3-(二氰亚甲基)-5,5-二甲基-1-(3-[9-(2-乙基-己基)-咔唑基]-乙烯基)环己烷(DCDHCC)是一种用于光电器件中的有机染料,它具有良好的发光特性.我们使用含时密度泛函方法(TD-PBE0,TD-BMK和TD-M06)以及极化连续模型(PCM)计算了该材料在溶剂中的吸收和发射特性.计算中使用了线性响应(LR)、态定(SS)两种溶剂模型和6-31G(d)、6-31+G(d,p)两种基组.计算了DCDHCC在苯、四氢呋喃和丙酮溶剂中的吸收和发射光谱,并与实验观测进行了比较.结果表明:对于吸收光谱的计算,杂化函数的影响大于基组和溶剂模型,在三种函数中BMK更适于研究DCDHCC的吸收光谱;而对于发射光谱,基组的影响最大,基组通过影响激发态构型从而影响发射光谱,对于激发态构型的优化需要使用6-31+G(d,p)基组.我们希望这些研究能对今后设计类似的发光分子有帮助.  相似文献

Theoretical calculations were carried out to predict the aqueous-phase acidities of a series of drug 1-phenyl-4-propylpiperazine and its derivatives. The performances of the density functional theory(DFT) methods B3LYP and B3P86, solvation models[the polarized continuum model(PCM) and the conductor-like polarized conti- nuum model(CPCM)], and the basis set effect were tested. A comparison between the theoretical and experimental pKa values for para-substituted 1-phenyl-4-propylpiperazines reveals that the accuracy of B3LYP is better than that of B3P86, and the basis set 6-31++G(d,p) and the CPCM model are suitable for calculating pKa values of the substituted 1-phenyl-4-propylpiperazine. For the investigated compounds, a reasonable agreement between the experimental and calculated oKo values was also observed.  相似文献

基于非氢原子i的酸性点价(δai)建构分子树拓扑指数(mT)及其分支指数(mTC)和叶指数(mTx),并提出表征诱导效应的叶指数(mT′x).通过最佳变量子集算法获得38种羧酸的pKa与0TC、1TC、0T′x的回归方程:pKa=3.0352-1.25700T′x-0.15540TC+0.07811TC,R=0.9766.通过Jackknife法检验,该模型具有总体稳健性.优于文献的七元最佳回归模型(R=0.957),与其分子力学方法(CoMFA)结果(R=0.988)较为接近.结果表明,所建拓扑指数是合理的,具有科学性基础.  相似文献

The accurate pKa determinations for three carboxylic acids have been investigated using the combination of the extended clusters‐continuum model at B3LYP/6‐31+g(d,p) and B3LYP/6‐311++g(d,p) levels. To take into account of the effect of the water combined with carboxylic acids in different positions, eleven molecular clusters were considered. Among these clusters, the one involving the carboxylic acid wrapped up with water molecules and saturated with hydrogen bonds (four hydrogen bonds around ? COOH) leads to the best B3LYP pKa results compared to the experimental data. For those clusters saturated with hydrogen bonds, when n = 3 (the number of water molecules), the average absolute errors between the calculated pKa results and experimental data of these three carboxylic acids were 0.19 (0.23) and 0.12 (0.22) pKa at B3LYP/6‐31+g(d,p)//PCM (IEFPCM) and B3LYP/6‐311++g(d,p)//PCM (IEFPCM) levels, respectively; when n = 4, they are 0.53 (1.23) and 1.09 (1.03) pKa, respectively. On the basis of the above results, the molecular cluster saturated with four hydrogen bonds formed by three waters and one carboxylic acid molecule was the chief existence in the carboxylic acid solution. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The methods for the experimental determination of electric dipole moment of molecules in solution from measurements of dielectric permittivity and refractive index are traditionally based on the classical Onsager model. In this model the molecular solute is approximated as a simple polarizable point dipole inside a spherical or ellipsoidal cavity of a dielectric medium representing the solvent. However, the inadequacies of the model resulting from the assumption of a simple shape of the cavity, for the evaluation of the cavity field effect, and from the uncertainty of the polarizability of the molecular solute influences the results and hampers the comparison with the electric dipole moments computed from quantum chemical solvation models. In this article we propose a new method for the experimental determination of the electric dipole moment in solution in which information from the Polarizable Continuum Model calculations are used in place of the Onsager model. The new method overcomes the limitations of this latter model regarding both the cavity field effect and the polarizability of the molecular solutes, and thus allows a coherent comparison between experimental and computed dipole moments of solvated molecules. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

