New examples of [C6F5Xe]+ salts of the weakly coordinating anions [B(CF3)4]-, [B(C6F5)4]-, [B(CN)4]-, and [B(OTeF5)4]- have been synthesized by metathesis reactions of [C6F5Xe][BF4] with the corresponding MI[BY4] salts (MI = K or Cs; Y = CF3, C6F5, CN, or OTeF5). The salts were characterized in solution by multi-NMR spectroscopy. Their stabilities in prototypic solvents (CH3CN and CH2Cl2) and decomposition products are reported. The influence of the coordinating nature of [BY4]- on the decomposition rate of [C6F5Xe]+ as well as the presence of the weakly nucleophilic [BF4]- ion has been studied. The electrophilic pentafluorophenylation of C6H5F by [C6F5Xe][BY4] in solvents of different coordinating abilities (CH3CN and CH2Cl2) and the effects of stronger nucleophiles (fluoride and water) on the pentafluorophenylation process have been investigated. Simulations of the 19F and 129Xe NMR spectra of [C6F5Xe]+ have provided the complete set of aryl 19F-19F and 129Xe-19F coupling constants and their relative signs. The 19F NMR parameters of the [C6F5Xe]+ cation in the present series of salts are shown to reflect the relative degrees of cation-solvent interactions.  相似文献

A series of novel ionic liquids composed of imidazolium, pyridinium, pyrrolidinium, and ammonium cations with tricyanomethanide or tetracyanoborate anions were prepared. The ionic liquids were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and ESI-mass spectrometry, and their physical properties were investigated. Solid state structures of the N-propyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium and triethylpropylammonium tetracyanoborate salts were obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The salts that are liquid at room temperature were evaluated as electrolyte additives in dye-sensitized solar cells, giving rise to efficiencies 7.35 and 7.85% under 100 and 10% Sun, respectively, in combination with the standard Z907 dye.  相似文献

The compound [HNMe2Ph][NpB(C6F5)3](Np =(CH3)3CCH2) reacts with dimethylzirconocenes to give active propylene polymerization catalysts which are significantly more active and give higher molecular weight polypropylene than do the catalysts obtained using B(C6F5)3; the [NpB(C6F5)3]- anion is for steric reasons more weakly coordinating than is [MeB(C6F5)3]-.  相似文献

The CX3(+) salts [CCl(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)1, [CCl(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)2, [CBr(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)3, [CBr(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)4 (R(F) = C(CF(3))(3)) were prepared in 56 to 85% yield from CX(4) (X = Cl, Br) and the corresponding silver salts (weight balance, NMR, IR, X-ray structure of 1). The most convenient solvent for the preparation of 1 and 2 is SO(2)ClF but for 3 and 4 it is SO(2). The reactions are complete after about three days stirring at -30 to -40 °C. The salts are stable for weeks in solution at -40 °C and stable for a few hours at RT in the solid state. In SO(2)ClF (1, 2) or SO(2) (3, 4) solution they decompose slowly at -20 °C and within several hours at RT; in general the CBr3(+) salts are more stable than the CCl3(+) homologues. The decomposition products were assigned as CCl(3)F and primarily CBr(2)F(2) (which likely forms as a Lewis acid induced disproportionation product of the initial CBr(3)F). The C-X vibrations of the salts were found in the expected range and the assignments were made based on experimental and calculated data. The IR spectrum of a CBr3(+) salt is for the first time reported here.  相似文献

The stereochemical nonrigidity of RfCo(PF3)x(CO)4-x(Rf=CF3,C2F5,C3F7,x=0-4) was studied at the theoretical level of B3LYP/6-31 1+G^* via Gaussian 09.The intramolecular rearrangements in these penta-coordinated compounds are mainly caused by the vibrations of perfluoroalkyl groups. All the barriers along the reaction coordinate are less than 66.9 kJ/mol,which indicates that the rearrangements are kinetically favorable and hard to elucidate by experiment.Besides, ligand PF3 is a ligand similar to CO,the energy difference between the reactant and product is small.  相似文献

Structurally Chemical Investigation of Monoammin Copper (I) Complexes : [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)6], [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)4] and Cu3[Co(CN)6] · 2NH3 The preparation and the properties of [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)6], [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)4] and Cu3[Co(CN)6] · 2NH3 are described. I.R. and Raman spectra have been recorded and assigned. According to X-ray powder diagrams, [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)6] crystallizes in the trigonal space group D–P3 ml, a = 7.771, c = 5.988 Å, Z = 1. According to the spectroscopic and crystallographic data, it is concluded that the CuI ion is coordinated with one NH3 group and with the N atoms of the cyanometallate anions. The coordination number of the Cu+ is 4 in [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)6] and 3 in [CuNH3]2[Pt(CN)4]. In the Cu3[Co(CN)6] · 2 NH3 complex two Cu atoms have the coordination number 2, the third Cu atom 4.  相似文献

