An enantiodivergent method for the synthesis of multiply substituted allenes is described. Highly enantioenriched, point‐chiral boronic esters were synthesized by homologation of α‐seleno alkenyl boronic esters with lithiated carbamates and eliminated to form axially chiral allene products. By employing either oxidative or alkylative conditions, both syn and anti elimination could be achieved with complete stereospecificity. The process enables the synthesis of either M or P allenes from a single isomer of a point‐chiral precursor and can be employed for the enantioselective assembly of di‐, tri‐, and tetrasubstituted allenes.  相似文献

Substituted 2‐quinonyl boronic acids have been synthesised from 1,4‐dimethoxy aromatic derivatives in two steps: regiocontrolled boronation and oxidative demethylation. The study of their dienophilic behaviour evidenced that the boron substituent significantly increases the reactivity and triggers an efficient domino process in which the Diels–Alder reaction was followed by a protodeboronation or dehydroboronation, depending on the substitution on both the quinone and diene partners. The boronic acid acts as a temporary controller, opening a direct access to trans‐fused meta‐regiosomeric adducts when 3‐methyl‐substituted 2‐quinonyl boronic acids react with dienes with a substituent at C‐1. A particularly valuable synthetic result was obtained in the reaction between 3,6‐dimethyl‐2‐quinonyl boronic acid and piperylene under an oxygen atmosphere; trans‐fused 8a‐hydroxy‐2,4a,8‐trimethyl tetrahydronaphthoquinone was formed directly, in excellent yield and in a highly diastereoselective manner.  相似文献

Herein, the first example of gold‐catalyzed benzylation of (hetero)aryl boronic acids with (hetero)benzyl bromides to give the corresponding cross‐coupling products in moderate to good yields is reported. The reaction proceeds through a possible intermolecular SN2‐type reaction pathway to give a wide variety of di(hetero)arylmethanes as the desired products. An intriguing reaction mechanism has been proposed on the basis of control experiments, 31P‐NMR spectroscopic detection and DFT calculations.  相似文献

An optimized condition for the rhodium-catalyzed ring-opening reaction of C1-substituted oxabicyclic alkenes with aryl boronic acids was developed and the effect of aryl boronic acid as well as the effect of C1 substitution on the oxabicyclic alkenes was studied. Aryl boronic acids carrying electron-donating substituents provided the ring-opened products in excellent yields regardless of the position, while electron-withdrawing substituents were more susceptible to steric interactions. Although two different regioisomers are possible, all the rhodium-catalyzed ring-opening reactions of C1 substituted oxabicyclic alkenes studied with aryl boronic acids were found to be highly regioselective, giving single regioisomers in all cases.  相似文献

The first comparative study between two new heterocyclic boron derivatives, viz. a (6‐bromo­pyridin‐3‐yl)­boronic ester, C11H15BBrNO2, and (6‐bromo­pyridin‐3‐yl)­boronic acid, C5H5BBrNO2, shows a small but not significant difference in their C—B bond lengths, which cannot explain the experimentally observed difference in their stabilities. The crystal packing of the boronic ester consists principally of van der Waals interactions, while the boronic acid mol­ecules interact in their crystal through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

We have examined the reaction of hydantoin (=imidazolidine‐2,4‐dione) with (formylphenyl)boronic acids, where the addition of a boronic acid group is hoped to increase bioactivities. Addition of (2‐formylphenyl)boronic acid to hydantoin gave an unexpected azaborine compound, which presumably arises by initial formation of the (phenylmethylidene)hydantoin, with subsequent loss of H2O to give the cyclized product. Reactions of (3‐formylphenyl)‐ and (4‐formylphenyl)boronic acids with hydantoin gave the corresponding [(Z)‐phenylmethylidene]hydantoins in good‐to‐excellent yields. Attempts to use (3‐formylthiophen‐2‐yl)boronic acid gave a product where the boronic acid group has been cleaved.  相似文献

Herein, we report the one‐pot synthesis of an electron‐poor nanographene containing dicarboximide groups at the corners. We efficiently combined palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling and dehydrohalogenation to synthesize an extended two‐dimensional π‐scaffold of defined size in a single chemical operation starting from N‐(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)‐4,5‐dibromo‐1,8‐naphthalimide and a tetrasubstituted pyrene boronic acid ester as readily accessible starting materials. The reaction of these precursors under the conditions commonly used for Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling afforded a C64 nanographene through the formation of ten C?C bonds in a one‐pot process. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis unequivocally confirmed the structure of this unique extended aromatic molecule with a planar geometry. The optical and electrochemical properties of this largest ever synthesized planar electron‐poor nanographene skeleton were also analyzed.  相似文献

