A 80???J, 6?fs, CEP-stable high-contrast injector is demonstrated. The device relies on standard pulse post-compression in hollow-core fiber followed by a temporal filter based on cross-polarized wave generation. Pulses with a Gaussian spectrum over 350?nm, centered at 750?nm, are generated. Temporal measurements show that the contrast of the few-cycle pulses is enhanced on a femtosecond and picosecond time scale. The carrier-envelope phase stability is preserved (0.3?rad RMS). These performances make the system an ideal seed laser for high-power, high-contrast OPCPA systems.  相似文献

We present a chirped pulse amplification (CPA) Ti:Sa laser generating sub-15 fs pulses with expected high temporal quality. Gain-narrowing in the pre-amplifier is balanced by a variable spectral reflectivity mirror and by a fine adaptation of the saturation conditions. A crossed polarized wave generation (XPW) filter is introduced to enhance the contrast, reduce the pulse duration and improve the spectral quality. The pulses are generated at 10 Hz repetition rate, with pulse energy of 110 μJ and very clean Gaussian spectrum. The temporal contrast is evaluated by a measurement before the XPW filter and calculations of the enhancement by the filter. The potential temporal incoherent contrast is 1012 and the coherent contrast 1010. The performance of the system makes it suitable as an injector for petawatt lasers operating in the double-CPA scheme.  相似文献

The authors propose a high-performance 980 / 1550-nm wavelength multiplexer / demultiplexer based on the restricted-resonance self-imaging effect in a buried-type waveguide system. The device functions either as a multiplexer or a demultiplexer, depending upon the direction of light propagation. Using the modal propagation analysis (MPA), characteristics of the device are investigated. We carried out the design of the device and showed that the device performance can be optimized by appreciate selection of the coupler width. A demultiplexer with an insertion loss of 0.4 dB and contrast of 25.5 dB at wavelength 1550 nm and 32 dB at 980 nm is demonstrated.  相似文献

A high resolution injector system has recently been installed at the Lund 3 MV tandem Pelletron accelerator. The new injector, designed mainly for 26Al ions, will increase the experimental potential of the Lund AMS facility considerably. High quality energy- and mass-resolution is obtained by using a 90° spherical electrostatic analyzer followed by a 90° magnetic analyzer. The injector is equipped with a high intensity sputtering source with a spherical ionizer. A new analytical technique for acceptance calculations as well as PC-based computational methods have been used in the design of the ion optical system of the new injector. Compared to our old injector system which has a magnetic analyzer with a bending angle of only 15°, the new system has a more than ten times better resolution. The beam optics of the new system is also better designed to match the accelerator acceptance. In this way the ion transmission from the ion source to the detector, for different ions of interest in our AMS programme, has been increased.  相似文献

The reflection properties of top-emitting organic light-emitting devices with different electrodes and organic layers were calculated. The results guided the fabrication of a high-contrast device: Au/copper phthalocyanine (CuPc: 35 nm)/N,N’-bis-(1-naphthyl)-N,N’diphenyl-1,1’ biphenyl-4,4’diamine (NPB: 15 nm)/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3: 50 nm)/Sm (35 nm)/Alq3 (65 nm). The device has a contrast ratio of 8.3:1 at a luminance of 300 cd/m2 under 1000 lx ambient light, and a maximum luminance and efficiency of 5000 cd/m2 and 4.14 cd/A, respectively. The high contrast is attributed to the moderate reflection of Au at 380–550 nm, low reflection of Sm in the visible range, and high absorption of CuPc at 600–700 nm. 为开展磁约束堆芯燃烧等离子体物理实验,正在建造的HL-2M装置拟建造3条5 MW的中性束注入加热束线。简要概述了HL-2M装置NBI加热系统的总体规划,第1条5MW-NBI加热束线的设计,离子源调试实验,注入器核心部件的安装和测试结果。通过调试,目前单个离子源引出束流达到36 A,加速电压75 kV,离子束功率达到2.4 MW,脉冲宽度3 s。通过测试发现:注入器的4条离子束汇聚角误差小于±0.1°,残留离子偏转磁体的磁场测试值与模拟计算值偏差小于±5%,注入器静态真空值达到1.0×10-3 Pa。注入器采用大型非标低温泵,低温泵的抽速达到2.40×106 L/s。第1条5MW-NBI加热束线的试装和测试结果表明,该束线能够满足HL-2M装置NBI加热的技术要求。  相似文献

