Refined synthetic procedure for preparation of 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-thiadiazole and 2,5-diamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole based on the reaction of dithiourea or amidinothiourea with hydrogen peroxide is developed. The optimal reagents ratio was found, and monitoring methods were developed. It resulted in the increase of the target product yield and in a shorter reaction time. On the basis of 2,5-diamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole the alkylsubstituted 1,3,4-diaminothiadiazolidines were synthesized. The compounds prepared were characterized by the elemental analysis data, the IR, 1H NMR, and electronic spectra, and also by mass spectrometry.  相似文献

An efficient route towards the synthesis of 2,5-diamino-2,5-dideoxy-1,4-3,6-dianhydroiditol 4 has been developed resulting in significant improvements in both isolated yields and purity when compared to literature procedures. As a consequence, resin-grade 2,5-diamino-2,5-dideoxy-1,4-3,6-dianhydroiditol 4 has become available for laboratory scale step-growth polymer synthesis. Additionally, an interesting renewable chiral 2-amino-2-deoxy-1,4-3,6-dianhydroiditol 10, has been isolated.  相似文献

The reactions of 1-imino-2-phenyl-1H-inden-3-amine with 3,5-diamino-1,2,4- and 2,5-diamino-1,3,4- thiadiazoles were used to synthesize linear 1: 2 and 2: 1 condensation products, as well as symmetrical macroheterocyclic compounds. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, UV, and 1Н NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Cyclization of N-aryl and N-alkyl 2,5-diamino-1,4-benzoquinonediimines using paraformaldehyde under acidic conditions followed by oxidation with catalytic amounts of Pd(OAc)2 afforded their respective benzobis(imidazolium) salts in yields of 48-98%. A comparative solid-state study between a 2,5-diamino-1,4-benzoquinonediimine and its corresponding benzobis(imidazolium) dichloride was also performed.  相似文献

A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of N-aryl-6-methylsulfanyl-4-oxopyrimidine-5-carbonitriles via the reaction of dimethyl N-cyanodithioiminocarbonate with substituted cyanoacetanilides has been investigated. Reaction Behavior of 4H,8H-Benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c′]diisoxazole-4,8-dionos towards Reducing Agents By reduction of the 3,7-diamino-substituted heterocycles 1c – d and 6a – d , the quinoid 2,5-diamino-3,6-dioxo-cyclohexa- 1,4-diene- 1,4-dicarboxamides 2c – h and 7a – d are synthesized. The diaminodicarboxamides 2 can be recyclised by use of Pb(AcO)4. The dialkylamino-substituted derivatives 1c – h react with NaBH4 under conservation of the heterocyclic system to the tetrahydro-benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c′] diisoxazoldiones of type 5 . The NMR-spectroscopic behavior of 2 and 7 is discussed.  相似文献

Poly(benzobisthiazole)s containing an ortho-tetramethyl substituted biphenyl moiety were synthesized via the polycondensation of 2,5-diamino-1,4-benzenedithiol dihydrochloride with 2,2′,6,6′-tetramethylbiphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA). The intrinsic viscosities of the tetramethylbiphenyl poly-(benzobisthiazole)s in chlorosulfonic acid at 30°C were in the range of 6.9–13.4 dL/g. Copolycondensation of 2,5-diamino-1,4-benzenedithiol dihydrochloride with terephthalic acid and 2,2′,6,6′-tetramethylbiphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid was carried out as well by varying the ratio of the two dicarboxylic acid monomers in the reactant mixture. The homopolymers and copolymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and 13C solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). Thermal stability of the polymers was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and thermogravimetric mass spectrum analysis (TG-MS). The tetramethylbiphenyl poly(benzobisthiazole)s were found to be more stable at elevated temperatures than the parent poly(p-phenylene benzobisthiazole) (PBZT). © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In aqueous solution containing azide ion as a nucleophile, electrochemical oxidation of hydroquinone and some dihydroxybenzoic acids have been studied using cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential coulometry. The voltammetric data show that electrochemically generated para and ortho-benzoquinones participate in Michael addition reactions with azide ions to form the corresponding diazido or diaminobenzoquinones. In this work, we have proposed various mechanisms for the electrode process and we report an efficient and one-pot method for the synthesis of 2,5-diazido-1,4-benzoquinone, 2,5-diamino-1,4-benzoquinone, 4,5-diamino-1,2-benzoquinone, and 2,3-diamino-5,6-dioxocyclohexa-1,3-dienecarboxylic acid based on the Michael reaction of electrochemically generated ortho and para-benzoquinones with azide ion in an undivided cell using an environmentally friendly reagent-less method in ambient conditions. An estimation of the observed homogeneous rate constant (kobs) of the reaction of electrochemically generated para-benzoquinone with azide ion by the digital simulation method is also presented.  相似文献

