给出了一组含有两个形状参数α,β的六次多项式基函数,是五次Bernstein基函数的扩展,分析了这组基的性质;基于这组基定义了带两个形状参数的多项式曲线,所定义的曲线具有五次Bézier曲线的性质,改变参数α,β的取值,曲线具有更灵活的形状可调性,而且能向上或从两侧逼近控制多边形.另外,经典的五次Bézier曲线和有关文献中带一个形状参数的曲线均是该文所定义曲线的特例.实例表明,定义的曲线为曲线/曲面的设计提供了一种有效的方法. 相似文献

For the cubic trigonometric polynomial curves with a shape parameter (TB curves, for short), the effects of the shape parameter on the TB curve are made clear, the shape features of the TB curve are analyzed. The necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for these curves having single or double inflection points, a loop or a cusp, or be locally or globally convex. The results are summarized in a shape diagram of TB curves, which is useful when using TB curves for curve and surface modeling. The generalized multiquadric radial basis function (φj=[(x-xj)2+c2]β) has the exponent β and shape parameter c that play an important role in the accuracy of the approximation. In this study, we present a trigonometric variable shape parameter and exponent strategy and apply it to function interpolations and linear boundary value problems. Several numerical experiments with the uniformly spaced nodes show that the inverse multiquadric radial basis function (β = −0.5) with the trigonometric variable shape parameter c strategy results in the best accuracy for the one-dimensional interpolations; the trigonometric variable shape parameters and exponent strategy produces the best accuracy for the two-dimensional interpolations and linear boundary value problems. For the non-uniformly spaced nodes, the random variable shape parameter c and exponent β strategy produces the best accuracy for the two-dimensional boundary value problem. 相似文献

Applying the distance function between two B-spline curves with respect to the L2 norm as the approximate error, we investigate the problem of approximate merging of two adjacent B-spline curves into one B-spline curve. Then this method can be easily extended to the approximate merging problem of multiple B-spline curves and of two adjacent surfaces. After minimizing the approximate error between curves or surfaces, the approximate merging problem can be transformed into equations solving. We express both the new control points and the precise error of approximation explicitly in matrix form. Based on homogeneous coordinates and quadratic programming, we also introduce a new framework for approximate merging of two adjacent NURBS curves. Finally, several numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the algorithm. 相似文献

Accelerated life test sampling plans (ALTSPs) provide information quickly on the lifetime distribution of products by testing them at higher-than-usual stress level to induce early failures and reduce the testing efforts. In the traditional design of ALTSPs for Weibull distribution, it is assumed that the shape parameter remains constant over all stress levels. This paper extends the existing design of ALTSPs to Weibull distribution with a nonconstant shape parameter and presents two types of ALTSPs; time-censored and failure-censored. Optimum ALTSPs which satisfy the producer’s and consumer’s risk requirements and minimize the asymptotic variance of the test statistic for deciding the lot acceptability are obtained. The properties of the proposed ALTSPs and the effects of errors in pre-estimate of the design parameters are also investigated. 相似文献

A B-spline basis function is a piecewise function of polynomials of equal degree on its support interval. This paper extends B-spline basis functions to changeable degree spline (CD-spline for short) basis functions, each of which may consist of polynomials of different degrees on its support interval. The CD-spline basis functions possess many B-spline-like properties and include the B-spline basis functions as subcases. Their corresponding parametric curves, called CD-spline curves, are like B-spline curves and also have many good properties.
