The absorption spectra of 4f electron transitions of the complexes of neodymium and erbium with 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline in the presence of octylphenol poly(ethyleneglycol)ether have been studied by normal and third-derivative spectrophotometry. The proposed method is free of interference of other rare earths. The calibration graphs were linear up to 18 g/ml of neodymium and 21 g/ml of erbium (in the final solution). The derivative molar absorptivities are 395 l.mol–1.cm–1 for neodymium and 3421.mol–1.cm–1 for erbium. The corresponding values of Sandell's sensitivity were 0.36 and 0.49 g.cm–1, respectively. The relative standard deviations evaluated from ten independent determinations of 2.5 g/ml of neodymium and erbium are 1.5 and 3.8% for neodymium and 1.8 and 4.1% for erbium in absence and presence of 70 g of lanthanum, respectively. The detection limits (signal to noise ratio=2) are 0.23 g/ml for neodymium and 0.30 g/ml for erbium. The method has been used for the determination of neodymium and erbium in mixed rare earths with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A procedure was developed for the gas-chromatographic determination of promedol (trimeperidine) and ketamine in whole blood with mass-selective detection. The detection limit for trimeperidine and ketamine in blood is 0.05 g/mL. The analytical range is 0.1–5.0 g/mL. The maximum within-series errors in the determination of the studied compounds are no higher than 14.1% for concentrations of 0.10 g/mL and 7.47% for concentrations of 1.0 g/mL. The maximum between-series relative errors are 5.75% for concentrations of 0.10 g/mL and 2.7% for concentrations of 1.0 g/mL. The procedure can be used in toxicological and clinical analyses.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Eine neue Methode zur Durchführung gravimetrischer Bestimmungen im Mikrogrammbereich wurde beschrieben; diese beruht im wesentlichen darauf, daß der Niederschlag nicht mehr zusammen mit dem Filter, sondern nach Überführen mit einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel in einem separaten Wägegefäß gewogen wird.Die dazu nötigen Geräte und deren Herstellung wurden beschrieben. Nach dieser Methode wurden folgende Bestimmungen mit zufriedenstellender Richtigkeit durchgeführt: 2,5–25g Al, 5–50g Cu und 5–50g Zn mit Oxin, 2,5–25g Fe(III) und 2,5–25g Ti(IV) mit N-Benzoyl-phenylhydroxylamin, 5–50g Ni und 5–50g Cu mit Salicylaldoxim, 2,5–50g Co(II) und 2,5–50g Fe(III) mit -Nitroso--naphthol sowie 5–50g Chlorid als Silberchlorid.
Precipitation analysis in the microgram-scale: A new method
Summary A new method for gravimetric determinations in the microgram-scale is described. This method is based on the fact that the precipitate is not weighed together with the filter but is transferred to a separate weighingvessel using a suitable solvent. The necessary simple devices and their use are described. The following determinations were carried out with satisfying accuracy: 2,5–25g Al, 5–50g Cu and 5–50g Zn with Oxine, 2,5–25g Fe and 2,5–25g Ti withN-benzoylphenylhydroxylamine, 5–50g Ni and 5–50g Cu with salicylaldoxime, 2,52–50g Co and 2,5–50g Fe with -nitroso--naphthol and 5–50g chloride as silver chloride.

Summary A gas chromatographic methodology with selective detection is presented for the analysis in wines and corks of pentachlorophenol residues, which are suspected to be the most likely precursors of some off-flavours described in several wine samples. After derivatisation, pentachlorophenol acetate residues were monitored by electrolytic conductivity detection and/or mass spectrometric detection in the selective ion mode at m/z 264 and 266. Recoveries varied from 80 to 96% for wine samples fortified with 5 to 100 g l–1 and from 83 to 91% for corks (fortified at 25 to 100 g kg–1). The proposed methodology allowed for a determination limit of g l–1 for wine and 10 g kg–1 for corks.  相似文献