以TiO2为光催化剂,对含六种不同取代基的巯基偶氮苯甲酸进行了光催化降解实验,并采用量子化学密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-31G**计算了巯基偶氮苯甲酸的电子结构,研究了巯基偶氮苯甲酸中推、拉电子取代基对其光催化降解活性的影响.结果表明,拉电子基(-COOH或-SO3H)的引入使巯基偶氮苯甲酸的偶极矩增大,绝对电负性减小,最高占有轨道能量升高,HOMO-LUMO能隙和C-N键的键级降低,从而提高了巯基偶氮苯甲酸的光催化降解活性,而分子中推电子基团的影响则相反.  相似文献

Various carboxylic acids were directly transformed into the corresponding ketones by utilizing organozinc ate complexes, which provide high chemoselectivity without any overreaction to the undesired tertiary carbinol, owing to formation of a stable tetrahedral zincioketal intermediate. A highly efficient aqueous system of PdCl2-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of arylboronic acid with carboxylic anhydride (Suzuki-type reaction) without the use of phosphine ligands was developed. The reactions went smoothly in acetone/H2O phase to give good yields of aryl ketones in short reaction times (1–3 h) at room temperature in air and were unaffected by the presence of electron-releasing and electron-withdrawing substituents in both the arylboronic acids and carboxylic anhydrides.  相似文献

发展精确、高效的交换-关联泛函一直是密度泛函理论工作者所追求的神圣目标。传统密度泛函被证实在计算原子或分子体系的某些基态和激发态性能时存在困难,而且预测不具有普适性;另一方面,一些高水平方法如耦合簇(CC)理论和基于格林函数(G)和屏蔽库仑作用(W)近似的多体微扰理论(MBPT),尽管相对精确但往往需要消耗昂贵的计算成本,因而其研究体系的尺寸和实用性受到了很大的限制。近年来,“最优化”调控区间分离泛函的发展在一定程度上使得上述问题得到改善,尤其是在消耗较少的计算成本前提下能够达到与高水平方法相媲美的预测精度,引起了越来越多的关注。本文首先简要回顾了密度泛函领域的理论背景,在区间分离密度泛函理论的基础上,重点介绍了最优化“调控”的概念;并且结合近期的理论工作对其在实际计算时的表现进行评价;最后,就最优化“调控”方法的前景和应用进行了展望。  相似文献

