4,6-Diaryl-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-nicotinonitriles 2a-k and 3-amino-2,4-dicyano-5-aryl-biphenyls 3a-c were synthesized from 1,3-diaryl-prop-2-en-1-ones 1a-k and malononitrile by a convenient one-pot method. Likewise, the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with malononitrile afforded 6-amino-4-aryl-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-pyridine-3,5-dicarbonitriles 6a-f. The reaction of mesityl oxide with malononitrile gave 5-amino-7-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-2,4,4-trimethyl-1,4-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridine-8-carbonitrile 8. The NLO studies of the pyridinedinitrile derivatives 6a, b, f showed a high value while that of nicotinonitrile 2b was weak.  相似文献

Treatment of tethered alkyne-allyl halides 1a-d with indium metal in halogenated solvents affords carbocyclic vinyl halides (3a-d) via a novel atom-transfer reaction. The reactions are operationally facile and proceed smoothly at room temperature even with sub-stoichiometric quantities of the metal. Use of a halogenated solvent containing a different halide than that contained in the substrate affords a mixture of products arising from intramolecular halide transfer and abstraction of a halide atom from solvent.  相似文献

(Z)-5-(2-(1H-Indol-3-yl)-2-oxoethylidene)-3-phenyl-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one (7a-q) derivatives have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 3-phenyl-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-ones (3a-h) with suitably substituted 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-2-oxoacetaldehyde (6a-d) under microwave condition. The thioxothiazolidine-4-ones were prepared from the corresponding aromatic amines (1a-e) and di-(carboxymethyl)-trithiocarbonyl (2). The aldehydes (6a-h) were synthesized from the corresponding acid chlorides (5a-d) using HSnBu3.  相似文献

An efficient tandem approach for the selective synthesis of 4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 6ag and imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 7ah by the reaction of 2-imidazolyl anilines 4ac with aryl aldehydes 5ak under mild reaction conditions is described. Introduction of electron releasing alkyl groups in substrates 4ab was found to be instrumental for the success of the reaction.  相似文献

A series of chiral C1- and C2-symmetric ferrocenyl Schiff bases (1a-c), ferrocenyl aminoalcohols (2a), ferrocenylphosphinamides (2b-c), 1,1′-ferrocenyl-diol (3), and 1,1′-ferrocenyl-disulfonamide (4) were prepared and employed as base catalysts or as ligand for titanium(IV) complexes in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to aromatic aldehydes. High enantioselectivity up to almost 100% ee was achieved for the alkylation of benzaldehyde and p-methoxybenzaldehyde with 1 or 3. In contrast, however, the β-aminoalcohol (2a) and phosphinamides (2b and c) that are ubiquitous classes of base catalysts for this reaction proved inefficient in our hands, regardless of the types of substrates or reaction conditions. Comparative studies show that there exist various reaction parameters governing not only chemical yields but also optical yields. These include steric and electronic environment of the substrate, the solvent, the reaction temperature, and the nature of the ferrocene moieties.  相似文献

Under the conditions of ruthenium catalyzed transfer hydrogenation, 2-butyne couples to alcohols 1a-1j to deliver α,β-unsaturated ketones 3a-3j in good to excellent isolated yields with complete E-stereoselectivity. Under identical conditions, aldehydes 2a-2j couple to 2-butyne to provide an identical set of α,β-unsaturated ketones 3a-3j in good to excellent isolated yields with complete E-stereoselectivity. Nonsymmetric alkyne 4a couples to alcohol 1d or aldehyde 2d in good yield to deliver enone 3k as a 5:1 mixture of regioisomers. Thus, intermolecular alkyne hydroacylation is achieved from the alcohol or aldehyde oxidation level. In earlier studies employing the same ruthenium catalyst under slightly different conditions, alkynes were coupled to carbonyl partners from the alcohol or aldehyde oxidation level to furnish allylic alcohols. Therefore, under the conditions of C-C bond forming transfer hydrogenation, all oxidation levels of substrate (alcohol or aldehyde) and product (allylic alcohol or α,β-unsaturated ketone) are accessible.  相似文献

The synthesis, mesomorphic behavior, and optical properties of two new series of metal complexes 1a,b-M (M=Pd, Cu, Zn) derived from benzoxazoles 2a,b are reported. The crystal and molecular structures of mesogenic 5-decyloxy-2-(6-decyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl)phenol and nonmesogenic bis[5-octyloxy-2-(6-octyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl) phenol]Pd(II) were determined by means of X-ray structural analysis. Two benzoxazoles 2a exhibited monotropic SmA phases, and all benzoxazoles 2b were nonmesogenic. On the other hand, metal complexes 1a-M exhibited distinctly different mesomorphism from complexes 1b-M. Complexes 1a-Pd formed SmC phases; complexes 1a-Cu and 1a-Zn formed crystal phases. In contrast, complexes 1b-Zn exhibited columnar phases, and complexes 1b-Cu and 1b-Pd were nonmesogenic. The difference of the mesomorphism in 1a-M and 1b-M was probably attributed to the geometry and/or the overall molecular shape created by 2a and 2b. The electronic configuration of metal ion might play an important role in forming the mesophases. The fluorescent properties of these compounds were also examined.  相似文献

