三元配合物[Cu(L-tyr)(TATP)(H2O)]ClO4.H2O的合成、晶体 结构及芳环堆积作 用 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
合成了新的三元配合物[Cu(L-tyr)(TATP)(H2O)]ClO4.H2O(L-tyr=L-酪氨酸,TATP=1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯),并用红外光谱和电子顺磁共振谱进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射测定了配合物结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21,晶胞参数:a=0.7862(2)nm,b=1.0510(5)nm,c=1.4768(3)nm,β=97.74(3)°,Z=2,V=1.2092(5)nm^3,R1=0.0341,wR2=0.0919。中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子具有变形四方锥配位结构,与TATP中两个氮原子、L-tyr的氨基氮和羧基氧原子及一个水分子配位。晶体中芳环堆积及氢键作用类似于稳定DNA双螺旋结构的碱基之间的作用,具有分子识别的特点。 相似文献

用溶剂热合成方法合成了一个单核铜配合物CuII(HIPP)(pydc)(H2O),采用元素分析法和X射线单晶衍射法对该配合物的组成和结构进行了表征.配合物CuII(HIPP)(pydc)(H2O)属于正交晶系,空间群是Pbca.a=0.663 93(18)nm,b=2.062 2(6)nm,c=2.619 1(7)nm,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,V=3.585 9(17)nm3,Z=8,ρc=1.693g·cm-3,F(000)=1 864,GOF=0.882,R1=0.037 4,wR2=0.111 8[I2σ(I)].中心铜原子与配体脱质子2,6-吡啶二甲酸的2个羧基氧原子和1个氮原子、HIPP的1个氮原子和1个氧原子及1个水分子中的氧原子形成六配位的变形八面体.结构分析表明晶体中分子间含有氢键. 相似文献

The magnetic environments of Cu2+ doped Na+ complex have been identified by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique. The angular variation of the EPR spectra has shown that two different Cu2+ complexes are located in different chemical environments, and each environment contains one magnetic Cu2+ site occupying substantial positions in the lattice and showing very high angular dependence. The principal g, and the hyperfine structure parameter (A) values of two sets of Cu2+ complex groups are determined. The covalency parameter, mixing coefficients and Fermi-contact term of the complex are obtained, and the ground state wave function of the Cu2+ ion in the lattice has been constructed. 相似文献

Weakly coordinated [Cu(pcp)(H2O)n] complexes are formed in aqueous solution, at room temperature, by interaction of P,P'-diphenylmethylene diphosphinic acid (H2pcp) with copper(II) ions. However, heating of the solutions gives rise to the formation of two extended metal-oxygen networks of formulas [Cu(pcp)(H2O)2] x H2O, 1, and [Cu(pcp)(H2O)2], 2. In the presence of 2,2'-bipyridyl (bipy) the diamine derivative [Cu(pcp)(bipy)(H2O)], 4, has been isolated. Complex 1 easily loses water to form a monohydrated derivative [Cu(pcp)H2O], 3, whereas 2 is completely dehydrated after prolonged heating at 150 degrees C, under vacuum. The compounds 1 and 2 have substantially different solid-state structures as shown by X-ray powder diffraction spectra, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. Consistently, the two complexes cannot be directly interconverted and present different dehydration pathways. Rehydration of these materials in both cases allows quantitative formation of 1. X-ray analysis established that the structure of 1 consists of a corrugated two-dimensional layered polymeric array, where infinite zigzag chains of Cu centers and bridging phenylphosphinate ligands are linked together through strong hydrogen-bonding interactions; the structure of 4 consists of monodimensional polymers, where the hydrogen-bonding interactions play an essential bridging role in the extended architecture. In both structures the metal center displays a five-coordinate environment with approximate square pyramidal geometry, with the pcp ligand acting as bidentate and monodentate in 1 and solely as bidentate in 4. In 1 the coordination sphere is completed through water molecules; in 4, through water and diamine ligands. The thermogravimetric analyses of the complexes are compared with those of the related hybrids [M(pcp)(H2O)3] x H2O, where M = Mn, Co, or Ni, confirming that noncoordinated water molecules also play a basic role in determining the molecular packing. 相似文献

Copper (II) complexes [Cu(dmit)(phen)]2 (1) and [Cu(mnt)(phen)] n (2) (mnt2??=?maleonitriledithiolate, dmit2??=?1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) have been prepared by ligand-exchange between phen and [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(dmit)2] or [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(mnt)2]. Both complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. In complex 1, dimers are extended into a two-dimensional array by weak S5–Cu contacts. In complex 2, monomers are extended into chains in a head-to-tail arrangement by weak Cu–S coordination bonds and π–π stacking interactions. 相似文献

Two new hybrid organic/inorganic copper oxovanadium diphosphonates [Cu2(phen)2(O3PCH2PO3)(V2O5)(H2O)] x H2O (1) and [(Cu2(phen)2(O3P(CH2)3PO3)(V2O5)] x C3H8 (2) have been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis. The compounds are monoclinic, and they crystallize in the space group P2(1)/n with cell parameters of a = 11.788(2) A, b = 17.887(3) A, c = 14.158(2) A, and beta = 93.99(0) degrees and in the space group C2/c with cell parameters of a = 11.025(1) A, b = 18.664(2) A, c = 15.054(2) A, and beta = 90.06(0) degrees, respectively. Both compounds present two-dimensional frameworks built up from infinite chains of corner-sharing vanadium tetrahedra and diphosphonate groups connected by copper tetramers for (1) and copper dimers for (2). The remarkable feature of (2) is the encapsulation of propane molecules, stabilized by strong hydrogen bonding between the layers. The magnetic properties of the compounds have been investigated showing antiferromagnetic coupling with Tmax = 64 K for (1) and Curie-like paramagnetic behavior for (2). 相似文献

