As a result of our study on the interaction between the octahydrotriborate anion with nucleophiles (Nu = THF, Ph3P, Ph2P-(CH2)2-PPh2 (dppe), Ph3As, Et3N, PhNH2, C5H5N, CH3CN, Ph2CHCN)) in the presence of a wide range of Lewis acids (Ti(IV), Hf(IV), Zr(IV), Al, Cu(I), Zn, Mn(II), Co(II) halides and iodine), a number of substituted derivatives of the octahydrotriborate anion [B3H7Nu] are obtained. It is found that the use of TiCl4, AlCl3, ZrCl4, HfCl4, CuCl and iodine leads to the highest product yields. In this case, it is most likely that the reaction proceeds through the formation of an intermediate [B3H7-HMXnx], which was detected by NMR spectroscopy. The structures of [Ph3P·B3H7] and [PhNH2·B3H7] were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The influence of steric repulsion between the NMe2 group and a second ortho-(peri-)substituent in the series of 1-dimethylaminonaphthalene and N,N-dimethylanilene ortho-oximes on the ease of the NMe2 group’s intramolecular nucleophilic substitution is studied. Possible reaction intermediates for three mechanisms are calculated (ωB97xd/def-2-TZVP), and their free Gibbs energies are compared to model reaction profiles. Supporting experiments have proved the absence of studied reactivity in the case of simple 2-dimethylaminobenzaldoxime, which allowed us to establish reactivity limits. The significant facilitation of NMe2 group displacement in the presence of bulky substituents is demonstrated. The possibility of fused isoxazoles synthesis via the intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of a protonated NMe2 group in the aniline and naphthalene series is predicted.  相似文献

Using cyanoacetic acid as a masked electrophile, a new cyanomethylation reaction of amines and carboxylic acids was developed, producing a variety of α‐aminonitriles and cyanomethyl esters with good yields and excellent functionality tolerance. This protocol features simple manipulation, inexpensive reagents, and a wide substrate scope. Iodoacetonitrile was generated in situ from the iodination–decarboxylation of cyanoacetic acid in this transformation.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of β‐cyclodextrin immobilized on Dowex resin as an efficient solid‐liquid phase transfer catalyst was developed for the synthesis of alkyl thiocyanates and phenacyl derivatives in water. The nucleophilic substitution reactions were performed under mild reaction condition and gave the products in excellent yields. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recycled by facile separation without any loss of activity.  相似文献

A copper(I)‐based metal–organic framework ({[Cu2Br2(pypz)]n?nH2O} (Cu—Br–MOF) [pypz=bis[3,5‐dimethyl‐4‐(4’‐pyridyl)pyrazol‐1‐yl] methane] has been synthesized by using an elongated and flexible bridging ligand. The structure analysis reveals that each pypz ligand acts as a tritopic ligand connected to two Cu2Br2 dimeric units, forming a one‐dimensional zig–zag chain, and these chains further connected by a Cu2Br2 unit, give a two‐dimensional framework on the bc‐plane. In the Cu2Br2 dimeric unit, the copper ions are four coordinated, thereby possessing a tetrahedral geometry; this proves to be an excellent heterogeneous catalyst for the aerobic homocoupling of arylboronic acids under mild reaction conditions. This method requires only 3 mol % of catalyst and it does not require any base or oxidant—compared to other conventional (Cu, Pd, Fe, and Au) catalysts—for the transformation of arylboronic acids in very good yields (98 %). The shape and size selectivity of the catalyst in the homocoupling was investigated. The use of the catalyst was further extended to the epoxidation of olefins. Moreover, the catalyst can be easily separated by simple filtration and reused efficiently up to 5 cycles without major loss of reactivity.  相似文献

Ortho‐carboxylate effects in Ullmann type nucleophilic substitution reactions were found to be much more pronounced as compared to those of other substituent and steric factors. In this study, we propose an ortho halogen assisted intramolecular oxidative addition‐reductive elimination mechanism that fits our experimental observations. Experimental data has been generated with halothiophenecarboxylic acids and halobenzoic acids by performing copper‐mediated nucleophilic substitution with scant referred sodium bisulphite as nucleophile under aqueous conditions. The novel mechanism was used to establish a new and improved process for preparation of monopotassium salts of 3‐sulphothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid, 2‐sulphobenzoic acid, and 5‐sulphothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid. These monopotassium salts are critical intermediates and building blocks in the preparation of several therapeutically valuable drugs. The differences in reactivity between the halogens, chlorine and bromine was utilized to prepare aryl ethers including 2‐acetyl‐3‐phenoxythiophene and 2‐acetyl‐3‐(m‐tolyloxy)thiophene that have not been reported in literature so far.  相似文献

