考虑原子的相干性和经典注入光场,利用随机微分方程给出非锁相条件下的Lorenz-Haken方程,研究失谐量、注入经典光场和原子相干性对非锁相Lorenz-Haken方程动力学特性的影响.在激光运转情形,失谐量造成光场位相的混沌,系统在不同条件下,出现四吸引子、双吸引子及单吸引子混沌状态,且体系的分数维维数较锁相条件下增加.光场失谐量、注入光场和原子相干性可抑制混沌.在双稳态运转下,光场位相为π的偶数倍或奇数倍,使光场稳定于正值和负值,故体系出现对称双稳态对,但无混沌状态. 关键词: 非锁相Lorenz-Haken方程 混沌 原子相干性 注入光场  相似文献

通过两个经典微波场驱动相应的原子精细跃迁诱导产生原子相干, 研究在双模单原子激光器中连续变量量子纠缠的制备和演化. 研究结果表明: 微波场强度可以有效地控制腔场纠缠特性; 通过调节相应的频率失谐, 能够同步增加腔场总的平均光子数、腔模间的纠缠时间和强度. 关键词: 四能级单原子 原子相干 连续变量纠缠  相似文献

研究了置于光腔中的两个二能级原子,在强相干场驱动下的共振荧光光场的辐射场相干性质,发现在坏腔条件下,可以通过调节光腔与相干场的频率来提高一阶可见度和减小二阶关联函数.这是因为改变光腔与相干场的频率会引起原子修饰态布居数的改变,导致一阶可见度和二阶关联函数发生显著变化. 关键词: 光腔 两个二能级原子 一阶可见度 二阶关联函数  相似文献

We investigate the generation and the evolution of continuous-variable (CV) entanglement from a laser-driven four-state atom inside a doubly resonant cavity under Raman excitation. Two transitions in the four-state atom independently interact with the two cavity modes, while two other transitions are driven by coupling laser fields. By including the atomic relaxation as well as cavity losses, we show that the CV entanglement with large mean number of
photons can be generated in our scheme. We also show that the intensity of the coupling laser fields can influence effectively the entanglement period of the cavity field. Different from the conventional resonant excitation scheme where zero one-photon detuning are required, it is found that the intensity and period of entanglement between the two cavity modes as well as the total mean photon number of the cavity field can be adjusted by properly

We investigate the optical bistability (OB) and optical multi-stability (OM) in a four-level N-type atomic system. The effect of spontaneously generated coherence (SGC) on OB and OM is then discussed. It is found that SGC makes the medium phase dependent, so the optical bistability and multi-stability threshold can be controlled via relative phase between applied fields. We realize that the frequency detuning of probe and coupling fields with the corresponding atomic transition plays an important role in creation OB and OM. Moreover, the effect of laser coupling fields and an incoherent pumping field on reduction of OB and OM threshold is then discussed.  相似文献

We outline a scheme for entanglement swapping based on cavity QED as well as quasi-Bell state measurement(quasiBSM) methods. The atom–field interaction in the cavity QED method is performed in small and large detuning regimes.We assume two atoms are initially entangled together and, distinctly two cavities are prepared in an entangled coherent–coherent state. In this scheme, we want to transform entanglement to the atom-field system. It is observed that, the fidelities of the swapped entangled state in the quasi-BSM method can be compatible with those obtained in the small and large detuning regimes in the cavity QED method(the condition of this compatibility will be discussed). In addition, in the large detuning regime, the swapped entangled state is obtained by detecting and quasi-BSM approaches. In the continuation,by making use of the atom–field entangled state obtained in both approaches in a large detuning regime, we show that the atomic as well as field states teleportation with complete fidelity can be achieved.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the quantum phase properties of the field in a two-photon micromaser, including the effects of the finite detuning of the intermediate level. For initial coherent state of the cavity field and atoms initially in their excited state multipeak phase structure appears which eventually leads to the randomization of the cavity field phase. However, the approach towards the randomization depends upon the detuning. If the atoms are injected in a coherent superposition of their upper and lower atomic states then the phase distribution evolves into two-peak structure. For initial thermal state and atoms in polarized state, cavity field acquires some phase. We also consider the effect of finite Q of the cavity, random injection of the atoms and fluctuations in the interaction time.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate optical bistability (OB) and multistability (OM) behaviour of a closed-loop configuration atomic system driven by a degenerate coupling- field and a degenerate probe field inside a unidirectional ring cavity. It is found that the OB and OM behaviour can be controlled by adjusting- the intensity and the frequency detuning of the coupling- field, respectively. Interestingly, our numerical results show that it is easy to realize the transition from OB to OM or vice versa by adjusting- the intensity of the coupling- field under a appropriate frequency detuning. The effect of the atomic cooperation parameter on the OB behaviour is also discussed.  相似文献