The reaction between [RuNO(NH3)2(NO2)2OH] and an excess of 3 M HCl leads to denitration of the starting complex and precipitation of [Ru(NO)(NH3)2Cl3]. Crystals of the tittle complex have been obtained by evaporation of the mother liquor at ambient temperature. The crystal structure of the product has been determined. The linear nitroso group and a water molecule are coordinated in the trans positions, three nitrogen atoms from NO and NH3 ligands occupy the coordination octahedron face. 相似文献

The new cyano complexes of formulas PPh(4)[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)(4)] x H(2)O (1), [[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)(4)](2)M(II)(H(2)O)(4)] x 4H(2)O with M = Mn (2) and Zn (3), and [[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)(4)](2)Zn(II)] x 2H(2)O (4) [bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine and PPh(4) = tetraphenylphosphonium cation] have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structure of complex 1 is made up of mononuclear [Fe(bipy)(CN)(4)](-) anions, tetraphenyphosphonium cations, and water molecules of crystallization. The iron(III) is hexacoordinated with two nitrogen atoms of a chelating bipy and four carbon atoms of four terminal cyanide groups, building a distorted octahedron around the metal atom. The structure of complexes 2 and 3 consists of neutral centrosymmetric [[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)(4)](2)M(II)(H(2)O)(4)] heterotrinuclear units and crystallization water molecules. The [Fe(bipy)(CN)(4)](-) entity of 1 is present in 2 and 3 acting as a monodentate ligand toward M(H(2)O)(4) units [M = Mn(II) (2) and Zn(II) (3)] through one cyanide group, the other three cyanides remaining terminal. Four water molecules and two cyanide nitrogen atoms from two [Fe(bipy)(CN)(4)](-) units in trans positions build a distorted octahedron surrounding Mn(II) (2) and Zn(II) (3). The structure of the [Fe(phen)(CN)(4)](-) complex ligand in 2 and 3 is close to that of the one in 1. The intramolecular Fe-M distances are 5.126(1) and 5.018(1) A in 2 and 3, respectively. 4 exhibits a neutral one-dimensional polymeric structure containing two types of [Fe(bipy)(CN)(4)](-) units acting as bismonodentate (Fe(1)) and trismonodentate (Fe(2)) ligands versus the divalent zinc cations through two cis-cyanide (Fe(1)) and three fac-cyanide (Fe(2)) groups. The environment of the iron atoms in 4 is distorted octahedral as in 1-3, whereas the zinc atom is pentacoordinated with five cyanide nitrogen atoms, describing a very distorted square pyramid. The iron-zinc separations across the single bridging cyanides are 5.013(1) and 5.142(1) A at Fe(1) and 5.028(1), 5.076(1), and 5.176(1) A at Fe(2). The magnetic properties of 1-3 have been investigated in the temperature range 2.0-300 K. 1 is a low-spin iron(III) complex with an important orbital contribution. The magnetic properties of 3 correspond to the sum of two magnetically isolated spin triplets, the antiferromagnetic coupling between the low-spin iron(III) centers through the -CN-Zn-NC- bridging skeleton (iron-iron separation larger than 10 A) being very weak. More interestingly, 2 exhibits a significant intramolecular antiferromagnetic interaction between the central spin sextet and peripheral spin doublets, leading to a low-lying spin quartet. 相似文献

A new copper(H) complex [Cu2(DMF)(H2O)(C7H4NO4)2(C7H3NO4)]2-3.5DMF has been synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 10.722(3), b = 18.170(4), c = 20.923(7)A,α = 105.297(9), β = 101.701(10), γ = 105.74(1)°, V= 3615(1)A^3, Z = 2, C58.50H64.50Cu4N1l.50O3150, Mr = 1686.90, Dc = 1.550 g/cm^3,μ= 1.255 mm^-1, F(000) = 1728.00, T = 150(2) K, the final R = 0.0640 and wR = 0.173 for 11310 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the crystal, each formular unit consists of two dinuclear copper(H) compounds, between which the O-H…O hydrogen bonds exist. Each Cu^Ⅱ cation is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry. A Co(II)-pyridyl substituted nitronyl nitroxide complex Co(NIT4Py)(H2PDA)(H2O)3 has been synthesized and structurally characterized (NIT4Py: 2-(4′-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide and H2PDA: 2,5-pyridine dicarboxylic acid). The compound is in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, a = 16.892(5) Å, b = 7.371(2) Å, c = 18.856(5) Å, β = 108.770(5)°, V = 2223.0(11) Å3, Z = 4 and F(000) = 1064. The cobalt is in a distorted octahedral environment with one nitrogen from NIT4Py, one oxygen atom from H2PDA, two oxygens from two water molecules in the basal plane and one nitrogen from H2PDA and one water in the axial positions. The molecules are connected as a layered structure by intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions in the compound. 相似文献

通过3-硝基-1, 2, 4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)与氢氧化钾水溶液反应,制备了标题配合物, 并用TG, 元素分析, 红外光谱分析对它进行了表征。其结构用单晶分析法测定, 所得晶体学参数为a=0.6408(1),b=0.8218(1), c=1.2626(1)nm, β=100.63ⅲ(1), V=0.6535(1)nm^3,Z=4, Dc=1.892g.cm^-^3, μ=0.785mm^-^1, F(000)=376; 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为P21/n, 最终偏离因子R为0.0246。用EHMO计算表明, 标题化合物主要是靠静电引力形成的配合物, 中心原子K与H2O的配位较K与NTO环的结合弱, 预示热解优先脱水。 相似文献
