Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 3D Inorganic-organic Hybrid Metallic Coordination Polymer, [Na2Cd（2,6-pyda）（N3）2（H2O）6]n

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd（2,6-pyda）（N3）2（H2O）6]n （2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416（4）, b = 10.7638（17）, c = 6.9224（11） A^°, β= 106.124（2）A^°, V = 1747.7（5） A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F（000） = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd（Ⅱ） atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE（H2O）6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn（pyda）n（Na）2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Cadmium（ Ⅱ ） Polymer with One-dimensional Chain Structure： [Cd（5-hip）（phen）]n·nH2O （5-hip = 5-Hydroxyisophthalate,phen = 1,10-Phenanthroline）

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd（5-hip）（phen）]n·nH2O 1 has been hydro- ermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/n with a = 8.8071（17）, b =12.386（2）, c = 16.981（3） A, β = 100.182（2）°, V = 1823.2（6） A^3, Mr=. 490.73, Dc =1.788 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 1.240 mm^-1, F（000） = 976, Z= 4, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1373 for 2864 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The Cd atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and four O atoms from 5-hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1D Chained Coordination Polymer Containing One-dimensional Egg-like Channels： {[Cu2（C2O4）2（inta）4]（inta）}n （inta = Isonicotinamide）

A new one-dimensional copper coordination polymer chain has been prepared and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound {[Cu2(C2O4)2(inta)4](inta)}n1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=8.4722(5),b=10.9825(6),c=11.6128(6),α=104.8050(10),β=102.5740(10),γ= 109.6890(10)o,V=927.18(9)3,Mr=929.79,Z=1,Dc=1.665 g/cm3,F(000)=475,μ=1.231 mm-1,R=0.0453 and wR=0.1185 for 3290 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Of the compound,the Cu center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the copper atom and each inta serving as a terminal ligand by employing only one N-donor to coordinate with the Cu center. An infinite {Cu2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the c axis. Furthermore,the 1D chains are held together via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to generate a three-dimensional network with 1D channels (ca. 5.491×11.507) where inta molecules are filled.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of a Coordination Polymer [Ni（C10H13NO4）（H2O）2]n

A novel organic polycarboxylate N-cyclohexylaziridines-2R,3S-dicarboxylic acid was synthesized and reacted with Ni2(OH)2CO3.As a result,a coordination polymer was obtained.It crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 8.6325(10),b = 10.5414(13),c = 27.644(3) ,Z = 4,V = 2515.5(5) 3,C20H34N2Ni2O12,Mr = 611.91,Dc = 1.616 g/cm3,μ = 1.562 mm-1,F(000) = 1280,the final R = 0.0320 and wR = 0.0677 for 2854 independent reflections with Rint = 0.0390.Crystal structure shows that the coordination environment around the Ni(Ⅱ) ion can be described as a slightly distorted octahedron.The ligands act as a bridge through the carboxyl O atoms and join the Ni atoms into an infinite 1D chain structure.The 1D chain forms a 2D network through intermolecular O-H…O hydrogen bonds.The magnetic susceptibility measurements(2～300 K) agree with a weak antiferronmagnetic interaction between neighboring Ni ions in the chain.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Lead Coordination Polymer： [Pb（L）（1,4-ndc）]

The title coordination polymer, [Pb(L)(1,4-ndc)] 1 (L = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1Himidazo[4,5f1,10]phenanthroline, 1,4-ndc = naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.1043(11), b = 14.3162(15), c = 17.6061(18), β = 95.3990(10)°, V = 2535.5(5)3, Z = 4, C31H17FN4O4Pb, Mr = 735.68, Dc = 1.927 g/cm3, F(000) = 1416, μ(MoKa) = 6.709 mm-1, R = 0.0201 and wR = 0.0489. The 1,4-ndc dianions link neighboring Pb(II) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the c axis. The C–H···π interactions between the carbon atom of L ligand and the benzene ring of 1,4-ndc lead the one-dimensional chains to form a two-dimensional supramolecular layer. The π-π interactions between L ligand and 1,4-ndc ligand make the two-dimensional layers generate a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Additionally, the N–H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Photoluminescent Property of a Metal-organic Coordination Polymer with Supramolecular Structure： [Cd2（dpphen）2（BDC）0.5Cl3]n

A novel metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd2(dpphen)2(BDC)0.5Cl3]n (dpphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, BDC = terephthalate) 1 has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.981(5), b = 10.436(5), c = 21.104(10) , α = 94.640(7), β = 103.160(7), γ = 92.958(8)o, V = 2127.8(17) 3, C52H34Cd2Cl3N4O2, Mr = 1077.98, Dc = 1.682 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.237 mm-1, F(000) = 1074, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0757 for 7358 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Furthermore, compound 1 shows blue photoluminescent property at room temperature.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Palladium（H） Coordination Polymer [Na2Pd（2,6-pydc）2（H2O）6]n

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Pd（2,6-pydc）2（H2O）6]n （2,6-H2pydc = 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclirtic system, space group P21/c, with a = 11.962（2）, b = 6.5552（13）, c = 12.673（3） A, β = 91.72（3）^o, V = 993.3（3） A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 590.68, Dc = 1.975 g/cm^3,μ = 1.059 mm^-1, F（000） = 592, the final R = 0.0211 and wR = 0.0454. In the crystal the Pd（II） ion adopts a distorted four-coordinated square-planar geometry and bonds to two bidentate 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate molecules through caronyl oxygen and pyridine nitrogen atoms. The title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 2D Coordination Polymer： [Nd2（PDB）2（CH3COO）2（H2O）3]

