The reduced-order synchronization problem of two chaotic systems (master–slave) with different dimension and relative degree is considered. A control scheme based on a high-order sliding-mode observer-identifier and a feedback state controller is proposed, where the trajectories of slave can be synchronized with a canonical projection of the master. Thus, the reduced-order synchronization is achieved in spite of master/slave mismatches. Simulation results are provided in order to illustrate the performance of the proposed synchronization scheme.  相似文献

This paper deals with the chaotic synchronization of fourth-order system and second driven oscillators. Such a problem is related to the synchronization of strictly different chaotic systems. We show that the dynamical evolution of second-order driven oscillators can be synchronized with the projection on canonical planes of a fourth-order chaotic system. In this sense, it is said that the synchronization is achieved in reduced-order. Based on the Lyapunov approach, the adaptation law is determined to tune the controller gain vector in order to track a predetermined linearizing feedback control. An application to secure chaotic communication is also discussed. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed synchronization and secure communication schemes.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple adaptive feedback control is proposed for full and reduced-order synchronization of time-varying and strictly uncertain chaotic systems. Our method uses only one feedback gain with parameter adaptation law and converges very fast even in the presence of noise. For full synchronization, a drive-response system consisting of two second-order identical parametrically excited oscillators achieve global synchronization; while for reduced-order synchronization, the dynamical evolution of a second-order parametrically driven oscillator is synchronized with the projection of a third-order time-varying chaotic system. The effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated using numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new fuzzy delayed output feedback synchronization (FDOFS) method for time-delayed chaotic systems. Based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii theory, T–S fuzzy model, and delayed feedback control scheme, the FDOFS controller is designed and an analytic expression of the controller is shown. The proposed controller can guarantee asymptotical synchronization of both drive and response systems. The FDOFS controller can be obtained by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem. A numerical example for time-delayed Lorenz system is presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed FDOFS method.

A forced scalar delay dynamical system is analyzed from the perspective of bifurcation and synchronization. In general first order differential equations do not exhibit chaos, but introduction of a delay feedback makes the system infinite dimensional and shows chaoticity. In order to study the dynamics of such a system, Galerkin projection technique is used to obtain a finite dimensional set of ordinary differential equations from the delay differential equation. We compare the results of simulation with those obtained from direct numerical simulation of the delay equation to ascertain the accuracy of the truncation process in the Galerkin approximation. We have considered two cases, one with five and the other with eight shape functions. Next we study two types of synchronization by considering coupling of the above derived equations with a forced dynamical system without delay. Our analysis shows that it is possible to have synchronization between two such systems. It has been shown that the chaotic system with delay feedback can drive the system without delay to achieve synchronization and the opposite case is also equally valid. This is confirmed by the evaluation of the conditional Lyapunov exponents of the systems.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of global finite-time synchronization of two different dimensional chaotic systems. Firstly, the definition of global finite-time synchronization of different dimensional chaotic systems are introduced. Based on the finite-time stability methods, the controller is designed such that the chaotic systems are globally synchronized in a finite time. Then, some uncertain parameters are adopted in the chaotic systems, new control law and dynamical parameter estimation are proposed to guarantee that the global finite-time synchronization can be obtained. By considering a dynamical parameter designed in the controller, the adaptive updated controller is also designed to achieve the desired results. At last, the results of two different dimensional chaotic systems are also extended to two different dimensional networked chaotic systems. Finally, three numerical examples are given to verify the validity of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of projective synchronization of chaotic systems and switched chaotic systems by adaptive control methods. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is proposed to show how many state variables can realize projective synchronization under a linear feedback controller for the chaotic systems. Then, accordingly, a new algorithm is given to select all state variables that can realize projective synchronization. Furthermore, according to the results of the projective synchronization of chaotic systems, the problem of projective synchronization of the switched chaotic systems comprised by the unified chaotic systems is investigated, and an adaptive global linear feedback controller with only one input channel is designed, which can realize the projective synchronization under the arbitrary switching law. It is worth mentioning that the proposed method can also realize complete synchronization of the switched chaotic systems. Finally, the numerical simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple nonlinear controller is applied to investigate the generalized projective synchronization for a controlled chaotic gyroscope with a periodic gyroscope dynamical system. The necessary and sufficient conditions for generalized projective synchronization are developed through the theory of discontinuous dynamical systems. The synchronization invariant domain from the synchronization conditions is presented. The parameter maps are explored for a better understanding of the synchronicity of two gyroscopes with different motions. Finally, the partial and full generalized projective synchronizations of two nonlinear coupled gyroscope systems are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.  相似文献

