A complex of the composition KNa3[Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]3 [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]·32.5H2O (I) was obtained by interaction of FeCl3·6H2O and phosphotungstate K102-P2W17O61]·20H2O in an acetate buffer with a yield of 52%. Compound I was characterized by single crystal X-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. In the crystal structure, the Na and K cations bind [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ trinuclear cations and [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]7− heteropolytungstate anions into infinite zigzag chains. The polyoxoanion incorporated {Mn(CO)3^+} complex, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo6O16(OCH3)2{HOCH2C(CH2O)3}2·{Mn(CO)3}2](1), has been synthesized by the reaction of (n-Bu4N)4[Mo8O26] with Mn(CO)5Br in methanol, in the presence of C(CH2OH)4. The complex 1 has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystal data for the complex 1:C25H48MnMo3NO16 (1), Triclinic Pi, a=0.9405(3) nm, b=1.3351(4) nm, c=1.5455(4) nm, α=103.206(5)°, β=102.165(5)°, γ=100.784(5)°, V=1.7896(9) nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0703, wR2= 0.1495. The structure analysis of complex 1 shows that the complex consists of two tetrabutylammonium cations and a polyoxomolybdate anion that incorporates two fac-Mn(CO)3^+ units. The anion of complex 1 can be considered as the dimer of two rhomb-like anions by sharing of two comers.  相似文献

The rare-earth dicarboxylate hybrid materials [Ce(H2O)]2[O2C(CH2)2CO2]3 ([Ce(Suc)]) and [Sm(H2O)]2[O2C(CH2)2CO2]3·H2O ([Sm(Suc)]) have been hydrothermally synthesized (200°C, 3 days) under autogenus pressure. [Ce(Suc)] is triclinic, a=7.961 (3) Å, b=8.176 (5) Å, c=14.32 (2) Å, α=97.07° (7), β=96.75° (8), γ=103.73° (6), and z=2. The crystal structure of this compound has been determined using 3120 unique single crystal data. The final refinements let the agreement factors R1 and wR2(F2) converge to 0.0138 and 0.0363, respectively. [Ce(Suc)] is built up from infinite chains of edge-sharing nine-fold coordinated cerium atoms running along [100]. These chains are interconnected by the carbon atoms of the succinate anions, leading to a three-dimensional hybrid framework. The cell constants of [Sm(Suc)], isotypic with monoclinic C2/c [Pr(H2O)]2[O2C(CH2)2CO2]3·H2O ([Pr(Suc)]), were refined starting from X-ray powder data: a=20.275 (3) Å, b=7.919 (6) Å, c=14.130 (3) Å, and β=121.45° (1). The presence of two sets of inequivalent trimeric clusters in [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]Cl†6H2O at low temperature has been confirmed by luminescence and luminescence excitation spectroscopy. Assignments of the four lowest level of the lowest electronically excited state have been made. The ground state parameters have been determined.  相似文献

The reactions of [Fe3(CO)12] or [Ru3(CO)12] with RNC (R=Ph, C6H4OMe-p or CH2SO2C6H4Me-p) have been investigated using electrospray mass spectrometry. Species arising from substitution of up to six ligands were detected for [Fe3(CO)12], but the higher-substituted compounds were too unstable to be isolated. The crystal structure of [Fe3(CO)10(CNPh)2] was determined at 150 and 298 K to show that both isonitrile ligands were trans to each other on the same Fe atom. For [Ru3(CO)12] substitution of up to three COs was found, together with the formation of higher-nuclearity clusters. [Ru4(CO)11(CNPh)3] was structurally characterised and has a spiked-triangular Ru4 core with two of the CNPh ligands coordinated in an unusual μ32 mode.  相似文献

The ligand exchange chemistry for the iron-molybdenum nanocluster [H2PMo12O40⊂H4Mo72Fe30(O2CMe)15O254(H2O)98-x(EtOH)x], {Mo72Fe30(Mo12P)}-EtOH, with 3,5-lutidene, 3-butylpyridine, octanol, octanoic acid, 1-hexadecanethiol, tetraethylene glycol, and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid is reported. The structure of {Mo72Fe30(Mo12P)} is preserved throughout the reaction and TGA analysis indicates between 5 and 15 ligands could be attached per {Mo72Fe30(Mo12P)}. AFM height measurements increase with increased ligand length; however, the apparent particle diameter appears to be smaller than expected as the ligands increase in size consistent with the adopting a non-extended conformation in a similar manner to that observed for self-assembled monolayers.  相似文献

Crystals of the rhenium cluster complex (H3O)4[(C2H5)4N]6[Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]3[Re4Se4(CN)12]4 are obtained in an acidic (HCl) aqueous solution by the reaction of cluster salt K4[Re4Se4(CN)12]·6H2O with ThCl4 and (C2H5)4NCl. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the title compound is ionic and crystallizes in the cubic crystal system (a = 22.7322(3) ?, V = 11746.93(27) ?3, Z = 2, I4 3m space group, R = 0.0350). It contains [Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]2+ cations with two thorium atoms bonded to each other through the bridging oxygen atom forming an angle of 180° in the structure.  相似文献

