锕系元素冠醚配合物中,研究得最多的是铀酰与冠醚形成的配合物,以往的工作主要集中在配合物的合成及性质研究方面,而对其结构很少研究。迄今为止,只测定过硝酸铀酰与18-冠-6配合物的晶体结构,铀酰与其它种类冠醚形成的配合物的结构文献中还未见报道。我们在乙腈溶液中培养出硝酸铀酰与苯并-15-冠-5的配合物[UO_2(NO_3)_2(H_2O)_2]·(B15C5)单晶,并研究该配合物的晶体及分子结构。  相似文献

标题化合物[(NH_4)(DB18C6)]_2[Ag(SCN)_2]_2其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1。晶胞参数:a=14.003(2),b=14.461(3),c=14.887(2),a=66.51(2),β=66.70(1),γ=76.09(2)°,V=2527.13 3,M_r=1205.0,Z=2,D_x=1.58g/cm~3,μ=9.88cm~(-1)。偏差因子R_w=0.081,独立可观测点数[I>3σ(I)]为3351个,在配合物分子中,二苯并18-冠-6与NH4~+形成配阳离子,Ag~+与硫氰酸根形成配阴离子,二者以静电力形成配合物。银原子被两个SCN~-的S原子桥联和硫氰酸根上的硫,氮杂配,使整个分子形成一条高分子长链。  相似文献

以二甘醇和邻苯二酚为原料制得二苯并-18-冠-6;以多聚磷酸为催化剂和溶剂,将二苯并-18-冠-6与叔丁醇反应实现叔丁基化;利用正庚烷重结晶对叔丁基化反应产物进行纯化,得到4,4′-二叔丁基二苯并-18-冠-6和4,5′-二叔丁基二苯并-18-冠-6两种对称的二叔丁基二取代苯并冠醚产品.利用红外光谱和核磁共振谱表征了二叔丁基二取代苯并冠醚产物的结构。  相似文献

以邻苯二酚与二甘醇二取代物为原料,氢氧化钾为碱和模板剂,在微波辅助下,采用“一锅煮”法合成二苯并-18-冠-6。 经单因素及正交实验考察了原料、溶剂、时间、温度和功率对反应收率的影响,获得了最佳的工艺条件:以邻苯二酚与二氯乙醚为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,反应温度70 ℃,时间60 min,功率500 W,收率可达46.3%。  相似文献

通过改变离去基团的活性、亲核试剂、溶剂的极性、离子性及反应温度等,对传统的U llm ann合成法进行了优化,将二苯并-18-冠-6进一步功能化,合成了未见文献报道的N,N′-二-(9-吖啶基)-4,4′-二氨基二苯并-18-冠-6,收率在87%以上。其结构经1H NMR,IR及元素分析表征。  相似文献

Two new uranyl complexes [UO2(DPDPU)2(NO3)2](C6H5CH3) (1) and [UO2(PMBP)2 (DPDPU)](CH3C6H4CH3)0.5 (2), (DPDPU?=?N,N′-dipropyl-N,N′-diphenylurea, HPMBP?= 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5) were synthesized and characterized. The coordination geometry of the uranyl atom in 1 is distorted hexagonal bipyramidal, coordinated by two oxygen atoms of two DPDPU molecules and four oxygen atoms of two bidentate nitrate groups. The coordination geometry of the uranyl atom in 2 is distorted pentagonal bipyramidal, coordinated by one oxygen atom of one DPDPU molecule and four oxygen atoms of two chelating PMBP molecules.  相似文献

Colorless crystal, [Ce(NO3)5H2O]·(C3N2H5)2, has been obtained from the reaction of Ce(NO3)3 with imdazole in the aqueous solution and its crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1. The cell parameters are: a = 0.7489(1) um, b = 0.7914(2) nm, c = 1.8139(3) nm, a = 89.39(2)°, β = 89.37(l) °,γ = 63.18(2)°, Dc = 2.1g·cm-3, Z = 2, R = 0.0319.In the compound, all of five nitrates are bidentate and one molecule of water is monodentate, the coordination number of Ce (Ⅲ) is 11.The processes of thermal decomposition of the compound was proposed by its TGcurve.  相似文献