为了理解纤维素热解初期的脱水反应机理, 采用Gaussian 03程序中的密度泛函理论UB3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) 方法, 对模型化合物丙三醇脱水反应机理进行了量子化学理论研究. 设计了6种可能的脱水反应途径, 对各种反应的反应物、产物和过渡态的结构进行了能量梯度全优化, 计算了不同温度下各反应途径的标准热力学和动力学参数. 计算结果表明: 除了形成中间体IMa和IMb的反应外, 其它反应均为吸热反应; 温度高于400 K时, 丙三醇开始发生脱水反应; 与1-2-脱水反应相比, 1-3-脱水反应的反应势垒更低, 其活化能为233.75 kJ/mol; 当反应加入金属离子Li时, 有利于脱水反应的发生, 这时1-2-脱水反应的活化能为201.95 kJ/mol, 1-3-脱水反应的活化能为202.14 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Single-molecule studies that allow to compute pKa values, proton affinities (gas-phase acidity/basicity) and the electrostatic energy of solvation have been performed for a heterogeneous set of 26 organic compounds. Quantum mechanical density functional theory (DFT) using the Becke-half&half and B3LYP functionals on optimized molecular geometries have been carried out to investigate the energetics of gas-phase protonation. The electrostatic contribution to the solvation energies of protonated and deprotonated compounds were calculated by solving the Poisson equation using atomic charges generated by fitting the electrostatic potential derived from the molecular wave functions in vacuum. The combination of gas-phase and electrostatic solvation energies by means of the thermodynamic cycle enabled us to compute pKa values for the 26 compounds, which cover six distinct chemical groups (carboxylic acids, benzoic acids, phenols, imides, pyridines and imidazoles). The computational procedure for determining pKa values is accurate and transferable with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.53 and 0.57 pKa units and a maximum error of 1.0 pKa and 1.3 pKa units for Becke-half&half and B3LYP DFT functionals, respectively.  相似文献

Aqueous‐phase dissociation constants (Ka) for the conjugate acids of a series of 2‐azidoethanamine bases: R1N(R2)CH2CH2N3 ( 1 , R1 = CH3, R2 = H; 2 , R1 = CH3, R2 = CH3; 3 , R1 = CH2CH3, R2 = CH2CH3; 4 , R1/R2 =  CH2CH2CH2CH2 ; 5 , R1/R2 =  CH2CH2OCH2CH2 ; 6 , R1 = CH2CH3, R2 = CH2CH2N3) were measured and found to fall between those for analogous unfunctionalized and cyano‐functionalized ethanamines. To explore the possibility of a relationship existing between the constants and molecular geometry, a theoretically based study was conducted. In it, the Gibbs free energies of aqueous‐phase (equilibrium) conformers of the bases and their conjugate acids were determined via a density functional theory/polarizable continuum model method. The results indicate that an attractive interaction between the amine and azide groups that underlies the lowest‐energy gas‐phase conformer of 2 is negated in an aqueous environment by solvent–solute interactions. The magnitudes of the free energy changes of solvation and −TS (entropic) energies of the conformers of the 2‐azidoethanamines and their conjugate acids are observed to correlate with the magnitude of the separation between the conformers' amine and azide groups. However, those correlations are not by themselves sufficient to predict the relative free energies of a molecule's conformers in an aqueous environment. That insufficiency is due to the influence of the correlations being mitigated by three other parameters that arise within the thermodynamic framework employed to compute the observable. 利用水溶液中的有机酸在高氯酸羟胺(HAP)和N,N′-二环己基碳酰亚胺(DCC)存在的条件下生成的羟肟酸,以及羟肟酸在酸性高氯酸铁溶液中显色的性质,建立了一种分光光度测定水中有机酸含量的方法。对显色剂的酸度、浓度、加入体积、HAP和DCC的浓度、加入体积以及显色反应的温度、反应时间对吸光度的影响进行了考察。结果表明,该显色反应在反应条件:0.0687mol/LHAP1.0mL、0.6mol/LDCC0.5mL、震荡均匀后室温下放置反应15min、0.02mol/L酸性高氯酸铁溶液(高氯酸浓度0.3mol/L)显色条件下具有最大的吸光度;并对正丁酸、正戊酸、苯甲酸进行了线性关系考察。结果表明,该检测方法具有仪器简单、操作方便、线性范围较宽、准确度高等优点,可用于那些不易从水溶液中萃取的有机酸的测定,也可用于液相色谱洗脱液中有机酸的测定。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论方法在B3LYP/6-311G(d, p)水平上对527个多氯代菲分子的几何结构进行了全优化并计算得到它们的热力学性质(等容热容( )、熵(S$)、标准生成焓(ΔfH$)和标准生成Gibbs自由能(ΔfG$)), 研究了这些性质与取代的氯原子数目和位置的关系, 根据各异构体的相对标准生成Gibbs自由能(Δr,fG$)的大小, 得到它们的热力学稳定性顺序. 计算结果表明: 绝大多数多氯代菲分子具有非平面的几何构型, 在多氯代菲分子中存在三种类型的分子内弱相互作用(H…H、C—H…Cl和Cl…Cl相互作用), 随着分子中取代的氯原子数目的增加, 多氯代菲最稳定异构体的ΔfH$和ΔfG$开始时逐渐减小, 然后又快速增加. 具有相同数目氯原子的多氯代菲异构体的ΔfH$和ΔfG$与氯原子的取代位置有很大的关系. 多氯代菲异构体的相对热力学稳定性主要由分子内的离域π键和Cl…Cl核排斥作用的强弱决定.  相似文献