A novel heteropoly compound, containing two kinds of coordinated cations, [K(H2O)2Ni(H2O)6]2[V10O28], has been synthesized through routine process and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 51V NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.87382(17) nm, b=1.075 4(2) nm, c=1.111 1(2) nm, α=65.10(3)°, β=75.01(3)°, γ=70.63(3)°, V=0.884 8(3) nm3 and Z=1. The X-ray analysis reveals that the two kinds of coordinated cations are linked by three shared coordinated water molecules, and K+ cations coordinate with ten oxygen atoms: five of which come from V10O286- anion, the other five from water molecules. The title compound exhibits extended 2D array building up of V10O286- groups connected by ten-coordinated K+ cations. The hexahydrated nickel cations Ni(H2O)62+ lie in neat apposition to three adjacent V10O286- clusters. CSD: 413271.  相似文献

An efficient and rapid procedure for ring opening of various epoxides with aromatic, aliphatic and heterocyclic amines is developed at room temperature under solvent-free conditions in the presence of (C4H12N2)2[BiCl6]Cl·H2O (1 mol %). A new open-framework iron (III) phosphite |C4N3H14|[Fe3(HPO3)4F2(H2O)2] has been solvothermally synthesized by using diethylenetriamine (DETA) as the structure-directing agent. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c having unit cell parameters a=12.877(3) Å, b=12.170(2) Å, c=12.159(2) Å, β=93.99(3)°, V=1900.9(7) Å3, and Z=4 with R1=0.0447, wR2=0.0958. The complex structure consists of HPO3 pseudo-tetrahedra and {Fe3O14F2} trimer building units. The assembly of these building units generates 3D inorganic framework with intersecting 6-, 8-, and 10-ring channels. The DETA cations are located in the 10-ring channels linked by hydrogen bonds. The Mössbauer spectrum shows that there exhibit two crystallographically independent iron (III) atoms. And the magnetic investigation shows the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions. Further characterization of the title compound was performed using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR) spectra, thermal gravimetric analyses (TGA), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and elemental analyses.  相似文献

The title calixarene, dimanganese thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate, was prepared and its crystal structure was determined. [Mn(H2O)6]2[thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate]·0.5H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P2(1)/m space group, with a=13.014 (6), b=14.146 (9), c=13.184 (7) Å, β=113.307 (10)°, V=2229 (2) Å3 and Dc=1.710 gcm−3, Z=2. The title calixarene exists in the solid state as bilayer structure. The hydrophobic organic layer consists of thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate in an up-down fashion, whereas, the hydrophilic inorganic layer consists of hexaaquamanganese (II) which is linked to the former through a second-sphere coordination.  相似文献

Two solid-state coordination compounds of rare earth metals with glycin, [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O and [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O were synthesized. The low-temperature heat capacities of the two coordination compounds were measured with an adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 78 to 376 K. [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 342.90 K, while [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 328.79 K. The molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion for the two coordination compounds were determined to be 18.48 kJ mol−1 and 53.9 J K−1 mol−1 for [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, 1.82 kJ mol−1 and 5.5 J K−1 mol−1 for [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, respectively. Thermal decompositions of the two coordination compounds were studied through the thermogravimetry (TG). Possible mechanisms of the decompositions are discussed.  相似文献

A [Cr(H2O)6]Cl3 aqueous solution, 0.25 M at T=20°C, is investigated by X-ray diffraction. The calculated radial distribution function shows, in spite of the low Cr3+ concentration, a well resolved peak centred around 1.90 A, a distance coincident with the Cr3+-H2O distance found in crystalline [Cr(H2O)6]Cl3. It can reasonably be stated that the [Cr(H2O)6]3+ ions pass relatively undisturbed into solutions where they constitute quite stable units.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural determination of NdIII and ErIII complexes with nitrilotriacetic acid (nta) were reported in this paper. Their crystal and molecular structures and compositions were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses and elemental analyses, respectively. The crystal of K3[NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]·6H2O complex belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5490(11) nm, b=1.3028(9) nm, c=2.6237(18) nm, β=96.803(10)°, V=5.257(6) nm3, Z=8, M=763.89, Dc=1.930 g cm−3, μ=2.535 mm−1 and F(000)=3048. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0390 and 0.0703 for 4501 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0758 and 0.0783 for all 10474 reflections, respectively. The NdIIIN2O7 part in the [NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic nine-coordinate structure in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly. The crystal of the K3[ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O complex also belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5343(5) nm, b=1.2880(4) nm, c=2.6154(8) nm, b=96.033(5)°, V=5.140(3) nm3, Z=8, M=768.89, Dc=1.987 g cm−3, μ=3.833 mm−1 and F(000)=3032. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0321 and 0.0671 for 4445 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0432 and 0.0699 for all 10207 reflections, respectively. The ErIIIN2O7 part in the [ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has the same structure as NdIIIN2O7 part in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly.  相似文献

The solid phase thermal deaquation of trans[CrF(H2O)(aa′)2]K[Cr(CN)6]H2O and trans[CrF(H2O)(aa′)2]K[CrNO(CN)5]H2O (aa′=ethylenediamine or 1,3-diaminopropane) has been investigated by means of TG measurements. The kinetic parameters (activation energy, Ea, activation entropy, ΔS#, and frequency factor, k0) have been determined by comparison of the isothermal and non-isothermal studies for all the principal g(α) expressions. The values found for the activation energy are low (between 80 and 110 kJ mole?1, approximately) and permit the assignment of the deaquation-anation mechanism of the SN1 type, involving square-pyramid activated complex and elimination of water as Frenkel defects.  相似文献