The reaction of UO2(ClO4nH2O with 15-crown-5 and 18-crown-6 in acetonitrile yielded the title complexes. [UO2(OH2)5] [ClO4]2·3(15-crown-5)·CH3CN crystallizes in the triclinic space groupPT with (at–150°C)a=8.288(6),b=12.874(7),c=24.678(7) Å, =82.62(4), =76.06(5), =81.06(5)°, andD calc=1.67 g cm–3 forZ=2 formula units. Least-squares refinement using 6248 independent observed reflections [F o5(F o)] led toR=0.111. [UO2(OH2)5] [ClO4]2·2(18-crown-6)·2CH3CN·H2O is orthorhombicP212121 with (at–150 °C)a=12.280(2),b=17.311(7),c=22.056(3) Å,D calc=1.68 g cm–3,Z=4, andR=0.032 (3777 observed reflections). In each complex the crown ether molecules are hydrogen bonded to the water molecules of the pentagonal bipyramidal [UO2(OH2)5]2+ ions, each crown ether having exclusive use of two hydrogen atoms from one water molecule and one hydrogen from another water molecule. In the 15-crown-5 complex the remaining hydrogen bonding interaction is between one of the water molecules and one of the perchlorate anions. The solvent molecule has a close contact between the methyl group and a perchlorate anion suggesting a weak interaction. There are a total of three U-OH...OClO3 hydrogen bonds to the two perchlorate anions in [UO2(OH2)5] [ClO4]2·(18-crown-6)·2CH3CN ·H2O. The remaining coordinated water hydrogen bond is to the uncoordinated 2H2O molecule, which in turn is hydrogen bonded to a perchlorate oxygen atom and an acetonitrile nitrogen atom. One solvent methyl group interacts with an anion, the other with one of the 18-crown-6 molecules. Unlike the 15-crown-5 structure, the hydrogen bonding in this complex results in a polymeric network with formula units joined by hydrogen bonds from one of the solvent molecules and the uncoordinated water molecule. The crystals of four amine‐templated uranyl oxoselenates(VI), [C3H12N2][(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)2](H2O) ( 1 ), [C5H16N2]2[(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)](NO3)2 ( 2 ), [C4H12N][(UO2)(SeO4)(NO3)] ( 3 ), and [C4H14N2][(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)] ( 4 ) were prepared by evaporation from aqueous solution of uranyl nitrate, selenic acid and the respective amine. The crystal structures of all four compounds have been solved by direct methods from X‐ray diffraction data. The structure of 1 (triclinic, , a = 7.5611(16), b = 7.7650(17), c = 12.925(3) Å, α = 94.605(18), β = 94.405(17), γ = 96.470(17)°, V = 748.8(3) Å3, R1 = 0.029 for 2769 unique observed reflections) is based upon 0D‐units of the composition [(UO2)2(SeO4)4(H2O)4]4?. These discrete units are composed from two pentagonal [UO7]8? bipyramids linked via [SeO4]2? tetrahedra and are unknown in structural chemistry of uranium so far. The structure of 2 (monoclinic, C2/c, a = 28.916(5), b = 8.0836(10), c = 11.9856(16) Å, β = 110.909(11)°, V = 2617.1(6) Å3, R1 = 0.035 for 2578 unique observed reflections) contains [(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)]2? chains of corner‐sharing pentagonal [UO7]8? bipyramids and [SeO4]2? tetrahedra. The chains run parallel to the c axis and are arranged into layers parallel to (100). In the structure of 3 (monoclinic, C2/m, a = 21.244(5), b = 7.1092(11), c = 8.6581(18) Å, β = 97.693(17)°, V = 1295.8(4) Å3, R1 = 0.027 for 1386 unique observed reflections), pentagonal [UO7]8? bipyramids share corners with three [SeO4]2? tetrahedra each and an edge with a [NO3]? anion to form [(UO2)(SeO4)(NO3)]? chains parallel to the b axis. In the structure of 4 (triclinic, , a = 6.853(2), b = 10.537(3), c = 10.574(3) Å, α = 99.62(3), β = 94.45(3), γ = 100.52(3)°, V = 735.6(4) Å3, R1 = 0.045 for 2713 unique observed reflections), one symmetrically independent pentagonal [UO7]8? bipyramid shares corners with four [SeO4]2? tetrahedra to form the [(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)]2? chains parallel to the a axis. 1 INTRODUCTION Tetracyanoplatinate ion often forms one-dimen- sional chain compounds, and the Pt–Pt spacings are often only 0.01~0.3 ? longer than those in Pt metal (2.78 ?). The studies of room-temperature electrical conductivities of these complexes indicate that the shorter the Pt–Pt separations in the chains are, the higher the electrical conductivity is[1~3]. Single crystals of γ‐K(UO2)(NO3)3 were prepared from aqueous solutions by evaporation. The crystal structure [orthorhombic, Pbca (61), a = 9.2559(3) Å, b = 12.1753(3) Å, c = 15.8076(5) Å, V = 1781.41(9) Å3, Z = 8] was determined by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.0267 on the basis of 3657 unique observed reflections. The structure is composed of isolated anionic uranyl trinitrate units, [(UO2)(NO3)3], that are linked through eleven‐coordinated K+ cations. Both known polymorphs of K(UO2)(NO3)3 (α‐ and γ‐phases) can be considered as based upon sheets of isolated complex [(UO2)(NO3)3] ions separated by K+ cations. The existence of polymorphism in the two K[UO2(NO3)3] polymorphs is due to the different packing modes of uranyl trinitrate clusters that adopt the same two‐dimensional but different three‐dimensional arrangements.  相似文献