This work presents the synchronization between two different chaotic systems by using an adaptive feedback control scheme. The adaptive synchronization problem between an electrostatic system and electromechanical transducer has been investigated. An adaptive linear feedback law with two controllers is proposed to ensure the global chaos synchronization of the nonlinear electrostatic and electromechanical systems. Numerical simulations results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Synchronization of an energy resource system is investigated. Three linear control schemes are proposed to synchronize a chaotic energy resource system via the back-stepping method. This can be viewed as an improvement to the existing results of Tian et al. (2006) [14]. Because we use simpler controllers to realize a global asymptotical synchronization. In the first two schemes, the sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two identical energy resource systems using linear feedback control are derived by using Lyapunov stability theorem. In the third scheme, the synchronization condition is obtained by numerical method, in which only one state variable controller is contained. Finally, three numerical simulation examples are performed to verify these results.  相似文献

The unified chaotic system incorporates the behaviors of the Lorenz, the Chen and the Lü chaotic systems. This paper deals with the synchronization of two identical unified chaotic systems where the slave system is assumed to have a single input. A sliding mode controller is proposed to synchronize the two systems. The asymptotic convergence to zero of the errors between the states of the master and the slave systems is shown. Simulations results are presented to illustrate the proposed controller; they indicate that the designed controller is able to synchronize the unified chaotic systems. Also, simulation results show that the proposed control scheme is robust to random bounded disturbances acting on the master system. Moreover, the proposed scheme is applied to the secure communications field, where simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme is effective.  相似文献

Synchronization in an array of coupled identical nonlinear dynamical systems have attracted increasing attention from various fields of science and engineering. In this paper, we investigate the synchronization phenomenon in tree-like dynamical networks. Based on the LaSalle invariant principle, a simple and systematic adaptive control scheme with variable coupling strength is proposed for the synchronization of tree-like dynamical networks without any knowledge of the concrete structure of isolate system. This result indicates that synchronization can be achieved for strong enough coupling if there exists a system (located at the root of the tree) which directly or indirectly influences all other systems. Furthermore, the main result is applied to several Lorenz chaotic systems coupled by a tree. And numerical simulations are also given to show the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization method.  相似文献

Synchronization of a four-dimensional energy resource system is investigated. Four linear control schemes are proposed to synchronize energy resource chaotic system via the back-stepping method. We use simpler controllers to realize a global asymptotical synchronization. In the first three schemes, the sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two identical energy resource systems using linear feedback control are derived by using Lyapunov stability theorem. In the fourth scheme, the synchronization condition is obtained by numerical method, in which only one state variable controller is contained. Finally, four numerical simulation examples are performed to verify these results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the synchronization of three dimensional chaotic systems by extending our previous method for chaos stabilization, and proposes a novel simple adaptive feedback controller for chaos synchronization. In comparison with previous methods, the present controller contains single state feedback. To our knowledge, the above controller is the simplest control scheme for synchronizing the three dimensional chaotic systems. The results are validated using numerical simulations.  相似文献

Chaos synchronization in unified chaotic systems with uncertain parameters is discussed in this paper. On the basis of the control Lyapunov function (CLF), a feedback controller is designed which is only related to the boundaries of the uncertain parameters. Synchronization of two identical unified chaotic systems with different initial conditions is realized. Simulation results for Lorenz, Lü and Chen chaotic systems are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper mainly investigates adaptive generalized function projective synchronization of two different uncertain chaotic systems, which is a further extension of many existing projection synchronization schemes, such as modified projection synchronization, function projective synchronization and so on. On the basis of Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller for the synchronization of two different chaotic systems is designed, and some parameter update laws for estimating the unknown parameters of the systems are also gained. This technique is applied to achieve synchronization between Lorenz and Rössler chaotic systems. The numerical simulations demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the master–slave synchronization problem of chaotic Lur’e systems. It is assumed that only quantized sampled measurements are available for the controller. By modeling the synchronization error system as an input-delay system and constructing a new Lyapunov functional, a new sufficient condition and feedback controller design method for global exponential asymptotical synchronization of master and slave system are obtained. The proposed approach has taken the feature of sample-induced delay into consideration and simulation results show the less conservativeness.  相似文献

The control and hybrid projective synchronization (HPS) strategies for a novel hyperchaotic system are investigated. Firstly, the novel hyperchaotic system is controlled to the unsteady equilibrium point or limit cycle via only one scalar controller which includes two state variables. Secondly, based on Lyapunov’s direct method HPS between two novel hyperchaotic systems is studied. A new nonlinear feedback vector controller is designed to guarantee HPS, which can be simplified ulteriorly into a single scalar controller to achieve complete synchronization between two novel hyperchaotic systems. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of these strategies. The proposed methods have certain significances for reducing the cost and complexity for controller implementation.  相似文献

An adaptive feedback control of linearizable chaotic systems   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
This paper proposes an adaptive feedback controller for a class of chaotic systems. This controller can be used for tracking a smooth orbit that can be a limit cycle or a chaotic orbit of another system. Based on Lyapunov approach, the adaptation law is determined to tune the controller gain vector in order to track a predetermined linearizing feedback control. To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme, two well-known chaotic systems namely Chua’s circuit and a Lur’e-like system are considered as illustrative examples.  相似文献