From the methanolic extract of the leaves of Planchonella duclitan, 2α,3α,19α,23‐tetrahydroxy‐13,27‐cyclours‐11‐en‐28‐oic acid (1), myrianthic acid (2), 2‐hydroxyursolic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), pomolic acid (5), rotundic acid (6), and jacoumaric acid (7) were isolated, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compound 1 was a new cyclopropyl ursane‐type triterpene acid. Additionally, compounds 4 and 7 showed significant cytotoxicity toward human colorectal carcinoma cell line HT29 and human breast carcinoma cell line MCF‐7 with IC50 values ranging from 5.8 ± 1.4 to 6.5 ± 1.9 μM.  相似文献

We report Ir‐catalyzed, enantioselective allylic substitution reactions of unstabilized silyl enolates derived from α,β‐unsaturated ketones. Asymmetric allylic substitution of a variety of allylic carbonates with silyl enolates gave allylated products in 62–94 % yield with 90–98 % ee and >20:1 branched‐to‐linear selectivity. The synthetic utility of this method was illustrated by the short synthesis of an anticancer agent, TEI‐9826.  相似文献

A practical silver‐catalyzed decarboxylative allylation of α,α‐difluoroarylacetic acids with allyl sulfones is described, which provides a variety of β,β‐difluorinated alkenes in good yields. Notably, the reaction proceeds smoothly in water with good functional group tolerance. The practicality and synthetic value of this process was demonstrated by scaled‐up experiment and elaboration of the products via reduction or Heck reaction. Primary mechanism investigations suggest that a radical process might be involved.  相似文献

Summary: Poly(arylene ether amine)s were synthesized by a nucleophilic aromatic substitution polycondensation of bis[4‐fluoro‐3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]amine with several bisphenols. Even though the monomer has an electron‐donating diphenylamine moiety, which normally deactivates a nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr) reaction, the polymerization proceeded by a SNAr reaction to give high‐molecular‐weight polymers. The polymers show good solubility in common organic solvents and have Tgs in the range of 123 °C to 177 °C.

We demonstrate a sequential nucleophilic substitution of highly electrophilic and inexpensive phosphorus trichloride with three different alcohols in a continuous-flow reactor. A variety of alcohols including ones that contained acid- and/or basic-labile functionalities were rapidly reacted. A over nucleophilic substitution that occurred during reaction of the second alcohol was suppressed by the addition of imidazole. Density functional theory calculations of the sequential nucleophilic substitutions of alcohols were performed both with and without imidazole, and Berry pseudorotation was suggested as a rate-limiting step in both cases. Herein, we discuss the reasons for the decreased selectivity in the absence of imidazole as well as those for improved selectivity in the presence of imidazole during the second nucleophilic substitution.  相似文献

Summary.  Carbanions of chloromethyl 4-tolylsulfone, bromo- and chloromethanesulfomorpholide, and neopentyl chloromethanesulfonate react with benzonaphthyridines and their N-oxides via two pathways: vicarious nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen and annelation. An operationally convenient, asymmetric synthesis of chiral trifluoromethyl containing heterocyclic amino acids has been developed via Michael addition reaction of chiral equivalent of Ni(II)‐complex of glycine and β ‐trifluoromethylated‐α ,β ‐unsaturated ketones. The simplicity of the experimental procedures and high stereochemical outcome of the presented method render these heterocyclic amino acids readily available for systematic medicinal chemistry studies and de novo peptide design.  相似文献

Rhodium fluoroapatite (RhFAP) is an efficient catalyst for conjugate addition of organoboron reagents to α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds. A variety of arylboronic acids and α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds were converted to the corresponding conjugate‐addition products, demonstrating the versatility of the reaction. The reaction is highly selective. RhFAP was recovered quantitatively by simple filtration, and reused for four cycles.  相似文献

A new etherified starch, δ-hydroxybutyl starch (δ-HBS), was prepared by utilising 4-chlorobutan-1-ol as the etherifying reagent. The method of Zeisel gas chromatography for the determination of the molar substitution was described. This technique offers a simple and rapid method for quantitative analysis with reproducible results. Meanwhile, the mechanism of the Zeisel reaction was also investigated.  相似文献