Complete structural characterization of dibenzo-18-crown-6·2 CH3NO2 and dibenzo-18-crown-6·2 CH3CN have been carried out, including location and refinement of the methyl hydrogen atoms. Dibenzo-18-crown-6·2 CH3NO2 is monoclinic,P21/c, with (at –150°C)a=9.573(2),b=14.636(2),c=33.471(7) Å, =93.77(2)°, andD calc=1.37 g cm–3 forZ=8. Interactions between the solvent methyl groups and the crown ethers and other solvent nitro groups associate the 1 : 2 complexes into polymeric chains alongb. The acetonitrile adduct exists as discreet 1 : 2 complexes in the solid state with C–H...O interactions exlusively to the ether. This complex is triclinic,P 1, with (at –150°C)a=9.458(6),b=9.570(5),c=14.404(5) Å, =73.18(4), =79.85(5), =66.82(6)°, andD calc=1.28 g cm–3 forZ=2. [Zn(phen)3]·ZTO·6H2O(1) and[Cu(phen)3]·ZTO·6H2O(2) were synthesized by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O/Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 4,4-azo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(ZTO) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum analysis, respectively. Compound 1 was also characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. For compound 1, the coordination geometry around the Zn2+ is a distorted octahedron, with the bite angles of 76.7(3)°-77.6(4)° for all three phen ligands. Moreover, the thermal behaviors and thermal decomposition kinetics were studied and analyzed. Besides, thermal stability and safety parameters(TSADT, Tb) are 164.7 and 166.4℃ for compound 1, and 149.6 and 150.8℃ for compound 2, respectively.  相似文献

[N-(Propionic acid)] terephthalal acyl dihydrazone(H4L) was synthesized and characterized by element analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS. The theoretical studies on H4L were carried out at HF/6-31+G(d) and B3LYP/ 6-31+G(d) levels. The main decomposition stage of it was studied with IR track. The kinetic parameters[the apparent activation energy(Ea) and pre-exponential constant(A) of the first and second stages of decomposition reaction] were obtained by Kissinger and Ozawa’s methods. Furthermore, the antimicrobial activity of H4L against wheat rust was investigated by spore sprout method.  相似文献