A novel coordination polymer [Nd2（PDB）2（CH3COO）2（H2O）3] （H2PDB = pyridine3,4-dicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized by the reaction of Nd（CH3COO）3 with pyridine3,4-dicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal conditions. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray crystal structure analysis were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the title complex which belongs to the triclinic system, space group P^-1 with a = 6.9409（14）, b = 7.5497（15）, c = 22.530（5）A, α = 84.79（3）, β = 88.15（3）, γ= 75.55（3）^o, C18H18N2O15Nd2, Mr = 790.82, Z = 2, V = 1138.5（4） A^3, Dc = 2.307 g/cm^3,μ = 4.593 mm^-1, -6≤h≤8, -5≤k ≤8, -26≤l≤ 26, F（000） = 760, Rint = 0.0298, R= 0.0314 and wR= 0.0695 （I〉 2σ（I））. Nd（1） and Nd（2） are linked into zigzag chains by carboxylate groups of acetate with interesting μ3-η^2：η^2 fashion. The zigzag chains are bridged by PDB to form a 2D framework, and a 3D supramolecular network is further constructed via π-π stacking.     

二维配位聚合物[Cd(nicotinate)2(H2O)]n的水热合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

在中温水热条件下,用醋酸镉和烟酸自组装合成了二维配位聚合物[Cd(n icotinate)2(H2O)]n.对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征、热分析、荧光分析和X射线单晶衍射测定.该配位聚合物属正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.144 6(7)nm,b=1.209 9(4)nm,c=1.742 2(4)nm,V=2.412 9(2)nm3,Z=8,Mr=374.62,Dc=2.062 g/cm3,F(000)=1 472,μ=1.832 mm-1,R1=0.023 4,wR2=0.061 0.

一维链状镨配位聚合物[Pr(C_5H_4NCOO)_3(H_2O)_)2]_n的合成及晶体结构

合成了一维配位镨聚合物[Pr(C5H4NCOO)3(H2O)2]n,表征了其晶体结构.结果表明,该配合物属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群;晶胞参数:a=0.970 77(12)nm,b=1.985 2(2)nm,c=1.165 82(14)nm,β=112.023(10)°,V=2.082 8(4)nm3,Z=2;每个镨离子同6个异烟酸配体的氧原子和2个配位水的氧原子配位,形成畸变的反四方棱柱体配位构型.配体异烟酸将相邻的2个镨离子相连,形成一维链状结构.     

[Ni(C_5H_5N)_2(C_7·H_6O_2N)_2]H_2O三元配合物的合成及晶体结构

合成了标题化合物。该化合物的分子式[Ni(C5H5N)2(C7H6O2N)2]H2O(C24H24N4NiO3),分子量475.18,采用单色的MoKα (λ = 0.71073 )射线测定,共收集7408个数据,其中独立衍射点2567个(Rint = 0.0272),I > 2s(I)可观测点数1926个,结果表明该化合物属单斜晶系, 空间群C2/c其晶胞参数为: a = 14.466(2),b = 12.193(2),c = 14.072(2) ;β = 116.229(2)°,V = 2226.6(5) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.418 g/cm3 ,μ = 0.905 mm-1,F(000) = 992. 2个水杨醛亚胺各提供2个配位原子参与配位,2个吡啶各提供1个配位原子参与配位,该配合物是六配位的八面体构型,同时讨论了该体系中不同配位原子的配位能力的差异。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescence Property of a Novel Coordination Polymer [Eu2(C6H8O4)3(H2O)2]n·n(4,4''-bpy)

A novel coordination polymer [Eu2(C6H8O4)3(H2O)2]n·n(4,4’-bpy) (Mr = 928.51) was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of EuCl3·6H2O, adipic acid and 4,4’-bpy, and determined by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, single-crystal diffraction and fluorescence property. X-ray analysis reveals that a three-dimensional network has been formed between Eu3+ by carboxyl of adipic acid. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 21.870(7), b = 7.652(2), c = 19.624(6) (A), V = 3284.1(17)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.878 g/cm3, μ = 3.854 mm-1, F(000) = 1824, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0565. The coordination polymer exhibits intensive red light under UV excitation at room temperature, which is attributed to the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu(Ⅲ) ions.     

一维链状镉(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[Cd(μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n的合成与结构研究

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)₂(H₂O)]_n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca2₂ with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm³, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA^- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA^- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.     

(C_2H_(10)N_2)[H_3As_3O_(10)]的水热合成与晶体结构

采用中温水热方法合成了新化合物(C2H10N2)[H3As3O10].利用X射线粉末衍射仪、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪及X射线单晶衍射仪表征了产物的结构.结果表明:该化合物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群;晶胞参数为a=0.808 3(6)nm,b=1.446 9(9)nm,c=0.892 0(8)nm,β=98.16°,V=1.032 7(14)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=864,R1=0.025 3,wR2=0.093 4.其化学式为C2H13As3N2O10,分子量Mr=449.90.该化合物是由有机胺阳离子支撑的第一个具有一维链状结构的砷酸盐化合物,相邻的砷酸盐链通过AAAA堆积方式形成三维拓扑扩展结构.     

一维链状柔性羧酸镉配位聚合物[Cd(p-BDOA)·2H2O]n的合成、结构与性质研究(英)

A novel 1-D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(p-BDOA)·2H₂O]_n(I) ( p-BDOA^2-=benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, PL, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The Crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.175 1(1) nm, b=0.551 0(1) nm, c=1.827 7(2) nm, β=96.14(2)°, and V=1.176 6(3) nm^3,, M_r=372.60, R=0.045 9, wR=0.127 9. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a trigonal prism coordination configuration that defined by four carboxyl O atoms from two different p-BDOA^2- ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups with the bidentate coordination mode, giving rise to a chain structure with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.526 3(5) nm. Furthermore, such chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. The results of PL and TG show that the complex exhibits intense fluorescent emissions and its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 K. CCDC: 220443.
