The marine fungus Emericella sp was isolated from the deep sea sediments. The fungus was identified by its morphology and ITS region. A new emerixanthone E (1) together with four (2–5) known emodin derivatives were isolated from the metabolites of the fungus Emericella SCSIO05240. The structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis and mass spectrometry. Two new xanthones, 8-(methoxycarbonyl)-1-hydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3-carboxylic acid (1) and dimethyl 8-methoxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1,6-dicarboxylate (2) and one known xanthone methyl 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate (3) were isolated from the culture broth of the mangrove fungus Penicillium sp. (ZZF 32#) collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were established by comprehensive analysis of one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR data. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which led to the suggestion that janthinone (4) might have the same structure as 3. A new sesquiterpene, (+)-S-1-methyl-abscisic-6-acid (1), together with five known compounds, (+)-S-abscisic acid (2), fusicoccin J (3), 3α-hydroxyfusicoccin J (4), (R)-5-hydroxymethylmellein (5) and 4-hydroxyphenethyl acetate (6) was isolated from the fermentation extract of Phomopsis amygdali, an entomogenous fungus isolated from Call midge. Their structures were determined mainly by analysis of MS and NMR spectroscopic data. Compounds 1–6 were tested for antimicrobial activity against three plant pathogenic fungi: Gibberella zeae, Verticillium albo-atrum, and Fusarium nivale, and two bacteria: Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2033E. As a result, compounds 1–4 displayed antibacterial activity against Gram-negative P. aeruginosa 2033E, and the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC value) of 1–4 is 30 μg/mL, 58 μg/mL, 26 μg/mL, and 26 μg/mL, respectively. 相似文献

The strain DC01 was isolated from the branch tissue of Daphniphyllum longeracemosum and determined to be a member of Phomopsis according to the ITS sequence analysis. The extracts from the PDA solid fermentation media of Phomopsis sp. DC01 were purified and three compounds including one new phenol compound were obtained.