Summary For the trace determination of sodium alkylbenzenesulphonate (ABS) by HPLC the following conditions were employed: Shimadzu ZORBAX SIL Column (5 m, 4.6 mm i.d. x 150 mm) as stationary phase, 0.2% ammoniaethanol (v/v) as mobile phase, UV detector at 225 nm, injection volume 12 l. The chromatograms of ABS were simple and sharp (detection limit of ABS 0.02 g in 12 l of ethanol). The calibration curves of ABS were linear in a concentration range of 0.03 0.3 g in 12 l of ethanol. In the case of linear sodium dodecylbenzenesulphonate positive errors of 1 4% were caused by non-ionic surfactants or laurylsulphate (6 times excess), 10 50% positive errors were caused by 2 6 times excess of household detergents.Standard water samples containing ABS were treated with a weak base anion-exchange resin, the adsorbed ABS were eluted, and then determined either by HPLC or by the methylene blue spectrophotometric method. Recoveries of ABS in water were about 92 107% by HPLC.

Zusammenfassung Für die Spurenbestimmung von Natriumalkylbenzolsulfonat (ABS) durch HPLC werden die folgenden Bedingungen empfohlen:Shimadzu ZORBAX SIL (5 m, 4,6 mm x 150 mm) als stationäre Phase, 0,2% Ammoniak/Ethanol als mobile Phase, UV-Detektor bei 225 nm, Injektionsvolumen 12 l. Die erhaltenen Chromatogramme sind einfach und scharf (Nachweisgrenze 0,02 g in 12 ml Ethanol). Die Eichkurven sind im Konzentrationsbereich von 0,03–0,3 g in 12 l Ethanol linear. Im Falle des linearen Natriumdodecylbenzolsulfonats werden bei Anwesenheit von nicht-ionischen oberflächenaktiven Substanzen oder von Laurylsulfat in 6fachem Überschuß positiver Fehler von 1–4% erhalten; bei 2–6fachem Überschuß von Haushaltswaschmitteln ergeben sich positive Fehler von 10–50%.Standard-Wasserproben werden zunächst einer Behandlung mit einem Anionenaustauscher unterzogen, die adsorbierten ABS eluiert und durch HPLC oder nach der Methylenblaumethode analysiert. Wiederfindungsraten liegen bei 92–107%.

Summary The quantitative determination of trace elements in human blood serum by Total Reflection X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (TXRF) is influenced by absorption- and reflection-effects caused by the organic (proteins) and inorganic (P, S, Na, K, Ca, Cl) matrices. To minimize these effects we have developed a sample preparation technique based on the decomposition of the organic matrix and followed by the separation of the trace elements from the organic matrix by ion-exchange. The described method enables the simultaneous determination of K (1584 g), Ca (666 g), Fe (22 g), Cu (9.6 g), Zn (8.8 g), Se (0.97 g), Sn (1.3 g), Pb (0.12 g) and Rb (1.6 g) (obtained values in parentheses).

The advantage of this method is the extraordinary economy of the packing material employed and the high reliability in production. Summary Spots of citrinin, ochratoxin A, aflatoxin M1 and penicillic acid on thin-layer chromatograms can be semi-quantitatively estimated by using a grey scale, commonly used in photo laboratories. The detection limits are 0.01 g for citrinin, 0.006 g for ochratoxin A, 0.002 g for aflatoxin M1 and 0.01 g for penicillic acid. Standard curves for these mycotoxins are given.

Die Nachweisgrenzen betragen 0,01 g für Citrinin, 0,006 g für Ochratoxin A, 0,002 g für Aflatoxin M1 und 0,01 g für Penicillinsäure. Eichkurven werden angegeben.