Poly(p‐oxybenzoyl) (POB) crystals were prepared by reaction‐induced crystallization during direct polymerization of p‐hydroxybenzoic acid in the presence of boronic anhydrides. Polymerizations were carried out at 300 °C in dibenzyltoluene at a concentration of 1% with three kinds of anhydrides of boronic acid such as 3,4,5‐trifluorophenylboronic acid (TFB), 4‐methoxyphenylboronic acid (MPB) and 4‐biphenylboronic acid (BPB). The POB crystals were formed as precipitates in the solution and the morphology was considerably influenced by both the structure of the boronic anhydride and its concentration (cB). Needle‐like crystals were firmed in the presence of TFB anhydride (TFBA) at cBs of 5 and 10 mol % by the spiral growth of lamellae. Spherical aggregates of slab‐like crystals were formed at cBs from 50 to 100 mol %. The polymerization with MPB anhydride and BPB anhydride (BPBA) also yielded the needle‐like crystals at cBs of 50 and 5 mol %, respectively. The polymerization with TFBA at lower cB was favorable to prepare the needle‐like crystal. Molecular weight was also influenced by the structure of the boronic anhydride and cB. Mn increased generally with cB and BPBA gave the highest Mn of 14.7 × 103 at cB of 100 mol %. The loose packing of the molecules in the crystal caused by the bulkiness of the end‐groups made the polymerization in the crystals more efficiently. Morphology and molecular weight of the POB crystals could be controlled by the chemical structure and the content of boronic anhydride. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The one‐pot sequential coupling of benzylamines, boronic esters, and aryl iodides has been investigated. In the presence of an N‐activator, the boronate complex formed from an ortho‐lithiated benzylamine and a boronic ester undergoes stereospecific 1,2‐metalate rearrangement/anti‐SN2′ elimination to form a dearomatized tertiary boronic ester. Treatment with an aryl iodide under palladium catalysis leads to rearomatizing γ‐selective allylic Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling to generate 1,1‐diarylalkanes. When enantioenriched α‐substituted benzylamines are employed, the corresponding 1,1‐diarylalkanes are formed with high stereospecificity.  相似文献

We describe the coupling of anilines with aryl boronic acids, under ligand‐, base‐, and salt‐free conditions at room temperature. This new reaction proceeds through the formation of an aryl palladium alkoxo complex, which allows the transmetalation step with aryl boronic acids without any external base. Importantly, this sustainable procedure generates only environmentally friendly byproducts such as tBuOH, H2O, N2, and B(OH)3. The reaction mechanism has been deeply investigated through experimental and theoretical studies.  相似文献

The coupling of ortho ‐ and para ‐phenols with secondary and tertiary boronic esters has been explored. In the case of para ‐substituted phenols, after reaction of a dilithio phenolate species with a boronic ester, treatment with Ph3BiF2 or Martin's sulfurane gave the coupled product with complete enantiospecificity. The methodology was applied to the synthesis of the broad spectrum antibacterial natural product (−)‐4‐(1,5‐dimethylhex‐4‐enyl)‐2‐methyl phenol. For ortho ‐substituted phenols, initial incorporation of a benzotriazole on the phenol oxygen atom was required. Subsequent ortho ‐lithiation and borylation gave the coupled product, again with complete stereospecificity.  相似文献

A three‐component Pd‐catalyzed coupling of ynamides, aryl diazonium salts, and aryl boronic acids for the synthesis of novel triaryl‐substituted enamides is described. This transformation represents the first example of an umpolung regioselective unsymmetrical syn‐1,2‐diarylation/aryl‐olefination of ynamides. The aryl moieties of the diazonium salt (electrophile) and boronic acid (nucleophile) are explicitly incorporated in the electrophilic α‐ and nucleophilic β‐position, respectively, of the ynamide, resulting in a single isomer of the N‐bearing tetrasubstituted olefin. The scope is broad (68 examples), showing excellent functional‐group tolerance. DFT calculations substantiate the rationale of the mechanistic cycle and the regioselectivity. The chemoselectivity and synthetic potential of the enamide products were also studied.  相似文献

A very stable heterogenized difunctional cyclopentadienyl-ring precursor , storable under ambient conditions, readily participates in the simultaneous formation of a η5 bond with a [fac-Re(CO)3]+ species and a σ bond with heteroatom (halides, carboxylates) or carbon nucleophiles (boronic acids) to produce halo-, acyloxy-, or carbon-substituted cyclopentadienyl–Re(CO)3 complexes in a one-pot reaction in yields of between 41 and 71 % [Eq. (1)]. No catalyst is required and unprotected (usually) sensitive functional groups are well tolerated.  相似文献

An unprecedent gem‐carboborylation of aldehydes and ketones provides access to various secondary and tertiary alkyl boronic esters. The addition of B2pin2 to a carbonyl compound generates α‐oxyl‐substituted alkyl boron species. Organolithium and Grignard reagents are then applied as C nucleophiles for the 1,2‐metalate rearrangement process. The organolithium reagents can also be generated by C?H lithiation or halogen/lithium exchange. The use of chiral ligands led to the generation of chiral alkyl boronic esters in enantioenriched form, demonstrating that the enantioselectivity of this transformation is catalyst‐controlled.  相似文献

