考虑到直升机旋翼流场的复杂性,准确的气动力计算需要采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,而旋翼桨叶由于展弦比较大,几何非线性效应突出,采用计算流体力学和有限元分析(CFD-FEA)方法实现桨叶的单次双向流固耦合分析就需要大量的时间,对优化设计而言,计算量难以承受。针对CFD/FEA耦合计算气动弹性特性的精度和高效性问题,通过PCA提取耦合系统的特征,基于径向基(RBF)神经网络建立气动力降阶模型,代替CFD求解器用于旋翼桨叶的气动弹性分析。将其计算结果与CFD/FEA耦合计算结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,该降阶模型是可行、高效、精确的,可以快速准确地进行复合材料直升机桨叶气动弹性优化设计研究。  相似文献

旋翼气动弹性耦合动力学方程本质上是一组刚性比较大的非线性偏微分方程。在有限元结构离散后,可改写为非齐次微分方程组,其中非齐次项是桨叶运动量(位移与速度)和气动载荷的函数。针对这类方程,本文尝试引入精细积分法及其衍生格式,借助数值方法计算Duhamel积分项。从积分精度与数值稳定性方面比较研究具有代表性的精细库塔法和高精度直接积分法。结合隐式积分算法,评估精细积分法应用于旋翼动力学方程的可行性。算例表明,精细积分法对矩形直桨叶动力学方程具有足够的求解精度。  相似文献

研究了Johnson提出的倾转旋翼不平衡载荷前飞动力学模型,将其桨叶分析方法应用于直升机旋翼系统模态分析。在刚性条件假设下推导了直升机旋翼弹性阻尼和惯性力综合作用时桨叶的挥舞和摆振运动方程,给出了固定和旋转坐标系下对应的运动方程。通过引入均匀入流和线性扭转假设,获得了运动方程的理论解析解。利用叠加原理,得到了桨毂轴心运动方程;采用Newmark法进行振动微分方程求解,最终得到了直升机旋翼的轴心运动轨迹。以某型直升机旋翼系统为例,验证了本研究所提出旋翼桨叶模态分析方法的准确性,给出了兼顾计算精度和效率的最佳求解步长选取方法;预测了典型飞行状态下的桨毂轴心运动轨迹,为直升机旋翼系统设计提供了基础方法和技术参考。  相似文献

旋翼结构参数及动力学参数对旋翼动力学特性有着重要影响。随着旋翼结构型式的不断更新,在旋翼设计中需要考虑的动力学参数也相应增加,从而使旋翼的动力学问题更加复杂化。本文通过在2米旋翼试验台上进行的试验,用测量桨叶频响函数和稳态响应的方法研究了悬停状态预锥角、预掠角和总距角等旋翼结构参数对桨叶固有特性及气动弹性稳定性的影响规律,并同计算结果进行了比较,得到了一些对旋翼设计有实用意义的结论  相似文献

采用超参非连续元离散三维弹性力学问题边界积分方程,借助三角极坐标变换方法处理奇异积分。将超参非连续元用于多域边界元分析,解决了自由度约束问题。提出了二次缩聚的概念,提高了多域缩聚边界元法的求解效率。通过数值算例表明了本文方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

主要研究侧向风载荷作用下小垂度覆冰悬索的非线性非平面运动的复杂动力学.根据分析力学、弹性力学和空气动力学理论,建立覆冰悬索3个自由度非线性振动的偏微分运动方程,并对其进行无量纲化,运用Galerkin方法对偏微分运动方程进行离散得到3个自由度的常微分方程,再利用多尺度法得到面内主共振2:1内共振的平均方程.利用数值方法研究悬索的非线性运动,结果表明系统呈现周期、多倍周期、概周期和混沌运动的规律.  相似文献

The object of this research aims at the hydraulic generator unit rotor system. According to fault problems of the generator rotor local rubbing caused by the parallel misalignment and mass eccentricity, a dynamic model for the rotor system coupled with misalignment and rub-impact is established. The dynamic behaviors of this system are investigated using numerical integral method, as the parallel misalignment, mass eccentricity and bearing stiffness vary. The nonlinear dynamic responses of the generator rotor and turbine rotor with coupling faults are analyzed by means of bifurcation diagrams, Poincaré maps, axis orbits, time histories and amplitude spectrum diagrams. Various nonlinear phenomena in the system, such as periodic, three-periodic and quasi-periodic motions, are studied with the change of the parallel misalignment. The results reveal that vibration characteristics of the rotor system with coupling faults are extremely complex and there are some low frequencies with large amplitude in the 0.3–0.4× components. As the increase in mass eccentricity, the interval of nonperiodic motions will be continuously moved forward. It suggests that the reduction in mass eccentricity or increase in bearing stiffness could preclude nonlinear vibration. These might provide some important theory references for safety operating and exact identification of the faults in rotating machinery.  相似文献