Electrochemical and photochemical properties of the tetrahedral cluster [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)13] were studied in order to prove whether the previously established thermal conversion of this cluster into the hydrogenated derivative [Ru3Ir(-H)3(CO)12] also occurs by means of redox or photochemical activation. Two-electron reduction of [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)13] results in the loss of CO and concomitant formation of the dianion [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)12]2–. The latter reduction product is stable in CH2Cl2 at low temperatures but becomes partly protonated above 283K into the anion [Ru3Ir(-H)2(CO)12] by traces of water. The dianion [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)12]2– is also the product of the electrochemical reduction of [Ru3Ir(-H)3(CO)12] accompanied by the loss of H2. Stepwise deprotonation of [Ru3Ir(-H)3(CO)12] with Et4NOH yields [Ru3Ir(-H)2(CO)12] and [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)12]2–. Reverse protonation of the anionic clusters can be achieved, e.g., with trifluoromethylsulfonic acid. Thus, the electrochemical conversion of [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)13] into [Ru3Ir(-H)3(CO)12] is feasible, demanding separate two-electron reduction and protonation steps. Irradiation into the visible absorption band of [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)13] in hexane does not induce any significant photochemical conversion. Irradiation of this cluster in the presence of CO with irr>340nm, however, triggers its efficient photofragmentation into reactive unsaturated ruthenium and iridium carbonyl fragments. These fragments are either stabilised by dissolved CO or undergo reclusterification to give homonuclear clusters. Most importantly, in H2-saturated hexane, [Ru3Ir( 3-H)(CO)13] converts selectively into the [Ru3Ir(-H)3(CO)12] photoproduct. This conversion is particularly efficient at irr >340nm.  相似文献

-Initiated cotelomerization of 1-hexene and hexafluoropropylene with isopropanol has been sturied. Relative cotelomerization and chain transfer constants, cotelomerization constants and their temperature dependences have been dtermined. Products identified were homotelomers and one cotelomer. The cotelomer yield is shown to be in extremal dependence on the concentration of the initial reagents.

The thermal ignition behaviour of various mixtures of organic fuels, magnesium and ammonium nitrate (AN) has been examined by differential thermal analysis technique. It has been observed that the thermal decomposition/ignition of organic fuel-AN mixtures is modified significantly in the presence of magnesium metal. The decomposition characteristics of the binary mixtures of AN with various metals indicate the specific action of magnesium and zinc in lowering the decomposition temperature. A possible explanation for the low temperature decomposition is given in terms of the solid state reaction causing the fusion of AN which further reacts with the metal resulting in a highly exothermic reaction.
Zusammenfassung Mittels DTA wurde das thermische Initiierungsverhalten verschiedener Gemische aus organischen Brennstoffen, Magnesium und Ammoniumnitrat (AN) untersucht. Es wurde festgestellt, daß die thermische Zersetzung/Initiierung von Gemischen aus organischen Brennstoffen und AN durch die Gegenwart von metallischem Magnesium bedeutsam beeinflußt wird. Die Zersetzungscharakteristiken binären Gemische aus AN und verschiedener Metalle zeigen eine spezielle Wirkung von Magnesium und Zink bei der Herabsetzung der Zersetzungstemperatur. Eine mögliche Erklärung für die Zersetzung bei niedrigerer Temperatur kann in Bezug auf die Festkörperreaktion gesehen werden, die das Schmelzen von AN verursacht, welches dann mit dem Metall stark exotherm reagiert.

Chemical processing for the preparation of Nb-coated barium titanate composite particles was investigated using surface modification technology, hydrolyzing Nb ethoxide on the surface of barium titanate particles dispersed in hydrophobic solvent.It was confirmed from the measurements of specific surface area and zeta potential as well as SEM, TEM and EDX observations of the resulting composite particles that the original barium titanate particles were coated uniformly with hydrolysis product of Nb ethoxide.Barium titanates coated with 1 wt% of Nb as oxide were well sintered at 1200–1300°C. The dielectric constants of the sintered barium titanates showed flattened temperature dependence, but it depended upon the average particle size of original barium titanate. The sintered bodies of Nb-coated barium titanate powders with average particle size of 0.2 m gave dielectric constants of 2000–3000 and those of barium titanate with average particle size of 0.5 m showed dielectric constants of 3000–4000 at room temperature.The microstructure of the sintered barium titanate coated with Nb oxide consisted of grains of about 1 m, smaller than those of sintered original barium titanate.  相似文献

The interference contributions of uranium and thorium to the determination of cerium based on radionuclides141Ce and143Ce produced by irradiation in a reactor core was determined. The values of the interference contributions for141Ce were 0.28±0.01 g Ce/g U and /2.01±0.05/x10–3 g Ce/g Th, and for143Ce 1.33±0.03 g Ce/g U and /9.0±0.2/x10–3 g Ce/g Th.  相似文献