Three fluoroionophores (2a-c) were designed as the intramolecular charge transfer (CT) dual fluorescent sensors for metal cations with metal binding site within the electron acceptor. These sensors were derived from 4-dialkylaminobenzanilides (alkyl=methyl, ethyl, and n-butyl) with the amido phenyl ring being an arm of 15-crown-5 thus bearing binding site for alkaline and alkaline earth metal cations. Compounds 2a-c were expected to have two possible CT channels of opposite direction. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of 2a-c and their crown-ether free model molecules 3a-c in a variety of solvents were recorded. Dual fluorescence was observed with 2a-c and was assigned to the LE and the CT states, respectively. In nonpolar or less polar solvents the CT occurring with 2a-c was identified as that occurred with benzanilides (BA) with the amido anilines being the electron donor (the BA-like CT), while in polar solvents such as acetonitrile (ACN), the CT was still mainly the BA-like. In the presence of alkali and alkaline earth metal cations in ACN, the CT dual fluorescence underwent substantial changes so as increased total quantum yield, red-shifted LE band and enhanced CT to LE intensity ratio. Binding of the metal cations at the 15-crown-5 moiety of 2a-c was shown to turn the CT direction that the dialkylamino group in the binding complexes being the electron donor while the benzo-15-crown-5 moiety now being within the electron acceptor. The occurrence of this CT enhances metal cation binding to 15-crown-5 ether in 2a-c, which was confirmed by the observed higher metal binding constants. Compounds 2a-c as the CT dual fluorescent sensors were shown to operate under the mechanism of the metal cation binding induced switching of the CT character from the BA-like to that occurred with 4-(dimethylamino)benzamides (the DMABA-like). Compounds 2a-c therefore represent successful examples for the CT dual fluorescent sensors for cations with the metal binding site within the electron acceptor and can be employed as sensitive ratiometric fluorescent sensors for metal cations of improved sensing performance.  相似文献

Substituent-controlled regioselective synthesis of highly functionalized 1,2-teraryls 3a-k has been achieved through ring transformation of 6-aryl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl/piperidin-1-yl)-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carbonitriles 1a-g by aryl acetones 2a-c in the presence of powdered KOH in DMF in very good yield. Under similar reaction conditions, 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-ones 5a-f afforded 1,7-diaryl-2-methyl-4H,5H-pyrano[3,4-c]pyran-4,5-diones 6a-j as major products and 3,4-diaryl-2-methyl-6-methylsulfanylbenzonitriles as minor constituents 7a-j.  相似文献

Tetraaryl and tetraferrocenyl resorcinarenes 1a-1c have been synthesized by the HCl-catalyzed condensation of resorcinol with aromatic aldehydes or ferrocenecarbaldehyde, which were fully alkylated with ethyl α-chloroacetate to give the activated ethyl resorcinarylacetates 2a-2c. Reaction of 2a-2c with hydrated hydrazine yielded the resorcinarene acylhydrazine derivatives 3a-3c, from which the multi-ferrocenyl functional groups were selectively and efficiently introduced on the upper rim, or on the lower rim, or both on the upper and lower rims of resorcinarenes 4a-4c and calixarenes 4d-4f based upon the condensation reactions of acylhydrazones with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde.  相似文献

An asymmetric synthesis of the 3-substituted Δ3,4-unsaturated prolines 7a-e and 3-substituted 4-methylene prolines 14a-c starting from the corresponding γ,δ-unsaturated α-amino acids 4a-e and 11a-c, respectively, is described. Amino acid derivatives 4a-e and 11a-d were obtained through aminoalkylation of the corresponding sulfoximine substituted allyl titanium(IV) complexes 2a-e and 10a-d, respectively, with the N-tert-butylsulfonyl imino ester 3. Activation of sulfoximines 4a-e and 11a-c through methylation of the sulfoximine group followed by a KF mediated isomerization of the vinyl aminosulfoxonium salts 5a-e and 12a-c, respectively, to the corresponding allyl aminosulfoxonium salt 6a-e and 13a-c, respectively, and a subsequent intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of the allylic aminosulfoxonium group afforded the enantio- and diastereomerically pure proline derivatives in medium to high yields.  相似文献

The Pd[0]-catalyzed Ullmann cross-coupling of o-nitrohaloarenes 1a-e with the brominated heterocycles 2a-f delivers the expected products 3a-j in good to excellent yields. The reductive cyclization of such products, as well as N-acyl derivatives 3k, l, and m, has been investigated and provided the C-3 mono-substituted oxindoles 5a-d, f, g, k, and m, the direct reduction products 4i and j or indole 5l.  相似文献

