formed were found to be E in the case of ester adducts and Z in the case of nitrile adducts.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of C2-symmetric bis-homoallylic aromatic and heteroaromatic diamines in 54-89% yields, in 73-94% de and ?98% ee has been achieved via the allylboration of the corresponding N,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)dialdimines and N,N′-bis(diisobutylalumino)dialdimines with B-allyldiisopinocampheylborane in the presence of methanol, followed by alkaline hydrogen peroxide workup. One-pot synthesis of stable N,N′-bis(benzaldimine-triethylborane) complexes and subsequent allylboration to afford benzene diamines is also described.  相似文献

The reaction of dilithium biphenyl (Li2C12H10) with alkyl fluorides has been studied from the point of view of the distribution of products. Two main reaction pathways, the nucleophilic substitution (SN2) and the electron transfer (ET), can compete to yield the same alkylation products in what is known as the SN2-ET dichotomy. SN2 seems to be the main mechanism operating with primary alkyl fluorides (n-RF). Alkylation proceeds in good yields, and the resulting alkylated dihydrobiphenyl anion (n-RC12H10Li) can be trapped with a second conventional electrophile (E+) affording synthetically interesting dearomatized biphenyl derivatives (n-RC12H10E). The reaction gives a higher amount of ET products as we move to secondary (s-RF) and to tertiary alkyl fluorides (t-RF), in which case the mechanism seems to be dominated by ET. In this case, alkylation by radical coupling is still feasible, giving access to the synthesis of t-RC12H10E, although in lower yields. A rational interpretation of this SN2-ET dichotomy is given on the basis of the full distribution of products observed when 5-hexenyl fluoride and 1,1-dimethyl-5-hexenyl fluoride were are used as radical probes in their reaction with Li2C12H10 and LiC12H10.  相似文献

A new class of C2-symmetric 3,3′-dialkoxy-2,2′-bipyrrolidines have been designed and developed for asymmetric organocatalytic Diels-Alder reactions of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes. The bipyrrolidines combined with HClO4 were found to be effective organocatalysts for enantioselective Diels-Alder reactions. The catalysis mode has been demonstrated by NMR and X-ray crystallographic studies for diiminium intermediate.  相似文献

A series of new C2-symmetric chiral diamides were synthesized from l-tryptophan and used as chiral ligands chelated with Cu(II) in enantioselective Henry reactions. Ligand 4a with CuCl2·2H2O (5%) showed effective catalytic efficiency in Henry reaction. High yields (up to 99%) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 98%) were achieved for both aromatic and aliphatic aldehyde substrates.  相似文献

Photocarboxylation of 1,1-diphenylethylene with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in MeCN under bubbling of CO2 proceeded with high catalytic efficiency, giving 3,3-diphenylacrylic acid (DPA) and 3-hydroxy-3,3-diphenylpropionic acid (20). The turnover number (TON=(DPA+20)/TMB) reached 17. Similarly, 1-phenyl-1-cyclohexene yielded cis-2-acetamido-2-phenylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid with TON 5.9. As compared with related N,N-dimethylaniline derivatives, TMB is more resistant to photodecomposition, has the much larger absorbance in the S0→S1 transition, and has the lower quenching efficiency by CO2. Probably these factors are partly responsible for the high TON observed for TMB.  相似文献

Chiral N,N-diaryl C2-symmetric diamines and N-aryl,N′-formyl-trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane are readily accessed by copper catalyzed N,N-diarylation and N-aryl,N′-formylation of trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane with aryl bromides. N,N′-diarylation using (R)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine and iodobenzene gave the corresponding (R)-N,N-diphenyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine derivative in 83% yield.  相似文献

