Protic imidazolium ionic liquids have been tested as reaction media in the Diels-Alder reaction between cyclopentadiene and two dienophiles (dimethyl maleate and methyl acrylate). Good conversions and endo/exo selectivities were achieved. The activation of the dienophile by hydrogen bonding with protic imidazolium ILs was demonstrated.  相似文献

Chemotherapies feature a low success rate of about 25%, and therefore, the choice of the most effective cytostatic drug for the individual patient and monitoring the efficiency of an ongoing chemotherapy are important steps towards personalized therapy. Thereby, an objective method able to differentiate between treated and untreated cancer cells would be essential. In this study, we provide molecular insights into Docetaxel-induced effects in MCF-7 cells, as a model system for adenocarcinoma, by means of Raman microspectroscopy combined with powerful chemometric methods. The analysis of the Raman data is divided into two steps. In the first part, the morphology of cell organelles, e.g. the cell nucleus has been visualized by analysing the Raman spectra with k-means cluster analysis and artificial neural networks and compared to the histopathologic gold standard method hematoxylin and eosin staining. This comparison showed that Raman microscopy is capable of displaying the cell morphology; however, this is in contrast to hematoxylin and eosin staining label free and can therefore be applied potentially in vivo. Because Docetaxel is a drug acting within the cell nucleus, Raman spectra originating from the cell nucleus region were further investigated in a next step. Thereby we were able to differentiate treated from untreated MCF-7 cells and to quantify the cell–drug response by utilizing linear discriminant analysis models.  相似文献

Enzymatic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenylphosphate by alkaline phosphatase in binary mixtures of water and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (emimBF4) was monitored with Raman microspectroscopy. Concentrations of emimBF4 in the studied ionic liquid/water solvent systems ranged from 0 to 75% v/v. Multivariate curve resolution-alternating least squares (MCR-ALS) was successfully applied to the recorded Raman spectra in order to retrieve the concentration profiles and pure Raman spectra of the different species involved in the reaction. Michaelis-Menten constant (KM) and maximum rate (Vmax) of the reaction were calculated from the initial reaction phase for the different solvent systems studied, to investigate the effect of increasing concentration of the ionic liquid on the kinetic behavior. From this study, it was found that the ionic liquid inhibits the reaction under study decreasing both Vmax and KM.  相似文献

The rate constants of a bimolecular Diels-Alder reaction in binary mixtures of ionic liquids prepared in molecular solvents were analyzed to investigate the effect of viscosity of the medium and solvent effect. In this connection, we have carried out the Diels-Alder reaction of anthracene 9-carbinol with N-ethyl maleimide in binary mixtures of pyridinium-based ionic liquids, 1-butyl-pyridinium tetrafluoroborate, 1-butyl-3-pyridinium tetrafluoroborate, and 1-butyl-4-methyl pyridinium tetrafluoroborate in water, methanol, and chloroform at 298.15 K. The rates of reaction decreased, caused by gradually increasing the volume fraction of ionic liquids in solvents for all three ionic liquids. The kinetic results demonstrate a successful application of the pairwise interaction model built upon the concept of enforced hydrophobic hydration. A temperature-dependent study of kinetics of the Diels-Alder reaction was carried out in the binary mixtures of ionic liquids in water and was explained by the entropy-enthalpy compensation effect based upon activation parameters. Kinetics of the Diels-Alder reaction in highly aqueous medium was noted to be entropically driven.  相似文献

An example of an electrochemical oscillator in ionic liquids is presented. Solutions of the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, [C(2)mim]Cl, which contain both Cu(+) and Cu(2+) ions, show current oscillations during potentiostatic polarization. The oscillations were analyzed by the Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) technique and by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The electrochemical oscillations are of the N-NDR-type, because the low frequency end of the impedance spectrum has negative real impedances. The oscillating current leads to an oscillating growth speed of a metallic copper layer. Besides the presence of both Cu(+) and Cu(2+), the presence of chloride is a necessary, yet not a sufficient, condition for the occurrence of current oscillations. Oscillating currents were also observed for the ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride and 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium chloride, but not for tributyltetradecylphosphonium chloride and N-butylpyridinium chloride.  相似文献