通过采用4,4′,4″-三(N-3-甲基苯基-N-苯基氨基)三苯胺 (m-MTDATA)掺入MoOx作为器件的空穴传输层来提高酞菁铜(CuPc)/C60小分子 有机太阳电池的效率. 采用真空蒸镀的方法制备了一系列器件, 其中结构为铟锡氧化物 (ITO)/m-MTDATA:MoOx(3:1)(30 nm)/CuPc(20 nm)/C60(40 nm)/4,7-二苯 基-1,10-菲罗啉 (Bphen)(8 nm)/LiF(0.8 nm)/Al(100 nm)的器件, 在AM1.5 (100 mW/cm2)模拟太阳光的照射条件下, 开路电压Voc=0.40 V, 短路电流Jsc=6.59 mA/cm2, 填充因子为0.55, 光电转换效率达1.46%, 比没有空穴传输层的器件ITO/CuPc(20 nm)/C60(40 nm)/Bphen(8 nm)/LiF(0.8 nm)/Al(100 nm) 光电转换效率提高了38%. 研究表明, 加入m-MTDATA:MoOx(3:1)(30 nm)空穴传输层减小了有机层和ITO电极之间的接触电阻, 从而减小了整个器件的串联电阻, 提高了器件的光电转换效率.  相似文献

Strained layer superlattices have been used as the active region in asymmetric Fabry-Perot cavity optical modulators. The active layer of the Fabry-Perot modulator consisted of a 50 period In0.15 Ga0.85As/Al0.30Ga0.70As (10nm/10nm) superlattice. These quantum wells operate at typical wavelength of around 960 nm. By varying the length of the Fabry-Perot cavity in the modulator by including AlGaAs space layers of different thicknesses in the cavity, it is shown experimentally that both normally on and normally off devices can be obtained using the same stack of quantum wells. For the first type of device operation, a maximum contrast ratio of 8.3 dB could be measured for a reverse voltage of 7 V at 969 nm, while for the second type, a maximum of 8.9 dB at 957 nm was obtained for a 20 V reverse voltage. Using the same structure with an extra Bragg reflector on top of the quantum well layers to increase the surface reflection, a device with a higher finesse of the cavity was obtained. A maximum contrast ratio of 11.5 dB was measured for a reverse bias voltage of 30 V at 978 nm, with an insertion loss of –4.2dB.  相似文献

In this paper, we have developed new design of the injector for quantum cascade structures based on the effective mass superlattice. The transmission spectra of the conventional injector and effective-mass injector have been compared. Advantage of the effective-mass injector is more uniform spectrum of pass-band. This feature allows to improve controllability of the quantum cascade laser, to increase stability of its operation and to decrease sensitivity to noise in applied voltage bias. Also, we have computed geometrical parameters for effective-mass injector which is appropriate to provide inverted population in existing quantum-cascade lasers. Such injector should be characterized by 15–25 numbers of layers with widths of layers up to 2 nm.  相似文献

We have successfully designed, fabricated, and tested an optical filter based on cascaded planar reflective gratings. The device uses a combination of two grating elements arranged in a subtractive dispersion configuration. The first grating demultiplexes a 300 nm wide band and drops optical channels at 1490 and 1550 nm, commonly used in passive optical networks. The second grating completely counter-balances the dispersion properties of the first grating and ultimately yields zero dispersion in the output waveguide. Such a configuration allows the transmission of optical signals though the device in an ultra-wide band spanning 1250-1410 nm. The filter was manufactured using an industry standard silica-on-silicon process which was augmented with grating facet formation and metallization. In spite of using low refractive index contrast waveguides (0.82%), the device had a remarkably low footprint of only 0.21 cm2. Applications of the device in passive optical networks are discussed.  相似文献