Three new N2S2 donor ligands 1,1′-((2-(2-(phenylthio)phenylthio)phenyl)methylene)bis(3,5-R-1H-pyrazole), R = H (LH), R = Me (LMe), R = i-Pr (Li-Pr) have been prepared and characterized. These bifunctional ligands incorporate two distinct chelate donor systems, by virtue of the presence of bispyrazole and bisthioether functions. The preferred conformation of these ligands is such that the N2 and S2 donor moieties may be oriented in opposite directions, thus favoring the formation of molecular chains when treated with AgBF4. The X-ray structures of Ag(I) complexes show that, depending on the steric hindrance present on the pyrazole rings, these ligands behave as κ4-SSNN-μ bridging tetradentate (when R = H), or κ3-SNN-μ bridging tridentate (when R = Me, i-Pr). Interestingly, [Ag(LH)]BF4 crystallizes in the chiral space group P41, with the molecular chain that is folded around the 41 screw axis.  相似文献

The reactions of [RuH(CO)Cl(PPh3)3] with N,N-bis(salicylidine)-hydrazine (H2bsh) and N,N-bis(salicylidine)-p-phenylene diammine (H2bsp) in presence of KOH in methanol led in the formation of neutral mononuclear complexes with the formulations [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(L)] (LHbsh or Hbsp). These present the first examples where the ligands H2bsh or H2bsp provide only two of its available donor sites for interaction with the metal centre. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FAB-MS, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structure of the representative complex [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(Hbsh)] have been determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Eight novel calix[6]arene-based biomimetic ligands for transition metal ions have been synthesized. They display a non-symmetrical N3, N4 or N3ArO binding core that mimics enzyme active sites presenting histidine and tyrosine residues. The key step for their synthesis is the mono-alkylation at the small rim of the C3v symmetrical trimethyl ether derivative of tBu-calix[6]arene with N-Boc-2-chloroethylamine to yield a novel calix[6]arene synthon. Its combined O-alkylation with a chloromethyl aromatic amine and N-deprotection or alkylation or reductive alkylation with a salicylaldehyde derivative yielded the calix[6]arene-based ligands with mixed N/O donors.  相似文献

The insertion of ethene and propene was investigated in palladium(II) acyl complexes of the type [PdC(O)CH3(PP′)(CH3CN)](OTf) modified with the Cs-symmetric diphosphines 2-4 and the parent ligand 1, described by C2v-symmetry and taken as a reference.Ethene insertion was investigated for acyl complexes containing the ligands 2 and 3. Two insertion products formed in a ratio of approximately 1:1 for both systems, irrespective of the electronic properties of the ligands.Propene as an α-olefin can insert according to a 1,2- or 2,1-insertion mode into a palladium acyl bond, arising regioselectivity issues. Moreover, due to the Cs-symmetry of the ligands, two stereoisomers can result upon insertion, as the alkyl group of the formed five-membered metallacycle can be cis or trans to each non-equivalent moiety. Propene insertion was indeed neither stereo- nor regioselective in the cases of 3 and 4, in which the products arising from both 1,2- and 2,1-insertion were observed. 2 displayed total control of stereo- and regioselectivity, with the formation of one primary insertion product. Similar regioselectivity was observed for the reference ligand 1. The regioisomeric distribution was different from equimolar for propene insertion, where the ratio of the products might be controlled by a combination of steric and electronic factors.  相似文献

Optically pure C2-symmetric diols have been synthesized with moderate yields in a straightforward manner, and are used as catalysts in the enantioselective alkylation of aromatic aldehydes with diethylzinc. The addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde and sterically hindered 1-naphthaldehyde was achieved with excellent enantioselectivities (97–99% ee) under catalysis with (1R,2R)-1,2-bis(3,5-dibromophenyl)-ethane-1,2-diol and (1R,2R)-1,2-bis(3,5-diphenylphenyl)-ethane-1,2-diol.  相似文献

The reaction of allylic compounds with alkyl Grignard reagents in the presence of a catalytic amount of copper N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes proceeded predominantly in an SN2′ reaction pathway to give γ-substituted product in excellent yield.