A novel reaction‐based cross‐linked polymeric nanoprobe with a self‐calibrating ratiometric fluorescence readout to selectively detect H2O2 is reported. The polymeric nanoprobe is fabricated by using hydrophobic H2O2‐reactive boronic ester groups, crosslinker units, and environmentally sensitive 3‐hydroxyflavone fluorophores through a miniemulsion polymerization. On treatment with H2O2, the boronic esters in the polymer are cleaved to form hydrophilic alcohols and subsequently lead to a hydrophobic–hydrophilic transition. Covalently linked 3‐hydroxyflavones manifest the change in polarity as a ratiometric transition from green to blue, accompanied by a 500‐fold increase in volume. Furthermore, this nanoprobe has been used for ratiometric sensing of glucose by monitoring the H2O2 generated during the oxidation of glucose by glucose oxidase, and thus successfully distinguished between normal and pathological levels of glucose.  相似文献

Coordination of ten calix[4]arenes bearing boronic acid moieties with five monosaccharides was studied by fluorescence spectrometry. The stability constants (K2) of the complexes and Gibbs free energy change ( ‐ ΔG0) of the coordination reactions were calculated according to the modified Hilderbrand‐Benesi equation. The results obtained indicated that the coordination ability of D‐( ‐ )‐fructose with calix[4] arenes bearing boronic acid moieties was stronger than that of the other monosaccharides. And these calix[4]arene derivatives might be used for identification of L‐( ‐ )‐sorbose.  相似文献

A series of Pd(II)‐enaminone complexes, termed Pd(eao)2, have been synthesized and characterized. The investigation on the catalytic activities of these new Pd(II)‐reagents has proved that the Pd(eao)2‐ 1 possesses excellent catalytic activity for the Suzuki‐ Miyaura cross coupling reactions of aryl bromides/chlorides with aryl/vinyl boronic acids in the environmentally benign media of aqueous PEG400 at low loading (5 mol‰). The superiority of this Pd(II)‐reagent to those commercial Pd(II) and Pd(0) catalysts in catalyzing the reactions has been confirmed by parallel experiments. What's more, Pd(eao)2‐ 2 has been found as a practical catalyst for the homo‐coupling reactions of aryl boronic acids.  相似文献

A new Ru-H complex catalyzed O-borylation of boronic acids with vinylboronates leading to boroxane bond formation with evolution of ethylene is described. Under the optimum conditions, when [Ru(CO)Cl(H)(PPh3)3] and excess vinylboronate are used, the reaction gives exclusively the corresponding boroxane in high yield. The proposed mechanism of catalysis is supported by the results of the equimolar reaction of Ru-B complex with 1,3,2-dioxaborinan-2-ol.  相似文献

A rhodium‐based multicomponent catalytic system for well‐controlled living polymerization of phenylacetylenes has been developed. The catalytic system is composed of readily available and bench‐stable [Rh(nbd)Cl]2, aryl boronic acid derivatives, diphenylacetylene, 50 % aqueous KOH, and PPh3. This system offers a method for the facile and versatile synthesis of various end‐functionalized cis‐stereoregular poly(phenylacetylene)s because components from aryl boronic acids and diphenylacetylene were introduced to the initiating end of the polymers. The polymerization reaction shows a typical living nature with a high initiation efficiency, and the molecular weight of the resulting poly(phenylacetylene)s can be readily controlled with very narrow molecular‐weight distributions (Mw/Mn=1.02–1.09). The experimental results suggest that the present catalytic system has a higher polymerization activity than the polymerization activities of other rhodium‐based catalytic systems previously reported.  相似文献

This one‐pot, four‐component coupling approach (Suzuki–Miyaura coupling/C?H direct arylation/Knoevenagel condensation) was developed for the rapid synthesis of thiophene‐based organic dyes for dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Seven thiophene‐based, organic dyes of various donor structures with/without the use of a 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) moiety were successfully synthesized in good yields based on a readily available thiophene boronic acid pinacol ester scaffold (one‐pot, 3‐step, 35–61 %). Evaluation of the photovoltaic properties of the solar cells that were prepared using the synthesized dyes revealed that the introduction of an EDOT structure beside a cyanoacrylic acid moiety improved the short‐circuit current (Jsc) while decreasing the fill factor (FF). The donor structure significantly influenced the open‐circuit voltage (Voc), the FF, and the power conversion efficiency (PCE). The use of a n‐hexyloxyphenyl amine donor, and our originally developed, rigid, and nonplanar donor, both promoted good cell performance (η=5.2–5.6 %).  相似文献