A comparative study on the triplet photoreactivity of a series of β,γ,δ,?-unsaturated aldehydes 14a-f and 15, using 3-methoxyacetophenone and 4-phenylbenzophenone as sensitizers, has been carried out. When 3-methoxyacetophenone is used as the triplet sensitizer, the aldehydes undergo oxa-di-π-methane rearrangement (ODPM) to afford the corresponding cyclopropanecarbaldehydes 16a-f and 17 in yields ranging from 14% to 62% in addition in most cases to products resulting from decarbonylation. However, when 4-phenylbenzophenone is used as the photosensitizer ODPM products are obtained exclusively in almost quantitative yield. These are additional examples of the recently described, unexpected influence of the nature of the triplet sensitizer on the photoreactivity of organic compounds.  相似文献

Reactions of C-(4-oxo-4H[1]benzopyran-3-yl)-N-phenyl nitrones (7) with allenic esters (8a-c) and allenic ketones (18a-d) furnish benzoindolizines (9a-k, 19a-d) in good yields. The formation of benzoindolizines is postulated to involve regioselective addition of 1,3-dipole to C2-C3 π bond of allenic esters/ketones followed by domino transformation of the cycloadducts, which involve an intramolecular aza Diels-Alder reaction in the intermediate C. DFT calculations of various parameters for diene and dienophile components in the proposed intermediate C have revealed that conformational constraints imposed by the alkyl groups (R=Me, Et) favor intramolecular aza-Diels-Alder cycloaddition. An alternative domino route to benzoindolizines (9a,d,g) involving sequential one-pot cycloaddition of azadienes (22a-c) with silyl-enol ether (23) followed by palladium(0)-catalyzed Heck coupling reaction has also been developed. Both these approaches represent novel domino routes for the synthesis of benzoindolizines.  相似文献

Our present study provides an expedient method for the synthesis of novel polycyclic and multi-substituted thiophene derivatives. A series of 4,5-di(hydroxyalkyl)-4,5-dihydrothiophene-2-carboxylates (e.g., 4a-c and 10) were prepared by the SmI2-promoted three-component coupling reactions of thiophene-2-carboxylate with aromatic aldehydes and 4-methoxyacetophenone. Diol 4a was oxidized by DDQ or pyridinium dichromate to give 5-acyl-4-hydroxyalkyl-4,5-dihydrothiophene-2-carboxylate 6a, which was subjected to dehydration to give either alkene 7 with terminal CC double bond or alkene 15a having conjugation with the ester group, depending on the reaction conditions using different quantities of p-toluenesulfonic acid. Alkene 7 underwent an intramolecular Friedel-Crafts alkylation to give a tetralone-fused thiophene-2-carboxylate 9. By the similar procedure, a carbazole-fused thiophene 14 was also prepared. Alkenes 15a-c underwent autooxidative fragmentation to give 4,5-diacylthiophene-2-carboxylates 5a-c that were elaborated to pyridazine-fused thiophenes.  相似文献

New fulleropyrrolidines endowed with chlorine-containing biological active 1,4-dihydropyridines (1,4-DHPs) have been synthesised from the respective formyl substituted 1,4-DHPs by following Prato's procedure. The presence of the chlorine atom on C2 of the 1,4-DHP ring brings about important spectroscopical and structural differences in compounds 10a-f related to the parent hydrogen-containing 11a. The mass spectroscopy study reveals different fragmentation patterns for fulleropyrrolidines 10a-f and their precursors 1,4-DHPs, as well as with 11a. Semiempirical calculations (AM1 and PM3) predict a most stable stereoisomer in all cases (RS for 10a-f) and the same RR for 11a. The presence of chlorine atom in 10a-f is responsible for the higher calculated conformational energy barriers in comparison with 11a. The geometry of the 1,4-DHP shows that the presence of fullerene unit does not significantly alter the required conformation for biological activity.  相似文献

The reaction of oxides of internal perfluoroolefins 1-3 with urea gave two kinds of novel fluorine containing N-heterocyclic compounds depending on the solvent nature: 1,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane-3,7-diones 4a-c and 2-amino-5-fluoro-4,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-4-ols 7a-d. Use of polar dimethylsulfoxide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetonitrile afforded glycolurils 4a-c in moderate yields. In dioxane, unexpected cyclization occurred resulting in oxazolines 7a-d in high yields. A similar reaction of oxiranes 2, 3 with urea in aqueous dioxane gave mixtures of 4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)imidazolidine-2-ones 9b, c, glycolurils 4b, c and oxazolines 7b-d. The molecular structure of trans-isomers of oxazoline 7b and imidazolidine 9b has been established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
