Accurate dispersion data for open suspended microstrop on RT-duroid and fused quartz substrates was presented in an earlier paper by the authors. The present work repeats the same exercise for two more commonly used substrate materials, namely, Alumina and Gallium Arsenide. We consider the problem of excitation of a cylindrical microstrip antenna fed by a cylindrical microstrip line. The problem
has been solved by the moments method in the spatial domain using a new representation of the Green’s function. In the model
proposed, a cylindrical microstrip line of finite length is attached to the patch and is considered as its part. The so-called
lumped delta generator is chosen as the excitation source. At the first stage, current distributions on the patch and in the
microstrip line are found by solution of the integral equation. Then using the well-known relations of the transmission-line
theory and the equivalent-scheme method, we calculate the reflection coefficient in the microstrip line and the antenna input
impedance. Patches of different shapes are discussed.

High resolution spectra of neutral silver have been recorded by Fourier Transform Spectrometry in the region 2 000-8 280 ?(50
000-12 000 cm-1) with silver-neon and silver-argon hollow cathode lamps as sources. This work represents order-of-magnitude improvements,
compared to previous work on Ag I, in accuracy of transition wavelengths and wavenumbers, and energy level values. 35 classified
Ag I transitions are given, and the wavenumber uncertainty for the strongest lines is less than 0.002 cm-1. Improved values for 28 energy levels are presented.

Conclusions We have analyzed coupling properties of the coupled microstrip lines whose substrate contain electron-hole plasma by means of the spectral domain method. Scattering parameters in each ports have been evaluated numerically as a function of plasma density.Experiments were carried out using high resistivity silicon and LEDs. The agreement of the theoretical and experimental results was satisfactory. The plasma density observed in the experiments is one-third as large as the theoretically estimated value. 相似文献

The computer-aided design of finlines and suspended-substrate microstrip lines are investigated. The numerical results of this paper show good agreement with those computed by other techniques for unilateral finlines and open suspended microstrip lines. The approach of this paper may be used to the computer-aided design of many other kinds of transmission lines and circuits for millimeter wave applications. 相似文献

Conclusions It was demonstrated that for the usually employed widths of the shield in MSL a parasitic quasi-LM10 wave may propagate besides the working quasi-TEM wave; the quasi-LM10 wave interacts with the working wave in the inhomogeneities of the line and may disrupt the normal operation of devices having MSL. The propagation constants of these two lower wave modes may be determined comparatively simply with an accuracy of the order of 1% by means of the first-approximation dispersion equation derived in the present paper. We study excitation of magnetostatic backward volume waves on the microstrip line. The relation between the current density
in the line and the normal component of the magnetic induction is found. The impedance of the line per unit length, i.e.,

为定量研究电磁波与微带线的耦合终端响应问题,提出一种基于BLT方程的电磁波与微带线耦合分析方法,相比传统方法计算效率高、占用内存少。将PCB板上微带线等效为有耗传输线模型,对辐照平面波进行矢量分析并求解等效激励源,运用BLT方程研究不同入射方式、脉冲波形对微带线终端的影响,并对入射波与终端响应进行了时域、频域分析。研究表明:当入射波频率与微带线长度满足一定关系式时对微带线的耦合最强,耦合电压峰值达2.4 mV;电场平行微带线入射比垂直PCB入射时的终端电压峰值大一倍;且同幅同脉宽的矩形脉冲较高斯脉冲和三角脉冲对微带线的耦合峰值电压大;不同波形的脉冲通过调节脉宽都可对微带线耦合终端电压达到mV量级。 相似文献

A new empirical formula is presented for the normalised capacitance of microstrip lines. The formula uses a single equation to represent the microstrip line capacitance over the useful range of the aspect ratio. The maximum error of the new formula is contained within 0.8 percent and the relative root-mean-square error is contained within 0.55 percent. The new formula can be easily implemented in computeraided design and analysis as well as in hand calculations using pocket calculators. 相似文献

This paper has presented transparent conductor oxide materials (TCOMs) based microstrip patch antennas with glass substrate and copper ground plane, which have been deeply analyzed in the visible spectrum region in comparison with the practical patch antenna model of indium tin oxide patch with glass substrate and different TCOMs based ground plane. As well as the study have investigated the effect of transparent oxide materials on patch antenna design instead of perfect conductor materials such as copper that has low cost and weight. The tradeoff between optical transparency and electrical conductivity will be evaluated for a range of visible regions. Microstrip transmission line feed method is used to predict the skin effects on a patch antenna and their impact on antenna efficiency, resonance frequency and optical transmission are also described. This study have discussed assessment of these tradeoffs and effect of TCOMs parameters on antenna design. 相似文献