Bifurcation analysis for a modified Jeffcott rotor with bearing clearances   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
A HB (Harmonic Balance)/AFT (Alternating Frequency/Time) technique is developed to obtain synchronous and subsynchronous whirling motions of a horizontal Jeffcott rotor with bearing clearances. The method utilizes an explicit Jacobian form for the iterative process which guarantees convergence at all parameter values. The method is shown to constitute a robust and accurate numerical scheme for the analysis of two dimensional nonlinear rotor problems. The stability analysis of the steady-state motions is obtained using perturbed equations about the periodic motions. The Floquet multipliers of the associated Monodromy matrix are determined using a new discrete HB/AFT method. Flip bifurcation boundaries were obtained which facilitated detection of possible rotor chaotic (irregular) motion as parameters of the system are changed. Quasi-periodic motion is also shown to occur as a result of a secondary Hopf bifurcation due to increase of the destabilizing cross-coupling stiffness coefficients in the rotor model.  相似文献

Using a flexible support is an efficient approach to solving the subsynchronous problems in a turbopump. In this paper, nonlinear rotordynamic analysis of a liquid fuel turbopump with a flexible support is presented using a dynamic modeling including two key destabilizing factors, nonlinear hydrodynamic forces induced by seals and internal rotor damping. The methodology of the partitioned direct integration method (PDIM) is described for reducing the computational efforts efficiently. Combining the PDIM and the shooting method, a nonlinear stability analysis of the rotor system is performed effectively. The numerical results, which are in good agreement with test data, indicate that the effects of flexible support stiffness k on the dynamic characteristics and stability of the rotor system are significant. The first critical speed of the rotor system rises as a nonlinear function of k markedly. The second critical speed varies slightly and approximates a linear variation as k increases. The onset speed of instability of the rotor system rises initially and then reduces as k increases. The effect of seal nonlinearities at low k is contrary to that at high k and the effect of seal length on the system stability is more significant than that of seal radius. The results explain the nature of the subsynchronous motion of a turbopump rotor system with flexible support and can be used in the design and operation of a liquid fuel turbopump rotor system to eliminate its rotordynamic problem.  相似文献

转子与定子碰摩的动力学行为及其与系统参数关系对旋转机械设计和安全运行至关重要. 转子/定子碰摩系统是一类多参数控制的高维非光滑强非线性系统, 其动力学行为非常复杂. 本文主要从动力学与控制的角度对过去半个世纪有关转子与定子碰摩的研究成果进行归纳和总结, 其目的在于帮助读者尽可能全面系统地了解该问题的研究现状, 提炼尚待解决的问题, 以求推动转子与定子碰摩研究的进一步深入, 并为解决实际问题提供帮助. 本文将首先从碰摩局部模型和碰摩系统模型两个方面对已有的转子/定子碰摩系统的建模进行了简单的划分和归类. 其次, 以典型碰摩非线性响应为主线, 分别介绍了有关同频碰摩响应、谐波周期碰摩响应、准周期局部碰摩响应、干摩擦自激反向全周涡动响应、碰摩的全局响应行为以及碰摩响应的分岔与混沌方面的研究成果. 接下来讨论了在主被动抑制碰摩振动方面取得的结果. 最后, 给出结论并提出有待进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

Flow in the rotors of wind turbines with a vertical axis of the Darrieus-Savonius type and their combinations is considered within the framework of the Navier-Stokes equations, in the two-dimensional formulation. A parametric investigation of the Darrieus rotor characteristics is carried out. For all configurations the dependence of the moment and power coefficients on the specific speed of the rotor is calculated. The possibility of the Darrieus rotor self- starting from the state of rest is investigated. The effect of nonmonotonicmoment variation for the Darrieus-type rotor is studied for the specific speeds of 0.5 to 1. A combined design of the Darrieus-Savonius rotor is considered to solve the problems due to a small moment of the Darrieus rotor during the start.  相似文献

The conventional linear control methods are difficult to meet the control requirements of high-performance speed regulation of asynchronous motor due to the nonlinear and multi-variable problems of induction motor. A passive-based control method of induction motor with the full-order state observer is proposed with the Euler–Lagrange equation of motion of the induction motor. Based on the relationship between passivity and stability of induction motor, the state feedback is used for torque and speed tracking. The full-order state observer is adopted with rotor current and rotor flux as state variables, and the adaptive speed controller is designed to realize the passive-based control. The experimental results show that the errors between the estimated value based on the proposed full-order observer and the actual value of rotor current, speed and flux are small; the speed with the proposed adaptive control can reach the expected value quickly. The proposed control method can effectively meet the high-performance requirements of induction motor.

Among the problems in microelectromechanical systems, friction and wear are the most concerned ones. In this paper, a model to predict the sliding wear between the rotor bushing and the substrate plane in a variable capacitance micromotor is presented. The model is based on the Archard’s wear law and takes into account the scale effects, including the effects of such surface forces as meniscus force due to humidity and the electrostatic force as a result of the capacitance coupling between the rotor and substrate, as well as the scale effects of material properties, which become scale dependent in microscale. The wear process and durability of the hemispherical bushing are investigated and discussed. Simulation results show that they are largely affected by these effects, and it is indicated that sufficient attention should be taken in the design and fabrication of micromotors on the scaling effects.  相似文献