2,4-Diamino-5,7-dihydro-6H-thiopyrano[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrirnidine, 2,4-diamino-9H-mdeno[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, 2,4-diamino-5H-indeno[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, 9,11-diamino-5,6-dihydronaphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, 7,9-diamino-5,6-dihydronaphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, 2,4-diamino-7-benzy]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, and various 2,4-diamino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[1]benzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines were synthesized by cyclization of the requisite fused 2-aminothio-phenene-3-carbonitriles utilizing chloroformamidine hydrochloride in diglyme. Several compounds exhibited strong inhibitory effects against Streptococcus faecalis (MGH-2), Staphylococcus aureus (UC-76), Streptococcus faecium (ATCC 8043), Lactobacillus casei (ATCC 7469), and Pediococcus cerevisiae (ATCC 8081) in vitro, and three compounds displayed antimalarial activity against Plasmodium berghei in mice and P. falciparum (Uganda I) in vitro.  相似文献

Treatment of 2-amino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridines with liquid ammonia/potassium permanganate gives 2,4-diamino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine. From 2-ethoxy-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine a mixture of 4-amino-and 5-amino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine was obtained. 2-Chloro-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine afforded a mixture of four compounds i. e. 2,4- and 2,5-diamino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine and 2-chloro-5-amino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine and 2-amino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine. A study on covalent amination has shown that 4-amino-2-ethoxy-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine undergoes covalent amination at C-5, whereupon in this adduct amino-deethoxylation takes place. In a similar way, 2-chloro- and 2-ethoxy-5-amino-3,6-dinitro-1,8-naphthyridine give covalent amination at C-4.  相似文献

3,7-endo-Disubstituted 2,5-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes were obtained by iodo-cyclization of N,N′-di[(S)-1-phenylethyl]-(E,E)-4,5-diamino-1,8-diphenyl-1,7-octadiene and substituted N,N′-di[(S)-1-phenylethyl]-1,2-diamino-4-alkenes. Removal of only one N-substituent of the bridged piperazines was achieved by reduction with ammonium formate and Pd/C. Unexpected cleavage of the skeleton of vinyl-substituted bridged piperazines was observed using hydrogen, leading to substituted 3-aminopyrrolidines.  相似文献

2,3,5,6-Tetrakis(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-1,4-benzoquinone was synthesized in 85% yield by reaction of 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone with 1H-benzotriazole in pyridine at room temperature. Treatment of 2,3,5,6-tetrakis(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-1,4-benzoquinone with piperidine, ω-amino acids, and aromatic amines gave the corresponding 2,5-diamino-3,6-bis(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-1,4-benzoquinones.  相似文献

Reduction of 4,7-diphenyl-1,2,5-thia- ( 1a-i ) and 1,2,5-oxadiazolo[3,4-c]pyridines ( 3a and c-e ) gave 3,4-diamino-2,5-diphenylpyridines ( 2a-g ), which were converted into the fluorescent triazolo[4,5-c]-( 5 ), 1,2,5-selenadiazolo[3,4-c]- ( 6 ), imidazolo[4,5-c]pyridines ( 8 ), and pyrido[5,6-c]pyridines ( 11 ).