Summary Optimum for the generation of arsine from As(III) and (V) in a generating system without carrier gas and with atomization in an air-acetylene flame were established. A 3% solution of NaBH4 was used as reducer. The effect of 26 different species on the determination of arsenic was studied. The method has been applied to determine arsenic in copper.A linear relationship exists between 0.5 and 3 g for As(III) and between 1 and 4 total g of As(V). The sensitivity, expressed as the slope of the calibration curve is 0.067 g–1 for As(III) and 0.054 g–1 for As(V); the characteristic masses are 1.22 g and 0.44 g, and the limits of detection 0.27 g and 0.33 g, respectively.
Direkte Flammen-AAS — Erzeugung flüchtiger kovalenter HydrideStörungen durch das Verhältnis der As(III/V)-Valenzstufen und Arsenbestimmung in Kupfer
Zusammenfassung Optimale Bedingungen wurden ausgearbeitet für die Arsinerzeugung aus As(III) und As(V) in einem System ohne Trägergas mit Atomisierung in einer Luft-Acetylen-Flamme. Zur Reduktion dient eine 3%ige NaBH4-Lösung. Der Einfluß von 26 Fremdionen wurde geprüft und das Verfahren zur Arsenbestimmung in Kupfer angewendet. Eine lineare Beziehung ergab sich für 0,5–3 g As(III) und 1–4 g As(V). Die Empfindlichkeit (als Neigung der Eichkurve) beträgt 0,067 g–1 für As(III) und 0,054 g–1 für As(V). Die charakteristischen Massen sind 1,22 g bzw. 0,44 g und die Nachweisgrenzen 0,27 g bzw. 0,33 g.

The effect of substituted hydroxybenzophenone, benzotriazole and organic metal complexes on the photooxidation of PP films has been studied. It has been established that NiDBTC added in 1.0 wt. % is the most effective photostabilizer.While in the case of other stabilizers there is a slight increase in the Co content even during the induction period, with the application of NiDBTC practically no oxidation can be observed before the stabilizer completely disappears. This means that NiDBTC inhibits the photooxidation of the polymer even in low concentration.

4,4-bismaleimidophenyl methane (BM) and 3,3-bismaleimidophenyl sulfone (BS) were blended in solution using weight ratios 31 (MS31), 21 (MS21), 11 (MS11), 12 (MS12) and 13 (MS13). Chain extended bismaleimide resins were also prepared by treating BS/BM with 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether in molar ratios of 10.3 (BM-E and BS-E resins). These resins were also blended with bismaleimides and the curing characteristics were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry. Increase in BM content in BMBS blends or increase in chain extended bismaleimide content in BM-EBS or BS-E BM blends resulted in a reduction of melting and curing temperatures. Indication about the extent of cross-linking was obtained from solubility measurements (in DMF) of isothermally cured resins (180 °C, lh and 220 °C, lh in an air oven). Thermogravimetric analysis of samples isothermally cured at 180 °C and 220 °C (lh each) was carried out in nitrogen atmosphere. Improvement in thermal stability of chain extended bismaleimides was observed on blending.
Zusammenfassung 4,4-Bismalimidophenyl-methan (BM) und 3,3-Bismalimidophenyl-sulfon (BS) wurden in Lösung in den Gewichtsverhältnissen 31 (MS31), 21 (MS21), 11 (MS11), 12 (MS12) und 13 (MS13) gemischt. Auch kettenpolymerisierten Bismalimid-Harze wurden durch Behandlung von BS/BM mit Diaminodiphenylether im Molverhältnis 10,3 dargestellt (BM-E- und BS-E-Harze). Die Kennwerte der Aushärtung von Mischungen dieser Harze mit den Bismalimiden wurden mittels DSC ermittelt. Eine Erhöhung des BM-Gehaltes in den BM BS-Mischungen oder des Gehaltes der BM-E BS oder BS-E-Mischungen an kettenpolymerisierten Bismalimiden führt zu einer Erniedrigung der Schmelz- und Aushärtetemperaturen. Hinweise über den Vernetzungsgrad wurden aus Löslichkeitsmessungen (in DMF) von Isotherm (je 1 Stunde bei 180 und 220 °C in Luft) gehärteten Harzen erhalten. Die thermogravimetrische Analyse der Isotherm bei 180 bzw. 220 °C 1 Stunde ausgehärteten Proben wurde in Stickstoffatmosphäre ausgeführt. Die thermische Stabilität der Bismalimide wird durch Verschneiden verbessert.