An automotive fuel injector has been retrofitted with novel electrostatic components in order to improve the primary atomization and dispersion characteristics of the device. A specific design variant is presented and discussed outlining how a conventional fuel injector may be modified to house electrostatic components. With 2 bar gauge injection pressure and an electrical power of 2 mW, the injector can successfully supply intermittently charged fuel, containing spray specific charge levels up to ~1.4 C/m3. Root mean square (RMS) spray specific charge and RMS total current vs. voltage curves are presented as a function of voltage pulse and solenoid valve frequencies for both low and high flow-rate operation. The fuel injector was able to operate in a stable manner at pulse train frequencies up to 20 Hz and the charge injection mechanism was identical to previous steady voltage and pulsed voltage steady flow systems. An optimal synchronization between the high voltage (HV) pulse frequency and solenoid valve frequency has been determined, allowing for the prevention of electrical breakdown events within the inter-electrode gap over a negative voltage ranging from 0 to 4.5 kV.  相似文献

In this paper we report on a high-contrast top-emitting organic light-emitting device utilizing a moderate-reflection contrast-enhancement stack and a high refractive index anti-reflection layer.The contrast-enhancement stack consists of a thin metal anode layer,a dielectric bilayer,and a thick metal underlayer.The resulting device,with the optimized contrast-enhancement stack thicknesses of Ni(30 nm)/MgF 2(62 nm)/ZnS(16 nm)/Ni(20 nm) and the 25-nm-thick ZnS anti-reflection layer,achieves a luminous reflectance of 4.01% in the visible region and a maximum current efficiency of 0.99 cd/A(at 62.3 mA/cm 2) together with a very stable chromaticity.The contrast ratio reaches 561:1 at an on-state brightness of 1000 cd/m 2 under an ambient illumination of 140 lx.In addition,the anti-reflection layer can also enhance the transmissivity of the cathode and improve light out-coupling by the effective restraint of microcavity effects.  相似文献

 利用现有2MeV直线感应注入器,通过改造,将其次级功率源和8个感应腔分成2组,使之交替工作,建立了一台双脉冲电子束源。二极管电压脉冲幅度达到1MeV,电子束脉冲持续时间为120ns,脉冲间隔可以根据需要在100~500ns间进行调节。实验结果表明:该双脉冲电子束源可以产生双脉冲电子束,其电压幅度差值小于2%,束流可达3kA,并且工作稳定,利用该装置可以进行多脉冲二极管物理和天鹅绒多脉冲发射特性实验研究。  相似文献

基于多传感器技术,提出了一种将接触式和非接触式传感器集成到坐标测量机上研究微孔几何参量测量的理论和方法,可对喷墨打印机喷嘴、生物医学仪器孔、燃气涡轮叶片的致冷喷口和柴油机喷油器喷孔等微孔进行实时测量。介绍了系统的组成和测量原理,讨论了微孔测量步骤。实验中,以直径0.16mm、深0.9mm的三个柴油机喷油嘴喷孔做测试,根据测量结果,分析了微孔的圆柱度、直径、圆度、直线度和锥度五个特征参量,并对测量系统的重复性和再现性进行了分析,对于微孔加工过程中的质量控制具有指导作用。  相似文献

An S-band cavity BPM is designed for a new injector in National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory. A re-entrant position cavity is tuned to the TM110 mode as position cavity. Cut-through waveguides are used as pickups to suppress the monopole signal. Theoretical resolution of this design is 31 nm. A prototype cavity BPM system is manufactured for off-line cold tests. The wire scanning method is used to calibrate the BPM and estimate the performance of the on-line BPM system. A cross-talk problem has been detected during the cold test. Racetrack cavity BPM design can be used to suppress the cross-talk. With the nonlinear effect being ignored, transform matrix can be used to correct cross-talk. Analysis of cold test results shows that the position resolution of prototype BPM is better than 3 μm.