The method proposed here is based on the interactions of dispersive cavity with only one atom driven by a strong classical field. It is shown that, with a judicious choice of the cavity detuning and applied coherent field detuning, the atom can interact dispersively with the quantized field but the classical driving field gives rise to the creation or destruction of photons conditional on the state of the system. 研究了非共振耗散二能级双原子与双单模腔耦合系统发射光谱的性质。探讨了原子和腔场之间的失谐、腔场衰减率及原子失相对该系统发射光谱的影响。结果表明,体系的腔场谱呈现出三重峰结构,原子发射谱呈现出二重峰结构。非共振情况时,腔场谱和原子发射谱的图像皆为非对称图像。在原子与腔场失谐时,与共振情况相比,峰位发生了明显的漂移,且中峰明显增大。增大腔场与原子的失谐,会引起边峰向低频段漂移,并改变其光谱强度;增大原子与腔场的失谐,可以使光谱整体向低频段漂移,并改变其所有峰的光谱强度。随着腔场衰减率的增大,共振情况下,会导致边峰的强度减小;失谐情况下,会导致所有峰的强度均减小。随着原子失相的增大,共振或失谐情况下,会使光谱所有峰的强度均减小。  相似文献

We study the entanglement between a single five-level atom interacting with a one-mode cavity field in the case where the atomic motion is taken into account. The field entropy of this system is investigated under the nonresonant conditions. The effects of the detuning parameter and the atomic motion on the degree of entanglement are investigated. We show that both the detuning and atomic motion play important roles in the evolution of the von Neumann entropy and atomic populations.  相似文献

We have studied the dynamics and transfer of the entanglement of the two identical atoms simultaneously interacting with vacuum field by employing the dressed-state representation. The two atoms are driven by classical fields. The influence of the initial entanglement degree of two atoms, the coupling strength between the atom and the classical field and the detuning between the atomic transition frequency and the frequency of classical field on the entanglement and atomic linear entropy is discussed. The initial entanglement of the two atoms can be transferred into the entanglement between the atom and cavity field when the dissipation is neglected. The maximally entangled state between the atoms and cavity field can be obtained under some certain conditions. The time of disentanglement of two atoms can be controlled and manipulated by adjusting the detuning and classical driving fields. Moreover, the larger the cavity decay rate is, the more quickly the entanglement of the two atoms decays.  相似文献

We study the behavior of the optical bistability (OB) and multistability (OM) in a two-level pumped-probe atomic system by means of a unidirectional ring cavity. We show that the optical bistability in a two-level atomic system can be controlled by adjusting the intensity of the pump field and the detuning between two fields. The exact dynamics of an open quantum system consisting of one qubit driven by a classical driving field is investigated. Our attention is focused on the influences of single-and two-photon excitations on the dynamics of quantum coherence and quantum entanglement. It is shown that the atomic coherence can be improved or even maintained by the classical driving field, the non-Markovian effect, and the atom-reservoir detuning. The interconversion between the atomic coherence and the atom-reservoir entanglement exists and can be controlled by the appropriate conditions. The conservation of coherence for different partitions is explored, and the dynamics of a system with two-photon excitations is different from the case of single-photon excitation.  相似文献

We investigate the entanglement dynamics of two atoms in a double damping Jaynes-Cummings model. The two atoms are initially in the Bell states and each is in a squeezed vacuum cavity field or coherent cavity field. Compared with the case in coherent field, the atomic entanglement in the squeezed vacuum field is stronger under the same conditions. The results show that we can adopt appropriate parameters such as mean photon number, detuning, the atomic spontaneous decay and the cavity decay, to realize better control of atomic entanglement in quantum information processing. What’s worth mentioning is that proper choosing of the last two parameters enables us to decrease disentanglement period and postpone the moment when the entanglement disappears. Finally, the atomic entanglement in double damping and non-identical Jaynes-Cummings model is obtained

Equations governing the behaviour of a single mode high-Q ring cavity are obtained for a coherent driving field (detuned to both cavity and atoms) and inhomogeneously broadened atomic transitions using a Hamiltonian approach. We find the region of bistability and critical points in the homogeneous broadening case. Numerical results including inhomogeneous broadening show that bistability is obtained more readily by detuning both the atomic transition and the cavity mode relative to the driving field.  相似文献

We demonstrate production of continuous coherent blue laser light by using a five-level system in rubidium vapor. Two low-power lasers, at 780 and 776 nm, induce strong atomic coherence in the 5S-5P-5D states. The atoms decay to the 6P excited state, from which stimulated emission produces a coherent blue (420 nm) beam. We have coupled both ground-state hyperfine levels, effecting coherence between four levels. The coherent blue output is enhanced by several mechanisms, including stronger coupling to a larger fraction of the atomic population, operation at a detuning such that the vapor is nominally transparent to the 780 nm pump field, reduced losses owing to optical pumping, and optimal phase matching. We report experimental findings and compare them with results from a semiclassical Maxwell-Bloch model.  相似文献