Summary HPLC procedures for analyses of the fusariotoxins zearalenone and vomitoxin in individual food- and feedstuffs as well as in mixed feed are described. Zearalenone is separated on a column with polar stationary phase (25 cm × 4.6 mm i.d., particle size 7 m), eluted with a chloroform-isooctane (75/25, v/v)+1.5% methanol mixture and detected fluorometrically. The quantitative determination was possible in all analyzed samples with a detection limit of 2g/kg with 70–80% recovery. Vomitoxin is fractionated by HPLC (C 18 1 column, 25 cm×4 mm i.d., 5 m particle size) with water-methanol (60/40, v/v) mobile phase and determined by combining GLC or TLC with UV detection. The detection limit in mixed feed with interfering substances was 25 g/kg (recovery 25–35%). The separation by HPLC makes preparation of pure vomitoxin possible. The described methods are fast, simple and low cost and are suitable for routine analyses.  相似文献

Summary Aspects of cracking and joining capillaries have been investigated. Capillary coupling was achieved using various methods. The most successful used hydrofluoric acid-etched capillaries to form male and female ends which were then joined together. This type of joint was used to connect sections of capillary of similar and different internal diameters with minimal loss in resolution, peak width and number of theoretical plates. (Uridine and hypoxanthine was used as a test mixture). For hypoxanthine on a 50 m/50 m etched joined capillary 10 cm from the detector window the number of theoretical plates was 96.6% of that for hypoxanthine on an unbroken capillary. Following the relative success of capillary joining, a coupled capillary flowcell (50 m/200 m) was produced and evaluated.  相似文献

The hydrated rare earth orthophosphates LnPO4 ·xH2O (Ln=La-Dy) contain zeolitic water in the structural channels, which is released reversibly up to 300°. The thermal stabilities of the hydrates depend upon the nature of the Ln atom. The dehydration temperature decreases with decreasing ionic radiusr of Ln3+, according to the general equation=(r–a)/b (where is the DSC and/or DTG dehydration peak temperature, anda andb are empirical constants depending on the experimental conditions).The contracting-area rate equation was valid for linearization of the isothermal vs. time plots in the range 0; 0.65. Kinetic values ofE, A, H + and S+ were calculated and the kinetic stabilities of the hydrates are discussed.
Zusammenfassung Die hydratisierten Seltenerdiphosphate LnPO4·xH2O (Ln=La bis Dy) enthalten in Kanälen ihrer Struktur zeolithisches Wasser, das reversibel bis 300 °C abgegeben wird. Die thermische Stabilität der Hydrate hängt von der Natur des Ln ab. Die Entwässerungstemperatur sinkt mit abnehmendem Ionenradiusr der Ln3+-Ionen gemäss:=(r–a)/b (a undb sind empirische Konstanten, die von den experimentellen Bedingungen abhängen). Die isotherme Entwässerung lässt sich im Umsatzbereich 0 0,65 mit der Gleichung für kontrahierende Fläche (zweidimensionale Phasengrenzreaktion) beschreiben. Die kinetischen Grössen AktivierungsenergieE, -enthalpieH *, und -entropieS * wurden berechnet und die kinetische Stabilität der Hydrate wird diskutiert.

The diacetylenic adducts, Fe2(CO)6{-EC(H) = C(C CMe)E} (E = E, E E; E, E = S, Se, Te) (1–8) have been obtained from the room temperature stirring of Fe2(CO)6(-EE) with HC CC CMe in methanol solvent containing sodium acetate. Compounds 1–8 have been characterized by IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 77Se, and l25Te) spectroscopy. Trends in the chemical shifts of 77Se and 125Te NMR spectra of Fe2(CO)6{-EC(H) = C(C CMe)E} with a variation of EE are discussed.  相似文献