Spin injection in CoPt/Al2O3/(Al)GaAs spin light-emitting diodes (SLEDs) was studied. The oscillations of the degree of circular polarization upon variation of a distance between the active region of the SLED and a CoPt ferromagnetic injector were observed. The oscillations depend neither on a SLED material (GaAs or AlGaAs), nor on the type of injected spin-polarized carriers (electrons and holes) and are related to the action of a perpendicular magnetic field on the injected spin-polarized carriers that causes their precession. During the transfer to the active region through a distance of 50–100 nm from the injector, a z–component of a spin changes a phase that is detected experimentally as the change in sign of the degree of circular polarization of luminescence. Conceivably, a source of the internal magnetic field leading to spin precession is the magnetic field of the nonuniformly magnetized CoPt contact.  相似文献

The scaling of heat transfer in gas-gas injector combustor is investigated theoretically, numerically and experimentally based on the previous study on the scaling of gas-gas combustion flowfield. The similarity condition of the gas-gas injector combustor heat transfer is obtained by conducting a formulation analysis of the boundary layer Navier-Stokes equations and a dimensional analysis of the corresponding heat transfer phenomenon. Then, a practicable engineering scaling criterion of the gas-gas injector combustor heat transfer is put forward. The criterion implies that when the similarity conditions of inner flowfield are satisfied, the size and the pressure of gas-gas combustion chamber can be changed, while the heat transfer can still be qualitatively similar to the distribution trend and quantitatively correlates well with the size and pressure as q ∝ pc0 .8d t-0.2. Based on the criterion, single-element injector chambers with different geometric sizes and at different chamber pressures ranging from 1 MPa to 20 MPa are numerically simulated. A single-element injector chamber is designed and hot-fire tested at seven chamber pressures from 0.92 MPa to 6.1 MPa. The inner wall heat flux are obtained and analysed. The numerical and experimental results both verified the scaling criterion in gas-gas injector combustion chambers under different chamber pressures and geometries.  相似文献

为了满足EMCCD侦察探测装置的实际使用要求,设计了一个三视场光学系统。系统采用EMCCD接收,像元尺寸为16 m16 m 。通过对比4种成像系统结构形式的优缺点,选定三视场光学系统的初始结构形式,运用CODEV软件对其进行优化,实现600 nm~850 nm波段范围内三视场光学系统成像。设计结果表明,三视场光学系统的传递函数MTF在35 lp/mm频率处均大于0.5,点列斑直径均小于像元尺寸,畸变均小于0.2%,成像对比度满足使用要求。  相似文献

制备了三种结构的白色有机电致发光器件,通过比较得出:在发光层中间插入2,9-二甲基-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉(BCP)能有效控制载流子在不同发光层的分布,进而对器件色度进行调节;而掺杂磷光染料Ir(ppy)3作敏化剂能有效提高器件的效率. 结构为:氧化铟锡/聚乙烯基咔唑∶N,N′-二(1-萘基)-N,N′-二苯基-1,1′-联苯-4-4′-二胺(30nm)/二-(2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉)-4-联苯酚铝:3.0 wt%2,5,8,11-tetra-tertbutylperylene(TBPe)(30nm)/BCP(5.0nm)/4,4N,N二咔唑基二苯:5.0 wt%Ir(ppy)3:2.0 wt%红荧烯(15nm)/BCP(10nm)/Mg:Ag的器件色度和效率俱佳. 其在17V工作电压下具有的亮度为4670cd/m2,对应色坐标为(0.31,0.37). 器件具有的最大外量子效率为1.4%,当驱动电压从5.0V升高到17V,器件色坐标严格位于白光色域区内. 关键词: 磷光染料 阻挡层 白光 双发光层  相似文献

基于光波单向传输的全光二极管在集成光通信、全光网络和光信息处理中有重要应用.基于方向带隙失配设计的光子晶体异质结构可实现光波单向传输,但正向透射率较低,带宽较窄.基于对光子晶体异质界面倾斜角度的研究,根据界面全反射条件,利用可集成材料硅和二氧化硅设计了一种空气孔型二维光子晶体异质结构.异质结构界面两侧的光子晶体对1550 nm波长附近的TE模光波在Γ-X方向均呈导带,避免了方向带隙失配.研究发现当异质界面满足全反射条件时,由于光子晶体的自准直效应,较宽波段的正向光波得以高效传播,而反向光波在界面由于全反射而被禁止传播.光子晶体异质结构界面的全反射效应打破了方向带隙对光波单向传输的限制,使得反向光波在光子晶体中为导带时同样可实现近零透射率,从而拓宽了光波单向传输的波长范围.基于全反射界面的光子晶体异质结构经过优化后,其正向透射率达0.64,透射对比度为0.97,单向传输带宽可达553 nm.  相似文献