Heck reaction of aryl iodides and activated aryl bromides catalyzed by copper bronze in tetrabutylammonium bromide as solvent and tetrabutylammonium acetate as base was developed. The effective catalysts are Cu nanoparticles deriving from the reaction of iodobenzene with copper bronze. These nanoparticles are very stable in tetraalkylammonium salts, are easily recycled, and can be stored for months without a loss of catalytic efficiency. [reaction: see text]  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy is a powerful technique for studying cellular biochemistry. In fact, each toxic chemical induces biochemical changes related to the own action mechanism. In this investigation Raman microspectroscopy has been used, in correlation with atomic force microscopy images, to detect biochemical and structural damages occurring in cultured human cells as a consequence of deltamethrin exposure. Cultured human keratinocyte cells have been exposed at increasing concentrations of deltamethrin from 10−3 M to 10−6 M for 24 h. A viability test indicated that the cytotoxic dose corresponds to exposure at deltamethrin solution for 24 h with the chemical concentration between 10−4 M and 2.5 10−4 M. The compared analysis of Raman spectra and AFM images allows to state that an evident damage occurs in the plasmatic membrane and it is already detectable after exposure of keratinocytes at the lowest investigated deltamethrin concentration (10−6 M). The most important modifications are related to the breakdown of CH2 bonds of lipidic chains, whereas proteineous bonds are less involved in the deltamethrin action. On the whole, cellular damage starts after exposure to deltamethrin doses well lower than that established as cytotoxic.  相似文献

A Balz-Schiemann reaction was developed to convert 2-cyano-5-aminopyridine to 2-cyano-5-fluoropyridine. The use of an ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, BMIMBF4) as a solvent was found to be critical in achieving high assay yields and high selectivity for the fluorination vs. protonation. A process was developed to recycle and reuse the ionic liquid enabling its cost-effective use as a solvent. Finally, the optimal conditions were demonstrated under as a continuous process to address process safety risks associated with diazonium intermediates and the product was used to access a key intermediate in the synthesis of β-amyloid cleaving enzyme 1 inhibitor, verubecestat.  相似文献

Theoretical Raman spectra of the complex-forming ionic liquids LaCl3 and ScCl3, derived from molecular dynamics computer simulations, are presented. These simulations, which use polarizable ion interaction models, have previously been shown to predict structural properties in excellent agreement with diffraction experiments. The dependence of the polarizability of the melt on the ionic positions, which determines the Raman spectrum through the time dependence of the polarizability correlation function, is modeled on the basis of ab initio electronic structure calculations carried out on alkali chlorides. New simulation techniques are introduced in order to allow the spectrum to be calculated with acceptable statistics. The calculated spectra are in semiquantitative agreement with experimental data. The distinctive bands which appear in the spectra of such complex melts are linked to the vibrations of the transient coordination complexes which form in these melts and new interpretations for the origin of several well-known features are proposed. The simulations thus enable a link between the structure of a melt as perceived through Raman spectroscopy and through diffraction experiments to be made.  相似文献

探讨了微波辐射下四种咪唑类离子液体催化不同取代基芳香醛的安息香缩合反应,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,[Bmim]Im是合成目标产物的良好催化剂,在微波辐射时间5min、反应温度55℃、催化剂用量x([Bmim]Im)=1%、溶剂THF15m L、芳香醛用量5mmol、50%氢氧化钠水溶液0.5m L时,最高产率可达到81%。该方法耗时短、环境友好。在考查的底物中,除高位阻和具有较强p-π共轭效应的2-氯苯甲醛和4-甲氧基苯甲醛没有检测到产物外,其他不同取代芳香醛均得到了相应产物。反应后离子液体可以回收循环使用至少4次。  相似文献

A practical method to evaluate the contributions of the nonlinear polarizability and anharmonicity of potentials from the experimental and simulation data by using double Fourier transformation is presented. In a Lennard-Jones potential system, an approximated expression of the fifth-order response function using the ratio between nonlinear polarizability and anharmonicity exhibits a good agreement with the results of the molecular dynamics simulation. In a soft-core case, the fifth-order Raman signal indicates that the system consists of the delocalized and localized modes, and only the delocalized mode affects the dramatic change of the fifth-order Raman response functions between solid and liquid phases through nonlinear polarizability.  相似文献