采用Gaussian 03程序中的密度泛函(DFT)方法, 在B3LYP/6-31G*水平上对135个多氯咔唑系列化合物(PCCZs)进行了全优化计算, 得到了298.15 K, 1.013×105 Pa标准状态下各分子的热力学性质. 设计等键反应, 计算了PCCZs系列化合物的标准生成热(ΔfHÖ)和标准生成自由能(ΔfGÖ), 研究了这些参数与氯原子的取代位置及取代数目(NPCS)之间的关系, 结果表明: 熵(SÖ), ΔfHÖ, ΔfGÖ与NPCS之间有很强的相关性. 并根据ΔfGÖ的相对大小, 从理论上求得异构体的相对稳定性的顺序. 此外, 以Gaussian 03程序的输出文件为基础, 采用统计热力学程序计算了PCCZs化合物在200至1800 K的摩尔恒压热容(Cp,m), 并用最小二乘法求得Cp,m与温度之间的相关方程, 发现Cp,m与T, T-1和T-2之间有着很好的相关性.  相似文献

Six stationary points of alaninamide have been located on the potential surface energy (PES) at the B3LYP/6‐311++G(2d,2p) level of theory both in the gas phase and in aqueous solution. In the aqueous solution, to take the water solvent effect into account, the polarizable continuum model (PCM) method has been used. Accurate geometric structures and their relative stabilities have been investigated. The results show that the intramolecular hydrogen bond plays a very important role in stabilizing the global minimum of the alaninamide. Moreover, the consistent result in relative energy using high‐level computations, including the MP2 and MP3 methods with the same basis set [6‐311++G(2d,2p)], indicates that the B3LYP/6‐311++G(d,p) level may be applied to the analogue system. More importantly, the optical rotation of the optimized conformers (both in the gas phase and in aqueous solution) of alaninamide have been calculated using the density functional theory (DFT) and Hartree–Fock (HF) method at various basis sets (6‐31+G*, 6‐311++G(d,p), 6‐311++G(2d,2p) and aug‐cc‐pvdz). The results show that the selection of the computation method and the basis set in calculation has great influence on the results of the optical rotations. The reliability of the HF method is less than that of DFT, and selecting the basis set of 6‐311++G(2d,2p) and aug‐cc‐pvDZ produces relative reliable results. Analysis of the computational results of the structure parameters and the optical rotations yields the conclusion that just the helixes in molecules caused the chiral molecules to be optical active. The Boltzmann equilibrium distributions for the six conformers (both in the gas phase and in the aqueous solution) are also carried out. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Magnetic coupling constants J between Cu ions and spin density map for a binuclear complex Cu2(2,2′-bpy)2(4,4′-bpy)2L2 have been calculated by the combination of the broken symmetry approach with the spin project method under the DFT framework and the effect of nonorthogonality between magnetic α and β orbitals in the broken symmetry solution. The result indicates that using SV/SVP basis sets in the calculation of Gaussian 98 is much better than using LanL2DZ pseudo-potential function in above system. It is interesting that calculated J value is quite near to the experimental value in the studies of magnetic susceptibility.  相似文献