PX(4) (+)[Al(OR)(4)](-) (X=I: 1 a, X=Br: 1 b) was prepared from X(2), PX(3), and Ag[Al(OR)(4)] [R=C(CF(3))(3)] in CH(2)Cl(2) at -30 degrees C in 69-86 % yield. P(2)X(5) (+) salts were prepared from 2 PX(3) and Ag[Al(OR)(4)] in CH(2)Cl(2) at -30 degrees C yielding almost quantitatively P(2)X(5) (+)[Al(OR)(4)](-) (X=I: 3 a, X=Br: 3 b). The phosphorus-rich P(5)X(2) (+) salts arose from the reaction of cold (-78 degrees C) mixtures of PX(3), P(4), and Ag[Al(OR)(4)] giving P(5)X(2) (+)[Al(OR)(4)](-) (X=I: 4 a, X=Br: 4 b) with a C(2v)-symmetric P(5) cage. Silver salt metathesis presumably generated unstable PX(2) (+) cations from PX(3) and Ag[Al(OR)(4)] (X=Br, I) that acted as electrophilic carbene analogues and inserted into the Xbond;X (Pbond;X/Pbond;P) bond of X(2) (PX(3)/P(4)) leading to the highly electrophilic and CH(2)Cl(2)-soluble PX(4) (+) (P(2)X(5) (+)/P(5)X(2) (+)) salts. Reactions that aimed to synthesize P(2)I(3) (+) from P(2)I(4) and Ag[Al(OR)(4)] instead led to anion decomposition and the formation of P(2)I(5)(CS(2))(+)[(RO)(3)Al-F-Al(OR)(3)](-) (5). All salts were characterized by variable-temperature solution NMR studies (3 b also by (31)P MAS NMR), Raman and/or IR spectroscopy as well as X-ray crystallography (with the exception of 4 a). The thermochemical volumes of the Pbond;X cations are 121 (PBr(4) (+)), 161 (PI(4) (+)), 194 (P(2)Br(5) (+)), 271 (P(2)I(5) (+)), and 180 A(3) (P(5)Br(2) (+)). The observed reactions were fully accounted for by thermochemical calculations based on (RI-)MP2/TZVPP ab initio results and COSMO solvation enthalpy calculations (CH(2)Cl(2) solution). The enthalpies of formation of the gaseous Pbond;X cations were derived as +764 (PI(4) (+)), +617 (PBr(4) (+)), +749 (P(2)I(5) (+)), +579 (P(2)Br(5) (+)), +762 (P(5)I(2) (+)), and +705 kJ mol(-1) (P(5)Br(2) (+)). The insertion of the intermediately prepared carbene analogue PX(2) (+) cations into the respective bonds were calculated, at the (RI-)MP2/TZVPP level, to be exergonic at 298 K in CH(2)Cl(2) by Delta(r)G(CH(2)Cl(2))=-133.5 (PI(4) (+)), -183.9 (PBr(4) (+)), -106.5 (P(2)I(5) (+)), -81.5 (P(2)Br(5) (+)), -113.2 (P(5)I(2) (+)), and -114.5 kJ mol(-1) (P(5)Br(2) (+)).  相似文献

A large series of ionic liquids (ILs) based on the weakly coordinating alkoxyaluminate [Al(hfip)(4)](-) (hfip: hexafluoroisopropoxy) with classical as well as functionalized cations were prepared, and their principal physical properties determined. Melting points are between 0 ([C(4)MMIM][Al(hfip)(4)]) and 69 °C ([C(3)MPip][Al(hfip)(4)]); three qualify as room-temperature ILs (RTILs). Crystal structures for six ILs were determined; their structural parameters and anion-cation contacts are compared here with known ILs, with a special focus on their influence on physical properties. Moreover, the biodegradability of the compounds was investigated by using the closed-bottle and the manometric respirometry test. Temperature-dependent viscosities and conductivities were measured between 0 and 80 °C, and described by either the Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann (VFT) or the Arrhenius equations. Moreover, conductivities and viscosities were investigated in the context of the molecular volume, V(m). Physical property-V(m) correlations were carried out for various temperatures, and the temperature dependence of the molecular volume was analyzed by using crystal structure data and DFT calculations. The IL ionicity was investigated by Walden plots; according to this analysis, [Al(hfip)(4)](-) ILs may be classified as "very good to good ILs"; while [C(2)MIM][Al(hfip)(4)] is a better IL than [C(2)MIM][NTf(2)]. The dielectric constants of ten [Al(hfip)(4)](-) ILs were determined, and are unexpectedly high (ε(r)=11.5 to 16.8). This could be rationalized by considering additional calculated dipole moments of the structures frozen in the solid state by DFT. The determination of hydrogen gas solubility in [Al(hfip)(4)](-) RTILs by high-pressure NMR spectroscopy revealed very high hydrogen solubilities at 25 °C and 1 atm. These results indicate the significant potential of this class of ILs in manifold applications.  相似文献

The stabilization of the P(CF(3))(2)(-) ion by intermediary coordination to the very weak Lewis acid acetone gives access to single crystals of [18-crown-6-K]P(CF(3))(2). The X-ray single crystal analysis exhibits nearly isolated P(CF(3))(2)(-) ions with an unusually short P-C distance of 184(1) pm, which can be explained by negative hyperconjugation and is also found by quantum chemical hybrid DFT calculation. Coordination of the P(CF(3))(2)(-) ion to pentacarbonyl tungsten has only a minor effect on electronic and geometric properties of the P(CF(3))(2) moiety, while a strong increase in thermal stability of the dissolved species is achieved. The hitherto unknown P(C(6)F(5))(2)(-) ion is stabilized by coordination to pentacarbonyl tungsten and isolated as a stable 18-crown-6 potassium salt, [18-crown-6-K][W[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](CO)(5)], which is fully characterized. The tungstate, [W[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](CO)(5)](-), decomposes slowly in solution, while coordination of the phosphorus atom to a second pentacarbonyl tungsten moiety results in an enhanced thermal stability in solution. The single-crystal X-ray analysis of [18-crown-6-K][[W(CO)(5)](2)[mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2)]].THF exhibits a very tight arrangement of the two C(6)F(5) and two W(CO)(5) groups around the central phosphorus atom. NMR spectroscopic investigations of the [[W(CO)(5)](2)[mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2)]](-) ion exhibit a hindered rotation of both the C(6)F(5) and W(CO)(5) groups in solution.  相似文献

The reaction between monomeric bis(1,2,4-tri-tert-butylcyclopentadienyl)cerium hydride, Cp'2CeH, and several hydrofluorobenzene derivatives is described. The aryl derivatives that are the primary products, Cp'2Ce(C6H(5-x)F(x)) where x = 1,2,3,4, are thermally stable enough to be isolated in only two cases, since all of them decompose at different rates to Cp'2CeF and a fluorobenzyne; the latter is trapped by either solvent when C6D6 is used or by a Cp'H ring when C6D12 is the solvent. The trapped products are identified by GC/MS analysis after hydrolysis. The aryl derivatives are generated cleanly by reaction of the metallacycle, Cp'((Me3C)2C5H2C(Me2)CH2)Ce, with a hydrofluorobenzene, and the resulting arylcerium products, in each case, are identified by their (1)H and (19)F NMR spectra at 20 degrees C. The stereochemical principle that evolves from these studies is that the thermodynamic isomer is the one in which the CeC bond is flanked by two ortho-CF bonds. This orientation is suggested to arise from the negative charge that is localized on the ipso-carbon atom due to C(o)(delta+)F(o)(delta-) polarization. The preferred regioisomer is determined by thermodynamic rather than kinetic effects; this is illustrated by the quantitative, irreversible solid-state conversion at 25 degrees C over two months of Cp'2Ce(2,3,4,5-C6HF4) to Cp'2Ce(2,3,4,6-C6HF4), an isomerization that involves a CeC(ipso) for C(ortho)F site exchange.  相似文献

Tris(perfluoroorgano)bismuth compounds Bi(Rf)3 (Rf = CF3, C2F5, n-C3F7, n-C4F9, n-C6F13, n-C8F17, C6F5) are easily prepared in high yields from the reactions of perfluoroorganocadmium complexes with BiCl3, or BiBr3 in aprotic solvents. The perfluoroorganobismuth halides intermediates in these reactions have been detected by NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The electron impact induced mass spectra of [CF3SMn(CO)4]2, [CF3SeMn(CO)4]2, [CF3SFe(CO)3]2, [CF3SeFe(CO)3]2, CF3SeFe(CO)2C5H5 and CF3SCr(NO)2C5H5 are reported. These compounds exhibit weak molecular ion peaks and undergo preferential loss of CO or NO groups. The CO or NO free fragments suffer typical loss of ECF2(E = S, Se) with the simultaneous shift of F from carbon to metal. The ions [FFeC5H5]+ and [FCrC5H5]+ in the spectra of the cyclopentadienyl compounds prefer expulsion of π-cyclopentadienyls. The pyrolysis effects on the spectra of the compounds have been studied. An increase in temperature eases the expulsion of ECF2 groups from all the compounds and favors the formation of [Fe(C5H5)2]+ and [Cr(C5H5)2]+ in the cyclopentadienyl compounds.  相似文献

Reactions of [M(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (M = Ru, Os; R = C(6)F(4)H-4, C(6)F(5)) with CS(2) in acetone afford [Ru(S(2)CSR)(2)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 1; C(6)F(5), 3) and trans-thiolates [Ru(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 2; C(6)F(5), 4) or the isomers trans-thiolates [Os(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 5; C(6)F(5), 7) and trans-thiolate-phosphine [Os(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 6; C(6)F(5), 8) through processes involving CS(2) insertion into M-SR bonds. The ruthenium(III) complexes [Ru(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] react with CS(2) to give the diamagnetic thiolate-thioxanthato ruthenium(II) and the paramagnetic ruthenium(III) complexes while osmium(III) complexes [Os(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] react to give the paramagnetic thiolate-thioxanthato osmium(III) isomers. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1, 4, 5, and 8 show distorted octahedral structures. (31)P [(1)H] and (19)F NMR studies show that the solution structures of 1 and 3 are consistent with the solid-state structure of 1.  相似文献
